Regional Secretariat (Regional Secretariat) both institutionally and functionally occupies a strategic position as the center of organizational and management activities in the region. Personally, the employees are a group of individuals who possess specialists and competencies that are bound by the structure in carrying out such complex tasks and functions; The dynamics of organizational development and government management shows the level of development is increasingly oriented towards the use of information technology. The problem of this research starts from the effectiveness of the Regional Secretariat organization in carrying out its function as a staff organization. The results of data analysis, Organizational Structure has a correlation (r) of 0.842 to Organizational Effectiveness. The Effect of Organizational Structure on Organizational Effectiveness is 70.8%. F Test Results, simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect between Organizational Structure on Organizational Effectiveness in the Regional Secretariat of Tasikmalaya Regency. Partially, the Complexity Dimension (X1), Formalization Dimension (X2) and Centralization Dimension (X3) have a positive but not significant effect on Organizational Effectiveness (Y) in the Regional Secretariat of Tasikmalaya Regency. The conclusion of this study is that organizational structure simultaneously has a positive and significant influence on Organizational Effectiveness and Partially, Complexity X1, Formalization X2, Centralization X3 has a positive but not significant effect on Organizational Effectiveness in the Regional Secretariat of Tasikmalaya Regency

One of the products of information technology that is common today is the school website. Where the school website is the spearhead for schools in disseminating information to related parties. The most important aspect of a website is the usability aspect because it greatly affects visitor convenience. The use of the website for disseminating information is also used by SMK Negeri Sumsel and the school's main portal on the internet. For that to see the importance of the usability aspect, this study aims to see the level of usability of the SMK Negeri Sumsel website. In measuring the level of usability, usability testing techniques are used with the stages of preparation, selecting respondents, data collection and data analysis. The test results show that the usability aspects on the website such as errors, learnability, memorability and satisfaction get good ratings while the efficiency aspects are not categorized as good.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect oprice, service quality, and customer relationship management on the purchase decision of Asuransi Astra Garda OtoMedan, JL.ImanBonjol. The data used are primary data obtained from the answer of 85 respondents by accidental sampling method. Data collection techniques used in this study used a questionnaire and interview technique. Data analysis techniquesin the study used linear regression, classic assumption  tests, hypothesis testing (t test and f test) and the coefficiecnt of determination. Hypothesis testing results indicate that partially (t) obtained value for t count price of 2,833 > t table 1,658 and sig value obtained 0,005<0,05 which means that price has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions in using Astra Insurance services (Garda Oto). Partially obtained value for service quality tcount 5.152 >ttable 1.658 and sig value obtained 0.000 <0.05 which means that service quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions in using Astra Insurance (Garda Oto) services, partially obtained value for customer relationship management t count 8.878 > 1.658 t table and the sig value obtained is 0.000 <0.05 which means that customer relationship management has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions in using Astra Insurance (Garda Oto) services, for the F test results obtained calculated F value = 77.769 > f table (2.69), and a significance probability of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that simultaneously prices, service quality and customer relationship management have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in using Astra Insurance Services (Garda Oto). The purpose of this study were to analyze (1) the influence of trust of the purchase interest of online shop consumers, (2) the influence of risk perception of the  purchase  interest  of  online  shop  consumers,  (3)  the  influence  of  use fulness perception of the purchase interest of online shop consumers, (4) the influence of price perception of the purchase interest of online shop consumers. The populations in this research are  student of Ahmad Dahlah University Yogyakarta  Campus  One.  The  method  sample  is  purposif  sampling  with  the number  of  sample  as  much  as  100  respondents  from  three  Faculty  that  is, Economy  Faculty,  Psycology  Faculty,  and  FTDI.  Collecting  data  using questionnaires  that  was  done  validity  test  and  realibity  test.  This  research  was done by using multiple linear regression data analysis. The  results  of  this  study  indicate  that  (1)  the  trust  is  not  significant influence on consumer purchase interest of the sites online shop, this is evidenced by the significant value  is bigger  than the probability alpha value of 0.05 (0,206 > 0.05), and the regression coefficient has a  positive value of 0.062; (2)  the  trust is not significant influence on consumer purchase interest of the sites online shop, this  is  evidenced  by  the  significant  value  is  bigger  than  the  probability  alpha value of 0.05 (0, 0,234 > 0.05), and the regression coefficient has a positive value of  0.057;  (3)  the  usefulness  perception  is  significant  influence  on  consumer purchase interest of the sites online shop, this is evidenced by the significant value is  smaller  than  the  probability  alpha  value  of  0.05  (0.000  <  0.05),  and  the regression coefficients has a positive value of 0.456; (4) the price perception is not significant  influence on consumer purchase interest of the sites online shop, this  is  evidenced  by  the  significant  value  is  bigger  than  the  probability  alpha value of 0.05 (0.066 > 0.05), and the regression coefficient has a  positive value of  0.111;  and  (5)  trust,  risk  perception,  usefulness  perception  and  price perception  together  have  an  effect  on  consumer  purchase  interest  of  the  sites online  shop,  this  is  evidenced  by  the  significant  value  is  smaller  than  the probability alpha value of 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). The R2 test results in this study was obtained  R2 value  of  0.413.  This  shows  that  purchase  interest  is  influenced  by trust, risk perception, use perception, and price  perception by 41.3%, while the remaining 58.7% is influenced by other factors not observed by the researcher or considered fixed.

This study aims to determine the effect of variable packaging and durability on consumer ethnocentrism in Batam, both partially and simultaneously. The background of this research is due to the rise of types of snack products made in Malaysia circulating in every type of retail in Batam, and very well-selling. This research will be analyzed quantitatively with a research tool using a questionnaire. The results of the questionnaire will be processed with the help of SPSS statistical software. As for what will be tested is the multiple regression test. Regression test results showed that the packaging had no effect on consumer ethnocentrism in Batam. While the durability variable shows a significant influence on consumer ethnocentrism. Simultaneously the F test shows that both packaging and durability affect ethnocentrism. While the determination coefficient test results indicate that the determination test output for the R Square value of 0.817 means that the magnitude of the contribution or contribution of the X1 and X2 variables of 82% to the Y variable and the rest of 18% is the influence of other variables not mentioned in this study.   Keywords: Packeging, Durability, Etnosentrisme, Snack

Information Technology and Organizational Effectiveness: Re-evaluation of the Radical Transformations 1980-2010The idea of this paper is to review and summarize the complex interplay between information technology (IT) and organization in stages that impacted radically both the organizational structure and the evolution of effectiveness and economic performance. We could identify five major stages where the underlying technology, the typical organizational structure, and the criteria of performance or business success changed, increasing the complexity of evaluation models proposed. It seemed that the effectiveness impacts of IT escalated from the individual to the team level, from the organizational to the virtual ecosystem level, and from the corporate to the national or global level. Therefore, the IT productivity paradox could not be refuted until 2003.

This research is aimed to tes the effects of Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphaty towards nasabah’ satisfaction, location, loyalty.This research uses prime dataquestionnaire and involves 42 nasabah of Bank Panin Yogyakarta as sample respondents dan using (validity, reliability, t, F, R square and pathways) as data analysis methods.t test results : tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, satisfaction and location have a significant positive effect toward loyalty. Assurance and emphaty have a significant negative effect toward loyalty. F test results : tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty, satisfaction and location simultaneously affect significantly loyalty. R square test results 0,998, means loyalty variabels and described by tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty variabels with satisfaction and location as an interval variabels 99,8% and the rest 0,20% discribed by other external factors. Pathway analysis results : direct effect of application tangibles, reliability, and responsiveness to loyalty is more effective. Based on the authors observation in the field that there are many students who do not have the skills to play mini volleyball properly. The problem is likely due to the lack of proper training method used. This study aims to reveal the influence of methods on the skills of playing mini volleyball at SD Negeri 14 Kampung Jambak Kecamatan Koto Tangah Padang City. This type of research is a quasi experiment. The population in this study were students who followed extracurricular activities mini volleyball amounted to 64 people, while the sample taken by purposive sampling, so that the sample is amounted to 35 people. The test used is a mini volleyball skill test consisting of service tests, bottom passing and passing up. Data were analyzed using t-test. Results of data analysis found that: play method gives a significant influence on the skills of playing mini volleyball students (t count = 13.01> ttabel = 2.13). The average value of the initial test of the play method was obtained 50.00 and the final test was 63.65. This means there is an increase of 13.65.

 The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of information technology, accounting reporting toward fraud detection in companies that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. Baside that, this research to examine implication of fraund detection to investor reaction.                The population of the study is the LQ 45 companis registered in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the periode of 2010-2014. Shampling technique employed in this study is the purposive sampling whit the total sample of 90 companies The data analysis uses Amos software, The result of the study show yhat the dividend policy, information technology, accounting reporting have significant influence towards frund detection. The other result showed that fraund detection have significant influence towards investor reaction. Keywords :information technology, accounting reporting, fraund detection, investor reaction.

Abstract   The number of weaknesses in football matches, especially weaknesses in terms of passing a ball, is one of the keys to the failure of a team in a match. This research aims to develop a form of passing football practice. This study uses a development research approach with a sample of UNIB PJKR students. The data analysis technique used is the t-test with calculations through SPSS version 16. The t-test results showed that the coefficient of significance was 0,000, this coefficient was compared with the significance level of 0.05. Based on the comparison it turns out that the coefficient of significance is smaller than the significance level of 0.05, so it can be concluded that the passing training program has an effect on the ability of passing students. Based on the results of the hypothesis testing soccer passing training model has a significant influence on the ability of passing from students, so it can be concluded that this passing training model can be used for students or students who are just practicing football passing..   Keywords: Development, Model, Passing   Abstrak   Banyaknya kelemahan dalam pertandingan sepakbola terutama kelemahan dalam hal mengoper bola menjadi salah satu kunci kegegalan suatu tim dalam bertanding. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan bentuk latihan passing sepakbola. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian pengembangan dengan sampel mahasiswa PJKR UNIB. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan uj-t dengan perhitungan melalui SPSS versi 16. Hasil uji-t menunjukkan bahwa koefisien signifikasi sebesar 0,000, koefisien ini dibandingkan dengan taraf signifikasi 0,05. Berdasarkan perbandingan ternyata koefisien signifikasi hitung lebih kecil dari taraf signifikasi 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan program latihan passing memberikan pengaruh terhadap kemampuan passing mahasiswa. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis model latihan passing sepakbola telah memberikan pengaruh yang berarti terhadap kemampuan passing dari mahasiswa, sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa model latihan passing ini dapat digunakan kepada mahasiswa atau pelajar yang baru berlatih passing sepakbola.   Kata kunci: Pengembangan, Model, Passing

Customer satisfaction will be formed if it can meet the customer's basic expectations. Many factors influence customer satisfaction, including service quality and price. The problem that the answer to this research is looking for is the effect of partial, simultaneous and dominant independent variables (service quality and price) on customer satisfaction. Data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption, multiple regression analysis, multiple correlation test, coefficient of determination, F test, t test. The results of multiple linear regression obtained an equation, (Y = 2.936 + 0.098 X1 + 0.246 X2). The t-test results obtained by t count variable service quality 5.434 price 3.704 greater than t table 1.660 between independent variables partially has a significant influence on customer satisfaction. The results obtained from the F test are: F count (75,966)> F table (3,09) means that variables simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. From the regression calculation and t count value can be drawn that the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction is price. From the results of the analysis concluded that the independent variable (service quality and price) has a significant influence on customer satisfaction Cv. Cahaya Bonanza Abadi Lamongan.
