ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Kinerja Dinas Pangan, Pertanian dan Perikanan dalam pemberdayaan petani rumput laut di Kota Tarakan Provinsi Kalimantan Utara.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam  penelitian ini dilakukan analisis Kinerja Dinas Pangan, Pertanian dan Perikanan dengan dimensi yang diteliti yaitu (1) Produktivitas, (2) Kualitas, (3) Responsivitas, (4) Responsibilitas, (5) Akuntabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja Dinas Pangan, Pertanian dan Perikanan dalam pemberdayaan petani rumput laut sudah terlaksana dengan cukup baik namun masih memerlukan penyempurnan dalam dimensi kualitas dan responsivitas.Hambatan Kinerja Dinas Pangan, Pertanian dan Perikanan dalam pemberdayaan petani rumput laut(1) Kurangnya tenaga penyuluh di Dinas Pangan Pertanian dan perikanan, (2) Data Jumlah Petani Rumput Laut yang belum Valid, (3) Tidak adanya industri Pemasaran rumput laut. Upaya mengatasi hambatan kinerja Dinas Pangan Pertanian dan Perikanan Kota Tarakan dalam pemberdayaan petani rumput laut Kota Tarakan yaitu: (1) Melakukan penambahan jumlah tenaga penyuluh untuk para petani rumput laut, (2) Melakukan update data tentang jumlah petani rumput laut di kota Tarakan, (3) Melakukan Bina Usaha dengan Perusahaan Domestik. Saran dari penelitian: (1) Perlunya memberikan pelatihan kepada seluruh tenaga penyuluh yang baru maupun tenaga penyuluh yang sudah ada. (2) Perlunya melakukan sosialisasi kepada para petani rumput laut tentang pentingnya update data administrasi. (3) Perlunya membangun Industri pemasaran rumput laut di Kota Tarakan.   Kata Kunci: Dinas Pangan, Pertanian dan Perikanan, Kinerja,Pemberdayaan     ABSTARCT This study aims to determine and analyze the Performance of the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries Food in empowering seaweed farmers in the City of Tarakan, North Kalimantan Province. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods.In this study an analysis of the Performance of the The Department of Agriculture and Fisheries Foodwas conducted with the dimensions examined, namely (1) Productivity, (2) Quality, (3) Responsiveness, (4) Responsibility, (5) Accountability. The results showed that the performance of the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries Food in empowering seaweed farmers was done quite well but still needed perfection in Efforts to overcome the performance barriers of The Department of Agriculture and Fisheries Foodin empowering seaweed farmers in Tarakan City are: (1) Increase the number of extension workers for seaweed farmers, (2) Update data on the number of seaweed farmers in the city of Tarakan, ( 3) Doing Business Development with Domestic Companies. Suggestions from the study: (1) The need to provide training to all new  extension workers and existing extension workers. (2) The need to conduct socialization to seaweed farmers about the importance of updating administrative data. The place funeral general which serves as a burial place for people who died. Funeral general also has other functions such as the Green Open Space, catchment area water, and lungs of the city. The author uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Sources of data in this study were obtained using the data used, interviews and documentation TPU Tegal Alur Unit II Islam which located in Jl.Kamal Raya No.1A. Kelurahan Tegal Alur. Kecamatan Kalideres. Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat 11820. As well as interviews with that related source. The place funeral general tegal alur is a public cemetery that stands from the wakaf land owned by local residents. At the tomb was previously there is a tomb of Muslims and non-Muslims. TPU Tegal Alur Unit II Islam other than moving in service funeral, as providing information on funerals and retribution rates in general. TPU Tegal Alur Unit II Islam also one of the manufacturers for finance area ie within retribution service funeral.Keywords: Procedure, Administration, Service

The objectives of the study were to describe and plan urban transfers planning based on city government synergy, bhabinkamtibnas and universities. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. In the planning of city government synergy, bhabinkamtibnas, and universities in carrying out transpotation planning, can be seen from the planning, implementation actors, programs, and facilities and infrastructure. Kareana synergy will bring positive results to the people of Surabaya city in terms of various aspects. In this research it is concluded that the implementation of transportation planning in the city of Surabaya is expected to be able to synergize with Bhabinkamtib- nas, and universities in order to realize a sustainable and more effective concept.

This study aims to explain and describe the language errors of semantic level in students’ scientific work from various Indonesian islands in the city of Madiun. The study was conducted at two major universities in Madiun City. The type of research used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research through observation and field note techniques as data collection techniques. The result of the data is students’ assignment papers. Data analysis techniques used in this study issharing methods or distribution methods with advanced techniques in the form of expansion (expansion) techniques and changing forms. The conclusions of this study are: (1) Usage error of similar words, consisting of (a) 88 errors of cognate pairing, (b) 79 errors of ambiguous pairing and (c) 65 errors of contended pairing. (2) Word choice (diction) errors, which consist of (a) 87 errors because do not meet the truth requirements, (b) 89 errors because do not meet the accuracy requirements, and (c) 90 errors because do not meet the standard requirements.In addition, errors in the word choices or diction occur due to factors influenced by the language that was mastered first.

This study is the result of a library research which is qualitative in nature on the greed for power and for food of the antagonist named Cole depicted in Jeanne DuPrau’s The City of Ember. Some definitions as well as concept about the antagonist and greed from the various sources are generated in chapter two to bring about the proper arguments and ideas related to the analysis of the topic. The method used in analyzing the data in this paper is Descriptive Qualitative Research in which it is a research method used to acquire and describe accurate, factual, and systematic data. The findings show that Cole, as a mayor in the city of Ember who is supposed to protect his citizens in the city of Ember, has misused his power to dupe his citizens. He convicingly says to the citizens that if they work hard and dedicate their life to the city of Ember, the city will be prosperous. In fact, he speaks so glibly to the citizens for the shake of his own interests that he will not need to work hard anymore to control the city. Mayor Cole is also a very greedy man. So greedy he is that he has ordered two of his trusted workers named Looper and Lizzie Bisco to steal the food supplies from the storeroom and hiden them in a tunnel pipeworks, called the room 351 to be enjoyed by himself. He has overabundance of food while the citizens of Ember are in a crisis of food. Furthermore, the finding of this study shows that Mayor Cole’s evil deeds is revealed by Doon and Lina in the long run.

This study aims to find out the shape and proportion of monument statues of veterans in the building yudha bhakti DPD legion of veterans of the Republic of Indonesia in the city of Medan. The problem is focused on the shape and structure of the proportions of the sculpture that are less in accordance with anatomical theory. Data collection procedures are carried out through observations, interviews and documentation studies. The data is observed by deciphering and clarifying based on the anatomical form of the statue. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research, because it is a research that seeks to break down, explain and describe all data obtained from research. The results showed that veteran monument statues still have shortcomings, both in terms of shape and proportion, but this does not reduce the implied meaning of the monument statues of veterans of the Republic of Indonesia in the city of Medan.

The role of guidance and counseling in coaching individual students in solving problems, challenges, and difficulties is a demand that must be given by the guidance and counseling program in the madrasah. The implementation of counseling guidance at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri throughout Banjarmasin has not yet been implemented in accordance with the objectives and functions of counseling guidance. The application of guidance and counseling is still visible in the routine curriculum of guidance and counseling activities. So that many types of main activities in counseling have not been implemented optimally. This research method is descriptive qualitative research on the role of guidance and counseling in public madrasah aliyah throughout Banjarmasin. This study provides a description of how the pattern of guidance and counseling in state madrasah aliyah throughout the city of Banjarmasin. The result of this research is that counseling guidance at state madrasah Aliyah throughout Banjarmasin has played an active and optimal role in carrying out preventive, curative, or corrective functions and perseverative functions, which have positive implications for achieving optimal educational goals and improving the quality and quality of education in State Madrasah Aliyah throughout the city of Banjarmasin.

AbstractThis study to describe the: 1) implementation of the use of WhatsApp groups as learning media for DTA At-Tawakal students in the city of Bandung, 2)  the result of the use of WhatsApp groups as learning media for DTA At-Tawakal students in the city of Bandung, 3) evaluate of the use of WhatsApp groups as learning media for DTA At-Tawakal students in the city of Bandung. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this study were the DTA At-Tawakal tutors and students. Data collection is done by the method of observation,interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of this research was carried out throught the implementation and monitoring stages, the results of the implementation of the research into student in research are helped to obtain learning by using the WhatsApp groups as the medium, the evaluation of this research is to improve the existing deficiencies and obtacles.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) Pelaksanaan penggunaan grup WhatsApp sebagai media pembelajaran terhadap peserta didik DTA At-Tawakal di Kota Bandung, 2) Hasil penggunaan grup WhatsApp sebagai media pembelajaran terhadap peserta didik DTA At-Tawakal di Kota Bandung, dan 3) Evaluasi penggunaan grup WhatsApp sebagai media pembelajaran terhadap peserta didik DTA At-Tawakal di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah tutor dan peserta didik DTA At-Tawakal. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan penelitian ini dilakukan melalui tahap pelaksanaan dan monitoring, hasil dari pelaksanaan penelitian ini peserta didik menjadi terbantu untuk mendapatkan pembelajaran dengan penggunaan grup WhatsApp sebagai medianya, evaluasi dari penelitian ini adalah memperbaiki kekurangan dan hambatan yang ada.Kata Kunci: Grup WhatsApp, media pembelajaran.

Buying and selling activities are one of the community’s needs as facilities and infrastructure of daily needs. Here, the market as one of the tools where there is buying and selling interaction. The marketing environment can change and be uncertain and provide not only opportunities but also threats. The Bandar market is a traditional market that sells the needs for essential materials at an affordable price for the community. The purpose of this research is to determine the behaviour of traders and compliance with the basic principles of Islamic markets. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques using observation, interview, and documentation. The conclusion of this research is the traders’ behaviour in the Bandar market which already tolerable and precise even though the city market is essentially a conventional market, and traders in the Bandar market already apply the principle of Ar-Ridhla, healthy competition, honesty, openness, and justice properly. This study discusses radicalism and deradicalism, and the Youth Movement (GP Ansor) which seized the attention of researchers and academics. They put up a fight by using the perspective of moderatism based on Ahlussunah wal Jamaah aN Nahdliyah and Indonesian values. This perspective was also carried out by all members of the Board of Management of the Ansor Youth Movement (PC GP Ansor) of Kediri City. This research is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. The results of this study indicate that GP Ansor of Kediri City is able to carry out resistance and early detection of radicalism in the City of Kediri. They tried to take over public places and facilities to spread the idea of Islam Ahlussunnah Wal Jamaah An Nahdhiyah.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tendangan sabit seluruh perguruan pencak silat Tapak Suci di Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian desktiptif kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi subyek penelitian adalah siswa perguruan pencak silat tapak suci . yang mendapatkan hasil yang sama pada tiga belas indikator mengenai tendangan sabit pada pada perguruan pencak silat Tapak Suci di Kota Bengkulu. hal ini tentunya menunjukan bahwa tendangan sabit pada perguruan pencak silat Tapak Suci  semuanya mempunyai langkah dan gerakan yang sama. Sedangkan untuk analisis data berdasarkan tes kemampuan tendangan sabit mengambil objek pada ke tiga puluh (30) siswa perguruan tapak suci Kota Bengkulu.Hasil yang di peroleh dari tigapuluh (30) siswa dengan waktu 10 detik sehingga diperoleh berapa banyaknya tendangan sabit yang di dapatkan .skor  sebesar 25-ke atas termasuk dalam kategori baik sekali sebanyak dua (2) orang atau sebesar 6,67%, pada skor 20-24 yang termasuk dalam kategori baik sebanyak delapan belas (18) orang atau sebesar 60%, untuk skor 17-19 di dalam kategori Cukup sebanyak 10 orang atau sebesar 33%, untuk 15-16 di dalam kategori kurang tidak ada atau sebesar 0 %. Dan untuk kategori kurang sekali dengan skor 14-ke bawah juga tidak ada atau sebesar 0 %. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan tendangan sabit yang dimiliki oleh siswa perguruan pencak silat Tapak Suci di Kota Bengkulu masuk dalam rata-rata kategori baik dengan persentase 60 %Kata kunci : Tendangan Sabit ,Tapak Suci , Kota Bengkulu                                                         AbstractThis study aims to determine the sickle kick of all martial arts colleges in the city of Bengkulu. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. In this research, the subject of research is the martial arts pencak silat college students. Who got the same results on thirteen indicators on sickle kicks at the martial arts college in Bengkulu City. This certainly shows that the sickle kick at the martial arts college Tapak Suci all have the same steps and movements. While for data analysis based on test of sickle cycling ability take object at thirty (30) student of sacred treadmill of Bengkulu City. The result is obtained from thirty (30) students with time 10 seconds so that obtained how many sickle kick get. Of 25-over are included in the excellent category of two (2) persons or equal to 6.67%, on the score of 20-24 which fall into either the eighteen (18) or 60% category for the score 17-19 In the category Quite as many as 10 people or by 33%, for 15-16 in the category of less absent or by 0%. And for the once less category with a 14-down score is also absent or 0%. Based on the results of the analysis can be concluded that the ability of sickle kick owned by students of martial arts college in the City of Bengkulu Tapak entered the average category either with a percentage of 60%Keywords: Sickle Kick, Tapak Suci, City of Bengkulu
