This study describes the recruitment and selection of teachers at Private Madrasah Aliyah PTP-VI Berangir, North Labuhanbatu Regency, North Sumatra Province. This research was conducted using a qualitative method with a case study design. Data collection tools using interviews with the head of the foundation, the head of the madrasa, the deputy head of the madrasa in the field of curriculum, and certified teachers, observation, and documentation. The research procedures include theme selection, literature reading, formulation of research focus and problems, data collection, data improvement, data processing, data analysis, theoretical dialogue, triangulation of findings, and conclusions of research results. Data analysis techniques include data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study are: (1) announcements of teacher recruitment and selection are rarely read or seen by the general public or even though they have used social media Facebook; (2) the admissions experience a few obstacles, namely the many qualifications that are not following the requirements of the madrasa (3) the implementation of all tests involves the principal, madrasa principal, deputy head of the madrasa in the field of curriculum, and teachers who already have professional educator certificates; (4) the results of the selection are carried out by contacting directly the prospective teacher who has passed all the tests and who has the highest score.

This chapter begins with a definition of authorship and provides the The Proposed Rapid Review Checklist for Authors (the 5Ds: design, data collection, data analysis, discussion of findings, the ability to define the paper and its message) which may be useful in judging whether authorship should be considered. The authorship model proposed by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) is also outlined. The chapter also discusses different forms of inappropriate authorship models (ghost authorship, guest/honorary authorship, anonymous authorship) and presents intellectual property and copyright considerations. An author's responsibility to report an original, accurate, focused and repeatable account of the research conducted is also discussed.

Abstract: This study aims to describe the planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the marketing of graduates in vocational education units, as well as supporting factors and inhibiting marketing of graduates in vocational education units. This study used a qualitative model with a case study design. Data collection uses interviews, observation, and documentation. In analyzing data using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that graduates from these schools are absorbed into the world of work even before they graduate from school and have obtained jobs. This is supported by good marketing management starting from planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the marketing of graduates. The obstacle is when the parents of students do not want their children to get jobs in long distances.

There is a growing number of scientific papers reporting on case studies and action research published each year. Consequently, evaluating the quality of pilling up research reports is becoming increasingly challenging. Several approaches for evaluation of quality of the scientific outputs exist however they appear to be fairly time-consuming and/or adapted for other research designs. In this paper, we propose a reasonably light-weight structure-based approach for evaluating case study and action research reports (SAE-CSAR) based on eight key parts of a real-world research report: research question, case description, data collection, data analysis, ethical considerations, results, discussion and limitations. To evaluate the feasibility of the proposed approach, we conducted a systematic literature survey of papers reporting on real-world cybersecurity research. A total of N = 102 research papers were evaluated. Results suggest that SAE-CSAR is useful and relatively efficient, and may offer a thought-provoking insight into the studied field. Although there is a positive trend for the inclusion of data collection, data analysis and research questions in papers, there is still room for improvement suggesting that the field of real-world cybersecurity research did not mature yet. The presence of a discussion in a paper appears to affect most its citation count. However, it seems that it is not uniformly accepted what a discussion should include. This paper explores this and other issues related to paper structure and provides guidance on how to improve the quality of research reports.

The problem in this study is the difficulty of finding information about the place of seller of gadget components and looking for a trusted service place, the nearest location and affordable prices. To overcome this problem, the author designed an application called Gadgetku.Id used a qualitative research method consisting of data collection, data analysis and system design. In this application have 2 main services, namely service and shop. The purpose of designing this application is to be able to assist users in finding a trusted service place, the nearest location, safe, scheduled and without the need to go to the service place and help to find gadget needs through the shop feature.
