The purpose of the research is to know  the increase of the ability to write a fairy tale for the seventh grade student of SMPN 1 South  Bengkulu by using Story Modification Technique. This research constitutes Classroom Action Research. This research is held some phases. Namely :  a). Planning Phase b). Observation Phase 3). Exercution Phase, and 4. Reflection Phase and so on until improvement or increase can be reached. The Data Collecting Instruments is by using ; a). Observation (Teacher’s observation sheet and Student’s observation sheet) b). Assessment Sheet of  the ability to rewrite story. Technique analysis data; a). Determining students` average score b). Determining classical completeness and c). Determining conclusion. Based on the analysis data, the modification technique story can raise the ability to write a fairy tale. This research is held in two cycles. At the first cycle, the result of student’s learn can be presentation 23% classical completeness and 68 average score. The second cycle is for remedy  by guiding, giving motivation to the students and giving an example of story which had been modified by a teacher. The 81 average score, that showed 82% of classical mastery completeness. From both of cycles, we can see that there are increases taken place in form of the students` result in learning. So, , the research is done. From the classroom action research, it can be seen that the ability to write a fairy tale of the seventh grade students of SMPN 1 South Bengkulu is raised by using the Story Modification Technique.Keywords: The increase of ability to write a fairy tale, story modification.

Tujuan  yang  ingin  di capai  pada penelitian  ini  adalah untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran materi PKn sub pokok bahasan Integrasi Bangsa dan Kebhinekaan  melalui penerapan model pembelajaran model Problem Based Learning pada Siswa Kelas X Ps-2 Semester Genap Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019 SMKN 7  Surakarta.  Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Tindakan Kelas (PTK), data pada penelitian ini berupa data tentang prestasi belajar PKn yaitu hasil ulangan dan tes dalam materi sub pokok bahasan Integrasi Bangsa dan Kebhinekaan pada mata pelajaran PKn, dan data tentang penerapan Metoda Pembelajaran Problem Base Learning.  Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif komparatif dan analisis kritis. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa prestasi belajar siswa meningkat, yaitu pada kondisi awal dari 36 siswa terdapat 21 siswa  yang dinyatakan tuntas (58%) dan siswa yang tidak tuntas sebanyak 15 siswa (42% ) dengan rata-rata kelas sebesar 61,73.  Pada siklus I siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 27 siswa (75 %) dan siswa yang tidak tuntas sebanyak 9 siswa (25 %) dengan nilai rata-rata kelas yaitu 68,15. Pada siklus II semua siswa dinyatakan tuntas semua (100%) dengan rata-rata kelas sebesar 76,88.Kata kunci: Metode pembelajaran, Problem Based Learning, Prestasi belajar, PKn ABSTRACTThe aims of the study was: this Classroom Action Research (CAR) was to improve the success of students in learning civic education sub-subject Integrasi bangsa dan Kebinekaan through implementation of Problem-based learning to the students of class X Ps 2 in even semester of 2018/2019 Academic year SMKN 7 Surakarta. The method used in this research was Classroom action research (CAR), the data were learning outcomes of students in Civic education, such as result of exam and test of material sub-subject Integrasi Bangsa dan Kebinekaan in civic education, and data of Problem-based learning implementation. The technique of collecting data were observation and test. The technique of analysis data were descriptive comparative and critical analysis technique. Based on data analysis, it is obtained that students' learning outcomes were improved, that was in   initial condition from 36 students there are 21 students who are stated as completed (58%) and students who weren't completed consist of 15 students (42%) with class average score 61,73. in the cycle 1 students who were passed consist of 27 students (75%) and students who are not passed 9 students (25%) with class average score 68,15. in the cycle II all students were stated as all completed (100%) with class average score 76,88.

Writing is one of important skill in English subject beside the other skills. To improve the students’ writing skill, we have to know what strategy is the most suitable for the students’. This research used Classroom Action Research. The research was on two cycles with total meetings were seven; three meetings were for tests, and four meetings were for treatment. Each cycle covered the step of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The population of this research was the Seventh Grade Students of SMP Pandu Nusantara in the academic year of 2018/2019 which consisted of 30 students. The average score of pretest was 45. After the implementation of brainswriting strategy in every cycle, the students’ writing skill score were getting better. It can be seen from the research of students’ average score Cycle 1 was 50 and Cycle was 71. It can be concluded that brainswriting strategy can improve students’ writing skill and improve writing classroom into a better situation.

<p><em>Lowness of poetry writing skill on four grade student of jetis 2 primary school makes researcher done a research with Think Talk Write model of study. The purpose of this research was to improve poetry writing skill on student. The type of this research was Classroom Action Research because to emphasize improvements in classroom learning. Result of this research was average score of students’ poetry writing on first test before the action done was 47. After cycle one, the score increased to 71,83, and at cycle 2 it became 77,67. The previous classical comprehensiveness of poem writing skill was 20%, then increased to 60% on first cycle, and rose again into 77,67% on second cycle.The conclusion of this research was the implementation of Think Talk Write (TTW) model can improve students’ skill on writing poetry on four grade students of Jetis 2 Primary School in academic year of 2017/2018.</em></p>

The problem of this research is the students’ low comprehension in reading descriptive text in term of generic structure, purpose, language features and vocabulary. This research aimed to enhance student understanding by using a constructivist approach in reading descriptive text. The design of this research was a classroom action research (CAR). The samples of this research were 40 students. Based on the result of the test, it was found that students’ average score was 77. The resulting score improved from the based score that was 69.5. Furthermore from the result of observation, field note and interview, it was found the factors influencing the improvement of students’ comprehension in reading descriptive text by using a constructivist approach, they were teacher’s strategy and teacher’s media. Finally, the researcher concludes that this constructivist approach can improve the students’ reading comprehension.

This research used Classroom Action Research. Think Pair Share can be trusted to help students comprehend reading skill. The population of the research were the students of SMPN 3 Klari Karawang in Academic years 2017-2018. The total population of the students in this academic year are 280 students. The number of sample were 30 students. The data was gathered from the test and observation. After being implementated of Think Pair Share activities in every cycle, the students’ reading score were getting better. We can see from the result of students’ average score Cycle I 63.47 and Cycle II 79.67. In conclusion, the Technique of Think Pair Share can improve learners’ reading comprehension.

This study using Al-Hira method to find out and improve seventh grade’s student ability in reading Qur’an especially at MTS Babussalam, Besilam. The subject of this study were 38 of the seventh grade’s student of mts Babussalam Besilam. The aim of this study is to know and increase the student ability in read Qur’an using Al-Hira method. Before Applying Al-Hira method the student ability in read Qur’an still categorized as underprivileged, such as unable to recognize hijaiyah and cannot connect the words of hijaiyah letters. The result was taken from interviews, observations, and student pretest. Sixteen students was pass the test with 42,10% of classical completeness and twenty two student wasn’t pass the test with 57,89% of classical completeness, with 64,73% of average. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) with two cycles. The data was collected by test method and observation in the end of the cycle to find out the improvement of student ability in reading Qur’an using Al-Hira method. After collected and analized the data, twenty four student (63.15%) was pass the test and fourteen student (36.84%) wasn’t pass the test with 73,68% of average in cycle 1. Thirty two student was pass with 84,21% classical completeness. It’s shows, there is 20.78% of classical improvement. Based on the result, it can be conclude that the application of Al-Hira method can improve student ability of reading Qur’an at Al-Qur’an Hadist Subject in seventh grade student of MTS Babussalam, Besilam.

This study aims to improve the result study of sains through CTL. This research is a Classroom Action Research. The subject of the research is the 3th grade student at Ngabenrejo 3 Elementery School. The research instruments are observation sheets, pretest and postest. Data analysis was done by descriptive statistc technique by determining mean, median, mode, lowest score, highest score, and completeness of study individually or classically presented in percentage form. The result of this research shows that CTL can increase the result study of sains of the 3th grade student. This can be seen from the increase of the pra cycle stage which shows the result study of sains of the students by 40, 09 % with the average score is 57, 04 has increase in the first cycle of 68, 18 % with the average score is 70 and the second cycle there is also a significant increase of 95, 45 % with the average score is 85, 68. This means that the implementation of class action research is successful. Based on the result of the research, the implications that can be given, among others, is this study provides an overview of the improvement of the result study of student after applying the CTL. This learning provides students the opportunity to learn independently and improve their creativity

This classroom action research aims to improve students' writing skill of class X4 SMA Negeri 3 Bulukumba. The subjects of the study were the students of class X SMA Negeri 3 Bulukumba as much as 42 people. The object of research is the technique of direct object and peer editing, as well as the skill of writing the description. The action is done in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation / evaluation, and reflection. The research data is the data writing skill descriptions collected through the guidelines of writing descriptions and observation skills. Data were analyzed descriptively quantitative. The result of research shows that firstly, the process of learning with direct object technique that can improve the writing skill of descriptive paragraph of X-4 students of SMA Negeri 3 Bulukumba is by applying direct object technique in cycle I through planning, implementation, evaluation and reflection phase. In the first cycle of learning to write a descriptive paragraph is considered less than the maximum so that learning is continued into cycle II by designing the learning using direct object engineering and peer editing techniques. Second, the learning result of descriptive paragraph writing skill with direct object and peer editing technique has increased the average score of students who in cycle I only 81.3 increased to 88.1. In addition, there is also a significant change in attitude in students.

This study was an action research. The research was conducted  because there were some students who got difficulties in comprehending Chemistry Concepts, they were not active, and their learning achievements were still low. Therefore, the researcher offered a learning method called Structure Exercise Method (SEM) to improve the student’s comrehension on Chemistry Concepts, learning activeness and achievement.  The research participants were the students of grade XI MIA 1 SMAN 4 Kerinci. The researcher was helped by a collaborator who was also a teacher of Chemistry subject. The study was conducted in two cycles in four stages; (a) Planning (b) Action (c) Observation, (d) Reflection. The analysis data result showed that there were significant improvements on the student’s comprehension toward Chemistry Concept, learning activeness and achievement after the Structure Exercise Methode (SEM) was implemented. The student’s average score in precycle was only 61 (32%), it improved to 69 (52%) in cycle 1, then in cycle 2, it improved higher to 82 (82%). Moreover, the student’s phsychomotoric activeness’ score in cycle 1 was 69 (60%) and it became higher to 76 (80%) in cycle 2. As a conclusion, the Structure Exercise Method (SEM) significantly improved the students’ comprehension on the Chemistry consept, learning activeness and achievement on reaction Rate subject at grade XI MIA 1 SMAN 4 Kerinci.  Therefore, it was suggested to Chemistry Teachers to apply this method as one of solution in teaching Chemistry especially on Reaction Rate Subject.

IMPROVEMENT OF LEARNING ACTIVITIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS OF SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS ON LESSONS OF LIMIT THROUGH VARIATION PEER-TEACHING MODELSThis research aims to improve Mathematics learning activities and improve mathematics learning achievement of the Limit material through the variation peer-teaching models model for class XI MIPA 3 students in the 2018/2019 academic year. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 9 Bogor. This research was conducted from January 2019 to June 2019. The subjects in this Classroom Action Research were students of SMA Negeri 9 Bogor in class XI MIPA 3, totaling 35 students consisting of 13 male students and 22 female students. Data collection techniques with written tests and observations. Data analysis using comparative description analysis and qualitative description. The results of this Classroom Action Research are: students' mathematics learning activities in the initial conditions, cycle I and cycle II have increased. The average score of student learning activities in the initial conditions of 2.74 increased to 3.77 in the first cycle and increased to 4.30 in the second cycle, while the mathematics learning achievement of students in the initial conditions, cycle I and cycle II increased. The average value of student achievement in the initial conditions of 39.13 increased to 71.17 in the first cycle and increased to 88.13 in the second cycle. The percentage of students who completed also increased, in the initial condition, students who completed learning were only 17.14%, increasing to 50% in cycle I and increasing to 80% in cycle II. This increase is due to the variation peer-teaching models learning method, all students can be actively involved in learning. Students who are appointed as tutors are active in helping their group members overcome learning difficulties. Students who have difficulty learning actively ask questions and discuss with tutors who are their own friends.
