Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bahwa organisasi pembelajaran, dukungan sosial dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai PT Bank Mandiri Cabang Bekasi. Metode yang dipakai pada penelitian ini ialah metode pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan analisis deskriptif serta verifikatif (regresi linier ganda). Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 55 responden yang merupakan pegawai di PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk., Cabang Bekasi. Organisasi pembelajaran, dukungan sosial, dan motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan juga signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Organisasi pembelajaran, dukungan sosial dan motivasi kerja secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.This research aims to find out that the organization of learning, social support and work motivation affects the performance of employees of PT Bank Mandiri Bekasi Branch. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach method and uses descriptive and verifiative analysis (double linear regression). The number of research samples as many as 55 respondents who are employees at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk., Bekasi Branch. Organizational learning, social support, and work motivation have a positive and also significant influence on employee performance. The organization of learning, social support and work motivation partially has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the motivation variables have a significant effect on performance and work discipline has a significant effect on performance. The sample in this study was 30 respondents and used multiple linear regression analysis with the following regression equation Y Y = 4.604 + 0.476X1 + 0.336X2 + e. From the regression equation it can be seen that the work motivation variable is stated to have a significant influence on employee performance. It can also be said that the more work motivation will affect employee performance. Work discipline variables have an influence on employee performance (Y). This means, every time there is an increase in work discipline will improve employee performance.. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of direct com- pensation variable and indirect compensation variable on motivation variable, to determine the effect of direct compensation variable and indirect compen- sation variable on employee performance variable, and to determine the effect of direct compensation and indirect compensation variable on employee per- formance variable with motivation as intervening variable This kind of re- search is explanatory research with quantitative approach by using question- naire. Research sample are 55 employee of PT. Citra Buana Prakarsa. This re- search use descriptive analysis method, path analysis, partially and simul- taneity trial. Statistical calculations show that direct compensation  signify- cantly contributing to work motivation with value 0.347, and indirect compen- sation significantly contributing the work motivation with value 0.379. Direct compensation significantly contributing to employee performance with value0.590. Indirect compensation significantly contributing to employee perfor- mance with value 0.529. The results of this study are direct compensation, indi- rect compensation, and work motivation have a significant influence on em- ployyee performance. Keyword : Compensation, Employee Performance, Motivation

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation, knowledge management and organizational support on employee performance at Hotel Chanti Semarang. This research uses quantitative descriptive which describes factual conditions with data collected from questionnaires based on direct observation of objects and interviews. Population and sample in this study were 64 employees of Hotel Chanti Semarang. Descriptive analysis through frequency and percentage, as well as statistical analysis using Multiple Linear Regression. The findings of this study, namely Work Motivation, Knowledge Management, and Organizational Support have been applied by employees and have had a positive and significant influence both simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees of Hotel Chanti Semarang. The results of the analysis show that all observed variables in the form of Work Motivation, Knowledge Management and Organizational Support are significant based on the acquisition of tcount > ttable, and it is found that the dominant influence of Organizational Support (X3) affects the Employee Performance of Chanti Hotel Semarang

The study aims to: (1) determine and analyze simultaneous influence of work motivation and compensation on employees’ performance at PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama of Palu City; (2) determine and analyze partial influence of work motivation on employees’ performance at PT. Manunggal Bersama of Palu City; (3) determine and analyze partial influence of compensation on employees’ performance at PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama of Palu City. This research uses quantitative approach to explain the relationship between two or more variables studied with a sample of 42 employees. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regressions. The results show that (1) the sig. F value of 0.002 < 0.05 means that work motivation and compensation simultaneously have significant influence on employee performance; (2) the sig. t value of 0.013<α 0.05 means that work motivation partially has significant influence on employee performance. (3) the sig. t value of 0.821>α 0.05 means that compensation has non-significant influence on employee performance.  Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kompensasi secara serempak terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama Kota Palu. (2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama Kota Palu. (3) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama Kota Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan sampel 42 karyawan dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda, disimpulkan: (1) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh sig. F sebesar 0,002 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja dan kompensasi secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel motivasi kerja memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,013 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel kompensasi memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,821 > α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Causal associative research uses a quantitative approach. The research was conducted at SMK Negeri 2 Jambi City. The method used. The population and samples numbered 124 people, using a saturated or census sample technique. Result of research: 1) Positive positive influence between social support to learning result sebeesar 0,455, t count> t table that is 5,640> 1.67. 2) Positive and significant influence between self-confidence to the learning result of 0.402, t arithmetic> t table is 4.849> 1.675. 3) Positive and significant influence between the motivation of learning outcomes 0.419, t arithmetic> t table is 1.675> 0.05. 4) Positive and significant influence between social strengthening to motivation of 0.272, t arithmetic> t table ie 3.119> 1.655. 5) Positive and significant influence between work environment on work motivation of 0.844, t arithmetic> t table that is 10.177> 2.015. 6) Positive and significant indirect effects between support to economic learning outcomes through motivation of 0,559, F hit> F table or 518,919> 2,698. 7) Positive and significant indirect effects between self-confidence in learning outcomes through motivation of 0,504, F hit> F table or 18,919> 2,68.

The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of Lampung University employees, through leadership style and work motivation. This study used a correlational quantitative approach. The population of this study was all employees of education staff at the General and Financial Devision at Lampung University of 110  people. Samples were taken purposively, as many as 53 employees. Data was collected using survey methods. The data were analyzed by simple and multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 17.0 statistical software. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis of the influence of leadership style on employee performance, the results of t-count of 2.374 and t-table of 1.67655 were obtained. Furthermore, the motivation variables on employee performance, the results of t-count were 7.283 and t-table was 1.67655. Simultaneous testing or jointly obtained results of F-count statistics of 40,288 and F-table 3.18. The results of the analysis can be concluded that employee performance at the General and Financial Bureau of Lampung University is influenced by motivation.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Work Discipline, Remuneration, and leadership style in PT DKP Tangerang on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach and was taken during September 2019 - June 2020. The population studied was 60 employees of PT DKP Tangerang. The sampling method used was saturated sampling method with nonprobability sampling techniques. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS ( Statistical Product For Service Solution) program) Version 25.0. The results showed that the variables of work discipline, remuneration, and leadership style partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Based on the research results, it is suggested that the company should further improve work discipline by acting more firmly on disciplinary violations, changing the remuneration system to be fairer and changing the appropriate leadership style.

Purpose - This study aimed to gain a sense o1qf lifestyle, an overview of purchase decision, and  the influence of lifestyle on purchase decision employee performanceDesign / methodology / approach - The method used is an Explanatory Survey with a sample size of 130 respondents. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression with spss 22.0 for windows programming tool.Findings- Research results show that lifestyle is in the good category, and purchase decision  is in the good category. Lifestyle have a positive and significant  influence on purchase decision.Originality / value - This study provides a basis for understanding the style of leadership and work motivation that affects employee performance. The difference of this research with previous research is located on the object of research that is CV. Biensi Fesyenindo company and use theory or reference different from previous researcher

This study aims to determine the influence of work motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Truba Jaga Cita. The study's population was 195 employees and a sample of 131 people was determined using the slovin formula. The data used is primary data using the results of the disseminated questionnaire. This research aims to explain how competence and work motivation affect employee performance in an insurance company. This research use 35 employees at PT. Asuransi Umum Bumi Putera Muda Unit Syariah Surabaya as a sample. Data collection use observations, interviews and (primary) questionnaires. This research uses data analysis of validity, reliability, classic assumption, and hypothesis tests. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression with SPSS. This research shows that competence and work motivation simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance. Partially, competence has positive and significant on employee performance. The result shows that the competencies possessed by the employee have an impact on employee performance. As well as role work motivation has positive and not significant on employee performance. The results of data testing show that the work motivation provided by the company has no impact on employee performance. The company must facilitate employees to increase competence and work motivation since employee performance correlates with firm performance.
