This research was conducted to examine the effect of career development on employee performance at PT Bank CIMB Niaga Pondok Indah Branch. The research method used is a quantitative method with the use of primary and secondary data. Population and sample are 40 respondents, who are employees of Credit Card Division of PT Bank CIMB Niaga Pondok Indah Branch. The results of research using the Pearson Product Moment correlation show that career development has a weak relationship with employee performance, by obtaining a correlation coefficient of r = 0.2487. The contribution of the influence of career development on employee performance with a coefficient of determination of r2 is 6.18%, while the remaining 93.83% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The results of the significance test show that tcount <ttable is 0.3820 <2.0262, so it can be concluded that career development (X) does not have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at PT Bank CIMB Niagan Pondok Indah Branch. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Bank CIMB Niaga Cabang Pondok Indah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan penggunaan data primer dan sekunder. Populasi dan sampel adalah sebanyak 40 responden, yang merupakan karyawan Divisi Credit Card dari PT Bank CIMB Niaga Cabang Pondok Indah. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan korelasi Pearson Product Moment menunjukan bahwa pengembangan karir memiliki hubungan yang lemah dengan kinerja karyawan, dengan diperolehnya koefisien korelasi r=0,2487. Kontribusi pengaruh dari pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefieien determinasi r2 sebesar 6,18%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 93,83% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti di dalam penelitian ini. Hasil uji signifikansi menunjukan bahwa thitung < ttabel yakni 0,3820 < 2,0262, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan karir (X) tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) pada PT Bank CIMB Niaga Cabang Pondok Indah. The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of leadership style on the performance of PT Jaya Inter Supra employees. The research method used is a quantitative method with the use of primary and secondary data, which researchers collect from distributing questionnaires and literature studies. The population and sample are all employees of PT Jaya Inter Supra, as many as 70 respondents. The results showed leadership style has a strong relationship with employee performance by obtaining a correlation coefficient r = 0.646, and the contribution of leadership style influence on employee performance with a coefficient of determination r2 of 41.73% while the remaining 48.27 is influenced by other factors outside research conducted. Significance test results obtained from the results of tcount> ttable is 6.972> 3.448 so it can be concluded that the leadership style (X) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y.) Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Pekerja PT Jaya Inter Supra. Metode penelitian ini yang digunakan peneliti adalah metode kuantitatif, sedangkan yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder, yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai PT Jaya Inter Supra yang berjumlah 70 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpina mempunyai pengaruh yang kuat dalam meningkatkan kinerja pekerja dengan diperoleh koefisien korelasi r= 0,646. Hal ini mengacu pada tabel 4.16 bahwa nilai korelasi antara (0,60-0,799) dinyatakan kuat. Sedangkan kontribusi gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pekerja dengan nilai koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai sebesar 41,73% sedangkan sisanya (100% - 41,73%) = 58,27 dipengaruhi oleh faktor – faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Hasil uji signifikan didapat dari hasil > yaitu 6,972 > 3,448 yang artinya bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, Artinya gaya kepemimpinan (X) mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pekerja (Y).

The purpose of this researchment is to ascertain how wide the farming of species Saccharun Edule Hasskarl (terubuk) in sub district Tosa, district of East Tidore of Tidore Island through the indicator of the value revenue, production and selling prices so that the farmers will achieve The Break Event Point (BEP). The research method was used a quantitative method with the number of samples of 30 people. The determination of the sample method is using the census method or involving all members of the population into a sample of researchment. The secondary data collection was done by using library literature in the form of document review and relevant references to research object while primary data collection was done by using questionnaire. The data is using equation R /C Ratio, BEP Revenue, BEP Price, and BEP Production. Therefore from the results of the researchment it can be explained that the two of the thirty farmers come through the break event point, while the other twenty-eight farmers declared having a business that worth to be develop or experiencing profit, because the R/C ratio is above 1.0 with average profit reach Rp. 989.000, - per production / farmer.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Mudharabah Financing, Murabahah Financing and Mudharabah Savings on Return On Assets (ROA) of Indonesian Sharia People's Financing Banks for the 2015-2020 period. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. The data used is secondary data. In this study, the analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the analysis of this study, it can be seen that partially Mudharabah Financing has a negative and significant effect on Return On Assets, Murabaha financing has a positive and significant effect on Return On Assets and Mudharabah Savings has a positive and significant effect on Return On Assets at Indonesian Islamic People's Financing Bank for the 2015 period. -2020 and simultaneously Mudharabah Financing, Murabahah Financing and Mudharabah Savings have a significant effect on the Return On Assets (ROA) of Indonesian Sharia Rural Banks for the 2015-2020 period. It is expected that the Indonesian Islamic People's Financing Bank will further improve its performance by minimizing financing risk and increasing the amount of third party funds so that its profitability growth is maximized.

Motivation, competence, compensation and performance are important factors in an organization to achieve its stated goals. This study will examine empirically related to motivation, competence and compensation for its effect on employee performance. The research method used in this research is quantitative with survey techniques. The sample in this study were employees. Determination of the sample is done by proportional random sampling. Sources of data in this study are primary and secondary data. The analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. The results of the study prove that motivation, competence, compensation and performance are in the category of being headed well. While the results of verification studies prove that motivation, competence and compensation have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on employee performance.

This research was conducted at PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera with the formulation of the problem in this study is whether work experience affects employee performance, whether career development affects employee performance, and whether work experience and career development affect employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method with a sample of 32 people who are employees of PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera and the data collection technique used is questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are multiple regression analysis. The result of the regression that works experience influenced employee performance and career development influenced employee performance. AbstarctTo support the strategic objectives and facing the challenges of a constantly evolving organization, it needs employees with high performance. If the performance of employees increased the effectiveness and productivity of the company will increase as well. Competence and training are factors that lead to employee performance improvement. Competency can help organizations create a culture of high performance. While, the training that has been developed through phases planned and programmed process will have a direct impact on employee performance. This study aims to analyze how strong the influence of competence and training to employees performance of PT Adaro Energy Tbk, either partially or simultaneously. The research method used was survey with the design of associative research. Research hypothesis had been tested using multiple linear regression. From the research results proved the competence contributed significantly strong positive effect on performance. However, training gave weakly significant positive effect on performance. Simultaneously, competence and training had a  dominant significant positive effect on employee performance, which is showed by a coefficient of determination of 73.6%.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of Career Development on Employee Performance on Palm Oil Plantations CV Sahabat Jaya in Pangkalan Kerinci Riau. This research uses Explonatory Research method, with quantitative approach, data collection technique is through interview, questionnaire and documentation. The sample in this study amounted to 38 people, where the entire population is used as a Sample by using the Saturated Sampling technique. The analysis technique used is descriptive technique and using simple linear regression equation and processed using SPSS program version 23. Based on the results of this study indicate that career development has a positive and significant impact on performance. This is evidenced by the value of thitung for 6,930 and Coefficient of Determination of 52%

Instagram account @bekasifood is an account that often shares various culinary informations. This information can be used as a basis and reference for the tendency of the community or followers of the account in choosing the type of culinary. This study aims to determine the effect of exposure to the Instagram account @bekasifood on preferences in choosing culinary in Bekasi. The research method used is a quantitative method with the main theory of Uses and Gratification. Determination of the sample size in this study uses the Taro Yamane formula. Based on the result of hypothesis testing, namely the T test and F test, the result shows that preference in choosing culinary in Bekasi can be influenced by exposure to the Instagram account @bekasifood. Aimed at the simple linear regression test and t test that motives affect preference in choosing culinary in Bekasi. The hypothesis which states that “there is a significant effect of exposure to the @bekasifood Instagram account on preferences in choosing culinary in Bekasi for followers is accepted. In this study, it can be seen that the value of the coefficient of determination R Square is 0.733. These result explains the ability of the account exposure variable (X) to influence the preference variable in choosing culinary (Y) followers of the @bekasifood Instagram account, which is 73.3%, while the rest is explained by other factors not found in this study.

Permasalahan yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah; 1) Apakah Kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Provinsi Banten? 2) Apakah Pengembangan Karir Pegawai berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Provinsi Banten?; 3) Apakah Kompetensi dan Pengembangan Karir Pegawai secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Provinsi Banten? Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey,dengan  menggunakan pendekatan metode kuantitatif. metode kuantitatif, ditinjau dari tingkat ekplanasi penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif dengan bentuk hubungan kausal. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Seluruh Pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Provinsi Banten yang terdiri dari  kepala BKD, Wakil Kepala BKD, Kepala Subbag, dan staf-stafnya baik PNS maupun honorer yang berjumlah 94 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Kriteria dalam menentukan sampel adalah: “Seluruh Pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Provinsi Banten yang berstatus Pegawai Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS)”. yang berjumlah 65 orang pegawai, sehingga sampel dalam penelitian adalah sebanyak 65 orang pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa:  1) Kompetensi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada BKD Provinsi Banten. 2) Pengembangan karir pegawai berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada BKD Provinsi Banten, 3) Terdapat pengaruh kompetensi dan pengembangan karir pegawai secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada BKD Provinsi Banten. The problems discussed in this research are; 1) Does Competence affect the performance of civil service officers (BKD) Banten Province? 2) Does Career Development affect the Performance of staff of the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) of Banten Province? ; 3) Does the Competence and Career Development simultaneously affect the performance of employees of the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) of Banten Province? Research method in this research is survey method, using quantitative method approach. Quantitative method, in terms of explanation level of this research is an associative research with the form of causal relationship. The population of this study are all employees of the Regional Personnel Board (BKD) of Banten Province consisting of the head of BKD, deputy head of BKD, head of subbag, and his staff both civil servants and honorary who amounted to 94 people. The sampling technique used in this research is determined by using purposive sampling technique, that is the technique of determining the sample with certain consideration. Criteria in determining the sample are: "All employees of the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) Banten Province with the status of Civil Servants Employees (PNS)". Which amounted to 65, so the sample in the study were as many as 65 people. The results showed that: 1) Competence has an influence on employee performance in BKD Banten Province. 2) Career development influence on employee performance in BKD Banten Province, 3) There is influence of competence and career development simultaneously on the performance of employees in BKD Banten Province.

This research was conducted at PT Honda Motor Indonesia, with the title: Relationship Career development with employee performance at PT Honda Motor Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between career development and employee performance at PT. Honda Motor Indonesia. The research method used was an explanatory survey method with a correlational approach where in the process of collecting data a direct observation was conducted on the company in the form of observation and questionnaire distribution. Career development is an employee activity that helps employees in planning their future careers in the company so that the company and the employees concerned can develop themselves to the maximum. Employee Performance is the spirit of work that is the desire and sincerity of someone doing a good job and being disciplined to achieve maximum work performance. The linear regression test is y = 51.82 + 0.656X and the correlation test is 0.458 which means that the effect is quite strong. Test the coefficient of determination of 20.97% and the remaining 79.03% influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test is t arithmetic = 3.573 and t table 0.279 means t arithmetic> from t table then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means there is a strong enough relationship between career development with employee performance.
