AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Evaluasi Program Pembinan Prestasi Olahraga Bola Voli pada SMK Negeri Di Kota Bengkulu. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Pembina, Pelatih, Atlet SMK Negeri 1, SMK Negeri 3, SMK Negeri 5, SMK Negeri 7 Kota Bengkulu. Pengumpulan data dan Instrumen penelitian ini berupa kuesioner/angket yang sudah divalidasi oleh ahli. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data kualitatif dan keabsahan data statistik yang menggunakan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian dalam pembahasan menunjukan bahwa hasil Evaluasi Program Pembinaan Prestasi Olahraga Bola Voli Pada SMK Negeri Di Kota Bengkulu belum seluruhnya maksimal dalam pelaksanaannya dari 4 sekolah yang diteliti hanya 1 sekolah yang menjalankan program pembinaan dengan baik. Hal tersebut dilihat dari segi manajemen pengelolaan sarana dan prasaranan yang sangat minim, pengelolaan dana yang belum tersalurkan menyeluruh untuk kegiatan program pembinaan tersebut, serta kurangnya dukungan dari pihak sekolah. Kurang maksimalnya program latihan yang diberikan pelatih, membuat tujuan pencapaian prestasi puncak tidak dapat terlaksana dengan baik. Kesimpulan dari program pembinaan belum maksimal dari segi prasarana, pengelolaan dana, serta dukungan dari sekolah dari 4 sekolah yang di teliti hanya 25 % sekolah yang sudah melaksanakan program dengan baik.Kata Kunci: Evaluasi, Program Pembinaan Prestasi, Bola VoliAbstractThis study aimed to describe the Evaluation of the Achiefment Volley Ball Training Program at Vocational School in Bengkulu City. This research was aimed to reflect the form of K.H. Ahmad Dahlan’s educational ideas in schools. The kind of this reasearch was qualitative with multi sites approach. Reasearch was conducted at MTs Muhammadiyah 2 and Muhammadiyah 1 Vocational School – Trenggalek.The object of this research was the form of K.H. Ahmad Dahlan’s educational ideas whereas the subject was all the schools administrators. Data were collected through deep interview, documentation and observation techniques. Data validity was tested with; credibility, transferability, and confirmability. Data analysis model was interractionally each other; data reduction, data presentation, conclusion withdrawal, and verification. The research result were; first, at MTs Muhammadiyah 2, the form of K.H. Ahmad dahlan’s educational ideas covered: Muhammadiyah values, such as (a). TBC eradication, worry attitude towards the improvement of fundamentalist religious culture in the society (LDII), (b). Willingness to sacrifice attitude grown by the school founders’ core team, organizers, and administarators; (c). The spirit of dakwah and dedication for the nation and the religion. Second, at Muhammadiyah 1 Vocational School, it covered (a). Charity effort movement for all (rahmatan lilalamin); (b). Amar maruf nahy munkar was formed in the construction of all field of life, (c). Working was the spirit of movement organization.

This research was intended to see how the Kirkpatrick four level evaluation model is applied in the Library Material Processing training program organized by the Education and Training center of National Library of Indonesia. This evaluation research uses the Kirkpatrick evaluation model (Reaction, Learning, Behavior, Result). The subject of this research is training organizers, training instructors and training participants in the processing of library materials. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, documentation and interviews. Data validity test is done using triangulation of sources and methods. The  results  of  this  study show that the  implementation  of the  Library Material  Processing  Training  program  has  not  gone  well  based  on  the aspect  that  being  evaluated.  1)  In  the  Reaction  evaluation  aspect, the implementation  of training  at  this  stage goes  well.  It can  be seen  from the  results  of  the  evaluator's last evaluation  score  which  has  a  score  of 93.88 or very satisfied and the last evaluation score of the instructor who has  a  score  of  90.66  or  very  satisfied.  2)  In  the  aspect  of  learning evaluation,  the  training  process  goes  well  according  to  the  plan  that was made before. This can be seen from the final score of all participants who have a score above the least limit. 3) in the Behavior aspect, the training organizers have not carried out observations of the participants' behavior after the training. 4) Then in the Result aspect, the training organizers also have  not  carried  out  observations  on  the  participants'  contributions  or the use of participant's knowledge of the library performance.   Keywords: Program Evaluation, Library Material Processing Training, Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model

Film is a media of mass communication that still have audiences until now. Film also become a media of life representation. Researcher lift a film entitled Tenggelamnya Kapal Van Der Wijck. Tenggelamnya Kapal Van Der Wijck is a film that tell about the orphan man, Zainuddin. He has a Minangnese father and a mother from Makassar. Then he decided to move to his father hometown, Batipuh West Sumatra. As a person of mix descent, he faces much discrimination from Minang conservatives. Although he loves Hayati, a Minangnese woman, the niece of local nobleman, he’s not allowed to be with her because his background.The researcher method is cualitative that referring to semiotics analysis of Roland Barthes. The subject of the research is Minangkabau Matrilineal culture with research object is a Tenggelamnya Kapal Van Der Wijck Film. Data collection techniques using semiotic data analysis techniques by Barthes. On data validity techniques by extending participation and observational persistence.The result of this research show that scenes researched related with the meaning of denotation, connotation, and myth by Roland Barthes. And the result also shows that have the representation of Minangkabau Matrilineal Culture in Tenggelamnya Kapal Van Der Wijck that Minangkabau’s culture is too strict, also people claimed as a Minangnese only if their mother is a Minangnese even though their father is a Minangnese. And Mamak (mother’s brothers) has an authorization in their clan and to the nieces and nephews. And his authority is stronger than their own father.

The purpose of this study describes the implementation of textbook writing pantun students and the implementation of text ratings pantun works of students of class VII 2 SMPN 3 Kota Bengkulu. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The subject of this research is the teacher who is carrying out the learning and the students who are following the pantun text writing lesson in class VII 2 SMPN 3 Kota Bengkulu. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and document studies. Data analysis techniques used are Miles and Huberman which include data reduction, data presentation, data verification, and conclusion. Test data validity used is source triangulation. The results showed that the implementation of pantun text writing lesson in class VII 2 using scientific approach and implemented based on the Implementation Plan of Learning that has been made by the teacher. Teachers carry out the assessment of the text of the students 'pantun begins by giving instructions on performing the task of writing the pantun, the students doing the tasks and collecting the task, the teacher reading and assessing the students' pantun based on the assessment criteria contained in the Lesson Plan. Based on the assessment, the grade averaged 76.5.

Burnout refers to feelings of physical, emotional and mental exhaustion of parents who have children with cerebral palsy disabilities. The purpose of the research was to examine: 1) Characteristics of the subject, 2) Feelings of physical fatigue, 3) Feelings of emotional fatigue, and 4) Feelings of mental fatigue. The method used was descriptive qualitative method. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. The technique of determining the informants used was purposive. Data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation study. The criteria for checking data validity used credibility test, transferability test, dependability test, conformbility test with the technique of extending participation, observation persistence, and triangulation. Data analysis techniques used qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that parents who have cerebral palsy children experience burnout characterized by feelings of physical, emotional and mental fatigue. However, feelings of physical and emotional exhaustion can still be overcome properly, only the feeling of mental fatigue cannot be overcome.

This research is motivated by the fact that deaf students have the samerights to get education and access to learn English. However, they needsupport and specific accommodation designs according to their abilities.Teaching English to deaf students is still a problem and varies based onthe situation. Therefore, this research aims at describing how Englishteachers teach deaf students, what problems teachers face in teachingEnglish for deaf students, and the strategies they use. The method usedin this research was qualitative, while the subject was English teachers.The instruments used to collect the data for this research wereobservation, interview and documentation. Besides, the data wereanalyzed using the qualitative data analysis procedures by Yin (2011).The results indicated that there were several problems faced by EFLteachers in teaching the deaf students. It can be categorized into linguisticand nonlinguistic. Likewise, each strategy is implemented based on theproblems and depends on the teachers’ teaching experiences. It issuggested to provide an extensive training program for English teachersand facilitate the learning media to get the success of teaching andlearning process for the deaf students.

The purpose of this study is to develop Macromedia Flash teaching materials to increase student learning outcomes and to determine the feasibility of Macromedia Flash-based teaching materials. This research is research and development (R & D) using the 4D development model. This study involved subjects namely students of Grade X of Muhammadiyah Mungkid Vocational School and Salaman Muhammadiyah Vocational School. Data analysis uses quantitative data analysis. The analysis used was an independent sample t-test using SPSS version 17. The results of the development produced a product in the form of Macromedia Flash-based learning media on the subject of negotiation text for learning Bahasa Indonesia. The results of the research suggest that there are differences in the average score of student learning outcomes before and after using Macromedia Flash media. The percentage of students reaching the passing grade of 75 before using Macromedia Flash or conventional media is 9% and after using Macromedia Flash media to 68.3%. The result of calculated-t value is 10.3 while the t-table is 1.657. The t-test analysis proves that Macromedia Flash learning media is suitable for Bahasa Indonesia learning, especially on the subject of negotiation text. Moreover, the learning is more effective than using conventional learning media.

This study aims at describing how the teachers teach reading comprehension of narrative text to the tenth grade students in Sibolangit and revealing the underlying reasons of why do they do that way. This study was conducted by using qualitative research design. The subject of this study were two english teachers who taught at tenth grade students of two SMA in Sibolangit they are : SMA Negeri  1 Sibolangit  and SMA RK Deli Murni Bandar Baru in academic year 2016/ 2017. The data were analyzed by using Miles and Huberman data analysis technique. The  technique of collecting the data was recorded from the classroom process in teaching reading comprehension of narrative text. The findings of the study show that most of teachers’ ways are not yet focusing on teaching reading comprehension but rather focusing teaching the knowledge of genre. The underlying reason of the teachers’ ways in teaching reading comprehension did not facilitate reading comprehension. It was due to the misperception of the concept of teaching reading comprehension.  Keywords : Teaching,Reading Comprehension,Narrative Text.

This study concerns on how reading text materials are developed for vocational school. This study was conducted by using developmental research. The subject of this research was class XII SMK Sandhy Putra 2 Medan consisting of 36 students. Instrumentations for collecting data were questionnaire and interview. After analyzing the data, the writer got the students’ need in learning English in term of vocation that they have. Based on the students’ need analysis, then it was got some basic competences which need to be reached by the students, and based on the basic competences, syllabus can be designed. After syllabus had been designed, developing teaching materials was done. The developed teaching materials were related to the vocation that the students had; it was culinary art. The development of materials followed four stages; those were pre-development/ planning, development, evaluation, and revision.
