Karawang is one of the industrial cities. Most industry players look at Karawang as a strategic city to run a business. Many products have been produced from Karawang. However, there are lack in promoting, marketing the product and expanding the marketing area. The analysis of consumer satisfaction in Karawang is to determine the satisfaction of Karawang consumers to the prospects of promising online sales. Service attributes can be included in increasing online sales at Karawang using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method. The result of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) is 78.43% which means that overall consumers who live in Karawang and have been shopped online are satisfied with the development of online shopping. This research was conducted in Karawang. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The sampling method is a non-probability sampling method, while the non-probability sampling method used sampling purposes.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of customer satisfaction with the services provided by the "Dabu-Dabu Lemong" restaurant. This research was conducted from December to February 2020. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The sampling method in this study uses accidental sampling. Primary Data is data obtained through interviews and direct observations or observations. Interviews were conducted with management and customers. Questionnaires were distributed to customers as respondents. Secondary Data is the collection of data from other parties in the form of data obtained from various sources of linear study including books, internet, journals, and the results of previous research. Analysis of the data used is descriptive data analysis using a Likert scale. The results showed that the overall level of customer satisfaction with service at "Dabu-dabu Lemong" Boulevard Boulevard Karangria classified as very satisfied with the consumer satisfaction index figure of 80.9%.*eprm*

This research aims to know the attitude of consumers, the level of satisfaction, and what product attributes that are considered consumers before buying the broiler carcass in traditional market of Samarinda City. The data retrieval research conducted during November 2016. The basic method of research is using descriptive method, and it’s implementation with the technique level. The location of the study was chosen intentionally in Samarinda City by taking 3 traditional markets as a sample. The determination of the number of samples is done proportionally and the technique of determining the sampling method by chance (Accidental sampling) with the number of samples of 50 respondents. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques by observation, interview, and recording. The analysis used is Fishbein Multi Attribute attitude analysis and to analyze satisfaction using Customers Satisfaction Index. The result of the research based on analysis of Fishbein Multiatribut known to consumer attribute value toward color attribute 16.80, weight (16.48), aroma (15.76), skin hygiene (14.57) and price (13.11). Based on Costumer Satification Index the level of customer satisfaction on broiler carcass is 77.11%. Result of research based on analysis of Fishbein Multi Attribute known consumer attitude toward carcass is “positive” which means consumers are well-receptive to broiler carcass in traditional markets with most attributes considered in the purchase decision of chicken carcasses in traditional markets of Samarinda City is the color of broiler carcasses. The order of attributes from the most considered to the least considered is color, carcass weight, aroma, skin hygiene and broiler carcass price. Based on Customer Satisfaction Index of consumer satisfaction level against broiler carcass is 77.11% who are satisfied category.

The purpose of this study was to identify and determine the consumers’ behavior and satisfaction in purchasing decisions at North Bogor UMKM. Populations of this study are consumers who have shopped UMKM culinary products in North Bogor. The research method used was Non Probability sampling method, where not all the population member have the same opportunity to be a sample (prospective respondents), but respondents who are making purchases at UMKM in North Bogor District. The data source used is primary data obtained by using a questionnaire with a sample of 70 respondents who visited culinary UMKM in North Bogor. Data analysis in this study used three approaches: descriptive analysis, IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) analysis, and CSI analysis (Customer Satisfaction Index). The conclusions from the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) test was the attributes that need to be considered and become the main priority for improvement are quadrant I (food hygiene, affordable price, and “harga sesuai dengan kualitas”). The results of the CSI method (Customer Satisfaction Index) show the level of customer satisfaction at 81.86%. This value is in the range of 80-100%, thus overall consumers feel very satisfied with the purchasing decisions at North Bogor UMKM. The output of this study is publications in accredited national journals/proceeding.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan konsumen di kantin Rumah Kayu, Institut Teknologi Sumatera. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) dan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Metode sampling secara purposif dilakukan dengan jumlah 94 responden, sebagian besar adalah mahasiswa. Atribut yang paling penting berdasarkan persepsi konsumen adalah keamanan dan kebersihan makanan dan minuman yang disajikan, sedangkan atribut yang memiliki performa paling baik adalah variasi menu. Hasil analisis IPA menunjukkan bahwa harga produk, kesesuaian harga dan kualitas, kesesuaian harga dan kuantitas, area makan yang nyaman dan menarik secara visual, dan kecepatan penyajian merupakan atribut-atribut yang memiliki prioritas tinggi untuk diintervensi. Hasil analisis CSI menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan konsumen adalah 72,33% dan dikategorikan sebagai ‘memuaskan’. Oleh karena itu, perbaikan beberapa atribut diperlukan sesuai dengan prioritas yang disarankan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen. ABSTRACT: The objective of this study was to investigate the level of customer satisfaction in Rumah Kayu cafetaria at Institut Teknologi Sumatera. The study was conducted by using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Sampling method by purposive sampling was carried out with 94 respondents, mostly were students. The most important attribute from cafeteria customer perception was safeness and cleanliness of food and drink served, whereas the top performance attribute was menu variation. The results of IPA analysis showed that product price, price-quality fairness, price-quantity fairness, dining area comfortability and visual attractiveness, and quick serving were identified as high priorities for intervention. Finding based on CSI analysis showed that the level of customer satisfaction was 72.33% and categorized as ‘satisfied’. Therefore, improvement of some attributes required in accordance with priorities that have been generated by this study in order to improve customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of services provided by the bank in serving kepusan customers using 5 dimensions of assurance, reliability, tangibility, empathy, and responsiveness, so from that dimension is unknown dimension into the client's preferences into consideration the quality of services by banks in Surakarta. The method used is the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) doped with Miscrosoft software Excel for Windows and SPSS for windows. Questionnaires distributed amounted to 90 respondents with a sampling with accidental sampling method. The results of data processing by using IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) obtained an average rate of 95.21% suitability. Furthermore, for the assessment of the quadrant where the priority that should be corrected is related  Equanimity  customers  and  Ease  of  providing  services.  However  the  overall  services provided  by the  bank  are  quite  satisfied  because  of  the  20  attributes,  only  the  second  to  be prioritized. It was also evident from the results of the methods CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) indicates the level of customer satisfaction by 80.80%. The value is in the range from 66 to 80.99%, so overall customers are satisfied with the performance of the services provided by the bank in Surakarta.

The objective of this research analyzed the level of plasma farmers satisfaction on the service performance of Nucleus-Plasma’s partnership implementation by PT. Agricinal. The research was conducted in Putri Hijau District of North Bengkulu Regency. Research site is selected purposively. Data were collected at the study site from March to April 2018. Primary data obtained directly through the questionnaire which is given to oil palm farmers and secondary data were obtained from PT. Agricinal. The sampling method used in this study was Simple Random Sampling and 95 farmers selected randomly as samples. Consumer Satisfaction Index was 74.20% which revealed that smallholders are satisfied with the implementation of the Nucleus-Plasma partnership. The service attributes to be maintained are quick response service, implementation and guarantee the development of KPEN-RP (Credit for Bio-Energy Development and Plantation Revitalization), provide trained counselor, ensure farmers selling price, technical and non technical guidance, the commitment to buy output (fresh fruit bunches) during the partnership contract, making the layout plan in accordance with the company's estate, ensuring farmers got subsidy of interest of KPEN-RP’s credit. The company also must increase the attributes of partnership services namely; 1) the main priority is providing monitoring book on the implementation of partnership to the farmers as a form of transparency in the implementation of partnership contract, and 2) the less important priorities are cattle ownership, development and maintenance of the palm oil farming in accordance with technical standards, cooperatives management was representing farmers in submitting complaints to PT Agricinal, and helped farmers to find sources of another financing.

This study aims to reveal the effect of price and service on consumer satisfaction of Sibinuang railroad transportation in Padang-Pariaman. This study departs from the phenomena associated with passenger dissatisfaction with Sibinuang train services. This research is a type of causative. Causative research aims to analyze the relationship between one variable with another variable or how a variable affects other variables. In this case the effect of price and service on the satisfaction of the passengers of the Sibinuang Train PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division II West Sumatera. The population in this study are people who have used the Sibinuang train service majoring in Padang-Pariaman, PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division II West Sumatera. The data used are primary data obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires or questionnaires distributed at several stations / shelters that are passed by the train and secondary data obtained from the company. The sampling technique used in this study is a non-probability sampling method with accidental sampling technique .. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 21. For hypothesis testing using the F test and the statistical test t with a level of α = 0.05 . The results of this study indicate that 1) the price does not significantly influence the satisfaction of Sibinuang Train passengers PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division II West Sumatera. 2) Service has a significant effect on the satisfaction of Sibinuang Railroad passengers of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division II West Sumatera.Keywords: price, service, and passenger satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to know the attributes that are considered important by consumers and to know the level of customer satisfaction at C'Bezt Taman Griya. The method used is Slovin Method for determining samples and customer satisfaction index (CSI) method for data processing. Tests for reliability and validity were carried out at Jaya Fried Chicken Siligita and research site in C’Bezt Taman Griya. The number of samples used was 97 respondents. The attributes that are considered important by consumers based on the level of importance are the taste of food, the behavior of employees in serving consumers, and cleanliness of the location. Based on the level of satisfaction is the speed in serving consumers, taste of food, seriousness in serving consumers. The level of customer satisfaction C'Bezt Taman Griya is 74.63% with the level of Customer Satisfaction criteria that is satisfied. This study aims to measure the level of customer satisfaction of green cottage restaurant viewed from the aspect of product, price, place, promotion and service. This research was conducted from February to April 2017, using primary and secondary data with sampling technique of accidental sampling method and respondents were 96 people. The method of analysis used is descriptive data analysis depicting Level of Consumer Satisfaction at Restaurant Pondok Hijau Manado City. To measure the Level of Consumer Satisfaction at Restaurant Pondok Hijau Manado City, use the Likert Scale. The result of the research showed that the perception index of customer satisfaction to the service of distribution for credit of grassroot business at Bank BRI Unit Tomohon Utara Tomoho City, Consumer Satisfaction Level of Pondok Hijau Restaurant in Manado was 76.64% and classified as Very Satisfied (SP).

Virtually all the sectors of economy such as finance, banking, hospitality and other businesses have grown up substantially in the past few years due to the growth of mobile service sector. From the inception of Reliance Jio in Madhya Pradesh, It has occupied a large number of customers in terms of no. of subscribers. This creates unrest among the telecom service operators operating in Madhya Pradesh. As the market moves forward, customer satisfaction becomes imperative for service firms to remain combative at marketplace. To study customer satisfaction, it is mandatory to study socio demographics of customers. Hence efforts have been made in this research paper to study the satisfaction level of customers from several demographic variables. This is a hypothetical research study in which primary data is collected from 500 active mobile users of Bhopal (MP), India. One way ANOVA and T-test were used to analyze the data through SPSS 21.0 software. Specific variables of American customer satisfaction index (ACSI) and European customer satisfaction index (ECSI) were being studied with different socio demographic variable of customers to move ahead in present research study. Significant difference was found in level of customer satisfaction with the age group and type of connection in telecom sector.
