This classroom action research aims to improve students' writing skill of class X4 SMA Negeri 3 Bulukumba. The subjects of the study were the students of class X SMA Negeri 3 Bulukumba as much as 42 people. The object of research is the technique of direct object and peer editing, as well as the skill of writing the description. The action is done in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation / evaluation, and reflection. The research data is the data writing skill descriptions collected through the guidelines of writing descriptions and observation skills. Data were analyzed descriptively quantitative. The result of research shows that firstly, the process of learning with direct object technique that can improve the writing skill of descriptive paragraph of X-4 students of SMA Negeri 3 Bulukumba is by applying direct object technique in cycle I through planning, implementation, evaluation and reflection phase. In the first cycle of learning to write a descriptive paragraph is considered less than the maximum so that learning is continued into cycle II by designing the learning using direct object engineering and peer editing techniques. Second, the learning result of descriptive paragraph writing skill with direct object and peer editing technique has increased the average score of students who in cycle I only 81.3 increased to 88.1. In addition, there is also a significant change in attitude in students.

Many problems faced by students in participating in the classroom and writing a text. This study discussed the use of write-pair-square strategy to improve the students’ active participation in writing descriptive text. The objectives of the study are to find out the implementation of write-pair-square in teaching descriptive text and to investigate the improvement of students’ participation and writing achievement after being taught by using write-pair-square strategy. The research focused on teaching of descriptive text by using write-pair-square as the strategy. The subjects are SMA Kesatrian 2 Semarang students. This study used Classroom Action Research that was carried out through a pre-test, first and second cycle activities. The result showed that the students’ progress of participation improved. The average score of pre-test was 11.27, post-test 1 was 20.13, and post-test 2 was 30.24. It also showed that students’ mastering descriptive improved. The average achievement of students’ pretest was63.27, First cycle test was70.23and post test was 77.66. According to this study, I conclude that teaching descriptive text by using write-pair-square as the strategy is helpful for students. It is recommended for English teachers to use Write-pair-square as the strategy for students’ improvement of their writing skill. AbstrakPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran matematika di kelas VII SMP Negeri 4 Kota Bengkulu dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Inkuiri Terbimbing. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah tes hasil belajar peserta didik. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VII-1 SMP Negeri 4 Kota Bengkulu dengan jumlah siswa 33 orang. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam 3 siklus, dimana dalam satu siklus terdiri dari empat pertemuan dan satu pertemuan tes akhir siklus. Tiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, refleksi. Indikator keberhasilan dalam penelitian ini adalah 80 % dari seluruh peserta didik yang mendapat nilai ≥ 75. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Inkuiri Terbimbing dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika peserta didik. Pada pembelajaran siklus I nilai rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik yaitu 64.89 dengan ketuntasan belajar klasikal 54.55%. Siklus II nilai rata-rata peserta didik 78.73 dengan ketuntasan klasikal klasikal 75.76%. Nilai rata-rata dan ketuntasan klasikal siklus III adalah 85.76 dan 87.88%.Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar, Pembelajaran Inkuiri Terbimbing. AbstractThis research is a classroom action research. The aim of the study is improving student’s learning achievement  on mathematics subject at class VII of SMP Negeri 4 Kota Bengkulu by using Guided Inquiry learning model. The instrument of data collection is a test for student’s learning  achievement. The subjects of the study were students of class VII-1 SMP Negeri 4 Kota Bengkulu concist of 33 students. The study was conducted in three cycles, in which cycles consisted of four meetings and one final test of cycle. Each cycles consist of 4 steps, namely planning, implementation, observation, reflection. The indicator of success in this study is 80% of all students who get score of ≥75. The results showed that the application of Guided Inquiry learning model can improve student’s learning achievement on mathematics. In cycle one, the average score of the students was 64.89 with classical learning completeness was 54,55%. Cycle two  the average score of the students was 78.83 with classical learning completeness was 75.76%.  The average score of the students and classical completeness was 85.76 and 87.88%.Keywords: Learning Achievement, Guided Inquiry Learning

This study aims to determine the increased learning motivation of PGSD students of Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo after the implementation of the Quantum Teaching learning model. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which consists of two cycles. Cycle (I) consists of the activities of Planning, Implementation, Observation, and Reflection conducted during two meetings. Likewise with cycle (II), which is done during two meetings. Data collection techniques that are applied are observation techniques, filling out motivation learning questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data processing used is descriptive percentage. The results showed that there was an increase in the average score of the learning motivation of PGSD students of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo University A1 Semester 1 class from a score of 67.9% (cycle I) to 80.1% (cycle II) through the application of the Quantum Teaching learning model. The conclusion of this study is that there is an increase in learning motivation of PGSD students at Muhamamdiyah Sidoarjo University after the implementation of the Quantum Teaching learning model.

Writing is one of important skill in English subject beside the other skills. To improve the students’ writing skill, we have to know what strategy is the most suitable for the students’. This research used Classroom Action Research. The research was on two cycles with total meetings were seven; three meetings were for tests, and four meetings were for treatment. Each cycle covered the step of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The population of this research was the Seventh Grade Students of SMP Pandu Nusantara in the academic year of 2018/2019 which consisted of 30 students. The average score of pretest was 45. After the implementation of brainswriting strategy in every cycle, the students’ writing skill score were getting better. It can be seen from the research of students’ average score Cycle 1 was 50 and Cycle was 71. It can be concluded that brainswriting strategy can improve students’ writing skill and improve writing classroom into a better situation.

<p><em>Lowness of poetry writing skill on four grade student of jetis 2 primary school makes researcher done a research with Think Talk Write model of study. The purpose of this research was to improve poetry writing skill on student. The type of this research was Classroom Action Research because to emphasize improvements in classroom learning. Result of this research was average score of students’ poetry writing on first test before the action done was 47. After cycle one, the score increased to 71,83, and at cycle 2 it became 77,67. The previous classical comprehensiveness of poem writing skill was 20%, then increased to 60% on first cycle, and rose again into 77,67% on second cycle.The conclusion of this research was the implementation of Think Talk Write (TTW) model can improve students’ skill on writing poetry on four grade students of Jetis 2 Primary School in academic year of 2017/2018.</em></p>

This research discusses the improvement of students' understanding of mathematics, especially flat-up material. To find out whether the application of origami paper media in class VI MI Datok Sulaiman can improve students' understanding. This research is classroom action research (CAR) which consists of two cycles, each cycle carried out as much as 2 meetings, with stages of Planning, Implementation, Observation, and Reflection. The results showed that: by applying origami paper media can improve the material understanding of students 'flat wake, Based on the test of student learning outcomes in the sixth grade of MI Datok Sulaiman Putra Palopo which was conducted in two cycles showed that students' learning outcomes increased, from the first cycle the average score the mean is 76 with a percentage of completeness of 71% while the second cycle has an average value of 87 with a percentage of 96% and has met the KKM value of 70.

<p><em>The aim of this research is to determine the improvement of students ‘learning outcomes in writing skill of indonesian by using flash cards media. The research conducted was a Classroom Action Research (PTK) with three cycles consisting of two meetings. Each meeting is carried out a pre test and post test. The subjects of this study were grade I SD Negeri Banjaranyar 01 which consisted of 24 students. KKM standard 65 out of 24 students only 11 students or 45.8% who reached a value of 65 and above while 13 students or 54.2% got a score below KKM. The results showed that the improvement of students”learning outcomes in writing skills of  Indonesian. In the pre-cycle obtained an average score of the 45.8%. Then increased in first cycle with a score of 58.3%, increased back in the second cycle 87.5%. These results indicated that using flash cards can improved the sudents”learning outcomes in writing skills of Indonesian especially grade I at SD Negeri Banjaranyar 01 Brebes.</em></p>

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran Examples Non Examples ditinjau dari partisipasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik di SMAN 2 Banjar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan 2 siklus. Pada setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI. IPS4 SMA Negeri 2 Banjar pada materi Kelompok Sosial pada mata pelajaran Sosiologi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan hasil yang dicapai peserta didik dalam menguasai materi kelompok sosial. Peningkatan partisipasi belajar hasil pengamatan dari pengamatan awal sampai siklus 2 mengalami peningkatan yaitu 57,69% (siklus 1) menjadi 81,73% (siklus 2), nilai rerata tes ada peningkatan dari siklus 1 yaitu dengan rata-rata nilai 70,45 ke siklus 2 yaitu dengan rerata nilai 78,29 serta jumlah peserta didik yang tuntas dan persentase ketuntasan belajar pun meningkat dari 17 orang atau 54,84 % menjadi 24 orang atau 77,42%  pada siklus 2.Abstract: This study aims to determine the application of learning models Examples Non Examples in terms of participation and learning outcomes of students at SMAN 2 Banjar. Increased learning participation observations from the initial observation until the second cycle experienced an increase of 57.69% (cycle 1) to 81.73% (cycle 2), the average score of the test was an increase from cycle one which is an average of 70.45 to cycle 2 is the average value of 78.29 and the number of students who complete and the percentage of mastery learning increases from 17 people or 54.84% to 24 people or 77.42% in cycle 2.

This research is motivated by a lack of understanding of teachers in preparing lesson plans in a complete and systematic manner, besides that the ability of teachers is not sufficient in developing the components of lesson plans according to the needs and abilities of students. The purpose of this study is to improve teacher competencies in preparing learning implementation plans through academic supervision. This research is a classroom action research. School action research is carried out in four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection, and carried out at least in two cycles. The research subjects were mathematics teachers totaling 6 people who were in the shade school of the researchers. The research instruments used were RPP documents and assessment observation sheets. The results of the study showed that the teacher's competence in preparing lesson plans in the first cycle was 40.90% which was included in the less category, in the second cycle it increased to 92.42% which was included in the good category. The conclusion based on the research data is that the teacher's competence in preparing lesson plans has increased after academic supervision.
