Planning can provide guidelines for the implementation of learning, so that it is right on target and effective. One of the goals of educational planning that is very meaningful made by teachers as educational directors is the Syllabus and Learning Implementation Plans and Plans (RPP). Teachers of SMA/Vocational High School (SMK) PGRI 1 Limau are the right target for community service activities considering that the school has not had sufficient technical training. The purpose of this dedication activity is to train and motivate teachers to be able to develop the perfect syllabus and lesson plans. The lesson plan (RPP) is a more specialized planning tool than the syllabus. This educational implementation plan is designed to guide teachers in teaching so that they are not far from educational goals. Recognizing the importance of planning this lesson, teachers should not teach without planning. There is also feedback that shows that the training is suitable with the needs of increasing teacher professionalism and is optimistic that the training can be achieved. Supporting energy for training in the form of space or supporting facilities is sufficient so that the training can run easily, well, on time, and fun. Participants are very supportive of further training. Keywords: Building teacher professionalism with syllabus training, lesson plans, 2013 curriculum.

An effective approach is needed to implement life-based learning and improve students’ capability in mastering and using the German language. A task-based approach is one such method that supports learning that prioritizes life-based learning. Gradually arranged assignments and exercises are expected to help develop the learner’s German language competence. Appropriate tasks and exercises should be selected so that learning objectives could be achieved optimally. Therefore, this research is expected to optimize the quality of learning through a task-based learning approach in accordance with modern learning guidelines that prioritize the improvement of German language teachers’ capabilities in Indonesia. The current study used a qualitative research design to see the effectiveness of the task-based learning approach with the Rückwärtsplanung planning model for learning German in Indonesia. Data were taken from 30 German-language teachers from all over Indonesia who took part in the e-workshop task-based learning with the researchers themselves and other collaborators. The data used is a lesson-plan document prepared by the teachers to study the outcomes of lesson plans that were created with a task-based learning approach. The results of the study showed that most of the lesson plans prepared by the teachers had not yet fully adapted the task-based learning approach of the Rückwärtsplanung planning model. Teachers had difficulty determining the right exercises for the assigned task, so the exercises do not support the achievement of learning goals. This School Action Research (PTS) aims to improve the ability of teachers to develop innovative lesson plans through academic supervision (individual scientific and technical supervision models) during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research was conducted in four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection, and was carried out in two cycles. The research subjects were 4 science teachers and 4 social studies teachers in my school, namely SMAN 1 Puloampel, Serang district, Banten province. The components of the innovative RPP assessment consist of formulating indicators, formulating learning steps (KBM), allocating time, determining learning resources, formulating teaching methods, and formulating assessments while the innovations that are expected in making the RPP are RPPs that can produce, combine, have added value, something new and answers problems and is integrated with Strengthening Character Education (PPK), oriented to HOTS or improving students' higher thinking skills and having 21st-century skills. In the first cycle, the researcher observed an increase in teacher competence in making innovative lesson plans. The results of observations of individual RPP assessments in the first cycle showed an average value of 68.4%. In the second cycle, the teacher's average value increased in making lesson plans, which was 77.6%. While the classical lesson plan completeness assessment from cycle I and cycle II showed a good average value of 73%. This proves that academic supervision can improve the ability of teachers in preparing innovative RPP (Learning Implementation Plans).

The use of learning strategies is one of the factors that can develop potential and improve student’s learning outcomes. A learning activity will succeed if a teacher is able to apply the right approach, model, method and learning media. Inquiry model is one of the learning models that can improve the ability to plan and carry out research to solve a problem. However, in fact, the results of preliminary studies show some teachers still have not used the inquiry model in their lesson plans, even though Basic Competence (KD) that can use the inquiry model is relatively there. This study aims to implement the academic supervision to improve the ability of high school teachers in making inquiry-based lesson plan that refers to Permendikbud No. 22, 2016. The research method used was school action research. The results showed that after academic supervision was carried out, the ability of teachers in making inquiry-based lesson plans that referred to Permendikbud Number 22 of 2016 had shown an increase, from cycle I to cycle II. Cycle II ended the formation with the minimum teacher score indicator 75.00 already above 85%, which was 100%.

The preparation and development of the lesson plan is a hallmark of teacher professionalism. To support the learning process, teachers must arrange lesson plans according to standards. The preparation of the RPP standards must pay attention to the core components of the RPP, one of which consists of learning objectives. For this reason, an RPP evaluation is needed to determine the quality of the learning being done. Based on this, this article aims to evaluate the learning objectives in the CSP literary learning. The method used in this research is descriptive evaluative. Evaluation of learning objectives is based on the classification (grouping) of learning objectives into the learning domain, the suitability of the main steps (sequences) needed to achieve the objectives, and the completeness of the learning objectives component. The results show that the formulation of learning objectives in the three lesson plans analyzed did not fully meet the ideal learning objectives. The evaluation is expected to provide input and follow up efforts for improvement and decision making.

Therefore, the aims of study are to investigate the implementation of the standard process, analyze the discrepancy rate and design the solution toward the issue of discrepancy. This research uses the quantitative descriptive approach. There are several aspects investigated; (a) lesson plan, (b) learning process, (c) evaluation of learning result, and (d) headmasters control. To collect the data, the methods of observation, interview, and documentation are used. The result is explained in form of criteria. It is no discrepancy for lesson plans, means that most of the lesson plans are in accord with the Basic Principles issued by Ministry of Education and Culture Number 65 in 2013. The learning process has a quite discrepancy rate, means the standard process is incompletely applied; so does the evaluation which ignores several principles to apply. It is also noted that some headmasters ignore their function as an internal supervisor. To sum up, the discrepancy issue needs further concrete solution.

Abstract Background/Aims  Telemedicine can be broadly defined as the use of telecommunication technologies to provide medical information and services. It can be audio, visual, or text. Its use has increased dramatically during the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure patient and healthcare worker safety. Any healthcare professional can engage with it. It carries benefits like reduced stress and expense of traveling, maintenance of social distancing, and reduced risk of infection. There are some potential drawbacks such as lack of physical examination, liability and technological issues. Methods  A questionnaire was sent to 200 patients, selected from different virtual clinics (new and review, doctor and ANP led) run between March and May 2020 in the rheumatology department of University Hospital Waterford. We formulated 14 questions to cover the following aspects: demography, the purpose of the consult, punctuality, feedback, medico-legal concerns, and free text for comments. A self-addressed return envelope was included. Results  83 responses were received. 2 were excluded. The ratio of females to male respondents was 59: 41, with the majority over 60 years old. The main appointment type was review 67 (83%). 80% of patients were called either before or at the time of their scheduled appointment. The vast majority (98.8%) of our patients had confidence in our data protection and trusted our system to maintain their confidentiality. 95% stated that they felt comfortable, were given enough time to explain their health problem and felt free from stress. The respondents who preferred attending the clinic in person (17 in total) compared to the virtual were mostly follow up patients- 12 vs. 5 new. Conclusion  Patient satisfaction among those surveyed was high, despite having to introduce the service abruptly during the COVID-19 pandemic. There are many improvements we can adopt to improve our service and even maintain after the pandemic as a way of communicating with our stable patients. As we are covering a large geographical catchment, we can continue to implement the virtual clinic for some appointments. We should prioritize our efforts on identifying the right patient and the type of service we can offer, further training of staff, and increasing awareness of the patients as to how to get the most out of a virtual appointment.
