This study aims to determine the flow of products, finance, information, analyze marketing efficiency in the supply chain of jasminum sambac in Banjar Regency and analyze the differences jasminum sambac marketing efficiency in the supply chain between Martapura District and Banjar District. This research was conducted in November 2020. The research method used was the survey method. The research was carried out in Martapura District and Banjar District because were the largest centers of jasmine production in Banjar Regency. Determination of farmer respondents was carried out using the Simple Random Sampling method using the Slovin formula, namely 26 respondents in Karang Intan District and 31 respondents in Karang Intan District. Determination of off farm respondents using the Snowball Sampling method, namely 31 farmers, 9 collectors, 5 wholesaler respondents and 12 retail respondents. The analytical method used is descriptive method, marketing efficiency analysis method and using a different test independent sample t-test. The supply chain pattern of jasmine flowers in Martapura and Karang Intan Districts is pattern 1, pattern 2 and pattern 3 ,. The largest value of marketing margin and marketing share in Martapura District was Rp 12,462 and 65.87%. The value of the marketing margin and marketing share of Karang Intan District were IDR 13,582 and 69.88%, respectively. Different test results Independent sample t-test on marketing margin, the value of Sig. 2 tailed amounted to 0.246. The results of different test Independent sample t-test on the marketing share obtained the Sig. 2 tailed amounted to 0.221. These results show a number> 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is no significant difference in marketing efficiency between Martapura and Banjar Districts

Tempeh industry is a typical household business that requires little investment and has few workers. Efficient marketing could optimize the income of tempeh’s producers. This research aims to understand the marketing efficiency and factors that affect the purchasing margin of tempeh in selected areas. This research will study the value of farmer’s share and the marketing margin of tempeh to evaluate the commerce efficiency. The sampels are the producers and sellers. 58 tempeh’s producers are selected by the simple random sampling method. The sellers, on the other hand, are chosen using the snowball sampling, a technique that tracks down the marketing process. The variable studied in the  research are as follows: 1) producer’s tempeh’s selling cost, 2) tempeh’s selling price on commercial institution, 3) marketing cost, 4) total amount of sold products, 5) numbers of  marketing  institution  where the  product  passes,  6)  the  marketing margin, 7) the farmer’s share, and 8) marketing efficiency. The research finds three marketing channels on the case study areas. The first channel is from the producers to tempeh. The second channel is form producers to retailers to consumers. The third channel is from producers to peddlers to consumers. By using the farmer’s share, the calculation of commerce efficiency. The leading cause is the lack of middlemen. Moreover, the double regression analysis show the retailers tempeh selling cost (X4) to be the dominant factor in the marketing margin of tempeh.

This research aims to analyze (1) supply chain path, and (2) the performance of a supply chain commodity peanut Muna Regency. Sampling method used in this research was simple random sampling and snowball sampling. Supply chain path analyzed in qualitative descriptive. Supply chain performance is analyzed with a model approach to Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR). The results showed that members of the supply chain consists of peanut farmers, village collector (PPD), Sub-district collector (PPK) and inter-insular traders (PAP). There are three pathways of a supply chain that is a path I: farmer → PPD → PAP; path II: farmer → PPK → PAP; and path III: farmer → PAP. Supply chain performance attributes based on shipping and order fulfillment cycle, farmers are in the position and traders are at a good position..Keywords: peanuts; supply chains; traders; SCOR

The objective of this research is to know the comparison of Superjohn varieties and varieties of Granola L in Pinasungkulan Utara Village, Modoinding District. The location of the study was determined purposively (purposive sampling), the determination of the number of samples taken by census (Saturated Sampling) for farmers varieties Granola L as much as 20 farmers and 20 farmers Superjohn varieties taken simple random (Simple Random Sampling). The method of analysis used in this research is the analysis of farm income and komaparatif analysis by using t-test two samples Independent Sample T-test. The results showed that the average income of farmers Superjohn varieties is Rp.70.062.947,00 lower than the average income obtained by farmers varieties Granola L Rp.87.029.058,00. It can be seen that the average income difference between the two varieties is Rp.16.960.111,00. Based on statistical test results with MINITAB Program, the calculation of income per hectare obtained significant value of P-Value of 0.01 at α 5% that is 0,01 < 0,05. This means that H0 is rejected and H1 is tested for the fact that there is a significant difference between Superjohn varieties potato production income and Granola L varieties.

Abstract The market performance measure that is often used is efficiency in marketing. Marketing efficiency can be improved by applying the concept of supply chain management in agriculture. This study aims to analyze the efficiency of marketing in rice supply chain management. The research was conducted in August 2018 in Kalukku District, Mamuju Regency. The sampling method was carried out by purposive sampling, obtained as many as 8 farmers with the criteria of owner or confinement farmers who have farming experience and several farmers who serve as heads and members of farmer groups, where information on farmers, it is known that the flow of products that involve other marketing agencies is also used. respondents in this study were determined by snowball sampling. Data analysis used is marketing efficiency analysis. The results showed that there were 3 rice marketing channels in Kalukku District, Mamuju Regency. The marketing channel has been efficient, where in supply chain channel 1 with an efficiency level of 12.9%, on marketing channel 2 with an efficiency level of 12.2%, and marketing channel 3 with an efficiency level of 13.2%.

<strong>English</strong><br />Demand for shallot, used for consumption and seed, tends to increase. However, there are some problems of discontinuity and price fluctuation in its marketing. This research aims to analyze the supply chain of consumption and seed shallot, particularly in Brebes Regency. The research was conducted in the period of April–December 2015 using primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through interviews using a questionnaire from 30 farmers based on purposive sampling and 18 traders using a snowball sampling method. Data were analyzed descriptively using a supply chain approach. The results showed that supply chain of shallot for seed was managed better than thatfor consumption purposes. This situation is in line with marketing efficiency. The market of shallot for seed is more efficient than that for consumption indicated by marketing margin and farmer’s share. It is necessary that the government improvesshallot supply chain management particularly for certified high-quality shallot seed provision at affordable price.<br /><br /><br /><strong>Indonesian</strong><br />Permintaan bawang merah baik untuk konsumsi maupun benih cenderung meningkat. Namun demikian masih terdapat kendala diskontinuitas serta fluktuasi harga dalam pemasarannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis rantai pasok bawang merah untuk konsumsi dan benih, khususnya di Kabupaten Brebes, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan April–Desember 2015 menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara menggunakan kuesioner secara langsung dengan responden sebanyak 30 orang petani bawang merah yang dipilih secara purposive sampling serta pedagang bawang merah sebanyak 18 orang dengan metode snowball sampling. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan rantai pasok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rantai pasok bawang merah untuk benih lebih terkelola daripada rantai pasok bawang merah untuk konsumsi. Pasar bawang merah untuk benih lebih efisien dibandingkan dengan pasar bawang merah untuk konsumsi,yang tercermin dari indikator margin pemasaran dan farmer’s share. Diperlukan kebijakan perbaikan manajemen rantai pasokan bawang merah yang berorientasi pada penyediaan benih bermutu/bersertifikat dengan harga yang terjangkau petani.

This study aimed to analyze income of tiger shrimp–milkfish and marketing efficiency of milkfish in Pasir Sakti subdistrict of east Lampung Regency.  The research location was choosen purposely in Pasir Sakti Subdistrict Lampung Regency.  Data of this research was collected during November-January 2016.  Respondents of this research were 64 cultivators and 40 traders. This research used survey method, in which samples  were chosen by simple random sampling and  snowball sampling.  The collected data, included primary and secondary data, was analyzed by descriptive qualitative analysis, income analysis, and marketing margins.  The results showed that tiger shrimp and milkfish aquaqulture were profitable.  There were 2 channels of marketing of milkfish but both of them were inefficient.  Marketing margin and profit margin ratio on marketing of milkfish were not prevalent.Key words:  Income, marketing efficiency, milkfish

In order to investigate the awareness of B.A/B.Sc.Ed integrated Courses among the higher secondary students, a sample size of 309 higher secondary students were selected by adopting a simple random sampling technique from the Tirunelveli district, Tamilnadu. Awareness of B.A/B.Sc.Ed integrated courses were assessed with the help of ‘Scale on Awareness of B.A/B.Sc.Ed integrated courses’. A descriptive survey method was adopted for the study and the data obtained from the survey was analyzed using percentage analysis, t-test, and F-test. The findings of the study depicted that there is a low level of awareness of B.A/B.Sc.Ed integrated courses among the higher secondary students. Moreover, there is no significant difference in awareness of B.A/B.Sc.Ed integrated courses among the higher secondary students with regard to gender and locality of the students. But it is found that there is significant difference in awareness of B.A/B.Sc.Ed integrated courses among the higher secondary students with regard to their age group.

This study analyzes the marketing channels and efficient distribution channels carried out by farmers in marketing sugar products to consumers, knowing how the most economically efficient distribution channels and the obstacles faced by each distribution institution. The essentials primary method used in this research was descriptive. Determination of the location of the study was done purposively. Farmer samples were taken by simple random sampling, and the example of traders was taken by snowball sampling. The entire selection was 28 famers and eight merchants. The research was conducted in May 2018. Data analyzes by calculating the marketing margin and efficiency of each marketing channel. This study indicates that farmers chose four distribution channels to distribute the sugar they have to consumers. The most economically efficient distribution channel was distribution channel III, with an IDR 7,61/kg marketing efficiency value and a marketing margin was IDR 1.000/kg.

The present study seeks to investigate the level of adjustment and social support of college going adolescents. Sample included 120 (simple random sampling method) randomly selected adolescents i.e. 60 boys and 60 girls college students from various pre-university colleges of Kalaburgi district of Hyderabad Karnataka. For obtaining the data on social support and adjustment, social support scale developed by Vaxu (1986), and adjustment inventory was developed by Sinha and Singh (1984) were used respectively. The statistical technique t-test and spearman rho coefficient of correlation was employed for comparing the two groups. The findings of the study showed that there exists significant difference in adjustment and social support between boys and girls. Whereas there exists no significant difference in respect to domicile between adjustment and social support. It also concludes that there exists positive and significant difference between adjustment and social support.

Melinjo chip is one of the typical foods in Yogyakarta made of melinjo nuts. The production center of melinjo chip is located in Banguntapan and Pajangan Sub Districts, Bantul District. The purpose of this study is to determine the efficiency of the supply chain measured with transportation model analysis. The number of respondents in this research was 50 producers of melinjo chip in Bantul District, taken by simple random sampling method. While the snawball sampling method was used to get 5 (five) collector traders, 5 (five) large traders and 26 (twenty six) melinjo chip retailers that taken by following melinjo chip sales distribution from the producer to Market of Piyungan, Demangan, Kotagede, Sentul, Beringharjo, Bantul, Legi, and Magelang. The supply chain actors of melinjo chip are melinjo farmers, melinjo chip producers, collecting traders, large traders, retailers, consumers, packaging producers, production workers, haulers, and firewood providers. The analysis of transportation model with minimum cost illustrates that Wirokerten Village from Banguntapan Sub District allocate the production of melinjo chip to Market of Beringharjo and Piyungan, while Potorono Village allocates the to Market of Demangan. Sendangsari and Triwidadi Village from Pajangan Sub District allocate the production of melinjo chip to Market of Beringharjo, while Guwosari Village allocates to Market of Beringharjo, Bantul, and Legi.
