ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk promosi, instagram sebagai media promosi, serta hambatan dalam melakukan pemasaran di instagram.  Penelitian tentang strategi komunikasi pemasaran melalui instagram PT.Toyamilindo menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang mendeskripsikan secara jelas dan terperinci, serta mendapatkan data yang mendalam dari kasus yang diteliti dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teori Interaksi Simbolik dan Teori Social Contructions of Technology. Hasil penelitian dari strategi komunikasi pemasaran melalui instagram PT.Toyamilindo ditemukan bentuk promosi berupa periklanan, penjualan perorangan, sponsorship, dari mulut ke mulut, give away, dan publikasi pemasaran. Instagram sebagai media promosi adalah Hastag #, foto keseharian, aplikasi pemesanan. Hambatan dalam memasarkan di instagram adalah followers bertambah dengan alami, membuat materi atau konten foto, pengambilan foto. Kata Kunci: Komunikasi Pemasaran, Media Sosial, Instagram ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the form of promotion, Instagram as a media campaign, as well as obstacles in marketing on Instagram. The research on marketing communication strategy through PT. Toyamilindo Instagram uses qualitative research method with case study approach which describes clearly and detailed and gets deep data from case studied by interview, observation and documentation study. The research use Interaksi Simbolik theory dan Social Constructions of Technology theory. The results of the marketing communication strategy through Instagram PT. Toyamilindo found promotion form of advertising, individual sales, sponsorship, word of mouth, give away, and marketing publications. Instagram as a media campaign is Hashtag #, daily photos, reservations applications. Obstacles in marketing on Instagram is followers grows naturally, making material or photo content, taking photos. Keywords: Marketing Communications, Media Social, Instagram

ABSTRACT In the development of tourism in NTT Province, NTT Provincial Tourism Office uses a development communication strategy approach. This study aims to explore the use of development communication strategies by the Department of Tourism in the development of tourism in the Province of NTT. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with case study approach. The results show that most of the programs and activities related to development communication are more using the active development communication strategy approach. This strategy approach is considered to make the community as a communicant solely in the continuity of the communication process. Therefore, alternative approaches to participatory development and convergence development strategies should be considered in the planning of development communication by the NTT Tourism Provincial Tourism Office. Keywords: Development of Tourism and Development Communication Strategy   ABSTRAK Dalam pengembangan pariwisata di Provinsi NTT, Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi NTT menggunakan pendekatan strategi komunikasi pembangunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penggunaan strategi komunikasi pembangunan oleh Dinas Pariwisata dalam pengembangan pariwisata di Provinsi NTT. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar program dan kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan komunikasi pembangunan lebih menggunakan pendekatan strategi komunikasi pembangunan aktif. Pendekatan strategi ini dinilai menjadikan masyarakat sebagai komunikan semata dalam keberlangsungan proses komunikasi. Oleh karena itu, alternatif pendekatan strategi komunikasi pembangunan partisipatif dan konvergensi sebaiknya dipertimbangkan dalam perencanaan komunikasi pembangunan oleh Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi NTT. Pindad is an only defense industry that produces weaponry in Indonesia, strives to achieve the autonomy of Indonesia’s primary weaponry defense system. In achieving those objectives, Pindad implemented a marketing communication strategy to carry out about introduction and sales activities for the product, spreading the message nationality, and corporate communication activities. The purpose of this research to see how the process of the communications strategy marketing conducted by Pindad. This research used qualitative methods with a case study approach, and data collection was carried through in-depth interviews and observation. The research showed how the planning process, organizing, actuating, and evaluation by Pindad. Marketing Communication by Pindad departs on the segmentation of different audiences, Pindad divides the company’s focus on the Marketing Departement for the special segment and the Corporate Communication Department for the general segment. In build marketing communication messages, Pindad includes nationality messages to cultivate the product user and society. The marketing communications is also used the communication business cooperation with the other government, company, and marketing sales directly to the intended segment.

The purpose of this study was to analyze intercultural communication between Japanese and Indonesian employees at PT. Tokyu Land Indonesia. This research was also to analyze barriers which occurred in intercultural communication between them, and how to overcome these barriers. The method used in this study was a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out by using an in-depth interview with 3 Japanese and 3 Indonesian employees, observation, and relevant previous research articles, and research-related documents. This research used the intercultural communication model of William B. Gudykunst and Young Yun Kim, intercultural communication concepts from Edward T. Hall, such as proxemics (the concept of distance), chronemics (the concept of time), high context and low context communication, individualism and collectivism, stereotypes. The results of the study showed that intercultural communication between Japanese and Indonesian employees at PT. Tokyu Land Indonesia is relatively good. Obstacles that occurred in intercultural communication are due to problems of differences and understanding of language, habits, respect for time (Japanese monochronic while Indonesia is polychronic), and the existence of stereotypes from each nation. To overcome these obstacles, they have to learn more about Japanese culture for Indonesian employees, and Indonesian culture for Japanese employees, openness to confirm understanding of the message delivered, mutual respect, and forgiveness each other if a misunderstanding occurs.

PurposeThe purpose of this study is to clarify business-to-business (B2B) firms’ strategies of social media marketing communication. The study aims to explore the factors contributing to the formation and adoption of integration strategies and identify who the B2B firms target.Design/methodology/approachA multiple case study approach is used to compare four multinational corporations and their practices. Face-to-face interviews with key managers, and extensive readings and observations of the firms’ websites and social media platforms have been conducted.FindingsThe study results in a model, illustrating different processes of selection, adoption and integration involved in the development of social media communication strategy for B2B firms. Major factors involved in determining the platform type, and strategies used within different phases and processes are identified.Research limitations/implicationsAs the chosen methodology may limit generalizability, further research is encouraged to test the model within a B2B context especially within small and medium enterprises as only large multinational corporations were investigated in this study.Practical implicationsThe paper provides insight into how B2B marketers can align social media with their firms’ goals through the strategic selection of platforms to reach the targeted audience and communicate their message.Originality/valueThe study uncovers the benefits gained by B2B firms’ through interaction with individuals on social media. This is a significant contribution as the value of such interaction was previously undefined and acted as a barrier for adopting social media in some B2B firms.

In preserving cultural heritage based on community participation, the community engangement and their support greatly influence the outcome. This study aims to examine community participation in the activities of structuring cultural heritage carried out through the mechanism of subsidies. We employ research method using a case study approach to gain an in-depth understanding of the form and the influence of community participation in each stage of the preservation program and the factors that influence it. Based on the study, we found that there was a form of deviation of community participation, both in the implementation stage and in the post-activity utilization stage. The deviations in participation occur as a result of a mismatch between the objectives of the activity and the actual needs of the community. As for the factors that influence the occurrence of irregularities in community participation, the come from the internal form of motivation, commitment and attitude, as well as external factors in the form of activity management, and policy aspects.

He created man in pairs, namely male and female to build a harmonious family. Humans, both male and female, carry out their duties according to the nature given by the creator. In terms of human social life, it is inseparable from the problems of life. One of the problems that usually exist in society is the problem of homosexuality. Society and lesbians separate their existence because society considers the irregularity of sexual desires and the lifestyle of lesbians. A person becomes a lesbian because of the wrong association by lesbians so that this deviation occurs. The purpose of this study was to determine the representation of lesbians in Bengkulu City. This representation is seen from the reality, representation, and ideology related to the background, behavior and views of the lesbians. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The results of this study (1) relate to the reality of informants becoming lesbians due to environmental factors, lack of family supervision so that they fall into lesbians. (2) related to the representation that lesbians admit that there are no special symbols that they use. (3) and finally related to the ideology, the informants realized that lesbian is a social deviation, wrong association.

Research on collection evaluation based on collection-centered methods aims to increase selector knowledge about collection and use so that it can measure success in developing and managing collections effectively. The location of the study was conducted at the IAIN Syekh Nurjati Library Center in Cirebon. The method used is a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data obtained through observation, in-depth and unstructured interviews supported by triangulation by college librarians. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the results of the evaluation of the list checking process carried out by the IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon Library Center has been well marked by the process of mapping the strength of collections, using the checklist form, overcoming the existing collection gap to determine collection priorities based on checking by librarians. In planning collection procurement, librarians always involve the opinions of some lecturers as experts ( expert opinion) in determining relevant and up-to-date collections according to the curriculum in IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon. Collection at the IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon Library Center has fulfilled three indicators of collection standards and continues to make efforts to perfect the collection in accordance with applicable standards.

This study aims: (1) to determine the morals of students in SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. (2) to determine the implementation of Islamic Personal Development (BPI) in building the morals of students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. (3) to find out the results of the Islamic Personal Development (BPI) in building the morals of students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. The purpose of this study was to determine the morals of students, the implementation of Islamic Personal Development and to find out the results of Islamic Personal Development in fostering the morals of students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. This study used a qualitative research method with a case study approach. This study used data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation study. The data used are primary data obtained directly from respondents regarding the implementation of Islamic Personal Development. Meanwhile, secondary data in the form of theories and other supporting data were obtained from literature and school archives documentation. All of these data are materials to describe the implementation of Islamic Personal Development (BPI) at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The morals of the students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City are good enough. (2) Implementation of Islamic Personal Development in fostering the morals of students at Inspiratif Al-Ilham Elementary School, Banjar City, namely through coaching which includes guidance by exemplary, guidance with habituation and guidance with advice (3) The results of the Islamic Personal Development (BPI) in fostering the morals of students at the Inspiratif Al-Ilham Elementary School, Banjar City are quite good, where students have been able to show behavior according to the existing indicators, including being able to carry out congregational prayers and prayers. sunnah dhuha and qiyamullail, reciting dhikr after every prayer and so on.

Penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai munculnya sindhen di acara-acara televisi dan dunia maya dengan tampilan yang berbeda. Perbedaan tampilan ini mengacu pada sajian lagu-lagu pop yang berbeda dari sindhen pada umumnya. Hipotesis terkait dengan perubahan tampilan berupa lagu lintas genre tersebut, bahwasanya para sindhen mempunyai tujuan utama eksistensi yang berdampak pada penghasilan finansial. Penggunaan kata “sindhen” sebagai label industri akan merubah makna sindhen yang sesungguhnya. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel sindhen yangterjun ke musik lintas genre. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian adalah ekonomi merupakan aspek kuat yang melatarbelakangi kemauan untuk menjadi sindhen lintas genre. Dikotomi status sosial dalam masyarakat bahwa memegang erat posisi seni tinggi dan seni rendah. Hal tersebut menjadikan seseorang merasa mempunyai beban kultural sehingga membatasi kebebasan ekspresi dalam dirinya. Serta menjaga kualitas dengan latihan.Kata kunci: cengkok sindhen, lintas genre, gaya pop, industri hiburan.AbstractThis study examines the emergence of sindhen in television shows and cyberspace with different views. This display difference refers to the dish of pop songs that are different from sindhen in general. The hypothesis associated with the change of appearance in the form of songs across the genre, that sindhen have the main purpose of existence that impact on financial income. The use of the word “sindhen” as an industry label will change the true meaning of sindhen. This study takes samples of sindhen that plunge into music across genres. The research method used is qualitative with case study approach. The result of this research is economics is strong aspect which is background of willingness to become sindhen cross genre. The dichotomy of social status in society that holds tightly the position of high artand low art. It makes a person feel has a cultural burden that limits freedom of expression in him. As well as maintaining quality with practice.Keywords: cengkok sindhen, cross genre, pop style, entertainment industry .

This article aims to reveal how peace education is delivered through history lessons at Jakarta Senior High Schools. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The core informants in this study were history subject teachers at SMA Negeri 48 Jakarta and SMA S Cengkareng 1. Based on the results of the study, it was found that peace education in history learning was carried out by including the values ​​of peace or character, and morals related to peace, such as nationalism, tolerance, and peace-loving. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan bagaimana pendidikan perdamaian disampaikan melalui pembelajaran sejarah di SMA Jakarta. Metode penilitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus.  Informan inti dalam penelitian ini adalah guru mata pelajaran sejarah di SMA Negeri 48  Jakarta dan SMA S Cengkareng 1. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa pendidikan perdamaian dalam pembelajaran sejarah dilakukan dengan cara memasukkan nilai-nilai perdamaian atau karakter, dan moral yang berkaitan dengan perdamaian, seperti nasionalisme, toleransi, dan cinta damai.
