This study aims to determine the effect of Compensation and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance in the City of Cirebon Civil Service Police Unit. With a quantitative approach, it was found that employee compensation has been high, where 71.46% of respondents stated that they received high compensation. Job satisfaction is in the high category, where 68.82% of respondents said they were satisfied. Employee performance is in the high category, where 69.81% of respondents carry out work that is their responsibility properly. Work compensation and satisfaction along with its dimensions have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This gives an understanding that the more intensive the provision of compensation and efforts to increase job satisfaction, the more performance of the civil service police organization.

The success or failure of an organization depends on the activity and creativity of its human resources. For this reason, the main thing to consider is the role of a leader. The role of leadership is very large in motivating employees to work in accordance with work programs that have been set by the organization, in achieving the goals and objectives set by the organization. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, and work environment on job satisfaction, to know and analyze the effect of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance, to find out and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, and to find out and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance through employee job satisfaction in the Civil Service Police Unit of South Sulawesi Province. To achieve these objectives, data collection techniques are carried out through observation and questionnaire distribution, using data analysis techniques namely descriptive analysis, validity and reliability testing, classical assumption tests, and path analysis. The results prove that the transformational leadership style and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The effect of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance. The effect of job satisfaction provides a significant influence in improving employee performance. Mediation test results of the influence of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction which shows that employee job satisfaction can mediate the influence of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance of the South Sulawesi Province Civil Service Police Unit.

This study includes explanatory namely a study model to find and explain causal relationships between variables through testing hypotheses that use a quantitative approach with qualitative analysis which intends to explain the causality relationship between variables through hypothesis testing and analysis of the research variables. By testing the influence between variables related to Leadership, Communication, Employee Performance and Job Satisfaction.The results of the study that the effect of variable job satisfaction (Y1) is influenced by leadership (X1), motivation (X2) and communication (X3) together by 42.9% while the remaining 57.1% is influenced by other variables outside this research model. While the effect of variable employee performance (Y2) is influenced by leadership (X1), motivation (X2), communication (X3) and work satisfaction (Y1) together by 45% while the remaining 55% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.

Within a company, employees are one of the most valuable assets. Employees are human resources that drive companies to compete with other companies. Employees who have satisfaction in working will certainly be able to increase performance productivity and achieve the goals set by the company. PT Timbul Mandiri Jaya Boyolali is a company engaged in the automotive sector which is addressed at Jalan Boyolali - Semarang KM 1, Winong Village, Boyolali District, Boyolali Regency. PT Timbul Mandiri Jaya Boyolali sells Honda motorcycle products and serves Honda motorcycle services. PT Timbul Mandiri Jaya Boyolali is the largest Honda motorcycle dealer in the city of Boyolali which has 75 employees both sales and ahass, because it has quite a lot  of employees of course need good management so that employees get satisfaction in working, this causes an influence on employee performance working at PT Timbul Mandiri Jaya Boyolali. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Timbul Mandiri Jaya Boyolali and which job satisfaction variables most influence employee performance at PT Timbul Mandiri Jaya Boyolali. This research was conducted at PT Timbul Mandiri Jaya Boyolali, a research period of 3 months by distributing several questionnaires with the object of Timbul Jaya Motor employees as many as 75 correspondents. Methods of collecting data using questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is multiple regression analysis and significance testing using t and F tests. The results show that there is no positive and significant effect of salary, the job itself, promotion and coworkers on employee performance, while the supervisory variable has a positive and significant influence on employee performance with t_table <t_count with a significance of more than 5% or 0.05   Keywords    : Salary, Employment, Promotion, Colleagues, Supervision, and Employee Performance.

This study aimed to determine the Effect of Incentives and Work Environment on Civil Service Performance and Job Satisfaction as Intervening Variables in Disperkimtan. South Sulawesi. The method in this study was a descriptive method with a quantitative approach with the aim to determine the effect of the variables studied. The population in this study were all Civil Servants covered by Disperkimtan Sulsel, amounting to 135 people. While the sample used in this study amounted to 134 people. Data collection techniques using survey methods through observation, questionnaires, and literature study. Data analysis was performed using SPSS ( Statistical Package for the Social Science) version 25. The results of this study indicated that direct incentives and work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance in Disperkimtan South Sulawesi. There was no positive and significant effect between incentives on performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. While job satisfaction as an intervening variable that mediates between work environment and performance has no positive and significant effect. In this case, job satisfaction weakened the influence of the work environment on the performance of civil servants.

This research intended to analyze the effect of compensation and job satisfaction on the performance of teachers. The main of study focused on teacher performance is affected by factors of compensation and job satisfaction. The method used is a survey method. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires with quantitative approach.  The respondents in this research were 43 honorary teachers on “SMK” in Bandung. The analyzed the data using multiple regression. The results showed: (1) compensation for the performance of teachers in the category is quite effective; (2) job satisfaction on the performance of teachers at a fairly high category; (3) compensation and job satisfaction on performance of teachers at a fairly high category; (4) compensation positive and significant positive effect on the performance of teachers' honorarium; (5) job satisfaction positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers 'honorarium and (6) compensation and job satisfaction positive and significant impact on the performance of teachers' honorarium.ABSTRAKPenelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  menganalisis  pengaruh kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru.  Inti kajian difokuskan pada kinerja guru yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Teknik pengumpulan  data menggunakan angket denganpendekatan kuantitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 43 guru honorer Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di Kota Bandung. Teknik analisis data  menggunakan  regresi  ganda.  Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan:  (1) kompensasi terhadap  kinerja  guru  berada pada  kategori  cukup efektif;  (2) kepuasan kerjaterhadap  kinerja  guru berada  pada  kategori  cukup tinggi; (3) kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap  kinerja  guru  berada  pada  kategori cukup tinggi; (4)  kompensasi berpengaruh  positif positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru honorer; (5) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh  positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guruhonorer dan (6) kompensasi dankepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru honorer.

Abstract: The aims of this study is to examine the influence of the work environment, new culture organization on employee performance mediated by employee job satisfaction. The number of respondents used in this study were as many as 145 respondents, all respondents were employees of the industry and labor office of the city of Bandung. The research data were obtained through distributing questionnaires and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling analysis technique with the help of the AMOS version 22 program. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it is found that the work environment, New culture organization and digital leadership are factors that directly affect employee job satisfaction and employee performance. The results of this study also indicate that employee job satisfaction can mediate the indirect influence of the work environment, New culture organization and digital leadership on employee performance. Work environment, New culture organization and digital leadership will increase employee job satisfaction which in turn will increase employee performance. Abstrak:  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja, new culture organization terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja pegawai. Jumlah responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 145 responden, seluruh responden merupakan pegawai di dinas perindustrian dan tenaga kerja kota Bandung. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modelling dengan bantuan program AMOS versi 22. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini, diperoleh hasil bahwa lingkungan kerja, New culture organization dan digital leadership merupakan faktor – faktor yang secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai dan kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja pegawai dapat memediasi pengaruh tidak langsung lingkungan kerja, New culture organization dan digital leadership terhadap kinerja pegawai. This study aimed to determine the effect of competence and compensation to employee performance moderated by job satisfaction in Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) Padang. The population is all employees working in BAZNAS Padang. The sampling method is full sampling. The amount that can be used as an analysis tool is a total of 32 respondents. The method used in the research is to test the validity, reliability test, heteroscedasticity test, significance test, a test model of the determinant coefficient, regression analysis, and hypothesis, where variavel free competence (X1) and compensation (X2), the dependent variable is employee performance (Y ) while moderatingnya variable is job satisfaction (M). The results showed that the variables competency significantly influence employee performance in BAZNAS city of Padang, the variable compensation significantly influence employee performance in BAZNAS city of Padang, job satisfaction variables significantly influence employee performance in BAZNAS city of Padang, job satisfaction as a moderating variable affecting competence BAZNAS the performance of employees in the city of Padang, job satisfaction as a moderating variable affecting the competence of the performance of employees in BAZNAS Padang.

As benefits an organization, one of the strategic functions play an important role in banking is its human resources. This aim of the research was to find out the significant influence of compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance through job motivation, either directly or indirectly. The objectof the research were bank employees in Merauke City. The data consisted of primary data obtained using questionnaire give to respondents related to compensation, job satisfaction, motivation and performance of employees. The data were analyzed using quantitative approach through path analysis to test the hypothesis. The results of the research indicate that (1) compensation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on job motivation, (2) compensation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on employees performance. (3) compensation indirectly has a positive and significant influence on employees performance through job motivation, and (4) job satisfaction indirectly has a positive and significant influence on employess performance through job motivation of bank employees' in Merauke City.

This study aims to examine the relationship perceived high workload, job motivation and job satisfaction on performance. Research conducted at the Office of Cileungsi First’th Tax Service by taking 89 employees as the research sample. Quantitative research was conducted by describing and verification data. Multiple linear regression analysis is the statistic approach to data analysis. The study produced three major findings consistent with the hypothesis put forward, that is: (1) the workload of employees are in the high category, (2) work motivation is in the high category, 3) job satisfaction is in the high category and the performance is in the medium category. Base on research finding, in order to increase employee performance, can be done by managing the workload of employees, increase work motivation and increase job satisfaction. This study aims to: (1) to analyze the influence of compensation on employee loyalty, (2) to analyze the effect of the performance of the employee against employee loyalty, (3) to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee loyalty, and (3) to analyze the effect of compensation, employee performance and satisfaction working simultaneously on employee loyalty. The research method used descriptive-quantitative approach path analysis. Path analysis is atechnique for analyzing the causal relationships that occur in multiple regression if the independent variables affect the dependent variable not only directly, but also indirectly. The results of this study concluded that: first, compensation Directly Affects the loyalty. Second, the performance Directly Affects the loyalty. Third, satisfaction Directly Affects the loyalty. Fourth, Compensation indirect effect on loyalty through the performance and through. Fifth, Performance indirect effect on loyalty through compensation amounting and through the satisfaction. And sixth, Satisfaction indirect effect on loyalty through compensation of and through the performance.
