AbstrakManajemen sumber daya manusia adalah rangkaian strategi, proses dan aktivitas yang didesain untuk menunjang tujuan organisasi/perusahaan, lembaga pendidikan dan individu. Lembaga Pendidikan merupakan sebuah upaya untuk meningkatkan sumber daya manusia  yang berkualitas. Oleh karena itu  setiap proses pendidikan terus dibangun dan dikembangkan agar proses pelaksanaanya menghasilkan sesuai yang diharapkan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu 1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 13 Malang 2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 13 Malang 3) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 13 Malang 4) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja guru melalui kepuasan kerja di SMK Negeri 13 Malang 5) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja guru melalui kepuasan kerja di SMK Negeri 13 Malang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di SMK Negeri 13 Malang yang berjumlah 56 guru, mereka adalah orang-orang yang bekerja dibawah kepemimpinan Dra. Dwi Lestari, M.M selaku Kepala Sekolah di SMK Negeri 13 Malang dengan jumlah responden yaitu sebanyak 56 guru, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis path.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut : 1) Pengembangan karier mempunyai pengaruh dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja yang lebih baik. Pengembangan karier memberikan keuntungan bagi guru maupun sekolah atau organisasi. Bagi guru pengembangan karier dapat meningkatkan potensi diri sehingga terbentuk kualitas sumber daya manusia (guru), sehingga terwujudlah moral yang dapat meningkatkan semangat kerja. 2) Adanya peningkatan motivasi kerja maka kinerja guru akan mengalami peningkatan. 3) Kepuasan kerja sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, karena semakin tidak puas nya guru terhadap suatu sekolah maka akan semakin mendorong penurunan kualitas seorang guru, penurunan itu secara langsung dapat berimbas pada proses belajar mengajar dan kondisi sekolah, sebaliknya semakin tinggi tingkat kepuasan guru terhadap sekolah berupa gaji sesuai, pekerjaan yang menarik, kesempatan promosi dan rekan kerja yang bersahabat, maka kinerja guru yang dihasilkan akan maksimal. Hasil perhitungan total effect ini menunjukkan pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja guru melalui kepuasan kerja di SMK Negeri 13 Malang. Mengingat pengembangan karir dan motivasi dan kepuasan kerja memiliki kontribusi yang besar terhadap kinerja guru maka sebaiknya Kepala Sekolah memperhatikan hal tersebut.Kata kunci : Pengembangan Karir, Motivasi, Kinerja Guru dan  Kepuasan Kerja  Abstract            Human resource management is a network of strategies, processes and activities designed to support the goals of organizations / companies, educational institutions and individuals. The Board of Education is an effort to improve quality human resources. Therefore, every education process continues to be built and developed so that its implementation process results as expected. The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the influence of career development on the performance of teachers in SMK Negeri 13 Malang 2) To know and analyze the motivation influence to the performance of teachers at SMK Negeri 13 Malang 3) To know and analyze the influence of job satisfaction on teachers' SMK Negeri 13 Malang 4) To know and analyze the influence of career development on teachers' achievement through job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 13 Malang 5) To know and analyze the influence of motivation to teacher performance through job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 13 Malang. The population in this research is all teachers in SMK Negeri 13 Malang which consist of 56 teachers, they are people who work under the leadership of Drs. Dwi Lestari, M.M as Principal at SMK Negeri 13 Malang with 56 respondents, with the analysis of data using path analysis.            Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been done it can be concluded as follows: 1) Career development has an influence in order to improve performance. Career development benefits teachers and schools or organizations. For career development teachers can enhance the potential of self so that the quality of human resources (teachers) is formed, so that morality can improve morale. 2) There is increasing motivation of work so the teacher's achievement will increase. 3) Job satisfaction is very influential to teacher performance, because the teacher is not satisfied with the school, it will further increase the quality of a teacher, the decrease can directly affect the learning process and the school situation, but the higher the teacher satisfaction level in the form of appropriate pay, interesting work, promotional opportunities and friendly colleagues, the performance of the teacher will be maximum. Result of total effect calculation show influence of career development to teacher achievement through job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 13 Malang. Given that career development and motivation and job satisfaction have a huge contribution to the performance of the teacher, then the Principal should consider that.Keyword : Career Development, Motivation, Teacher Achievement and Job Satisfaction

The quality of education is strongly influenced by teacher performance. One factor that supports the improvement of teacher performance is job satisfaction. When job satisfaction is high, it will affect job performance and achieve goals optimally. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on teacher performance in the state Islamic Senior High School in Medan, Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative methods with a sample of 45 teachers taken from Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Medan. Data analysis was performed using a t-test with a significance level of 95 %. Based on the test result, it is obtained that tcount > ttable. This shows that there is a significant correlation between job satisfaction and teacher performance. Based on the analysis results, it is concluded that job satisfaction is one of the factors that increase teacher performance where the higher the job satisfaction, the better and the performance of the teachers. This study provides recommendations for educational policyholders to increasingly pay attention to the factors that can increase teacher job satisfaction in state Islamic High School public in particular or other educational institutions in general.

Quality human resources will affect the quality of an Islamic educational institution. One of the influential human resources in the development of Islamic educational institutions is the teacher. The principal as the leader of an educational institution is tasked with conducting an assessment of teacher performance. This article aims to explain the importance of teacher performance supervision activities in Islamic education institutions and how the results of teacher performance supervision in developing Islamic education institutions. This research is included in the research with a qualitative approach. It was concluded that the results of supervision of teacher performance are very important in an Islamic educational institution, and the results of supervision of teacher performance can develop the quality of Islamic education institutions.

To determine the quality of teacher performance, an educational institution must conduct a process of evaluating the performance of its teachers. MTsS YASPI College Foundation Labuhan Deli is one of the educational institutions that always improves the quality of education in schools. Teacher performance appraisal at Labuhan Deli YASPI schools is still done conventionally, so there are many assessment criteria and it takes a long time to evaluate the teacher's performance. This study aims to optimize the teacher performance appraisal process to be faster and more precise. The method used is Profile Matching. The results of this study can determine the teacher's performance more precisely by 100%. So that this research can be recommended as an appropriate system in evaluating teacher performance in schools

Affective commitment is a commitment that comes from within and it needs quite some time to develop. Organizations need to ensure that their employees have strong affective commitment. Transformational leadership style can help employees to feel valued and develop strong commitment. On the other hand the positive atmosphere inside the organization will also enrich the positive experience of employees which in the end will increase the affective commitment. This study analyses the effect of transformational leadership and job satisfaction on employee’s affective commitment. We study one of the state companies in Medan using 72 participants. The explanatory method and path analysis are used to explain relationships and influences between variables. The results of the study prove that transformational leadership style and job satisfaction simultaneous and partial have effects in improving the quality of employee affective commitment. Business organizations need to apply transformational leadership styles and develop human resources program that can enhance job satisfaction. By carefully focus on these two elements, the organization is expected to be able to increase employee affective commitment. Keywords—Transformational Leadership, Job satisfaction, Affective Commitment Abstrak Komitmen afektif adalah komitmen yang muncul dari dalam diri sendiri dan dibangun seiring berjalannya waktu. Organisasi perlu memastikan bahwa karyawan mereka memiliki komitmen afektif yang kuat. Unsur kepemimpinan khususnya yang bersifat transformasional diyakini dapat membuat karyawan merasa dihargai dan pada akhirnya memiliki komitmen yang kuat. Di samping itu, suasana dalam organisasi yang menyenangkan akan memperkaya pengalaman positif karyawan yang juga berdampak pada peningkatan komitmen afektif. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja terhadap terbentuknya komitmen afektif karyawan di salah satu perusahaan negara di Medan. 72 Responden yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Metode eksplanatori dan analisis jalur digunakan untuk menjelaskan hubungan dan pengaruh antar variabel. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh simultan dan parsial terhadap peningkatan kualitas komitmen afektif karyawan. Organisasi bisnis perlu mengaplikasikan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional serta mengembangkan program sumberdaya manusia yang bisa meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Dengan mengoptimalkan kedua unsur ini, organisasi diharapkan mampu meningkatkan komitmen afektif karyawan. Kata kunci—Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Afektif

Cuộc cách mạng công nghiệp lần thứ 4 (CMCN 4.0) đã ảnh hưởng rất lớn đến các ngành, lĩnh vực của đời sống kinh tế, văn hóa xã hội, trong đó có lĩnh vực Du lịch. CMCN 4.0 sẽ góp phần làm đa dạng hóa các sản phẩm du lịch, tăng thêm sức hấp dẫn của du lịch. Đồng thời, cũng đặt ra yêu cầu đối với các địa phương trong chiến lược phát triển du lịch trở thành ngành kinh tế mũi nhọn. Trong bối cảnh đó, tỉnh Thái Nguyên cũng đã chủ động có những thay đổi trong lĩnh vực du lịch và đào tạo nguồn nhân lực để đáp ứng nhu cầu của CMCN 4.0.Dựa trên kết quả nghiên cứu về thực trạng nguồn nhân lực du lịch tỉnh Thái Nguyên, nhóm tác giả đánh giá những ưu điểm cũng như những hạn chế cần khắc phục, từ đó đề xuất một số giải pháp góp phần nâng cao chất lượng đào tạo nguồn nhân lực,  cung cấp cho thị trường nguồn nhân lực du lịch năng động, sang tạo, chuyên nghiệp, có tay nghề cao, tạo cơ sở quyết định cho sự thành công của mục tiêu phát triển ngành du lịch tỉnh Thái Nguyên nói riêng, và của Việt Nam nói chung.

It is necessary for Islamic educational institutions to have the power of changing themselves to be able to take part in determining the ideal and success of national education. Precisely, today, Islamic educational sys­tem is perceived weak and powerless in the dynamic of social changes have been occurring in the society. Even, this situation, it is frequently assumed as the burden of national education. Why can it be so? Aren't Islamic educational providers are also referring to the only one Law, that is, Law Number 20 year 2003 regarding National Educational System? What is wrong with Islamic education ? How is the quality of human resources of these providers? This article tries to answer those questions. This article also deals with analogue of Islamic Education as a subsystem of national education with family system in Islam. Fam­ily is a system. Child is a subsystem of the family. The more the child is matured and independent the better his/her family is.

Human resources are the biggest strength in the management of Islamic educational institutions. The quality of human resources is crucial right now, because competence of human resources who have knowledge and skills will be able to cope environmental changes. Teachers and employees are the key of success in educational institutions. Good or bad performance of teachers and employees will support the competitiveness of schools. Based on this phenomenon, this research reveals the development of educators and education staff in enhancing competitiveness in the Excellent Islamic Elementary School in Bukittinggi City. This research uses descriptive qualitative. Located in Excellent Islamic Elementary School Bukittinggi City. The source of data in this study is the board of trustees, principals, teachers and employees. The techniques of data collection are participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Later on the collected data is analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusion. All data are approved by validity through a credibility test, transferability test, dependability test and conformability test. The results showed that the development of teachers and employees is done through 1) on the job training, that is, development that takes place during working hours takes place both formally and informally. 2) Off the job training, that is development that has done specifically outside of work. As for the development carried out: a) training in the form of quantum teaching training, workshops for making learning media and parenting seminars, b) rotation position, c) Religious Development, d) Teacher working groups (KKG) and comparative studies. This development aims to improve the competencies of teachers and employees in the school environment so that they can improve the quality of Islamic educational institutions in accordance with the increasingly stringent times.

Abstract This study intends to explain the portrait of educational institutions fostered by Muslimat Education Foundation (YPM) NU in Kediri Regency, and try to describe the effectiveness of Muslimat NU in Kediri Regency in improving quality. This study seeks to describe in depth the problems in accordance with the data obtained in the field and on the interpretation of researchers. Muslimat NU is one of the organizations of many organizations in the community. Muslimat NU is a community organization and is an autonomous body of Nahdlatul Ulama whose task is helping to implement policies on women members. Among YPM's work programs in order to improve the quality of education in the district of Kediri are improving the quality of Al-Qur'an Kindergarten and play group, including on managerial aspects, facilities and infrastructure, administration, curriculum and Human Resources (teachers, managers and employees). Diantara program kerja YPM dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pendidikan yang ada di kabupaten Kediri adalah; Peningkatan kualitas Taman Kanak-Kanak dan Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur'an, di antaranya pada aspek manajerial, sarana dan prasarana, administrasi, kurikulum dan Sumber Daya Manusia (guru, pengelola dan karyawan). Waqf is one of Islam’s teachings that contain spiritual and material elements. Waqf is defined as something that is given for the usefulness of the people (as a charity) or for purposes related to Islam. This article aims to embrace the concept of waqf from the perspective of history, fiqh, and also macroeconomic perspective. The results show that waqf is one of Islamic teachings and also pre-Islamic teachings in providing their places of worship. From the fiqh perspective, fiqh scholars have explained the concept of waqf in the books of fiqh based on the al-Quran, the hadith and also their ijtihad. The concept of fiqh always undergoes development following the development of human reason. This is because the majority of waqf concepts are based on ijtihad which can change time and place. From the macroeconomic perspective, waqf property plays a role in building the necessary facilities of the community such as places of worship, educational institutions and also health centers. These facilities are believed to improve the quality of Human Resources (Sumber Daya Insani).
