The problem of cyberbullying has been studied by psychologists and teachers in the search for aggressive behaviors and forms of psychological violence in the school environment. A comprehensive analysis of the nature of cyberbullying in children and youth is available in the scientific literature. At the same time teachers are extremely unprotected in the cyberenvironmentand have no practical recommendations to prevent and overcomecyberbullying. This article highlights the problem of cyberbullying among teachers and examines its impact on teachers' satisfaction with their professions. Teacher satisfaction with different aspects of their job is considered. It was determined that the phenomenon of cyberbullying became fairly common in distance education conditions, because teacher's communication with the students shifted into the online space. This problem for one cause or another is silenced, not discussed; cases of bullying do not advertised properly. The teaching staff, looking after its own reputation, ignores problem of bullying. Under these conditions, the problem persists, but on the contrary, acquires more volumes and assures abusers of their impunity. Silencing the problem of cyberbullying among teachers will lead to more violence in the educational setting. Therefore, this problem cannot be ignored since the teacher constantly interacts with the children and can tolerate their negative emotions on the students. The presence of communication between cyberbullying and satisfaction with professional activities in teachers is considered. The results of the study on cyberbullying and teacher job satisfaction were presented. The survey was followed by a total of 30 high school teachers in Mykolaiv of all ages and backgrounds. Overall, over onethird of respondents were victims of cyberbullying. Almost half of them said that they knew about cyber-attacks against their colleagues. Most often, teachers have been victims of cyberbullying by parents and a mixed group of bulls (parents + students). Based on the job satisfaction surveyresults, teachers have a high level of satisfaction. There is also a difference in levels of satisfaction with work activities among teachers who have experienced cyberbullying.

Teachers under Pressure? The influence of school size upon teacher job satisfaction in Dutch secondary education Teachers under Pressure? The influence of school size upon teacher job satisfaction in Dutch secondary education In the last decades, a visible and significant upscaling of educational organisations can be witnessed in nearly all Dutch educational sectors. The rise of large-scaled public service organisations is related with increased interest in the quality and 'humanity' of education. Many discussions about large scale education are connected with supposed problems concerning teacher work within schools. It is regularly taken for granted that scale expansion puts teaching staff under pressure, and it has become usual to blame school size for several problems (demotivated professionals, failing quality of education). However, these assumptions are highly controversial. The research of presented in this article intends to answer the question what influence school size has upon teacher job satisfaction in Dutch secondary education. Based on a secondary data-analysis and case study research, we demonstrate that the scale of educational organisations does not necessarily say a lot. In contrast with prevailing views about school size, working in large secondary schools does not by definition harm teacher job satisfaction. On the basis of these findings, we propose a more fine-tuned approach, which attends the organisational context of teachers' work and other factors which affect teacher job satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to explore and evaluate the relationship between motivation factors (MF) and job satisfaction (JS) in the Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN) personnel. There are among the 250 personnel who are serving at Royal Malaysian Navy Head Quarters (RMN HQ), and questionnaires have been distributed to them for data gathering. The study adopted the Herzberg’s Motivation-Hygiene Theory (1959) as a framework in determining the relationship between MFs and JS among the personnel. To simplify, when an individual has a high level of MFs, which in this study refers to the opportunity for personal growth, promotion opportunity, responsibility, recognition and achievement, the level of satisfaction in doing his/her job is also increased. While for JS refers to workers' who are happy with their job, despite any kind of job, with or without supervision the workers will do their best in doing their work. JS can be measured in cognitive, affective, and behavioural components. Having JS will make an individual more positive and motivated to work independently. SPSS version 22 is used for the analysis of data. The outcomes indicated that there are significant relationships between MFs towards JS among RMN personnel.
