A successful company is a company that has employees in accordance with company needs, namely employees who have high work discipline who automatically have high productivity as well. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on work productivity of PG Krebet Baru Malang employees. The population of all employees of PG Krebet Baru Malang in the KB Installation Section II totaling 301 people. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression using the SPSS 24.0 application. The results of the study concluded that work discipline has an effect on work productivity.

PT Matahari Department Store Tbk is a company engaged in selling retail fashion’s apparel. One of the management’s functions performed in Matahari Department Store Bandung Indah Plaza is controlling function. By the area of 5700m2 and a large number of employees, it’s such an obstacle for the supervisor/coordinator to oversee every employee. So many employees are not doing a good job. This issue caused fluctuations in employee productivity from July to December 2013. Therefore, this study aims to determine the level of controlling, employee productivity levels and influence levels between controlling and employee productivity in Matahari Department Store Bandung Indah Plaza. The population in this study consisted of an employee which are permanent employees and suppliers of amount 498 people, with a research sample of 120 employees. In this study, the method of analysis used is descriptive analysis, correlation and simple linear regression. According to this study result, controlling and employee productivity is at a good level. Controlling contribute to affect employee work productivity by 16,5% obtained from the coefficient of determination, while 83.5% were influenced by the contributions of other factors which is not explained in this research. The correlation value of 0.407 indicates a moderate relationship between controlling and employee productivity.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on increasing employee productivity in the Samsat Sidrap District office. The research method uses quantitative methods because the research data are numbers that are processed using spss 20 alerts. With a population of 45 and a sample of 31 respondents the data analysis technique used in this study is simple linear regression with motivation variables (X) and employee performance (Y ). The results showed that from the simple linear regression that was processed and analyzed using the SPSS method, the equation obtained was Y = 6.592 + 0.664 X, where the constant number has a value of 6.592 (positive) stating that if there is no work motivation (X) then productivity work (Y) is 0.664, meaning that the employee's work productivity is still constant even though work motivation towards Y is zero. If there is a decrease in work motivation, it will reduce the level of employee productivity. So that it can be explained that work motivation has an influence and significant effect on employee work productivity in the Samsat district office

This study aims to determine the contribution of leadership behavior to teacher job loyalty. This research was conducted in private high schools throughout Cibungbulang District. The number of samples taken was 25 teachers, with a non-probability sampling method with a sampling technique, namely saturated samples. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that there is a contribution between leadership behavior and teacher work loyalty. This shows that the stronger the influence of leadership behavior, the higher the job loyalty generated by the teacher. Therefore, to foster job loyalty to teachers, a leader is expected to further improve leadership behavior in order to increase teacher job loyalty. Keywords: .

This research aims to determine whether the minimum wage is related to the level of work productivity of the production department at PT. TELKOM CABANG BOGOR, to find out whether the minimum wage affects the work productivity of the employees of PT. TELKOM CABANG BOGOR. The sample used was 100 respondents taken by accidental sampling technique in the PT. TELKOM CABANG BOGOR. This research uses simple linear regression. A tool to measure it is assisted by SPSS version 22. The results of the linearity test of the effect of the minimum wage on work productivity, there is a significance value of 0.115 which is greater than 0.05, so there is a linear relationship. The results of the t test show that the minimum wage has a significance level of 0.115 and the t value of 3.345> t table of 1.984 is greater than 0.05. From the results of the F test it can also be concluded that the F-table at df1 = 2 df2 = 97 is obtained from the F distribution table of 3.09 at the 95% confidence level (Alpha = 5%). This proves that Fcount (88,986)> from Ftable (3.09), while the significance (0,000) <from alpha is at the 95% confidence level (Alpha 5%). So that Ha which says there is a significant influence between the minimum wage on the work productivity of the production section at PT. TELKOM CABANG BOGOR accepted. While Ho, which says there is no significant effect between minimum wages on work productivity at PT. TELKOM CABANG BOGOR rejected.

This study aims to explain 1) the effect of psychological empowerment on innovative behavior, 2) the influence of organizational culture on innovative behavior. This research was conducted at UD Romo Jewelry Manufacture. The number of samples taken was 72 employees, with a non probability sampling method with a type of saturated sampling technique. Data collection is done through a survey approach with questionnaire and interview methods. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that psychological empowerment and organizational culture simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on innovative behavior. This shows that the higher the psychological empowerment given to employees, the higher the employee's innovative behavior. Likewise with organizational culture, the higher the organizational culture of a company, the higher the employee's innovative behavior. Therefore to foster innovative behavior in company employees is expected to pay more attention to psychological empowerment and organizational culture in order to improve innovative behavior. Managerial performance is very important for a company because it can be used to measure the success of the company. A manager needs to implement a managerial control system that can be used to achieve the company goals. The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of applying accountability accounting, competence and organizational commitment to the managerial performance of the financial division on PT Pegadaian Kota Denpasar. Sampling technique that used in this study is non probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The amount of sample in this study are 52 samples. The analysis technique is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis shows that accountability accounting, competence, and organizational commitment have a positive effect on the managerial performance of financial division on PT. In construction of each project requires resources in its completion. They are workers, costs, tools, methods, and materials. The process for achieving project purpose, have defined the boundary called triple constraints, are budget allocated, schedule, and quality. From these (triple constraint) in the project, productivity of labors are one of an important thing that give an effect in time project performance. This research is to analyze the effect of labor productivity in time project performance at high rise building, especially in Jabodetabek area. The type of data for this research use primary data, and for data analysis technique use a simple linear regression with SPSs v.24 as a software. The result is labor productivity give the effect significantly in time project performance. In other words, if the labor productivity higher than the time to complete all activities will be shorter, and vice versa.

The study aims to determine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio on Return On Asset with the moderatiom of Non Performing Loan sub sector of national foreign exchange private banks listed on the indonesian stock exchange (IDX) in 2014-2018 with a population of 22 banks. The analysis technique used are simple Linear Regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The result showed that the  Capital Adequacy Ratio has a positive and significant effect on Return On Asset. While the Capital Adequacy Ratio of Non Performing Loan is not able to moderate the Capital Adequacy Ratio with Return On Asset.

Event marketing was previously consideredas a complementary formarketing communications. Currently event marketing is increasingly recognized as one of the effective ways to build brand image of a company. one of the companies that use event marketing as one of the strategies is Mizone. therefore, this study aims to investigate the influence of event marketing to the brand image. Limitation of the studyis the respondents who attend the event or who purchase the product when the event took place. The samples were used as much as 210 people. using purposive sampling technique. The research instrument that used was a questionnaire, and simple linear regression analysis. This study shows there is positive effect between event marketing to brand image Mizone isotonic water

The aim of this study was to analize the influence of services quality indicators on the satisfaction of customers. Primary data was obtained from customers of Bank BNI Pondok Gede Plaza, Bekasi City through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. In this study is used purposive sampling method. Data analysis technique used in this research is simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty positively and significant influenced the satisfaction of customers. The conclution of this study is that reliability was dominant than the other service quality indicators in influencing the satisfaction of customers.
