This study aims to find out and test empirical data related to the relationship between organizational culture, discipline and teacher teaching productivity simultaneously or separately. In this study, the authors used a survey method with a correlational and regression approach to quantitative data obtained from the object of research, namely Private Primary School teachers in Matraman sub-district. The sample of this study was 93 respondents out of a total of 120 private elementary school teacher populations in Matraman District in the odd semester of the 2018/2019 academic year. Data collection is done by using questionnaire / questionnaire, observation, and documentation techniques. The type of analysis used is correlation analysis and descriptive described regression. The results of this study are: First, there is a positive, strong and significant relationship between organizational culture and teacher teaching productivity with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.751 and a coefficient of determination (R2) of 56.4%. The direction of influence is indicated by the regression equation Ŷ = 31,073 + 0.749 X1, it can be read that each increase in one unit score of organizational culture (X1) affects the increase in teacher teaching productivity score (Y) of 0.749 points. Second, there is a positive, strong and significant relationship between discipline and teacher teaching productivity with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.736 and a coefficient of determination (R2) of 54.2%. The direction of influence is indicated by the regression equation Ŷ = 31,073 + 0,749 X2, it can be read that each increase in one unit of discipline score (X2) affects the increase in the teacher's teaching productivity score (Y) by 0.749 points. Third, there is a positive, strong and significant relationship between organizational culture and simultaneous discipline with teacher teaching productivity. The correlation coefficient (r) is 0.815 and the coefficient of determination (R2) is 66.4%. The direction of influence is indicated by the regression equation Ŷ = 12,191 + 0,467 X1 + 0,427 X2. From this equation it can be read that each increase in one independent unit score of organizational culture and discipline jointly affects the increase in teaching productivity scores 0.894.

In essence, if teaching is carried out properly, it can be said to be creative. The key to the success of creative development lies in teaching creatively and efficiently in conducive interactions. This is not easy and requires expertise and creativity in learning activities to achieve what is expected. This study aims to point out efforts to increase teacher creativity through an examination of the relationship between research variables, namely the relationship between servant leadership and teacher creativity, the relationship between self-efficacy and teacher creativity, the relationship of both servant leadership and self-efficacy with teacher creativity. The study was conducted using correlational statistical methods to determine whether other variables, namely servant leadership and self-efficacy have a positive relationship with teacher creativity. The research was conducted to the permanent teachers of the SMP Foundation throughout Cigudeg District, Bogor Regency with a population of 267 and a sample of 159 teachers. The results showed that there was a very strong and very significant positive relationship between servant leadership and teacher creativity with a correlation coefficient ρyx1 = 0.983; there is a very strong and very significant positive relationship between self-efficacy and teacher creativity with a correlation coefficient ρyx2 = 0.980, and there is a very strong and very significant positive relationship both servant leadership and self-efficacy together with teacher creativity with the correlation coefficient ρyx3 = 0.989. This evidence shows that teacher creativity can be increased through servant leadership and  self-efficacy.

ABSTRACTThis research is included as a correlational research, and consisted of two independent variables and one dependent variable, i.e. product quality and service quality with customer satisfaction. The research was conducted on customer of Adza Catering, with samples of 100 customers, derived by random sampling. The method used was survey and data analysis technique using statistical test of correlation and linear regression. The hypothesis testing was conducted at the significant level of ? = 0.05. The results yield three conclusions, namely: first, there is a highly significant positive relationship between product quality and customer satisfaction with a correlation coefficient ry1 of 0.647, coefficient of determination of 0.4186 and the regression equation is ?= 56.220 + 0.419X1. Second, there is a highly significant positive relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction with correlation coefficient ry2 of 0.763, coefficient of determination of 0.5821 and the regression equation is ? = 40.773 + 0.376X2. Third, there is a highly significant positive relationship between product quality and service quality together simultaneously with customer satisfaction with a correlation coefficient Ry.1.2 of 0.740, coefficient of determination of 0.5476 and the regression equation is ?= 22.612 + 0.428X1 + 0,236X2. Based on these results, it can be concluded that product quality and service quality provide highly significant contribution to customer satisfaction. Keywords: Product Quality, Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction

The aim of the study was to find the role of socio-demographic factors of teachers' discipline styles and classroom management approaches. The study was designed in relational survey method. The universe of the study was composed of teachers serving in high schools in Zeytinburnu district. Using convenience sampling method, 317 teachers accepted to participate in the study. To collect data, a demographic information form, the Teacher Discipline Styles Inventory and the Classroom Management Approaches Scale were used. The data were analyzed via the SPSS 21.0 program. T-test and ANOVA were used for the groups with normal distribution. In addition, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation analysis was performed to determine the relationship between the variables and the scale. Significance level was taken as p <.05.As a result of the study, it was found that the teachers used conciliatory style at the highest rate, followed by supportive style, and they used abdicative style at the lowest rate. In addition, it was found that the teachers adopted democratic approach at the highest rate in classroom management, followed by laissez-faire and autocratic approaches. Also, there was a significant positive relationship between supportive style and abdicative, conciliatory, coercive, negotiator styles. However, there was no significant relationship between supportive style and autocratic and laissez-faire classroom management approaches. Finally, a significant positive relationship was found between supportive style and democratic approach.
