The research is aimed at finding out how the influence of hedonism behavior on Balinese culture and buying interest through Balinese culture. The data used in this study are primary data by distributing questionnaires to 100 MSME consumers in Bali. The data analysis technique used is path analysis (path analysis) with SmartPLS software version 3.0.m3. The results of the t-test in this study indicate that the hedonism behavior variable has a significant effect on Balinese cultural culture with t-statistic of 0.809 > t-table 1.97 and the value of p-values is 0.000 > 0.05. The effect of hedonism behavior on buying interest is positive and significant with t statistic value of 1.037 t-value of table 1.97 and p-value of values of 0.000 < 0.05. While the influence of Balinese cultural variables on buying interest is not significant it is so that true Balinese cultural variables as full mediating variables. The adjusted R-Square value for Balinese cultural variables only explained 74.2% of the hedonism behavior variable. The construct of buying interest is only explained at 69.7% of the Balinese cultural construct. The calculation results Q Square can be seen that the value of 0.798 is higher than 0 which means that the model has a good predictive value of relevance.

This study used a quantitative approach involving 32 respondents from Gampong Pusong fishermen. The sampling technique was carried out using stratifi ed random sampling. This study is based on primary data in the form of a questionnaire collected from all respondents which aims to see the impact of Islamic financial literacy on religiosity and service accents on the use of Islamic fi nancial products. This is due to the privilege of Aceh province as a locomotive for sharia fi nance with the issuance of qonun no 11 of 2018 concerning Islamic finance. Methods of data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression analysis with F-test and T-test. Whereas for testing the instrument using the validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test. The results of the study can be concluded that the regression model has been made to determine the area of rejection of the hypothesis. The rejection area is if F-count > F-table, namely 18.041> 2.71, then the decision H0 is rejected. Or it can be seen from the signifi cance value, namely if the p-value <α, (0.000 <0.05), then H0 is rejected. So that Islamic Financial Literacy (X1), Religiosity (X2), and Access Aff ordability (X3) together affect Product Use (Y) or the model that has been made is correct.

Meureudu Riparian in the past was a place of a collective settlements; it was then developed  to become a Meureudu City in Aceh Province, Indonesia. Initially, it was formed as traditional fishermen settlements but now has shifted into semi-modern settlements. However, the settlements developed sporadically to form an unplanned pattern of settlements. This condition resulted in low maintaining river and non-adaptive existence of the dwellings with the environment. Floods occur repeatedly in the river that affected great lost to the community. This study aimed to propose residential pattern design and adaptive settlements with Meureudu River riparian. Easy access roads to markets will facilitate economy growth to the people. This will also cause large numbers of unbridled migrants to enter and build settlements. In this study the a combination of quantitative methods based on interview data and questionnaires and qualitative exploratory methods based on field observation were used. The data were collected through observation, field measurement and secondary data sources. The results show that the condition of settlements along the river basin do not reflect the culture of the river. In order not to further aggravate the condition of the settlement and its impact on the occupants, we recommended two types of houses, namely in the form of stage and non-stage. The stage houses are located on the riverfront with an orientation overlooking the river. Additionally, undersea area can be used as security from the puddle of river water runoff during the flood and as a garden area and public while dry, while at a distance of 100 meters from the river non-stage houses form would be built because the runoff of flood water no longer affects the occupancy.

Islamic economics as a doctrine recognized in Islam and a science Islamization project in the 21st century has shown astonishing progress.Throughout the history, there have been many Islamic-based financial institutions. On this stand, various higher education institutions have competed to launch such majors as Islamic economics and Islamic finance. However, there have been many criticizing, especially the geneology of the term "Islamic economics."This study aims to answer the questions: 1) when does the term "Islamic economics" appear according to Timur Kuran, the pioneer of Alternative-Critical School? 2), when does the term "Islamic economics" appear according to the Mainstream School in Islamic economics thought? This research is qualitative-descriptive while the unit of analysis is thematic one. In addition, the analysis technique used is taxonomy and critical discourse analysis. The source of data in this study is primary and secondary ones. The result of the research shows: 1) According to Alternative-Critical School, the genealogy of the term "Islamic economics" emerged in the 1940s at the end of colonial India. The term is first coined by Abu al-A'la Maududi. Other seminal contribution to Islamic economics literature is propagated by Sayyid Qutb (Egypt), and Mohammed Baqir Sadr (Iraq). The term "Islamic economics" is used by fundamentalist Islamic groups. 2) According to the Mainstream School, Maududi never coined the term "Islamic economics". The term "Islamic economics" no doubt emerged in the 20th century, but the idea has come into being since the early days of Islam and especially in the writings of Abu Yusuf, al-Mawardi, Ibn Hazm, and other Muslim intellectuals.Geneology

Background:Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) clinical manifestations, and their severity, vary according to age, ethnicity and socioeconomic status. Both Hispanic and Afro-Americans have a higher incidence and more sever presentation when compared to Caucasian patients with SLEObjectives:To analyze clinical and immunological characteristics associated with time to severe renal involvement in patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematous in a Colombian cohort followed for one year, between January 2015 and December 2018Methods:Retrospective follow-up study based in clinical records. Patients with SLE diagnosis that fulfilled either 1987 American College of Rheumatology Classification Criteria for SLE or 2011 Systemic Lupus International Collaborating Clinics (SLICC) classification criteria for SLE. We included patients with diagnosis of lupus nephritis according to Wallace and Dubois criteria. Patients who did not have at least two follow-up measurements or had a cause of nephritis other than lupus were excluded. The main outcome was defined as time from diagnosis to sever renal involvement defined as creatinine clearance ≤50 ml/min, 24-hour proteinuria ≥3.5 grams o end stage renal disease. We analyzed clinical and immunological characteristics. Descriptive statistical analyses of participant data during the first evaluation are reported as frequencies and percentages for categorical variables, and as medians and interquartile ranges (IQR) for quantitative variables. Age and sex adjusted survival functions and Hazard ratios (HR) with 95% confidence intervals and p-values were estimated using parametric Weibull models por interval-censored data. P values < 0.05 were considered statistically significantResults:548 patients were analyzed: 67 were left-censored as they presented renal involvement at entry, 6 were interval censored as outcome occurred between study visits, and 475 were right-censored as involvement was not registered during follow-up. 529 (96.5%) patients were female, median age at entry was 46 (IQR = 23) and median age to diagnosis was 29.5 (IQR = 20.6). 67% were mestizo, 13% Caucasian and 0.3% Afro-Colombian. Age and sex adjusted variables associated with time to severe lupus nephritis were high blood pressure HR = 3.5 (95%CI 2.2-5.6; p-value <0.001) and Anti-RO (per unit increase) HR = 1.002 (95%CI 1.001-1.004; p-value = 0.04). Figure 1 shows age and sex adjusted survival function. Conclusion:In our cohort the appearance of severe lupus nephritis occurs in less than 15% of patients at 10 years. Both high blood pressure and elevated anti-Ro titers were associated with a higher rate of onset in the presentation of severe lupus nephritis, as seen in some polymorphs of anti Ro.References:Disclosure of Interests:Sebastian Herrera Speakers bureau: academic conference, Juan camilo Diaz-Coronado: None declared, Diego Rojas-Gualdrón: None declared, Laura Betancur-Vasquez: None declared, Daniel Gonzalez-Hurtado: None declared, Juanita Gonzalez-Arango: None declared, laura Uribe-Arango: None declared, Maria Fernanda Saavedra Chacón: None declared, Jorge Lacouture-Fierro: None declared, Santiago Monsalve: None declared, Sebastian Guerra-Zarama: None declared, Juan david Lopez: None declared, Juan david Serna: None declared, Julian Barbosa: None declared, Ana Sierra: None declared, Deicy Hernandez-Parra: None declared, Ricardo Pineda.Tamayo: None declared
