The aim of this research was to find out the validity and reliability of a teacher-made test in SMAN 6 Bengkulu. This research was a descriptive quantitative research. The subject of this research was an English teacher-made test for eleventh grade students of SMAN 6 Bengkulu. There were 40 items of the test consist of 35 multiple choice items and 5 essay items. There were two research instruments used in this research, observation checklist and documentation. Based on the data analysis, it was found that the  percentage of the validity score was 60% or 0.60. It means that the test was valid but in the intermediate category. The r-obtained for reliability test was 0.62 and it was considered to be reliable but was in the intermediate level of reliability.  From the research finding, it can be concluded that the test was valid and reliable but both were in the intermediate category. It means that the test still need some revision and improvement in order to be a good, valid, and reliable test. Key Words : Validity, Reliability, Teacher-made test

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, self awareness and communication on the work discipline of employees in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Ponorogo Regency. The location of research in Pramuka Street Number 21, Nologaten, Ponorogo Regency. The population in this study was 102 employees. The sample in this study used 50 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, then tested with validity and reliability test, while the method of data analysis using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS and hypothesis testing partially or simultaneously. The results showed that; (1) Motivation partially influences the work discipline of employees in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Ponorogo Regency with a regression coefficient of 0.317, t value of 2.903> t table of 2.012 and sig. of 0.006 <0.05, (2) Self Awareness partially influences the work discipline of employees in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Ponorogo Regency with the results of the regression coefficient of 0.409, t value of 3.478> t table of 2.012 and sig. of 0.001 <0.05, (3) Communication partially influences the work discipline of employees in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Ponorogo Regency with the results of a regression coefficient of 0.310, t value of 2.178> t table of 2.012 and sig. of 0.035 <0.05, (4) Motivation, self awareness and communication simultaneously affect employee work discipline in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Ponorogo Regency with the calculated F value of 14.807> F table 2.81 and sig value. of 0,000 <0.05, (5) Self awareness is the most dominant variable affecting the work discipline of employees in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Ponorogo Regency with the result of self awareness variable t value of 3.478 is greater than the value of t variable count motivation and communication variables. Furthermore, from the value of sig. the variable self awareness of 0.001 is smaller than the value of sig. motivation variable and communication variable.

in this study is to find out how the influence of service quality, price and promotion on customer satisfaction with the aim of testing and analyzing the effect of service quality, price and promotion on customer satisfaction at PT. Benua Trans Maju Bersama Cabang Medan. The research was started in October 2020 – May 2021. In this study, the researcher used quantitative research techniques with the type of research being descriptive quantitative and the nature of the research was descriptive explanatory research. The population in this study were all customers has 223 customers. where validity and reliability were first tested in order to determine whether a questionnaire was valid or not, and researchers did it to 30 customers and the rest were 143 customers as a sample test. Then it is processed using the classical assumption test which includes: normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The data analysis model in this study uses multiple regression analysis. The conclusion from the results of this study is that there is a service quality partially positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The price partially positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Promotion positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction Simultaneously the variables of service quality (X1), price (X2) and promotion (X3), there is a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction (Y).

The aim of this study is to develop a concept test on the subject of stars that is suitable for model analysis and to evaluate the conformity of this model. The study was performed using a screening model, which is a type of quantitative research method. The study also tried to fill the gap in the existing literature regarding the use of quantitative methods. To develop the test, existing studies on stars were first examined; interviews with candidates who were teachers were conducted; and finally, necessary amendments to test items were made after referring to experts’ opinions. To assure its validity and reliability, the test was applied to a total of 175 candidates who were studying at schools of education in the departments of science teaching of three different universities to become teachers; all candidates took astronomy courses and were educated on the subject matter. The final form of the test comprised of 26 multiple-choice questions, each with 5 possible answers. The Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficient of the test was calculated to be 0.735. In addition, the mean strength of the test was found to be 0.370 and the distinctiveness was found to be 0.390. Statistical analyses revealed that the concept test developed in this study is a valid and reliable test that conforms to the model analysis.

This study aims to determine the method of adult Al-Qur'an education (Dirosa) on the ability to read the Koran. This research is descriptive quantitative research with the ex-post facto design. Determination of the sample is 50% of the population entitled 90, namely 45 research samples. The research data use questionnaire and test instruments that have been tested for validity and reliability. Before carrying out data analysis, the data were tested first, namely normality test and homogeneity test. Data analysis The results of the study used descriptive statistical analysis and hypothesis analysis. The results showed that: (1) the method of adult Al-Quran education (Dirosa) as a whole respondents who answered always (SL) by 65%, who answered frequently (SR) by 30%, who answered sometimes (KD) for 5%, who answer rarely (JR) and never (TP) by 0%; (2) Ability to read al-Qur'an respondents with excellent predicate of 43 or 96%, good predicate of 2 or 4%, predicate sufficient, predicate less and predicate failed at 0 or 0%; (3) Based on the results of a simple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of adult Al-Qur'an education methods (variable X) on the ability to read the Qur'an (Variable Y) with the independent variable (method Dirosa) to the honest variable ( Qur'anic reading ability is 67.2%, while other variable costs. Significance value is 0,000 <0,05 so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means there is a significant (significant) influence of the Dirosa (X) method variable on the ability to read the Qur'an (Y). The interpretation of the r-value of 0.820 shows very strong

The purpose of this research was to determine The Effect of Product Quality and Promotion to Decision Purchase The Tri Card. This research is a quantitative research using descriptive methods. Data sources used are data Primary and data Secondary. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The study population were the student of STIE HAS Bukittinggi department of management reguler morning, afternoon, and Saturday Sunday year 2016, 2017, and 2018 and the sample will be taken as many as 74 people who took the technique sampling based on the slovin formula. The data analysis method used is instrument test namely a Test Validity and test Reliability, Test of Regression Model and Descriptive Variable Analysis (TCR). Data were analyzed using logistic binary regression. The results showed (1) The product positively affects and significance to decision purchase the Tri card. (2) Promotion positively affect and significance to decision purchase the Tri card.

Abstract This study began with observations during the pre-study of guests staying at the Prince Beach Hotel in Padang. It was found that there were problems with the needs of guests who were not properly met so that guests were dissatisfied, including those who complained about room facilities that were experiencing a lot of damage that were considered less provide comfort for guests. This study aims to analyze the effect of room facilities on guest satisfaction staying at the Prince Beach Hotel Padang. This type of research is classified as quantitative research with a causal associative approach. The study population was individual guests who stayed overnight with an average monthly rate of 1,707 people. The research sample of 95 using purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis using simple linear regression with SPSS version 16.00. The results showed that: room facilities were classified as good (73.7%), and guest satisfaction was classified as good (61.05%). R square values ​​were obtained (10.3%), and the significance was 0.002 <0.05. This means that the influence of room facilities on guest satisfaction by 10.3% while 89.7% is influenced by other factors. Keywords: Room Facilities, Guest Satisfaction

This study aims to examine the effect of variables with the title “The Effect of Training and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Wahana Logistics Achievement in Bekasi City”. This research was conducted on employees at PT Wahana Prestasi Logistik in the city of Bekasi. The sample used was 60 predetermined employees. Hypothesis testing uses validity and reliability test, regression analysis, correlation, determination coefficient, t test and f test by first testing classic assumptions. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, the training variable partially (XI) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) where t count = 4.598 is greater t-table = 1.672 which means H0 is rejected while H1 is accepted. Work discipline variables (X2) partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), where t-count = 2.720 is greater t-table = 1.672 which means H0 is rejected while H1 is accepted. Simultaneously obtained the results of F-count 22,392 F-table which is equal to = 3.16 which means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that training variables and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The determination coefficient of 44% is explained by training and work discipline while the rest is explained by other factors outside the research variable.

Abstract. The purpose of this research was to examine the relation between democratic-parenting and self confidence with independent new college student. The subject of the study were 131 new  college student of faculty preaching the state islamic institute sunan ampel surabaya. Data were collected by scale of democratic-parenting, self confidence and independent scale. The data analysis used multiple regression analysis showed that the democratic-parenting anda self confidence have a significant relation with independent new  college student. The result of correlation analysis between either democratic-parenting or self confidence with independent showed a positive correlation signifycantly. Variables of democratic parenting and self confidence give effecttive contribution toward independent new college student about 51,3%.Key words : Democratic-Parenting, Self Confidence, Independent New College Student.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pengajuan dan pemecahan masalah (JUCAMA) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif Matematika siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar yang dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sukamakmur 1. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Sukamakmur 1 yang berjumlah 97 siswa. Peneliti mengambil sampel 40 siswa dari jumlah populasi yang ada. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui tes soal Kelipatan Persekutuan Terkecil (KPK) dan Faktor Persekutuan Terbesar (FPB) pada soal Matematika. Teknik analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis dilakukan dengan perhitungan pearson product moment. Hasil dari uji validitas tes soal Matematika diperoleh 10 butir instrumen yang valid dari 10 butir instrumen yang diujicobakan. Hasil uji reliabilitas nilai r20 sebesar 0,939. Hasil pengujian hipotesis, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan penerapan model pengajuan dan pemecahan masalah (JUCAMA) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif Matematika siswa kelas IV. Hal ini diperoleh probabilitas (signifikansi) 0.000 < 0.050 menunjukkan adanya pengaruh model pengajuan dan pemecahan masalah (JUCAMA) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif Matematika siswa kelas IV.   Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the model of problem submission and troubleshooting (JUCAMA) on the mathematical creative thinking ability of fourth grade learners in elementary school. This location was conducted at Sukamakmur 1 State Elementary School. This research is a type of Quantitative Research. The population who was used in this study. There were all fourth grade learners of State Elementary School Sukamakmur 1 with totalling 97 learners. Researcher took a sample of 40 learners from the existing population. Data Collection Techniques were through tests about the Smallest Guild Multiplication (KPK) and the Biggest Guild Factor (FPB) in Mathematical Questions. Data Analysis Techniques to test hypothesis were done by calculating Pearson Product Moment. The result of the validity test of mathematical questions were obtained 10 valid instruments from the 10 items tested. The reliability test resulted of the r20 value were 0/939. The result of testing the hypothesis, there was a significant effect of the application of the model of problem submission and troubleshooting (JUCAMA) to the Mathematical Creative Thinking Ability of fourth grade learners. This was obtained probability (significance) 0.000 < 0.050 showed the influence of submission and troubleshooting model (JUCAMA) on Mathematical Creative Thinking Ability of fourth grade learners. This study aims to determine the effect of partial financial target, ineffective monitoring, and capability for fraud. The data of this study were obtained from questionnaires. This research includes quantitatives research. The population of this study is 100 employees who work at the Sluice Credit Cooperative and the sample determination technique uses the slovin formula. The number of respondents in this study were 50 employees. The instrument reliability test includes the validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test includes the normality test, the heterokedasticity test and the multicollinearity test. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing (t test). The results showed that the (1) financial target had a significant effect on fraud with a significant value of 0,003 < 0,05 (2) ineffective monitoring has a significant effect on fraud with a significant value of 0,002 < 0,05; (3) capability has a significant effect on fraud with a significance value of 0,000 < 0,005.
