Modern trends in the development of information support for mining technology dictate the need for a comprehensive solution of technological problems on the basis of a single software platform, which provides the ability to quickly adapt the basic functionality and develop a new one to the conditions of a mining enterprise. In this case, the ideology of building and developing information systems is of key importance. The modeling technique proposed by the authors is suitable for solving the current problems of the geological service of mining enterprises. At the same time, such software and tools have been developed as the allocation of ore standard and grade intervals, multi-criteria sampling of sampling data for assessing the reserves of useful components for the field as a whole and in mining units, as well as interactive input of geophysical sampling for underground mining. The developed software in GGIS Micromine is being tested at mining enterprises in Russia and is being improved to better meet the needs of geological services.

Объектом исследования является стратегия операционной деятельности промышленного предприятия, воплощающая целенаправленный, качественно определенный способ реализации предприятием его операционной деятельности, выраженный в количественных показателях. Вид стратегии операционной деятельности определяется по данным управленческого учета в режиме мониторинга, и в случае необходимости он должен быть незамедлительно скорректирован, поэтому целью исследования является разработка алгоритма информационной поддержки соответствующих управленческих решений. Приведен обзор становления мировой цифровой экономики, а также тех возможностей, которые она предоставляет при управлении предприятием. Научная новизна исследования заключается в разработке алгоритма информационного обеспечения по реализации стратегии операционной деятельности промышленного предприятия, позволяющего регулярно оценивать эффективность используемой стратегии и устанавливать соответствие вида стратегии определенным параметрам, а также проводить корректировку вида стратегии операционной деятельности на основе экономико-математических методов. Эти процедуры будут способствовать повышению эффективности управления предприятием в современных условиях, характеризующихся высоким уровнем динамичности и информационной доступности экономических процессов. The author investigates the strategy of operational activity of an industrial enterprise which can be qualified as a qualitatively defined way of implementing its operational activities, expressed in quantitative terms. The type of strategy of operational activity is determined in the monitoring mode according to management accounting data, and in case of non-compliance with the specified parameters, the strategy can be immediately adjusted, which requires the development of an appropriate algorithm and information support. The implementation of the proposed concept of monitoring and adjusting the strategy of operational activity requires the use of modern corporate information systems by an industrial enterprise. The article provides a brief historical overview of the formation of the global digital economy, as well as those opportunities that it provides when managing an enterprise. The article proposes an algorithm of information support for the implementation of the strategy of operational activity of an industrial enterprise, which allows you to regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the strategy used and establish the correspondence of the type of strategy to certain parameters, as well as adjust the type of strategy of operational activity based on economic and mathematical methods. Implementation of the algorithm in practice is possible while using modern corporate information systems. The algorithm of information support for the implementation of the strategy of operational activity of an industrial enterprise can be used to increase the efficiency of enterprise management in modern conditions, characterized by a high level of dynamism of economic processes and information accessibility.

Purpose: the aim of the article is to develop a methodology and practical tools for effective digital transformation of high-tech enterprises. To achieve this goal, a concept of enterprise transformation by means of innovative modernization, affecting changes in products, technological operations and organizational and production structures, was developed. For this, a number of tasks were solved, including the development of original economic and mathematical models that describe the change in the functional business strategies of a high-tech enterprise; selection and formalization of model variables; development of organizational design methods for flexible robotic structures and models for determining the parameters of flexibility and productivity of a robotic structure; software development of digital transformation processes.Methods: in preparing the article, methods of systems theory, project management of an innovative focus, mathematical modeling and a number of other methods were used.Results: a set of information systems for decision support in the areas of design and economic activities of a high-tech enterprise has been developed. The design of such systems was due to a number of circumstances. Firstly, the need to transform traditional information technologies used in the practice of a high-tech enterprise into digital information technologies. Secondly, the need for a high-tech enterprise in original applied software applications that provide solutions to innovative and economic problems, taking into account the specifics of the enterprise. To do this, an analysis was performed and models of data collection and storage were proposed for solving the problems of information support of the economic activity of a high-tech enterprise. The possibility of using a consistent data model in organizing the management of receivables and payables is shown. Cross-platform software was developed for the support system for decisions made by a high-tech enterprise, and a convenient user interface was implemented.Conclusions and Relevance: the study showed that it is advisable to create information systems as hierarchical structures covering the strategic, tactical and operational levels of management. In order to bring the automation level of the control and production subsystems into conformity, industrial robotics must be integrated into the created production links.

The technology of reengineering of specialized information systems is offered, which allows determining the option of reengineering of automated working places, which will maximize the effect of specialized information system, namely, completeness and reliability of information support of business processes, in a limited budget.The article analyzes the existing approaches to reengineering of information systems, methods and models used to form a rational version of design solutions, identifies the features of reengineering of specialized information systems, formed the technology of reengineering of specialized information systems. The proposed technology of reengineering of specialized information systems can be used to improve the performance of the organization, which depends on the completeness and reliability of information support of business processes.

The article is devoted to the coverage of scientific approaches and normative-legal definition of the content of the concepts of information support and cybersecurity of the patrol police. The shortcomings of the definition of the terminological apparatus in the field of information support and cybersecurity of the National Police in general and the patrol police in particular were revealed. The concept of cybersecurity of patrol police as a state of protection of official interests of patrol police in cyberspace, which is achieved by complying with legal, organizational, technical requirements for the use of information resources, networks, software, media, photo and video in the work of patrol police for effective information support for the functioning of the patrol police, timely detection, prevention and neutralization of real and potential cyber threats. Information support of the patrol police is defined as a continuous process of creation, use, research, storage, protection, transmission, processing, destruction of information of a certain type, quality, volume, structure, form, provided by a set of normative-legal, organizational-administrative, scientific and technical measures. using information systems, tools, networks, resources and technologies used in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, aimed at meeting the information needs and realization of the information interests of the patrol police. In order to accelerate the process of information and technical improvement of the patrol police and increase the risks of negative impact on the functioning of its information support system, it is proposed to develop a concept of information support of the patrol police, which will contain appropriate definitions and include a separate section on cyber security Among the organizational measures to increase the level of cybersecurity of the patrol police, it is proposed to strengthen cooperation with cyberpolice, develop appropriate guidelines, introduce training on legal support and effective use of databases, information systems, networks, software, video and photography in patrol police.

In this article, we show the importance of potash fertilizers produced by PJSC Uralkali, Berezniki, Perm Territory for agriculture and the economy in general. А process of potas¬sium ore underground mining is described from breaking up moment till transportation to the surface. An importance of production planning for the mining enterprise functioning is substantiated. Various levels of plan-ning, from a general production plan to a weekly and daily plans are described. The problem of such planning at PJSC Uralkali is in using only integral performance indicators, it leads to significant errors. It is proposed to use simulation modeling as a possible solution to the problem. Purpose of work. The purpose of this work is to develop a simulation model of mining operations, from the process of breaking and transporting ore to a conveyor-transport system, and to test model’s applicability for ore mining planning. Since the existing software has a number of limitations in applies to potash mines, a specialized object-oriented library allows modeling queuing systems, multi-agent and active systems is used as a basis for modeling. The limitations and as-sumptions of the model are described. Materials and methods. The model is igned as a determinis-tic automaton. The end point for ore mining process modeling is the transfer of ore to the unloading point, because further transportation of ore is not a limiting factor for mining. Conclusion. The spe-cial states of all objects of the system including mining combine – self-propelled car – unloading point and all possible transitions between them are described. A data from open sources is taken to check the adequacy of the model. Changes in the simulation results are investigated for various in-put parameters in the developed software. The simulation results are of a pulsating character due to the periodic execution of the harvester drive away. A productivity of the combine decreases with an increase in the distance traveled by a self-propelled car. The possibility of transition to a stochas-tic model is investigated. An expected decrease due to an increase in the downtime of the combine is shown. A conclusion about the applicability of the model to improve the quality of planning for un-derground potassium ore mining is made based on obtained data.

The purpose of the article is to define accounting information systems as an element of enterprise information resource management, compare the criteria for the content of regulated (financial) and management reporting for the formation of an enterprise information resource. Research methods. General and special methods of scientific knowledge were used: system approach and system analysis (in determining the essence and basic elements of the assessment of information flows); historical and logical method (in the study of the formation, development and development of theoretical and methodological provisions for the formation and implementation of information accounting systems); analysis and synthesis (when developing proposals for the implementation of accounting information systems in the practical activities of the enterprise); monographic (when assessing the results of adaptation of employees of the enterprise, who should be responsible for the implementation of the platform). Research results. The great importance of the obtained theoretical and practical developments on the formation and use of information accounting systems as the basis for the formation of an enterprise information resource for the development of accounting theory and the introduction of its provisions into the practical activities of business entities has been proved. A number of practical situations that may accompany the implementation of information accounting systems for information support of effective management are stated. Scientific novelty. Review of the possibility of choosing an information platform on which the collection, processing and transmission of information will be carried out in order to make management decisions. Practical significance. The necessity of introducing accounting information systems at the enterprise is substantiated with the prediction of a number of methodological measures for the division of information, depending on its discreteness. It is in 1930 that the training of mining engineers began in Eastern Siberia on the basis of the Siberian Mining Institute (now Irkutsk National Research Technical University). In 1931 the Department of Mining Arts was organized, which later was named the Department of Mineral Deposits Development. Over the years, the Department has trained more than 7000 graduates – mining engineers, who made a huge contribution in the development of the mining industry in the Irkutsk region and neighboring territories including Mongolia. The Department has trained more than a hundred mining engineers and Masters of science for Mongolia; assisted the lecturers and professors of the Mongolian Polytechnic University (now Mongolian University of Science and Technology) in organizing the educational process for training specialists for the country's mining industry. At its different formation stages the Department of Mineral Deposits Development was headed by well-known scientists – mining engineers, who created three scientific schools for the development of coal, placer and gold deposits; the obtained scientific results were marked with two State awards of the Russian Federation, dozens of doctoral and candidate dissertations were defended and about 100 patents were received. Today, the Department super- vises the training of mining engineers in open-pit and underground mining of mineral deposits, carries out a large amount of research and design work on the orders from mining enterprises, trains academic staff, develops new technologies and technical solutions in order to improve mining operations. The Department is deeply involved in the cooperation with mining enterprises, research and design organizations, as well as with universities that train mining engineers.
