The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of biomechanical analysis technology to improve the assessment of students during certain school sports activities (long jump), this by (1) determining the statistical differences between groups in variables analyzed. (2) revealing the relationship between the kinematical variables analyzed and the digital level & evaluation result. The sample included 32 students in the 1st year of secondary school (16 males, 16 females), two groups for each gender. Group ? working on the use of kinetic analysis in a correction the kinetic performance and evaluated, and group ? is guided by the observation only. The study involved the kinematical analysis of performance during long jumping activity, by using the software; Coach's Eye & MyDartfish Express.  The data were analyzed in SPSS 22.0 program, the descriptive statistics (mean ± SD, Std. E), the Anova & T-tests for difference statistical between groups, and the P test for the correlations between variables. In conclusion, our assessment problem is that it depends on the digital level only in the learning phase. Besides, these results indicate that the professors who use this kinetic analysis software have adjusted the way they evaluate students, where Improving digital achievement should depend on proper evaluation in the stages of achievement for the physical education and sports teaching process.

This study was designed to measure the relationship between emotional intelligence and the psychological well-being of secondary school teachers. This correlational study used a multistage random sampling technique to select 1200 teachers from 20 boys and 20 girls' high schools in district Lahore. The emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (?=.86) and Psychological Well-Being Scale (?=.89) were adapted as tools for data collection. The results showed that emotional intelligence and psychological well-being were strongly correlated with each other. Factor wise descriptive statistics of emotional intelligence showed that teachers were almost completely agreed with their students while teaching. Descriptive statistics of the psychological well-being of teachers showed that they were almost completely agreed while dealing with stakeholders. Female teachers demonstrated a higher score than male in emotional intelligence and psychological well-being. Married teachers demonstrated a higher score in emotional intelligence and psychological well-being. It was recommended that male and unmarried teachers be motivated to improve emotions and well-being.

The main objective of this study was to investigate the relationship of aggregate sports participation and the overall crime in Hong Kong. Data of sports participation and the number of crimes from the year 2001 to 2015 were used in this study. Poisson regression models in level and in one-lagged period by maximum likelihood were used to explore the relationship between sports participation and crime in Hong Kong. The findings proved that higher sports participation of citizens would lower the overall crime in the city. This linkage also existed for young persons. The results of this study brought practical implications on the future planning of sports policy. The Hong Kong government played an important role in providing sports and recreation opportunities for the citizens. Recently, there was rising discontent towards the political power in the city, especially from the younger generation. It was hopeful that sports activities could be a medium to relief the grievance of young people and build up a stronger social cohesion. School sports might be a ready-made panacea for the current situation. Therefore, it suggested that more school sports opportunities should be provided to the younger generation.

This study was conducted to identify the relationship between the perspective and satisfaction of school sports and games club advisory teachers on the transformational leadership of Senior Assistant Co-curriculum in Secondary schools. This study is a comparative causal study and uses the Group Sampling method involving 550 secondary school teachers in Sarawak. Pearson correlation results r = .796, p <0.05 showed that there was a high and significant relationship between the transformational leadership perspective of the Senior Assistant Co-curriculum with satisfaction among secondary school sports advisory teachers. The charismatic dimension has shown the highest relationship to the satisfaction of sports club and game club advisors and is followed by the dimension of intellectual stimulation as well as inspirational motivation. The dimension of individual judgment has shown the lowest relationship to the satisfaction of sports and game club advisory teachers. Nevertheless, the dimension of individual judgment still has a high relationship with the satisfaction of sports clubs and game club advisors. Thus, transformational leadership is proposed to the Senior Assistant Co-curriculum in secondary schools because it can influence the level of satisfaction of sports club and game club advisors in the implementation of sports activities to achieve school goals and goals.

Abstract. This study examines the relationship between students' personality and intelligence scores with their preferences for the personality profile of their lecturers. Student ratings (N = 136) of 30 lecturer trait characteristics were coded into an internally reliable Big Five taxonomy ( Costa & McCrae, 1992 ). Descriptive statistics showed that, overall, students tended to prefer conscientious, open, and stable lecturers, though correlations revealed that these preferences were largely a function of students' own personality traits. Thus, open students preferred open lecturers, while agreeable students preferred agreeable lecturers. There was evidence of a similarity effect for both Agreeableness and Openness. In addition, less intelligent students were more likely to prefer agreeable lecturers than their more intelligent counterparts were. A series of regressions showed that individual differences are particularly good predictors of preferences for agreeable lecturers, and modest, albeit significant, predictors of preferences for open and neurotic lecturers. Educational and vocational implications are considered.

The purpose of this study is to review the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 in order to improve the quality of services at Pusat Kesihatan Universiti (PKU), Universiti Utara Malaysia. The respondents of this study were customers at the PKU, UUM. The questionnaire was distributed to 50 respondents. The data were analyzed using SPSS software version 24. The data were tested using descriptive statistics, and correlation analysis to answer the research questions and to achieve the objectives. The findings show that customers agree that implementation of ISO 9001:2015 give service at PKU, UUM is good and satisfied. Through the correlation test, the results showed that the relationship between the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction and the effect of implementing ISO 9001:2015 has a positive and significant impact in improving quality of service at PKU, UUM.Through mean and standard deviation tests, results show that tangible dimensions are the main dimensions of customer satisfaction while dimensions with low values are dimensions of responsiveness. Therefore, all aspects of service in PKU, UUM will be strengthened and all aspects of the weaknesses could be addressed to improve the service in order to maintain good quality services.

Summary Purpose: to determine the relationship between achievement motivation and the attitudes of schoolchildren of 11-17 years old and students of 18-21 years old to independent sports and passing control standards in the discipline \”Physical Education\”. Material: 1576 schoolchildren (boys n = 780 and girls n = 796) of comprehensive schools of Belgorod, Stary Oskol, Stroitel and Shebekino (Belgorod region, Russian Federation) and 246 students (men n = 127) were surveyed. and women n = 119) Belgorod State Technological University named after V.G. Shukhov (Belgorod, Russian Federation). The questionnaire consisted of three blocks of questions: the 1st block of questions - questions aimed at determining the age, sex, place of study of the respondent; 2nd block of questions - 8 questions, allowing to assess the attitude of the respondent to independent sports activities and the desire to take control standards of the discipline Y’Physical Education\”; 3rd block of questions is a test of 20 questions, developed by A.A. Rean, to assess the motivation to achieve success and avoid failures. Results: the motivation for avoiding failures was diagnosed in 5% male students and 10% female students. A direct correlation between achievement motivation and the attitude of schoolchildren and students towards independent sports activities and passing control standards has been revealed. Conclusions: there are no differences in the correlation between the relationship between achievement motivation and attitudes toward independent sports by gender. Schoolchildren and students with motivation to achieve regular self-exercise. Schoolchildren and students with a pronounced motivation for avoiding failures prefer a passive way of life. They do not want to pass standards on the discipline \”Physical Education\” and do not go in for sports on their own.
