Earning per share is profit per share which is a reference for investors in investing, the problems faced by PT. Indomobil Multi Jasa Tbk and PT. Buana Finance decreased its net income for two consecutive years. The purpose of the research is to find out the calculation of Earning Per Share (EPS) and the amount of stock returns on the company. This research method uses quantitative analysis descriptive analysis techniques that are used to describe in measuring stock returns. The data analysis technique uses Earning per Share calculations with a reference to the industry standard standard criteria. The results of the study show that theoretically the three companies value of EPS is not good because the calculation results are below the industry average standard. The results of the Earning per Share calculation can provide a reference for investors before deciding to invest to do an analysis of the company. Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of students to solve environmental problems through ecoliteration. The research method used in this study was a 2 x 2 factorial design experiment. The population in this study were all class X students of 176 respondents. The research sample was obtained through simple sampling with 11 respondents from each plot so that the total respondents were 44. Data analysis techniques consisted of two parts, namely descriptive analysis, and inferential analysis. In the form of two-way ANAVA. Based on the Two-Way Anova calculation results obtained F count 2.03 <F table 4.08, then accept H0, which means that there are differences in the ability to solve students' environmental problems that are not significant between participants who have high ecoliteration and low ecoliteration. In this case, it is empirically proven that there are no significant differences related to the ability to solve environmental problems of students who have high ecoliteration and low ecoliteration. Keywords: The ability to solve problems, Ekoliterasi students   Abstrak Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan pemecahan masalah lingkungan peserta didik melalui ekoliterasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen 2 X 2 faktorial disain. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas X sebanyak 176 responden. Sampel penelitian diperoleh melalui simple randon sampling dengan 11 responden dari setiap plot, sehingga total responden sebanyak 44. Teknik analisis data terdiri atas dua bagian yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. berupa ANAVA dua jalur. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Two-Way Anova diperoleh F hitung 2,03 < F tabel 4,08 maka terima H0 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan kemampuan pemecahan masalah lingkungan peserta didik yang tidak signifikan antara peserta yang memiliki ekoliterasi tinggi dan ekoliterasi rendah. Dalam hal ini, secara empirik dibuktikan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan terkait kemampuan pemecahan masalah lingkungan peserta didik yang memiliki ekoliterasi tinggi dan ekoliterasi rendah.   Kata kunci : Kemampuan memecahkan masalah, Ekoliterasi siswa

This study aims to analyze the socio-economic characteristics of entrepreneurs and the amplang cracker industry business, the magnitude of the amplang cracker industry business income, and the factors that affect the income of the amplang cracker industry entrepreneur in Tungkal Ilir District, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency. The research method used in this study is a survey method, with descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. Based on the results of data processing using the OLS method in multiple linear regression equations, the results obtained are: The socio-economic characteristics of all amplang cracker industry entrepreneurs are 83.33 percent with a high school graduate/equivalent. The average number of dependents and the number of workers is 4 people. The average net income of Rp. 15,753,334,- per month. Simultaneously, the variables of production costs, the amount of production, and the workforce have a significant effect on the business income of the amplang cracker industry. Partially shows that production costs, and the amount of production have a positive and significant effect on the business income of amplang crackers. Meanwhile, labor has no significant effect on the business income of the amplang cracker industry. Keywords: Production, Labor, Revenue of amplang crackers industry

Al-Ghazali and Zarnuji are two figures who have an international reputation, also have broad insights about the teachings of Islam. Even though both of them live in two countries with different cultures and cultures, they have the same vision and mission in eradicating ignorance and elevating human dignity, namely through education. In the process of education, each of the prosecutors of knowledge will experience a process of seeking and seeking knowledge, so that in the process has ethics and manners in studying.The formulation of the problem in research is How does ethics study Al-Ghazali's perspective? How does ethics study Zarnuji's perspective? How is the comparative analysis of Al Ghazali and Al Zarnuji's views on ethics studying? The purpose of this research is to find out the ethics of studying Al-Ghazali's perspective, to know the ethics of studying Zarnuji's perspective, to find out a comparative analysis of the views of Al Ghazali and Al Zarnuji about ethics studying. And the benefits are adding to the insight and knowledge of researchers about the ethics of studying in the perspective of Al-Ghazali and Al Zarnuji, to further serve as a reference in attitude and behavior.The method used is a descriptive qualitative research method with historical, textual and comparative approaches. As for the analysis technique, researchers used descriptive analysis techniques through a qualitative approach in the form of descriptions.The results of his research are Ethics studying in Al Ghazali's perspective there are ten points, while ethics studying in Al Zarnuji's perspective there are five points. Ethical equality in seeking knowledge in the view of Al Ghazali and Al Zarnuji is, to straighten out intentions accompanied by cleansing the heart and soul, the prosecutor of knowledge should not involve much in worldly affairs, he must respect and respect science, teachers, and experts. The difference in ethics requires that the perspective of Al Ghazali and Al Zarnuji be reviewed in terms of the nature of the prosecutor of knowledge, aspects of the teacher or instructor, as well as the qualifications of the knowledge pursued or demanded.

This study examines the implementation of Islamic values in online transactions. This study aims to determine the readiness of the Raisa Collection in applying Islamic values, to determine the application of Islamic values in the Raisa Collection in online transactions, to determine the application of Islamic values in the Raisa Collection in online transactions to be used on an ongoing basis, and to determine constraints. - Constraints experienced by Raisa Collection in applying Islamic economic values in online transactions. The research method used is qualitative research using field research using data collection techniques that include observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that: (1) Raisa Collection has tried to apply Islamic values since the beginning of its business, even though it has used bank funds. (2) In conducting its business, Raisa Collection always prioritizes customer satisfaction and continues to serve complaints from consumers. The author's implications for the Raisa Collection owner are; (1) Maintain the principles or values of Islamic economics implemented. (2) Adding sales products.

The purposes of this study were (1) to determine the specifications of teaching materials integrated STR; and (2) to analyze the results of expert validation to teaching materials integrated STR. The research method used in this study was Research and Development (R D) with a four-D procedure (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study show that (1) The profile of the teaching materials integrated STR are (a) teaching materials are integration between concepts of fundamental of physics and Islamic values of Al-Quran and Hadith ; and (b) the media developed is an integration between PPT and Phet; and (2) The results of the material expert validation on the results of the development of teaching materials integrated STR on aspects of content feasibility, aspects of presentation, aspects of language, and material integration are well categorized. Likewise, the results of media expert validation on the display and programming aspects show good categories

Abstract This study aims to analyze the relationship between working capital and net profit margin. Descriptive quantitative method where quantitative data that has been processed, the results are described in sentences. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis with reference to the calculation results of working capital and net profit margin. The results of this study indicate that the value of the Current Ratio (CR) in 2017 is 2.4%. in 2018 the value of the Current Ratio (CR) increased to 3.8%. Then in 2019 the Current Ratio (CR) value again increased to 7.6%. The difference in the Current Ratio (CR) value from 2017 to 2018 is 1.4%. The difference in the Current Ratio (CR) value from 2018 to 2019 is 3.8%. This means that the value of the Current Ratio (CR) has increased every year. The value of Net Profit Margin (NPM) in 2017 is 6%. In 2018 the Net Profit Margin (NPM) value increased to 7%. Then in 2019 the Net Profit Margin (NPM) value again increased to 8%. The difference in the value of the Net Profit Margin (NPM) from 2017 to 2018 is 1%. The difference in the value of the Net Profit Margin (NPM) from 2018 to 2019 is 1%. This research takes the object of Sebening Syahadat by Diva SR, this work is a novel that tells the story of the journey ofa teenager named Sam who is in the process ofsearching for identity. The journey is filled with interesting twits and turns embelissed with a love story that is very suitable if consumed by the younger generation who are learning to find identit. This study aims to reveal the value motives that led Sam’s character in finding his identity, which expected to be a material for reflection for readers, especially young people who are in the process of discovering his identity, the scope of the problem in this study is to reveal the value motives that affect the character’s psyche. Sam is told to have a rascal character.The research method used in this study took a descriptive qualitative approach, data colletion used was a literature study technique with stages of reading, note taking, coding for futher analysis. The analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis technique.The result of the research in this research process indicate that the mental process of Sam’s character influenced by several factors, including: a. Motives in cultural factors (Situasional Factors), b. The motive for love begins with admiration for the attitude of someone who is full of noble values of character, c. The motive of curiosity and fulfillment of his needs for true value.

Effectiveness of the Distribution of Subsidized Fertilizers to Rice Paddy Farmers in Baruga Village, Baruga sub-District, Kendari City. This research objectives were to determine the mechanism of distribution of subsidized fertilizers on rice paddy farmers in Baruga village Baruga Sub-district, Kendari. This research was conducted in the Baruga Sub-District of Kendari from November 2019 until January 2020. The method of sampling research used is the research method to answer the goal is to use a descriptive analysis used to describe the distribution mechanisms of subsidized fertilizers on rice farmers and quantitative analysis using a systematic formula to know The effectiveness of the distribution of subsidized fertilizers on rice paddy farmers in Baruga village, Baruga sub-district, Kendari City. The results showed that the distribution mechanism of subsidized fertilizers on rice paddy farmers was following the distribution flow according to government regulations. Still, in part, Pengantongan Unit fertilizer does not do its job with the full IE must Label the fertilizer sack with the label "subsidized fertilizer, so as not to be sold to other parties with a higher price for the individuals in firmness and profit.

Competition in the restaurant and cafe industry at this time is very tight and competitive. This is marked by the growing number of new competitors in the world of Resto and Cafe. The restaurant and cafe industry as one of the food and beverage supply sectors that can support national and regional economic development. In Depok, there are 170 restaurants and cafes operating. The purpose of this study was to find out how the results of the implementation of Marketing Strategy During the Covid19 Pandemic at Like No Other Cafe Depok. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Using interviews, questionnaires and observations to related parties as data collection techniques. Thus, the data analysis techniques used were VRIO and PESTLE analysis to analyze the business environment, profitability analysis to evaluate the results of the implementation of the marketing mix program used and descriptive analysis to analyze planning, implementation and marketing strategy activities. The results showed that the strategy implemented by Like No Other Cafe during the Covid19 pandemic was considered effective so that Like No Other Cafe was still able to survive and generate income even though the income was only 50% of normal conditions.

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan pengaruh tahta tertinggi dan perlawanan kaum subaltern pada novel Arok Dedes karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer dengan menggunakan teori postkolonialisme Gayatri Spivak. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini  mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif karena dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data novel Arok Dedes  yang berkisah tentang kudeta di Tanah Jawa. Data penelitian ini adalah kata, kalimat, paragraf, yang terdapat dalam novel Arok Dedes karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer dengan menggunakan teori poskolonial Ggayatri Spivak. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode dokumentasi atau pustaka. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisia deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian adalah pengaruh tahta tertinggi dan perlawanan kaum subaltern pada novel Arok Dedes karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer.Kata kunci: Subaltern, poskolonial, pengaruh tahta, perlawananABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to describe the influence of the highest throne and the resistance of the subalterns on the novel Arok Dedes by Pramoedya Ananta Toer by using the postcolonialism theory of Gayatri Spivak. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The approach in this study using a qualitative approach because in this study used Arok Dedes story novel as data sources  which is about a coup in Java. This research data is words, sentences, paragraphs, contained in Arok Dedes novel by Pramoedya Anan ta Toer by using postcolonial Ggayatri Spivak theory. Data collection techniques in this study used the method of documentation or literature . The data analysis technique of this study used descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study are the influence of the highest throne and the resistance of the subalterns on the novel Arok Dedes by Pramoedya Ananta Toer. Keywords: Subaltern, postcolonial, influence of throne, resistance
