This study aims to determine the relationship between work motivation and participative leadership with the work behavior of Bengkulu Province Education and Culture Office Functional employees. The selection of Bengkulu Province is one of the provinces whose development and growth is relatively slower compared to other provinces in Sumatra. The research hypotheses proposed are: (1) there is a positive relationship between work motivation and work behavior, (2) there is a positive relationship between participative leadership and work behavior, and (3) there is a positive relationship between work motivation and participative leadership together with work behavior. The population of this research is the employees who are not currently occupying positions (functional staff) at the Office of Education and Culture of Bengkulu Province, in 2018 as many as 75 people, and the sampling technique uses saturated sampling techniques. Based on the results of the study found: (1) there is a positive relationship between work motivation with work behavior. (2) There is a positive relationship between participative leadership and work behavior and (3) there is a positive relationship between work motivation and participatory leadership together with work behavior. From the three findings, it was stated that (1) work behavior can be improved by increasing work motivation by increasing the desire to achieve and increasing a sense of responsibility, and increasing appreciation for the work, and (2) work behavior can be improved by increasing participatory leadership, by how to involve employees in every decision-making, respect the opinions and suggestions of employees, and enhance cooperation.

This study aims to determine and understand the relationship between work motivation and participatory leadership with the work behavior of the Functional Staff of the Education and Culture Office of East Nusa Tenggara Province because the Province of East Nusa Tenggara is one of the provinces whose development and growth is relatively slower compared to other provinces in Indonesia. The study population was the functional staff who did not have a structural position of 94 people. Samples were taken as many as 75 people. Data collection using a questionnaire instrument.Based on hypothesis testing, this study found: (1) there was a relationship between work motivation and work behavior in which work motivation contributed 49.29% to work behavior, (2) there was a positive relationship between participative leadership and work behavior in which participative leadership contributed 51.49% of work behavior, and there is a positive relationship between work motivation and participatory leadership together with work behavior. Where work motivation and participatory leadership together contribute 67.01% to work behavior. From the three findings, the conclusions of this study are stated that: (a) Work behavior provides a good relationship to increase work motivation, (b) Work behavior can be improved by considering participatory leadership, by involving employees in every decision making, respecting opinions and proposals employees, and enhance collaboration.

INTISARI    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan PT. ITRASAL yang dimediasi oleh Motivasi Kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian metode asosiatif dengan jenis penelitian  survey  yang akan mengungkapkan hubungan dua variabel, yaitu Gaya Kepemimpinan sebagai variabel bebas dan Produktivitas sebagai variabel terikat. Data primer berasal dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan bagian Liquid Departemen Produksi PT ITRASAL, dan hasil diskusi dengan karyawan bagian tersebut. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan metode korelasi dan regresi linear. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa nilai r untuk variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktivitas adalah 0,557 dan nilai t adalah 8.951. Nilai r untuk variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Motivasi adalah 0,278 dan nilai t adalah 5,022. Terdapat hubungan positif antara Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktivitas dan Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap Motivasi. Nilai r untuk variabel Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas adalah 0,377 dan nilai t adalah 6,251. Terdapat hubungan positif antara Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas. Kata kunci : Gaya kepemimpinan, Motivasi kerja, Produktivitas karyawan  ABSTRACT  This study aims to identify the relationship of leadership style to employee productivity PT. ITRASAL is mediated by work motivation. This research uses the research design of associative method with the type of survey research that will reveal the relationship of two variables, namely Leadership Style as independent variable and productivity as dependent variable. Primary data comes from a questionnaire distributed to employees of the Liquid Department of Production Department of PT ITRASAL, and the results of discussions with employees of that section. Further data obtained were analyzed using correlation and linear regression method. From this research, the result that r value for leadership style variable to productivity is 0,557 and t value is 8,951. The r value for the leadership style variable for motivation is 0.278 and the t value is 5.022. There is a positive relationship between leadership style on productivity and leadership style have a positive effect on motivation. The r value for the Motivation variable on productivity is 0.377 and the t value is 6.251. There is a positive relationship between motivation to productivity. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi kerja karyawan dengan kompensasi. Penelitian dilakukan di “PT PAI”. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT ”PAI”, sampel sebanyak 20 orang karyawan diambil dengan teknik convenience sampling. Perangkat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah perangkat kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan induktif. Perangkat analisis data yang digunakan adalah tabel distribusi frekuensi dan korelasi Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif kuat sebesar 0,983 dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja karyawan dengan kompensasinya pada PT ”PAI”. Abstract This study aims to determine the relationship between employee motivation and compensation. The research was conducted at "PT PAI." This research is descriptive. The population in this study were all employees of PT "PAI." A sample of 20 employees was taken using the convenience sampling technique. The data collection device used is a questionnaire device, and the method used is descriptive and inductive methods. Data analysis tools used are frequency distribution table and Spearman correlation. The results showed a strong positive relationship of 0.983 and significant between employee motivation and compensation at PT "PAI."

This research aims to find and analyze the relationship of creativity with the emotional intelligence in the students MTs Islamiyyah Ciputat, Banten. In this study used quantitative methods. The population in this study amounted to 115 while a sample of 52 students and schoolgirls by using sampling techniques nonprobability sampling technique with type purposive sampling. In this study, data collection was conducted by sharing questionnaire poll for creativity variables and emotional intelligence variables. The results of the research that has been done first, there is a relationship between the creativity of students with the emotional intelligence of students, in the students of class VIII MTs Islamiyyah Ciputat. Secondly, The size of creativity of students with the emotional intelligence of class VIII MTs Islamiyyah Ciputat students, obtained the correlation coefficient = 0.27, with contributions, 07.29%, with significant student creativity variables and students emotional intelligence variables of 2.25. Degrees of freedom (df) 50 are consulted with Significance of 5% by 2.00. Thus obtained ≥ (0.25 > 2.00) at a level of significance 5% then Ha accepted and Ho was rejected. This indicates there is a low relationship between the creativity of students with emotional intelligence students, in the students of class VIII MTs Islamiyyah Ciputat, Tangsel, Banten. Thus that there is a relationship between creativity and emotional intelligence.

This study aims to examine the relationship of loneliness and the tendency to cheat on women who undergo long-distance marital relationships. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a positive relationship between loneliness and the tendency to have an affair in women undergoing long-distance marriages. Participants in this study amounted to 31 subjects obtained by accidental sampling technique, with the criteria of women undergoing long-distance marital relationships for at least two months. Data were collected on a lonely scale from Ucla Version 3 and the scale of cheating tendencies. Data analysis used Pearson correlation with the help of SPSS 23. The results showed a positive relationship between loneliness and the tendency to have an affair in women undergoing long-distance marriage (r = 0.501; p = 0.002).Keywords: Loneliness, Tendency To Cheat, Women Undergoing Long-Distance Marriage.

This study aims to analyze the relationship of Brand Awareness and Country of Origin by using Self Congruity as a mediation for Purchase Intention. This causal study used a questionnaire based survey as a data collection method and was distributed to 200 respondents which is a sample of this study. The selection of this research sample used a purposive sampling technique with criteria determined by the researcher. The results showed that the three hypotheses in this study have a significant influence and two hypotheses were rejected. all indicators on the related variables can be developed using PLS data (Partial Least Square). In addition, this study shows that Self Congruity as the most influential variables affecting respondents Purchase Intention toward Wuling car.

 This research is a correlational study using a quantitative approach. This study correlates variables of moral development with prosocial behavior. Moral development is a development that related to one's ability to judge what should be done and not done in accordance with the norms that develop in society and prosocial behavior is behavior that sharing, helping, honest, generous and behavior considering the rights and welfare of others. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is a relationship between moral development and prosocial behavior in late adolescents in the Oesapa Village of Kupang. This study involved 360 late adolescents. The research sampling technique uses random sampling techniques. Hypothesis testing uses Pearson product-moment correlation to examine the relationship of variables and their level of significance, furthermore, the results of the analysis obtained are correlation coefficients -0.054 with significance showing results of 0.303 (p> 0.05) which means there is no relationship between moral development and prosocial behavior in adolescents finally in Oesapa Village, Kupang.

The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship of parents' attention with the science learning Grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 15 Padang. The population in this research amounted to 178 students with a total sample of 60 students, taken by random sampling technique. Data collection was obtained using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques were used using descriptive and correlation analysis techniques. The calculation result of r count> r table is 0.257> 0.250 which means that there is a positive relationship between the attention of parents and the results of natural science learning Students of Grade VIII of SMP Negeri 15 Padang.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan efikasi diri dengan kesiapan kerja pada mahasiswa yang sedang mempersiapkan skripsi di Program Studi Psikologi Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Lambung Mangkurat. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Psikologi yang sedang mempersiapkan skripsi berjumlah 49 orang yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala yang terdiri dari skala efikasi diri dan skala kesiapan kerja. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan analisis korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan yang positif sebesar 35,7% antara efikasi diri dengan kesiapan kerja, sehingga semakin tinggi efikasi diri maka semakin tinggi pula kesiapan kerja pada mahasiswa yang sedang mempersiapkan skripsi di Program Studi Psikologi Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Lambung Mangkurat.Kata kunci: Efikasi Diri, Kesiapan Kerja This study aims to determine the relationship of self-efficacy with working readiness on students who are preparing a thesis in Psychology Department of Medicine Faculty, University of Lambung Mangkurat. The sample in this study are 49 students of Psychology Department who are preparing thesis taken by purposive sampling technique. The method of data collection uses a scale consisting of self-efficacy scale and working readiness scale. Analysis of the data used is using correlation analysis. Based on these results, it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy with working readiness of 35,7%, so that the higher self efficacy, the higher the working readiness on students who are preparing thesis in Psychology Department of Medicine Faculty, University of Lambung Mangkurat.Keywords: Self Efficacy, Working Readiness

This study aims to determine the relationship between leadership style and work environment with work motivation. The research was conducted at BRIMOB POLDA SUMUT. The number of respondents in this study was 106 members of BRIMOB POLDA SUMUT  with sampling technique random sampling. Based on spearman rank data analysis, there is a significant level between leadership style (X1) with work motivation (Y) with significant value 0.000 0,05, that was to prove that there was a partial relationship of leadership style with work motivation. While the working environment relation (X2) with work motivation (Y) with significant value 0,000 0,05. It proves that there was a partial relationship work environment with work motivation. While the significance level of leadership style (X1) and work environment (X2) with work motivation (Y) with significant value 0,000 0,05 were related simultaneously, the hypothesis in this research was accepted. The correlation of leadership style relation and work environment with work motivation of BRIMOB members was 49.7% .
