The background of this research is the desire of researchers to find out how the development of organizational culture in improving the performance of employees of PT. Welling Tapioka Jaya. The purpose of this study is to understand and analyze the development of organizational culture in improving employee performance at PT. Welling Tapioka Jaya. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The author uses semi-structured interviews as a data collection technique. The author interviewed 9 people. The research data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model consisting of data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Test the credibility of the data that I use is triangulation of sources. The results showed that the organizational culture adopted at PT. Welling Tapioka Jaya is quite good, this can be seen from employees who work by harmonizing the cultural values ​​of the organization that is in it regardless of whether they like it or not and the employees at PT. Welling Tapioka Jaya respects and values ​​the culture of the organization by following and adapting to the culture within it.

This study aims to find the implementation of organizational culture, in this case the Ministry of Religion of the Regency of Buleleng based on Hindu values. The research method used was qualitative with the location of the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Buleleng Regency. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and document studies. Data analysis techniques include (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation, and (4) conclusion drawing or verification. The implementation of organizational culture in the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Buleleng Regency especially in the Head of the Hindu Religion Affairs is inseparable from the role of the socialization of socio-cultural values themselves, both government leaders, traditional leaders, or family leaders. Theoretically, the process of institutionalizing values to society goes through several stages, including the stages known, understood, obeyed, and valued.

This study aims to describe the style of language used by the novel Tanah Langit Merah and the Comet novel. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The research data collection technique is the documentation technique. Data analysis techniques are used through data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study are: (1) Novel Comet contains a comparative language style of 109 citations, contrasting 39 quotations, linking 31 quotations, and repeating 10 quotations. (2) The novel Tanah Langit Merah contains comparative language styles, 97 parable parables, 117 metaphor quotations, 25 personification quotations, and 1 quote antithesis. (3) antagonism, hyperbole 74 citations, oxymoron 6 quotations, sarcasm 24 quotations, satire 15 quotations, paradox 10 quotations. (4) linkages, 8 excerpt metonemicals, 3 excerpts euphemisms, and 15 citation elepsis. (5) iteration, alliteration of 11 citations, anaphora 4 quotations, and efficiency of 2 quotations. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with reading-note technique as data collection technique. The research data is taken from the narrative of the character Mat Dawuk in the novel Dawuk Kisah Kelabu dari Rumbuk Randu by Mahfud Ikhwan, which is analyzed using Sigmund Freud's theory of psychoanalysis. The results showed that the personality structure of the Mat Dawuk character was influenced by three personality systems, namely the id, ego, and superego. His preference in Mat Dawuk's id is Mat Dawuk's libido drive towards Inayatun. The ego that appears in Mat tries to realize and fulfill what the id wants, resulting in an attitude of loyalty, protection, until even Mat Dawuk pledges that Inayatun is a power within him - that power disappears after Inayatun dies, which is illustrated through a willing attitude. Mat to be persecuted. The superego, which acts on the principle of morality, is here to help in making decisions about what the id wants, and also helps the ego to control the id that is wanted to be fulfilled. The Mat Dawuk character also has a living instinct that comes from Inayatun. Meanwhile, after Inayatun died, Mat tended to be controlled by a dead instinct which made him helpless, and chose to withdraw from society. Not only that, the character Mat Dawuk is depicted as experiencing anxiety several times, which later will correlate with Mat's personal development in survival, or what is known as a defense mechanism, and Mat Dawuk's tendency to be in aggression and repression mechanisms. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik baca-catat sebagai teknik pengumpulan datanya. Data penelitian diambil dari pengisahan tokoh Mat Dawuk dalam novel Dawuk Kisah Kelabu dari Rumbuk Randu karya Mahfud Ikhwan, yang ditelaah menggunakan teori psikoanalisis Sigmund Freud. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan struktur kepribadian tokoh Mat Dawuk dipengaruhi oleh tiga sistem kepribadian yakni id, ego, dan superego. Id dalam diri Mat Dawuk preferensinya adalah dorongan hasrat libido Mat Dawuk terhadap Inayatun. Ego yang muncul pada diri Mat berusaha mewujudkan dan memenuhi apa yang diinginkan oleh id, sehingga timbul sikap kesetiaan, melindungi, hingga bahkan Mat Dawuk mengikrarkan bahwa Inayatun adalah kekuatan di dalam dirinya – kekuatan itu pun hilang, setelah Inayatun meninggal, yang digambarkan melalui sikap rela Mat untuk dipersekusi. Superego yang bertindak berdasarkan prinsip moralitas, hadir untuk membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan apa yang diinginkan oleh id, serta turut membantu ego untuk mengendalikan id yang bersifat ingin dipenuhi. Tokoh Mat Dawuk juga memiliki insting hidup yang berasal dari Inayatun. Setelah Inayatun meninggal, Mat cenderung dikuasai oleh insting mati yang membuatnya tidak berdaya, dan memilih menarik diri dari masyarakat. Tak hanya itu, tokoh Mat Dawuk digambarkan beberapa kali mengalami kecemasan, yang nantinya akan berkorelasi dengan perkembangan kepribadian Mat dalam bertahan hidup, atau disebut sebagai mekanisme pertahanan, dan kecenderungan Mat Dawuk berada pada mekanisme agresi dan represi.

Abstrak Tenunan Balai Panjang adalah salah satu tenunan yang ada di Sumatra Barat, yang merupakan pengembangan dari tenunan songket. Namun belum banyak Masyarakat yang mengetahuinya. Maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat proses menenun, bentuk motif dan tata letak motif pada tenunan Balai Panjang di Kelurahan Balai Panjang Kecamatan Payakumbuh Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Jenis data berupa data primer dan sekunder. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dari sejumlah informan yang terdiri dari Disperindag Kota Payakumbuh, pimpinan, sekertaris, bendahara dan pengerajin. Selanjutnya data dikaji dan dianalisa dengan langkah-langkah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsaha data dilakukan dengan perpanjangan pengamatan, meningkatkan ketekunan, dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian yaitu 1) Proses meenenun meliputi : (a) proses persiapan (b) proses menenun (c) finishing. 2). Bentuk Motif yang digunakan pada Sentra Tenunan Balai Panjang terinspirasi dari: (1) bentuk alam (tumbuh-tumbuhan, binatang, buah-buahan) seperti : motif tampuak manggih, motif bungo rayo, dan motif pucuak rabuang, motif itiak tabang, motif itiak pulang patang dan sapik kapitiang. (2) bentuk geometris: motif tenun Bintang Kejora, motif bintang jo kumbuah, motif Lakuak Kumbuh dan motif gonjong limo. Bentuk motif tenunan tersebut sudah distilasikan sedemikian rupa sehingga membentuk motif tenunan. 3). Pola Hias yang sering digunakan untuk tenunan pada Sentra Tenunan Balai Panjang adalah pola hias pinggiran, pola hias mengisi bidang, dan pola hias serak. Penepatan motif disesuaikan dengan kegunaan produk. Kata Kunci: Tenun, Songket, Balai Panjang. Abstract Balai Panjang weave is one of the weavings in West Sumatra, which is the development of songket weavings. But not many people know about it. So the purpose of this study was to see the weaving process, the shape of the motifs and the layout of the motifs in Balai Panjang weaving in Balai Panjang District, Payakumbuh Selatan District. This study uses a qualitative method. The types of data are primary and secondary data. Data collection uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The research data was collected from a number of informants consisting of the Department of Industry and Trade Payakumbuh, leaders, secretaries, treasurers, and craftsmen. Furthermore, the data is reviewed and analyzed by the steps of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data is done by extending the observation, increasing perseverance, and triangulation. The results of the study are 1) The weaving process includes: (a) the preparation process (b) the weaving process (c) finishing. 2). Forms of Motif used in Balai Panjang Woven Center are inspired by (1) natural forms (plants, animals, fruits) such as advanced tiapak motifs, bungo rayo motifs, and motifs of rabuang pucuak, motifs of itiak tabang, motifs of itiak return kapitiang stems and sapik. (2) geometric shapes: Bintang Kejora woven motifs, jo kumbuah star motifs, Lakuak Kumbuh motifs, and gonjong limo motifs. The shape of the woven motif has been distilled in such a way that it forms a woven motif. 3). Ornamental patterns that are often used for weaving at Balai Panjang Woven Centers are fringe decorative patterns, decorative patterns filling fields, and hoarse decorative patterns. AbstractCultural Value in Oral Tradition of Dayak Maanyan Customary Marriage in Central Kalimantan.The aim of this study is to describe the implementation and the cultural values of Dayak Maanyancustomary marriage which is one of the oral tradition form of heritage in a complete processionway. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The interactive model analysis is carriedout from the data collection, data reduction, and data verification. The research sites are located inPalangka Raya and Buntok. This research is conducted by collecting information about customarymarriage either directly or indirectly from other documents. The research data is extracted from;Interviews with three speakers who are traditional leaders in their area, with supervision, observation,and documentation. The implementation of Dayak Maanyan customary marriage consists of (1) NatasBanjang, (2) The customary law fulfillment, (3) I Wurung Jue, (4) I Gunung Pirak, and (5) Turus Tajak.The cultural value in Natas Banjang is about the relation between human and God, nature, other people,and human itself. The cultural value in customary law fulfillment is about human relation to societyand others. The cultural value in I Wurung Jue is about human relation with nature, human itself andother people. The cultural value in I Gunung Pirak is about human relation with God, nature, societyand human itself. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif.Analisis model interaktif dilaksanakan mulai dari tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajiandata, penyimpulan data, dan verifikasi data. Lokasi penelitian berada di Palangka Raya dan Buntok.Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan informasi tentang pernikahan adat baik secara langsung102maupun tidak langsung dari dokumen yang lain. Data penelitian digali dari wawancara dengan tigaorang narasumber yang merupakan tokoh adat di wilayahnya, melalui pengamatan, observasi, dandokumentasi. Pelaksanaan perkawinan adat Dayak Maanyan terdiri dari prosesi (1) Natas Banjang,(2) Pemenuhan hukum adat, (3) I Wurung Jue, (4) I Gunung Pirak, dan (5) Turus Tajak. Adapunnilai budaya yang terkandung dalam natas banjang, yaitu tentang hubungan manusia: dengan Tuhan,dengan alam, dengan manusia, dan dengan diri sendiri, dalam pemenuhan hukum adat, yaitu tentanghubungan manusia: dengan masyarakat, dengan manusia, dan dengan diri sendiri, dalam I wurungjue, yaitu tentang hubungan manusia: dengan alam, dengan masyarakat, dan dengan manusia, dalamI gunung pirak, yaitu tentang hubungan manusia: dengan Tuhan dan dengan diri sendiri, dan dalamturus tajak, yaitu tentang hubungan manusia dengan manusia.Kata-kata kunci: nilai budaya, tradisi lisan, pernikahan adat, dayak maanyan

Performance, knowing the Effect of Organizational Culture on Performance and knowing the effect of Conflict and Organizational Culture on Performance in the Regional Revenue Agency of the Province of South Sumatra.This study uses a questionnaire as a data collection technique with the number of samples used by 51 employees. This study uses the help of SPSS Version 22 software to analyze data The results of the t-test analysis show that the value of the Conflict variable (X1) is 3,619, and the organizational culture is 4,185 so the value of tcount> t table is 3,619> 1,676 with a significance level of 0.001 <0.05 for Conflict (X1) and 4,185> 1,676 for Culture Organization (X2) with a significance level of 0,000 <0,05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means that the conflict partially has a significant effect on employee performance and Organizational Culture partially has a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the F test obtained Fcount value of 17.180 with a Ftable value of 3.16, the value of Fcount> Ftable is 17.180> 3.19. Significance value = 0.000ᵇ <α = 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between Conflict and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance. Furthermore, the R square value obtained is 0.417, which means that employee performance at the Regional Revenue Agency can be explained by Conflict and Organizational Culture of 41.7%, while the remaining 58.3% is explained by other variables not included in this study, such as motivation, environment work and training. This shows that the free variables (Conflict and Organizational Culture) only provide part of the information needed to predict the dependent variable (Performance).

ABSTRAK Salah satu keberhasilan suatu organisasi adalah terwujudnya sasaran, tujuan, visi dan misi organisasi sesuai dengan perencanaan strategi organisasi. Kinerja yang baik akan terlihat pada hasil yang berkualitas. Budaya organisasi yang sesuai dan etos kerja yang baik akan sangat membantu dalam meningkatkan kualitas kinerja menjadi lebih baik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada pegawai di Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAIS) dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pendorong etos kerja pegawai  serta budaya organisasi tanpa kehadiran pemimpin tetap. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah meskipun pada seksi PAIS tidak memiliki pimpinan tetap, namun  pelayanan dapat berjalan dengan baik tanpa ada hambatan. Etos kerja dan budaya organisasi menjadi salah satu pendorong dalam meningkatkan kualitas kinerja pegawai. Etos kerja dalam seksi Pendidikan Agama Islam Kemenag Kabupaten Gresik ini adalah bekerja secara maksimal, melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya sebagai pekerja yang mampu memberikan kontribusi serta melakukan pekerjaan dengan sepenuh hati dan menjauhi tindakan tercela. Faktor yang mempengaruhi etos kerja di PAIS diantaranya ialah adanya budaya organisasi. Pada seksi Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAIS) berpijak pada lima nilai budaya kerja yang ada di kementerian agama, yaitu (1)Integritas, (2)Profesionalitas, (3)Inovasi, (4) Tanggung jawab, (5)Keteladanan. Kata Kunci : Etos Kerja, Budaya Organisasi   ABSTRACT One of the successes of an organization is the realization of the goals, objectives, vision and mission of the organization in accordance with the organization's strategic planning. Good performance will be seen in quality results. An appropriate organizational culture and good work ethic will greatly help in improving the quality of performance for the better. This research was conducted on employees at Islamic Religious Education (PAIS) with the aim of knowing the drivers of employee work ethics and organizational culture without the presence of permanent leaders. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The result of this research is that although the PAIS section does not have permanent leadership, the service can run well without any obstacles. Work ethic and organizational culture are one of the drivers in improving the quality of employee performance. The work ethic in the Islamic Religious Education section of the Ministry of Religion of Gresik Regency is to work optimally, carry out their duties and responsibilities as workers who are able to contribute and do work wholeheartedly and avoid despicable actions. The factors that influence work ethic at PAIS include the presence of organizational culture. The Islamic Religious Education (PAIS) section is based on five cultural values ​​in the ministry of religion, namely (1) Integrity, (2) Professionalism, (3) Innovation, (4) Responsibility, (5) Exemplary. This study aims to gain knowledge about the parental relationship with the learning outcomes of students in the field of study in the SMP N 1 Raya class VII based on data or facts right, true authentic, valid and reliable. This study uses a qualitative  approach, the data collected by using the interview method that will be tested with scientific method. The data collection technique that researchers use in this study is interview, 4 students will be chosen to be respondent. The respondent will give the question and they will be answer deeply and briefly, the answer will be collected and summoned to be an objective of this journal. Due to that, that answer also become the result of this research. Data processing using by using the qualitative method which had been arbitrated to the scientific research. The result is all respondent answer that the parental guiding is the most aspect that influence their result studies.

The purpose of this research was to examine the Department of Education and Culture's strategy for addressing the city of Pontianak's teacher shortage. This study employs an inductive descriptive qualitative method. Data reduction methods, data display/data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification were used to analyze the collected data. In order to gather the data, we used a combination of observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews as data collection techniques. Structured interviews and purposive sampling were used to select participants for the study. Research shows that the Department of Education and Culture's strategy for dealing with the shortage of teachers is adequate. There is no doubt that the Department of Education and Culture is doing everything it can to alleviate the shortage of teachers in Pontianak City, whether it's through policies like hiring PPPK employees or stipulating that ASN be formed exclusively for educators.

This research is generally aimed at strengthening Muhammadiyah union institution in one of Muhammadiyah's business charity in Gorontalo Province, whereas specifically the purpose of this research is to know objective description about reality that happened at campus of Muhammadiyah University of Gorontalo from organizational culture that developed on campus This, taking into account the organizational culture found in Muhammadiyah in accordance with the PHIWM. This research uses qualitative method with case study approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation. Research time started from January to June 2017 From the results show that the employees have not implemented properly. Indicators of hard work still have not shown good results because most employees still do not understand the main duties and functions in work. Discipline indicators are also not well implemented where there are still many employees who enter the campus through the provisions of the time set as well while attending events on campus and when entering the time of prayer still not heed these things. The last indicator is the optimization in the work also has not shown the maximum results because only a few who are able to work effectively in accordance with the work agenda that they set previously.
