Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi kerja karyawan dengan kompensasi. Penelitian dilakukan di “PT PAI”. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT ”PAI”, sampel sebanyak 20 orang karyawan diambil dengan teknik convenience sampling. Perangkat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah perangkat kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan induktif. Perangkat analisis data yang digunakan adalah tabel distribusi frekuensi dan korelasi Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif kuat sebesar 0,983 dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja karyawan dengan kompensasinya pada PT ”PAI”. Abstract This study aims to determine the relationship between employee motivation and compensation. The research was conducted at "PT PAI." This research is descriptive. The population in this study were all employees of PT "PAI." A sample of 20 employees was taken using the convenience sampling technique. The data collection device used is a questionnaire device, and the method used is descriptive and inductive methods. Data analysis tools used are frequency distribution table and Spearman correlation. The results showed a strong positive relationship of 0.983 and significant between employee motivation and compensation at PT "PAI."

This study aims to examine the relationship between loneliness and selfie-liking. The hypothesis of this research is that there is a positive relationship between loneliness and selfie-liking among college students. This research used correlational quantitative methods. Participants in this research was 64 students, which was taken by purposive sampling technique, with inclusive criteria: like to do selfie and in the last month post the selfie photos to social media as much as 4-6 times. Data were collected using the Loneliness Scale from UCLA Version 3 and selfie-liking measured by Selfie-Liking Scale.  The correlation was analyzed using the Spearman Correlation Test with SPSS 23 for Windows. The results showed there was a positive and significant relationship between loneliness and self-liking (r=.297; p=.009) which means the higher loneliness, the higher selfie-liking.

Purpose This study aims to ascertain the relationship between trustworthiness and students’ attitudes toward knowledge sharing. Design/methodology/approach For this study, the authors used the survey research design technique. Data were collected from students pursuing a degree in Business and Administration. Convenience sampling technique was used to select the participants. A total of 400 students participated in the study. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the data. Findings The results show that trustworthiness, integrity, benevolence and ability have a positive relationship with students’ attitudes toward knowledge sharing. Originality/value Studies investigating the relationship between trustworthiness and students’ attitudes toward knowledge sharing is rare, especially in Ghana.

The importance of communication development can help people or parties involved in the development to stay on its tracks and create independence. The aim of this study consists of 1) Analyzing the relationship credibility of Women and Men Head of the Neighbourhood Community 2) Analyzing the relationship between the meeting intensity of the Women and Men Head of the Neighbourhood Community 3) To analyze the relationship of transformational leadership. The unit of analysis in this study comprises of 38 Women and Men Head of the Neighbourhood Community. The location was chosen deliberately, namely the District Dramaga. Parung and Ciomas. The sampling technique used was sensus and quota sampling by Spearman correlation using different teststo see the differences between Women and Men Head of the Neigbourhood Community. Women Head of the Neighbourhood Community shows significant relationships in the credibility, the intensity of the meeting, and transformational leadership. Head of the Neighbourhood Community Men related real on transformational leadership. It said that women and men do not differ regarding the actual transformational leadership related to the level of participation. It happens because when meeting citizens given the opportunity to provide opinions, advice, ideas and information, and if the activities carried out concerning the interests of the shared environment and a sense of solidarity among citizens.Keywords:Communication Development, Rural Development, Neigbourhood Community, TransformationalLeadership, Participation

This study aims to examine the relationship of loneliness and the tendency to cheat on women who undergo long-distance marital relationships. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a positive relationship between loneliness and the tendency to have an affair in women undergoing long-distance marriages. Participants in this study amounted to 31 subjects obtained by accidental sampling technique, with the criteria of women undergoing long-distance marital relationships for at least two months. Data were collected on a lonely scale from Ucla Version 3 and the scale of cheating tendencies. Data analysis used Pearson correlation with the help of SPSS 23. The results showed a positive relationship between loneliness and the tendency to have an affair in women undergoing long-distance marriage (r = 0.501; p = 0.002).Keywords: Loneliness, Tendency To Cheat, Women Undergoing Long-Distance Marriage.

The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship of parents' attention with the science learning Grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 15 Padang. The population in this research amounted to 178 students with a total sample of 60 students, taken by random sampling technique. Data collection was obtained using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques were used using descriptive and correlation analysis techniques. The calculation result of r count> r table is 0.257> 0.250 which means that there is a positive relationship between the attention of parents and the results of natural science learning Students of Grade VIII of SMP Negeri 15 Padang.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan efikasi diri dengan kesiapan kerja pada mahasiswa yang sedang mempersiapkan skripsi di Program Studi Psikologi Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Lambung Mangkurat. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Psikologi yang sedang mempersiapkan skripsi berjumlah 49 orang yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala yang terdiri dari skala efikasi diri dan skala kesiapan kerja. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan analisis korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan yang positif sebesar 35,7% antara efikasi diri dengan kesiapan kerja, sehingga semakin tinggi efikasi diri maka semakin tinggi pula kesiapan kerja pada mahasiswa yang sedang mempersiapkan skripsi di Program Studi Psikologi Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Lambung Mangkurat.Kata kunci: Efikasi Diri, Kesiapan Kerja This study aims to determine the relationship of self-efficacy with working readiness on students who are preparing a thesis in Psychology Department of Medicine Faculty, University of Lambung Mangkurat. The sample in this study are 49 students of Psychology Department who are preparing thesis taken by purposive sampling technique. The method of data collection uses a scale consisting of self-efficacy scale and working readiness scale. Analysis of the data used is using correlation analysis. Based on these results, it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy with working readiness of 35,7%, so that the higher self efficacy, the higher the working readiness on students who are preparing thesis in Psychology Department of Medicine Faculty, University of Lambung Mangkurat.Keywords: Self Efficacy, Working Readiness

The aim of this study is to know the relationship of price and product quality with customer satisfaction at Elis school uniform shop of Bengkulu city. The sample in this study were 50 consumers who purchased school uniform at Elis school uniform shop of Bengkulu city, because all the population in this study were sampled, so the sampling was done by using accidental sampling technique. Data collection methods used is questionnaires and analytical methods used are rank spearman correlation analysis and testing the data with t test.Based on the results of study the price has a relationship with the customer satisfaction at Elis school uniform shop of Bengkulu citywith a correlation value of 0.537, thus the price offered by the shop is relatively or not too expensive or not too cheap. This result is reinforced by hypothesis test result that tcount is greater than t table (4.408> 1.677). This means that the price has a significant relationship with customer satisfaction at Elis school uniform shop of Bengkulu city.Rank spearman correlation for the relationship of product quality with customer satisfaction at Elis school uniform shop of Bengkulu cityhas a strong correlation with correlation value of 0.604, it means that the better quality of the trade by Elis school uniform shop, the higher level of customerssatisfaction. This is reinforced by the hypothesis test result that t count is greater than t table (5.246> 1.677). This means that the product quality has a significant relationship with customer satisfaction at Elis school uniform shop of Bengkulu city.

Good service quality in the hotel can be achieved if employees are able to anticipate and meet the guest’s needs. Therefore, it is necessary to have a section focusing on a certain type of guests, namely VIP and VVIP guests. in order to achieve good relations with guests. This section is called Butler which cover personal services so that the service quality is expected to increase. This study aims to study the guests opinion about  the existence of Butler at Raffles Hotel, Jakarta and to find out the relationships between Butler and service quality. Research methods used is descriptive correlational where correlational coefficient and coefficient of determination are computed. Data was collected using questionnaire distributed to VIP/VVIP guests at Raffles Hotel Jakarta. Sample size was 53 and sampling technique was non probability purposive sampling. The result showed that on the whole  the existence of butler was rated very good by VIP guests in Raffles Hotel Jakarta.  Meanwhile, service quality received by guests was also very good. There was a strong positive relationship between Butler's existence and service quality in Raffles Hotel Jakarta.

This study aims to determine the relationship between work motivation and participative leadership with the work behavior of Bengkulu Province Education and Culture Office Functional employees. The selection of Bengkulu Province is one of the provinces whose development and growth is relatively slower compared to other provinces in Sumatra. The research hypotheses proposed are: (1) there is a positive relationship between work motivation and work behavior, (2) there is a positive relationship between participative leadership and work behavior, and (3) there is a positive relationship between work motivation and participative leadership together with work behavior. The population of this research is the employees who are not currently occupying positions (functional staff) at the Office of Education and Culture of Bengkulu Province, in 2018 as many as 75 people, and the sampling technique uses saturated sampling techniques. Based on the results of the study found: (1) there is a positive relationship between work motivation with work behavior. (2) There is a positive relationship between participative leadership and work behavior and (3) there is a positive relationship between work motivation and participatory leadership together with work behavior. From the three findings, it was stated that (1) work behavior can be improved by increasing work motivation by increasing the desire to achieve and increasing a sense of responsibility, and increasing appreciation for the work, and (2) work behavior can be improved by increasing participatory leadership, by how to involve employees in every decision-making, respect the opinions and suggestions of employees, and enhance cooperation.

ABSTRACT: RELATIONSHIP OF NEED OF AFFILIATION WITH PROSOCIAL BEHAVIOR IN ADOLESCENTS Prosocial behavior is an act that is given sincerely to help someone. This present study examines the relationship between affiliation needs and prosocial behavior in adolescents. This research uses quantitative methods with a correlational design. Accidental sampling technique was used for sampling. The participants in this study were 100 adolescents aged 12-22 years in Pekanbaru, Riau. The scale of affiliation needs adapted from Minanti (2017) and prosocial behavior adapted from Anzala (2018) were used as data collection methods. The data analysis in this study used Pearson product moment correlation and was assisted by the SPSS 16.0 for windows program. The results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between the need for affiliation and prosocial behavior in adolescents in Pekanbaru City. Thus, it can be concluded that the need for affiliation associated with prosocial behavior. Keywords: Need of Affiliation, Prosocial Behavior, Adolescents Perilaku prososial ialah tindakan yang diberikan secara tulus untuk membantu seseorang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kebutuhan afiliasi dengan perilaku prososial pada remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Teknik accidental sampling digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 remaja berusia 12-22 tahun yang berada di Kota Pekanbaru, Riau. Skala kebutuhan afiliasi yang diadaptasi dari Minanti (2017) dan perilaku prososial yang diadaptasi dari Anzala (2018) digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan korelasi Pearson product moment dan dibantu oleh program SPSS 16.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kebutuhan afiliasi dan perilaku prososial pada remaja di Kota Pekanbaru. Dengan demikian, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa kebutuhan afiliasi berkaitan dengan perilaku prososial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kebutuhan afiliasi dan perilaku prososial pada remaja di Kota Pekanbaru. Dengan demikian, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa kebutuhan afiliasi berkaitan dengan perilaku prososial. Kata Kunci: Kebutuhan Afiliasi, Perilaku Prososial, Remaja
