This study aims to find out and test empirical data related to the relationship between organizational culture, discipline and teacher teaching productivity simultaneously or separately. In this study, the authors used a survey method with a correlational and regression approach to quantitative data obtained from the object of research, namely Private Primary School teachers in Matraman sub-district. The sample of this study was 93 respondents out of a total of 120 private elementary school teacher populations in Matraman District in the odd semester of the 2018/2019 academic year. Data collection is done by using questionnaire / questionnaire, observation, and documentation techniques. The type of analysis used is correlation analysis and descriptive described regression. The results of this study are: First, there is a positive, strong and significant relationship between organizational culture and teacher teaching productivity with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.751 and a coefficient of determination (R2) of 56.4%. The direction of influence is indicated by the regression equation Ŷ = 31,073 + 0.749 X1, it can be read that each increase in one unit score of organizational culture (X1) affects the increase in teacher teaching productivity score (Y) of 0.749 points. Second, there is a positive, strong and significant relationship between discipline and teacher teaching productivity with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.736 and a coefficient of determination (R2) of 54.2%. The direction of influence is indicated by the regression equation Ŷ = 31,073 + 0,749 X2, it can be read that each increase in one unit of discipline score (X2) affects the increase in the teacher's teaching productivity score (Y) by 0.749 points. Third, there is a positive, strong and significant relationship between organizational culture and simultaneous discipline with teacher teaching productivity. The correlation coefficient (r) is 0.815 and the coefficient of determination (R2) is 66.4%. The direction of influence is indicated by the regression equation Ŷ = 12,191 + 0,467 X1 + 0,427 X2. From this equation it can be read that each increase in one independent unit score of organizational culture and discipline jointly affects the increase in teaching productivity scores 0.894.

This study aims to identify and test the empirical data on the relationship of academic culture and organizational culture with teacher performance separately or simultaneously. In this study, the authors used survey method with the correlational approach regresional the quantitative data obtained from the object of research is school teachers Islam Al-Azhar BSD. Samples were as many as 93 respondents Islamic School teacher population of Al-Azhar BSD in the academic year 2016-2017. The data collection was done by using a questionnaire/questionnaire, observation, and documentation. Type of analysis is correlation and regression analysis were described descriptively. The results of this study are: First, There is a positive and significant academic culture on teacher performance with the correlation coefficient (r) of 0,804 and a coefficient of determination (R2) of 64,6%. Secondly, There is a positive and significant relationship of organizational culture on teacher performance with the correlation coefficient (r) of 0,736 and a coefficient of determination (R2) of 53,7%. Thirdly, there is a positive and significant academic culture and organizational culture simultaneously on teacher performance. The correlation coefficient of 0.813 while the coefficient of determination of 66,1%.

The objectives of this study was to examine the relationship between work motivation, organizational culture toward lecturers professional attitudes. The research was conducted at study program of Pakuan University. The applied research methods are survey method and data analysis technique using the correlation and simple linier regression as well as correlation and multiple linier regression statistical. This research can be classified into correlation research which consist of two independent variables namely work motivation, organizational culture and one dependent variable namely lecturers professional attitudes. This research involved samples of 166 permanent lecturers which were selected by proportional random sampling. Meanwhile, the hypothesis test is conducted on 0.05 significance level. Results emerged that there is a positive relationship between all variables tested in the study. First, there is a positive and significant correlation between the work motivation with the lecturers professional attitudes with regression equation of ?= -1.79 + 1,04X1 and correlation coefficient ry1 = 0.997. The contribution of the work motivation toward the lecturers professional attitudes is 99,7%. Second, there is a positive and significant between correlation the organizational culture with the lecturers professional attitudes with regression equation of ?= -3,06 + 1,02 X2 and correlation coefficient ry2 = 0.997. The contribution of the organizational culture toward the lecturers professional attitudes is 99,7%. Third, there is a positive and significant correlation between the work motivation with organizational culture combined with the lecturers professional attitudes with regression equation of ?= -2,634 + 0,528X1 + 0,505X2 and correlation coefficient ry12 = 0,998. The contribution of the work motivation and organizational culture toward the lecturers professional attitudes is 99,8%. Based on the results above it can be concluded that the lecturers professional attitudes can be improved through a high working motivation and the organizational culture

IMPROVING TEACHER JOB SATISFACTION BY STRENGTHENING TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND ORGANIZATIONAL CULTUREThis study is intended to empirically determining teacher job satisfaction by strengthening transformational leadership and organizational culture of honorary teachers of private vocational schools at Cibungbulang District. The number of research sample was 158 teachers taken using proportional random sampling techniques. The utilizing method was the correlational method. Hypothesis testing was carried out using parametric statistical analysis in the form of simple and multiple linear regression analysis, simple and multiple correlation analysis with significance levels α = 0.01 and α = 0.05. This research resulted in four conclusions. Firstly, there was a positive and significant relationship between transformational leadership and teacher job satisfaction where the correlation coefficient ry1 = 0.588, the coefficient of determination Ry12 = 0.3461.  Secondly, there was a positive and significant relationship between organizational culture and teacher job satisfaction where the correlation coefficient ry2 = 0.626, the coefficient of determination Ry22 = 0.3914. Thirdly, there was a positive and significant relationship between both transformational leadership and organizational culture with teacher job satisfaction where the correlation coefficient ry.12 = 0.71 and the coefficient of determination Ry.122 = 0.504. Fourthly, the job satisfaction could be improved by strengthening transformational leadership and organizational culture, both separately or altogether. It can be concluded that teacher job satisfaction can be improved by strengthening transformational leadership and organizational culture.

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between the Cultural Organization of the Cooperative Members Participation in Telkom Employees Cooperative (KOPEGTEL) East Jakarta. This research was conducted at Telkom Employees Cooperative (KOPEGTEL) for approximately one month, starting from November 2011 until December 2011. The method used is survey method with the correlational approach. The population in this study are all members of Koperasi Pegawai Telkom (KOPEGTEL) in East Jakarta. While the population is affordable cooperative members who are in the central office PT.Telkom East Jakarta branch. The samples used were 58 members. The sampling technique in this research is proporsial sampling technique to sample tables at the level of 5% error. Calculation of research data begins with finding regression equation and obtained y = 33.11 + 0,737X. Then test requirements normality test data analysis with error estimates using formula Lilifoers. L value obtained from the calculation count = 0.077 whereas L table for n = 58 is 0.116. Because L count <L table, then the estimated error normality test regression of Y on X indicates that the error estimates of regression of Y on X normal distribution. The results of calculations to test the significance of regression (α = 0.05) was obtained F count = 36.94 and F table = 4.03. Because the F count> F table, the regression model is significant. For the calculation of the regression linearity test (α = 0.05) was obtained F count = 0,92 and 2,08 F table. Since F arithmetic <F table, then the model is a linear regression equation. Hypothesis testing using the formula of Pearson Product Moment correlation r xy yield of 0.630 while the results of the significance test obtained t count ttable by 6.08 and 1.68. Due t count> t table, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between organizational culture with Cooperative Members Participation in Telkom Employees Cooperative (KOPEGTEL) East Jakarta. Calculation of the coefficient of determination showed 39.74% variation of the variable Y is determined by the variable X. It is concluded that there is a positive relationship between organizational culture relationships with the participation of Members Cooperative. More conducive organizational culture, the higher participation of the Cooperative Members

This study aims to determine the Correlation between Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture with Organizational Commitment at Minhaj Shahabah Islamic Boarding School Bogor. This study was conducted at Pesantren Minhaj Shahabah Bogor in 2020 and it used survey method with the correlation approach. This study population was 146 employees and the number of sample was 107 employees by proportionate random sampling technique. The collected research data will be analysed by descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Inferential statistics is used for testing the hypotheses using regression analysis technique, simple correlation and multiple correlation. The results show that 1) there is a positive highly significant correlation berween transformational leadership with organizational commitment with coefficient of correlation (ry.1) is 0,989, coefficient of determination (ry.1)² is 0,978, and supported by regression equation of Ŷ = 14,150 + 0,853 X1, 2) there is a is a positive highly significant correlation between organizational culture with organizational commitment, with coefficient of correlation (ry.2) is 0,993, coefficient of determination (ry.2)² is 0,986, and supported by regression equation Ŷ = 5,992 + 0,932 X2, and 3) there is a positive highly significant correlation between transformational leadership and organizational culture and organizational commitment with coefficient of correlation (ry.1.2) is 0,994 and coefficient of determination (ry.1.2)²  is 0,988 and supported by regression equation Ŷ = 7,698 + 0,260X1 + 0,651X2. Therefore, it can be concluded that organizational commitment can be enhanced through transformational leadership and organizational culture.

IMPROVING THE PROFESSIONAL COMMITMENT OF SMP TEACHERS THROUGH STRENGTHENING SELF-EFFICATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL CULTUREThis study is intended to determine the efforts needed that can be implemented in order to improve the Professional Competence of Junior High School Teachers through a study of  relationship of Self-Efficacy and Organizational Culture in the Commissariat of Leuwiliang and Cibungbulang This research was conducted by using a  survey method of a correlational approach. The conclusions obtained were: 1). There was a significant positive relationship between self-efficacy and professional commitment where the correlation coefficient (ry1)was 0.853,  the regression equation Ŷ = 19.778 + 0.878X and coefficient of determination 0.783. 2). There was a significant positive relationship between organizational culture and professional commitment where the correlation coefficient (ry2) was 0.227 and a regression equation Ŷ = 119.436 + 0.266X2 and determination coefficient was 0.051. 3). There was a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and organizational culture and professional commitment where the correlation coefficient (ry12) was 0.853 and a regression equation Ŷ = 17.128 + 0.827x1 + 0.029x2. Determination coefficient was 0.728 4). There was a dominant relationship in self-efficacy (X1) of organizational culture (X2) on teacher professional commitment (Y),where the correlation coefficient of self-efficacy with professional commitment (ry1) was .0853. The correlation coefficient between organizational culture and professional commitment (ry2) was 0.227. 5). There were other factors that influencing or relating to increasing professional commitment, they were: a). transformational leadership, b). Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), c). organizational climate, d). teacher motivation.self-efficacy; organizational culture; professional commitment

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between empowerment and job satisfaction in employees at PT. Batavia Bintang Berlian in Jakarta Timur. The research was carried out for 3 months from April 2014 to June 2014. The method used was a survey method with the correlation approach. The study population was all employees in the PT. Batavia Bintang Berlian Showroom Mitsubishi, amounting to 120 employees, and affordable population of this study is that employees are placed in marketing totaled 60 people. The samples are 51 respondents using proportional random sampling. To collect data from both variables, the instruments used for the variable X (Empowerment) and Y variables (Job satisfaction) is shaped questionnaire. Before use, test the construct validity (Construct Validity) through the validation process is the calculation of the correlation coefficient score points with the total score and reliability tests with Cronbach alpha formula. Result reliability of the instrument variable X (Empowerment) of 0,899 and instrument variable Y (Job satisfaction) of 0.936. The test requirements analysis was to find the regression equation obtained was Y = 37.32 + 0.717 X. Liliefors normality test results produced L count = 0.065 and L table = 0.124 at significance level (a) = 0.05 for the number of samples (n) = 51. Because L count = (0.065) < L table = (0.124) then the variables X and Y are normally distributed. Testing the hypothesis by testing the significance of regression produces F count= 37.40 > f table = (4.04), which means that the regression equation is significant. Linearity regression test produces F count = 0.72 and F table = 2.05 so F count < F table table it can be concluded that the model is a linear regression equation. Product moment correlation coefficient test result r count = 0.658. further test the significance of the correlation coefficient using t-test, yielding t count = (6.12) > t table = (1,68). Results of these studies concluded that there is a positive relationship between empowerment and job satisfaction in employees. With a coefficient of determination or determining test results obtained 43.29% job satisfaction variable (Y) is determined by the empowerment (X).

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between achievement motivation and students' mathematics learning habits with student achievement. This research is a correlation study consisting of two independent variables, namely achievement motivation and students' mathematics learning habits, and one dependent variable, student learning achievement. The research was conducted in Bima City 5 Middle School Class VIII-B in 2017 with a sample of 23 people taken by proportional random sampling. The results of this study produce three conclusions, namely: There is a positive and significant relationship between achievement motivation and student achievement with a correlation coefficient (ry1) of 0.90 and a coefficient of determination (r1y1) of 90% with a regression equation Ŷ1 = 53.832 + 2.579X1. A positive and significant relationship between students' mathematical learning habits and student achievement, with a correlation coefficient (ry2) of 0.74 and a coefficient of determination (r²y2) of) 74% with a regression equation Ŷ1 = 7.102 + 0.742X2. Positive and significant relationship between achievement motivation and mathematics learning habits of students with student learning achievement with a correlation coefficient (ry12) of 0.830 and a coefficient of determination (r²y12) of 83% with a regression equation Ŷ12 = 3.177 +0.062 X1 + 0.753X2. The conclusion of this study is that student learning achievement can be improved through increasing achievement motivation and students 'mathematics learning habits as indicated by the determination coefficient of 0.830 which means the contribution of achievement motivation and students' mathematics learning habits with student learning achievement is 83%.

This study aims to determine wheather there is any effect on the Economics of Education student procrastination force in 2013 Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This research was carried out for 2 months starting from the month of May 2016 to June 2016. The research method used is survey method with the correlational approach. The population in this study were students of Economic Education in 2013 totaling 210 students. According to the table and sample population with 5% level of misunderstanding the obtained sample of 210 students. X variable data about the locus of control is the primary data in the form of questionnaire and Y about procrastination is the primary data in the form of a questionnaire. Test requirements analysis done is to find the regression equation obtained was Ŷ= 139,57+0,74X. Normality test results Liliefors produce Lhitung = 0,0764 dan Ltabel = 0,0786 at the significance level (a) = 0:05 to the number of samples (n) 127. Because Lhitung= (0,0764) < L tabel = (0,0786) then the variable X and Y have normal distribution. Testing the hypothesis with a significance test of regression produces Fhitung (86,89) > Ftabel (3,939), which means a significant regression equation. produce regression linearity test of Fhitung (0,19) < Ftabel (1,59) so Fhitung< Ftabel it can be concluded that the model is a linear regression equation. Product moment correlation coefficient generating rhitung = -0.6403. T-test produces thitung (-9,321)> ttabel (1.979). Thus it can be stated correlation coefficient rxy = -0.6403 is significant. The coefficient of determination obtained at 41,01% indicates that 41,01% variable procrastination is determined by the locus of control and the remaining 58,99% influenced by other variables not examined. Based on the results of this study concluded that there are significant negative and significant correlation between locus of control with procrastination on Economic Education class of 2013 student Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta.

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the performance of religious teachers in Islamic Elementary School in South Tangerang City. The study employed causal survey method with the population of 85 religious teachers in Islamic Elementary School in South Tangerang City. Given that the sample is less than 100 participants, the respondents in this study is the total sample (the whole population). Data were collected using a questionnaire to measure the variables of teacher performance, education and training, and work discipline. The coefficient of reliability (alpha value) is consecutively 0.8074; 0.7126. The results indicate that, first, there is a direct and significant effect of education and training to the teacher performance, indicated by the value þ = 1.030 with a regression equation Y = 28.529 + 1,030X1, r1y correlation coefficient = 0.917, and the coefficient of determination R square = 0.841, or 84,1%. Second, there is a positive and significant impact of education and training on work discipline, shown by the p-value = 0.00 <0.05 with a regression equation X2 = 6.214 + 0,733X2, correlation coefficient (R2.1) = 0.928 and F count = 516.609, and the R Square = 0.862, or 86.2%. Third, there is a direct and significant effect of performance to work discipline, which is indicated by the value þ = 0.839, the regression equation Y = 32.015 + 0,839X2. Fourth, there is a direct influence of the training and work discipline on the teacher performance, the regression equation Y = 30.070 + 0,313X1 + 0,610X2, Ry.12 correlation coefficient = 0.952, and the R square = 0.907 or 90.7%. The findings imply that the religious teacher performance in Islamic Elementary School in South Tangerang City can be improved by participating education and training program and improving work discipline.
