The independence of society is inseparable from the emergence of the independence of individuals who are in it, including women. Women who are members of the Betang Asi Credit Union Cooperative business unit in Pulang Pisau Regency, Central Kalimantan Province with their efforts to wick rattan provide a new meaning in empowering women based on local wisdom of Dayak tribe, with a focus on business based on the potential of rattan plants that grow in nature. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. The results of this study provide a review of the need for women to join business institutions such as cooperatives or other institutions in marketing their products, so that the weaknesses of the findings in this study can be eliminated and the role of women in the village towards economic independence can run well without having to forget the local wisdom as a person born from Dayak tribe.

The study was entitled "The Role of Social Capital as a Strategy in the Development of the Weaving Handicraft Industry in Sukarara Village". The development of the weaving industry has been started since the 1980s, but the process of developing the weaving industry is still relatively slow and has low competitiveness with handicraft industries is in Central Lombok. This study uses the theory and concept of social capital from Putnam. This study also uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The main source in this study is the weaving craftsmen. The research location is Sukarara Village, Jonggat District, Central Lombok Regency. This research is a qualitative research which aims to explain and discover the role of social capital that is owned by the community in the development process of the weaving industry in the village of Sukarara. The focus of this research is identifying the role of social capital and knowing the obstacles in the development process of the weaving industry. This study aims to determine the management of Lake Napangga tourism objects in Kepenghuluan Tanjung Medan, Rokan Hilir Regency, which contributes to the economy of the surrounding community. Lake Napangga is one of the lakes located in the Rokan Hilir area which has promising tourism potential if managed properly. Therefore, the role of BUMDes as the manager of Lake Napangga should be able to become a spirit in developing this lake tourism object to empower the economy of the village community, but the management of this tourist attraction is not only influenced by the seasonal agenda but also the Coronavirus Disease pandemic that emerged in 2020 This study choosing the type of qualitative research with a case study approach, where data collection is done by observation and interviews. After the data and information are obtained, it will be analyzed in depth with triangulation techniques. The results of this study found that the management of Lake Napangga tourism objects has not run optimally by the BUMDes in this case due to the inconsistency in the number of tourists visiting Lake Napangga, the inconsistent seasonal agenda, the lack of promotional activities and the COVID-19 Pandemic that appeared regularly. Suddenly disrupting the sources of income for people who depend on this Lake Napangga tourist attraction. This reality is what makes community economic empowerment in order to increase income still not running optimally. And aspects of sustainability in this case are needed to develop the tourism potential of Lake Napangga in the face of unforeseen conditions, in this case COVID-19 becomes an example of problems that must be faced in order to run the economy of the community and maximize the management of potential tourist attractions.

Village funds are sourced from the central government budget which is trasferred directly to the village government. This direct transfer takes place after Law No. 6/2014 or also known as The Village Law. This larger village fund can only be accessed by the village government if it follows the rules set by the central government so that the actor in the village will use their assets to accomodate their interests related to village fund management. This study aims to explain the contestation of actors in managing village funds in two villages. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach conducted in Suko Village, Probolinggo Regency and Sukadamai Village, Bogor Regency. The results of this study are the village head is the actor who plays the most role in managing village funds using symbolic asset which is the position of the village head. This asset is the strongest because it has legitimacy from the state to be able to make decisions related to the village fund management.

Increased political participation of the village community after the reformation, marked by increasing interest in the community to run for village head elections and village decision-making. Increasing village community participation certainly has hope that the neutrality of bureaucracy is maintained at the village level. So that the climate of political contestation at the village level runs ideally in accordance with the values of democratic life. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of bureaucracy politicization in winning candidate village head Aditya Dimas in Pilkades simultaneously December 26, 2016. Then, knowing the factors that cause political behavior are not neutral village officials and forms of violations in contestation Pilkades Sitimerto December 26 2016. This research using qualitative research methods with a case study approach. The selection of qualitative methods with a case study approach was carried out because there were distinctive characteristics in the election of the head of the Sitimerto village in Kediri Regency. The results of this study show, firstly, that the practice of neutrality in village bureaucracy in the Sitimerto village case is not proven, that the village apparatus is not neutral in the village head election. Second, the factors that motivate village officials to be non-neutral in the case of the Sitimerto village head election are the widespread use of money politics as an attraction for material benefits to the village apparatus and political dinasty of incumbent. Third, a number of forms of violations of neutrality that occurred in the case of the election of the Sitimerto village head were proven that the village officials acted as cadres of the incumbent candidates and participated in distributing money politics to the villagers. Keywords: Kekuasaan, Demokrasi,Netralitas Birokrasi, dan Pilkades

Children as protective objects need to be equipped with the knowledge and behaviors associated with their salvation. One way to get kids to avoid danger is to increase the understanding of parents around toddlers about the environment for dangers and ways to overcome dangers through self-safety education. The surrounding environment is also very instrumental in the formation of child safety culture. The environment can be formed and designed, so that the child can do comfortable activities. Researchers conduct a number of observations to families of children to achieve maximum results. The purpose of this research is to explain the role of the environment in supporting the growth of safety cultures in toddler-aged children. The method of study used is a qualitative method with a case study approach that is descriptive exploratory. The results showed that environmental factors held the first and foremost role in the formation of child safety culture.

This study aims to analyze village financial management in the special autonomy region, analyze the constraints that hinder village financial management, and analyze efforts to resolve obstacles in village financial management. This study is conducted on the apparatus of Kampung Srer. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach and obtains the data through in-depth interviews, documentation, and observation. The results show that the village financial management in the Kampung Srer is partly in accordance with Minister of Home Affairs Regulation (or Permendagri) Number 20 of 2018 concerning the village financial management. The obstacles that hinder the management of village finances in Kampung Srer are political constraints, human resource constraints, and communication problems.  Efforts made to resolve existing constraints in the management of village finances in Kampung Srer are that the village officials who are selected have the ability that is in accordance with the field of work. There is socialization from the district and district levels related to village financial management activities in the form of increasing the capacity of village officials. There needs to be good coordination for every element in the village community, among village officials, and assistants.

Abandoned village land is used for community welfare, one of which is used to build people's markets. Where the people's market is useful for utilizing existing facilities, as well as providing opportunities for the surrounding community to increase income as well as creating jobs for people who are unemployed. And from there the Village Officials create a people's market to be rented out to local people who want to trade. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the ijarah contract and the impact on the welfare of the community. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach that aims to obtain information directly from informants based on the current case. The results of this study indicate that the application of village land leases in Bulusari Village is in accordance with Islamic law even though at the time the agreement took place there was no third party to be a witness. As for the impact on Village Officials as land administrators and tenants, this system can improve the welfare of indicators of religion, life, mind, descent and property.

The second largest foreign exchange earner from the tourism sector. The tourism sector in Indonesia grown by 25.68% in recent years. Very much different from the growth of the tourism industry in Southeast Asia that only 7%, as well as the growth of the world tourism industry which is only 6%. Opportunities in the tourism sector are quite prospective, in addition to being one of the producers of economic growth, the tourism sector is expected to encourage the growth of other sectors, such as the plantation, agriculture, trade, industry and others. This study was analyzed using structuration theory that aims to find out how the communication made by agents in the development of Pulesari Tourism Village, Turi District, Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Research data obtained from field observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study explain how the structuring process that takes place through the rural tourism program can improve the village economy, and have an impact on increasing the income of its people by increasing employment opportunities. This study aims to determine the participation of KPRI members on the development of cooperatives in Mataram City, the responses of members after interviews. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study generally show that the participation of members in saving their capital is very good, it is shown that they always pay principal savings, mandatory savings and voluntary savings. With the high participation of members in saving their capital, it shows that members have confidence in the cooperative as a member's money saving institution. Meanwhile, the results of the research on the participation of members in attending the annual members' meeting were very good, as indicated by the results of interviews and data processing conducted by researchers. although there are still members who do not attend the annual member meeting because they are sick, have permission and some are out of town on duty. It is very good for members' participation in participating in this member's meeting because the management disseminates invitation letters regarding the implementation of the RAT, and the management gives prizes or door prizes to members who attend the RAT. As for the participation of members in utilizing the cooperative's business services, it is considered good, members always use the business unit and they have become loyal customers to shop and transact at the KPRI Multipurpose, Kencana and Lentera business units. However, some of the business units in KPRI Serbaguna experienced a decrease in income, but according to the head of the cooperative, this decline did not have an impact on the loss of the cooperative's business. The good participation of members in utilizing this business unit is because the services provided by the management are very good and the management works honestly and openly.
