The research that examines the effect of guided inquiry learning models on science learning outcomes has been done a lot, but the results of these studies have not received further study to be summarized and re-tested the effectiveness of the effects of the learning model used. This study aimed to determine the effect of guided inquiry learning models on the science learning outcomes of elementary students. This research was library research with meta-analysis data analysis techniques. The subjects of this study were 7 research articles from various Sinta accredited research journals. Data collection used literature study techniques which were followed by reviewing articles related to the research topic. This study analyzed the effect size of each article. The results of the analysis of the value of each research article obtained the highest value of 1.34, which is included in the large category and there is a research article obtaining a value of 0.78 which has a medium category. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the guided inquiry learning model has a great influence on improving the learning outcomes of elementary school science students. It also reinforces the results of previous research which states the guided inquiry learning model has a positive effect on improving science learning outcomes of elementary school students.

ABSTRACTThe research is an action research aiming at improving the learning output of social science using cooperative learning model of Numbered Head Together. The subjects of the research are the fifth grade students of Sekolah Dasar Negeri Batu Kembar in the even semester, the year of 2015/ 2016 with the number of students of 21 consisting of 12 boys and 9 girls. The research used cycling procedure containing four steps of planning, doing, observing, and reflecting. The action research is done in two cycles. Each cycle is conducted in one meeting. After the implementation of Numbered Head Together, the learning output of students social science improves from the first to the second cycle. The result shows that the average score in the first cycle is 65, and the learning completion is 50.00%, while in the second cycle, the average score is 74 and the learning completion is 85.00%. The learning process score in the first cycle is 75.75%, and it improves in the second cycle to be 90.00%. The result of students behavior observation shows improvement of students discipline, cooperation, bravery which in the first cycle is 80.50% and it improves in the second cycle to be 85.50%. Therefore it can be inferred that the implementation of the cooperative learning model of Numbered Head Together is able to improve the learning output of the fifth grade students social science in an elementary school. Abstract. Learning is the process of interaction between students and their environment so that there is a change in behavior towards a better direction. So that in generating a positive response it is necessary to improve the learning model. This research was conducted at the fifth grade IT FAZA AZKIA Elementary School, Kelurahan Hutaraja, Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan, Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Research uses classroom action research. The study aims to determine how students respond to the use of inquiry-based learning models based on the concept of buying and selling on statistical material. This research resulted in the response of students in the first cycle still not achieving a minimum score of 80%. While the response of students in cycle second the entire response of students has reached a minimum value of 80%. So that the response of students has been positive and this has increased from cycle I to cycle II.Keywords: Student Response, Inquiry Learning Model, Buying and Selling Concept

This study aims to determine the application of inquiry learning models, student learning outcomes in Thematic subjects the objects around us to beginner students in class V. This research is a type of quantitative analysis using designs in the form of one group pretest and posttest. The study population was all fifth-grade elementary school students, amounting to 23 students' data collection techniques using the method of observation and learning outcomes tests. The instrument to measure learning outcomes using pretest and posttest in the form of objective analysis is multiple choice. Data were analyzed using hypothesis testing with the help of the product-moment formula and Paired Sample t-test. The results of this study indicate that learning using inquiry learning models is shown by the average feasibility of aspects with a range of values of 3.50-3.88. And there is an influence of the inquiry learning model on student learning outcomes in Thematic learning the themes of objects around us in class V, as evidenced by the testing of hypotheses obtained r count = 0.806 and r tables = 0.433. While the Paired Sample t-test significance test, showed a correlation before and after the inquiry learning model was applied at 0.806> α (0.05). Based on the values, it can be concluded that the inquiry learning model has a positive influence on student learning outcomes in Thematic learning of the objects around us in the fifth grade of significantly.

This study aimed to determine the differences in learning outcomes of media development courses and learning material between groups of students who are taught using guided inquiry learning models compared to groups of students who are taught using discovery learning models. Research approaches conducted by researchers using quantitative descriptive methods. The object of research conducted on students in the media development and learning material subject in the one of Study Program at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Analysis of the data and formulas used to test hypotheses using t-test which first performed an analysis of the normality of the data, a homogeneity. Based on the measurement results of the Islamic Education student learning outcomes, the researcher can conclude that the discovery learning and guided inquiry learning model influences of learning outcomes. The data analysis and formula used were normality test, homogeneity test and then hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the measurement of learning outcomes, the researcher can conclude that there are differences in learning outcomes using the discovery learning model and the inquiry learning model in the course of media development and learning resources. This is shown from the calculation results, namely the significance value which is below 0.05, which is equal to 0.000. It is hoped that other researchers can develop other studies that focus on other thinking skills such as critical thinking.
