The lives of millions of people have been affected during the coronavirus pandemic that spread throughout the world in 2020. Society is changing establishing new norms for healthcare education, social life, and business. Digital health has seen an accelerated implementation throughout the world in response to the pandemic challenges. In this perspective paper, the authors highlight the features that digital platforms are important to have in order to support integrated care during a pandemic. The features of the digital platform Safe in COVID-19 are used as an example. Integrated care can only be supported when healthcare data is available and can be sharable and reusable. Healthcare data is essential to support effective prevention, prediction, and disease management. Data available in personal health apps can be sharable and reusable when apps follow interoperability guidelines for semantics and data management. The authors also highlight that not only technical but also political and social barriers need to be addressed in order to achieve integrated care in practice.

The world has never been more connected. According to leading market intelligence firm, IDC, there will be a staggering 25 million mobile applications by 2020 with a total of 50 trillion GB of data available worldwide. Mobile applications are not only taking the world by storm, it is also redefining and transforming healthcare delivery and experience. Currently there are over 325,000 health apps available in the top app stores worldwide with more than 200 apps being added each day. Worldwide, we are seeing how digital tools are leading to better and faster healthcare and making healthcare more empowering and accessible for the people. Goldman Sachs predicts that the digital revolution could potentially save healthcare providers USD300 billion. While the adoption of digital health tools such as mobile health apps holds great promise of improving healthcare access and patient outcomes, on the flip side, the popularity of health apps is also posing enormous and unprecedented risks to consumers’ privacy. PAMB is proactively transforming itself from a health payer to a holistic health manager through the implementation of PULSE, Prudential’s Health Ecosystem using the Prevent-Postpone-Protect strategy. In addition, Prudential has put measures in place to safeguard consumers’ privacy to ensure that data security is not compromised as we leverage on digital technology to provide consumers with instant, reliable and relevant health information at their fingertips as we empower and encourage the public to take charge of their health anytime, anywhere.International Journal of Human and Health Sciences Supplementary Issue: 2019 Page: 16

The pandemic caused by Covid-19 virus, which emerged in Wuhan, China at the end of 2019 has caused changes in the production- consuption balances besides education, working environment and social life because of the full lockdown process. The increase in the time that is spent at home necessarily has caused people to question the concepts of damage to environment, waste, recycling and sustainability beside this, the fashion industry has been affected with its structure that encourages consuption, reflects change and temporary innovation. In this period the frequency of consumers' clothing purchases decreased, platforms selling second-handed products become more popular and fashion shows and fairs took place in digital platforms. The steps aimed at the conscious consumer for the use of organic and recyclable materials, recycling, and less water consumption, which started to be taken before the pandemic in the sector, gained speed with the introduction of digital technologies defined as industry 4.0. In the scope of the research, while the effects of the Covid-19 process on the fashion industry and design are disccused in the context of sustainability, it has been discussed what the positive and negative effects of sustainability moves which has increased its visibility. It is aimed that the study will contribute to sustainable development by drawing attention to the development of academic fashion literature and sustainable fashion as well as the other current studies in this field in the world. Keywords: sustainability, fashion and design, covid 19, digital fashion, sustainable fashion

UNSTRUCTURED Billions of people in the world own a smartphone. It is a low-cost, portable computing device with countless features, among which applications stand out, which are programs or software developed to meet a specific goal. A wide range of applications available ranging from entertainment and personal organization to work and education is available currently. It is a vast and profitable market. Health applications have been a means of intervention for different areas, including chronic diseases, epidemics, and health emergencies. A recently published paper in the journal with the highest impact factor in Digital Health (“Journal of Medical Internet Research”) proposes a classification of health applications. This study performs a critical analysis of this organization and presents other sort criteria. This paper also presents and analyzes the “Meu Info Saúde” (“My Health Info”) app – a pioneering government initiative focused on primary care launched by the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation. The application classification proposal that will be presented builds on the intervention strategies in the health-disease process, namely: “Health Promotion”, “Disease Prevention” and “Care, Treatment and Rehabilitation”, as defined by official documents such as the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Most applications present in the sample are of private and foreign origin, free to download, but with a display of ads or the sale of products and services. The sampled applications were classified as “Health Promotion”, and some applications have also been categorized as “Disease Prevention” or “Care, Treatment or Rehabilitation” because they have multiple functionalities. The applications identified as “Health Promotion” focused only on individuals’ lifestyle and their increased autonomy and self-care management capacity. From this perspective, the apps analyzed in this paper differ from the “Meu Info-Saúde” application developed at Fiocruz.

This is the first data chapter. In this chapter, respondents who are described as true believers in the gender structure, and essentialist gender differences are introduced and their interviews analyzed. They are true believers because, at the macro level, they believe in a gender ideology where women and men should be different and accept rules and requirements that enforce gender differentiation and even sex segregation in social life. In addition, at the interactional level, these Millennials report having been shaped by their parent’s traditional expectations and they similarly feel justified to impose gendered expectations on those in their own social networks. At the individual level, they have internalized masculinity or femininity, and embody it in how they present themselves to the world. They try hard to “do gender” traditionally.

Resurrection (1899) is the last of Tolstoy's major novels. It tells the story of a nobleman's attempt to redeem the suffering his youthful philandering inflicted on a peasant girl who ends up a prisoner in Siberia. Tolstoy's vision of redemption achieved through loving forgiveness, and his condemnation of violence, dominate the novel. An intimate, psychological tale of guilt, anger, and forgiveness, Resurrection is at the same time a panoramic description of social life in Russia at the end of the nineteenth century, reflecting its author's outrage at the social injustices of the world in which he lived. This edition, which updates a classic translation, has explanatory notes and a substantial introduction based on the most recent scholarship in the field.

Mechanism design is a form of optimization developed in economic theory. It casts economists as institutional engineers, choosing an outcome and then arranging a set of market rules and conditions to achieve it. The toolkit from mechanism design is widely used in economics, policymaking, and now in building and managing online environments. Mechanism design has become one of the most pervasive yet inconspicuous influences on the digital mediation of social life. Its optimizing schemes structure online advertising markets and other multi-sided platform businesses. Whatever normative rationales mechanism design might draw on in its economic origins, as its influence has grown and its applications have become more computational, we suggest those justifications for using mechanism design to orchestrate and optimize human interaction are losing traction. In this article, we ask what ideological work mechanism design is doing in economics, computer science, and its applications to the governance of digital platforms. Observing mechanism design in action in algorithmic environments, we argue it has become a tool for producing information domination, distributing social costs in ways that benefit designers, and controlling and coordinating participants in multi-sided platforms.
