The intensification of separatism in Ukraine in 2014 became possible due to profound changes in the worldview of a significant part of the population, which manifested in the changing of national self-identification. The purpose of the article is to clarify scientific ideas about the essence and relationship of separatism and identity on the example of Donbas. The article argues for the idea of the absence of an ethnic marker in the conflict in Donbass, where separatism is based on the specific regional identity, to which, through the efforts of Russian propaganda, the cultural, ideological, civilizational characteristics of the «Russian world» are added.

The authors consider identity as a conditional discursive construct, the result of subjects of discourse identifications and offer their own methodology for its analysis. It is shown that regional identity can be represented in the form of a model based on spatial and temporal identifications that specify the coordinate system of reality in which there are residents of the region in question. The concept of space-time is complemented by a set of diverse thematic identifications, including economic, political, cultural, ethnic, religious, linguistic, etc. For the first time in the framework of the socio-constructionist paradigm, a discursive model of the regional identity of the inhabitants of Tatarstan is constructed in the article. The empirical material of the study is the corpus of texts of Tatarstan media for 2017-2019. It is shown that the spatial identification of Tatarstan people includes the practice of selecting, nominating and describing significant geographical objects, the practice of constructing relations of Tatarstan with other geographical objects. Particular attention is paid to the practice of constructing the capital status of a regional center, as well as the relationship of spatial and political identifications. Analyzing the practices of ethnic, religious, linguistic and cultural identification, the authors come to the conclusion that the identity of the Tatarstan people is ethnocentric: despite the declared multinationality and multi-confessionality of the region, Tatars as an ethnic group, Tatar language, Tatar culture and Islam as a traditional religion of the Tatars are of particular importance.


The article is devoted to the study of the relationship between cultural landscape and architecture. The article considers the development of the city of Almaty since its Foundation as city in the context of relations between architecture and cultural landscape. The master plan is considered in different time periods, issues and problems of modern urbanisation of the city are identified, including the problem of taking into account regional identity in territorial planning.

The article provides an overview of scientific research on the relationship of musicality and general intelligence. It is noted that the problem of the relationship between musicality, musical achievements and intelligence is interdisciplinary. It is significant for general and music psychology as well as for the theory and practice of music education. There is a shortage of empirical and theoretical works on this topic in the modern Russian-language scientific literature, and that is what determines the relevance of the overview presented. The article discusses the role of general intelligence in the formation of a musical professional and musical and educational achievements. There is a continuity in the development of scientific ideas and approaches from the beginning of the last century to modern research. Musical abilities are shown to be largely determined by the intellectual potential of the individual, which explains the association of musical abilities with academic performance and abilities in non-musical areas. Modern approaches view musicality as a polymorphic entity which is better described in terms of multidimensional musical behavior. The formation of a professional in the musical field makes the relationship between musicality and intelligence more complex; it begins to be mediated by a combination of factors, a significant place among which is shared intelligence.

El texto discute el potencial y las contribuciones de la Historia de las Matemáticas en las prácticas de enseñanza de la Educación Matemática, ilustrada por dos episodios específicos de la práctica pedagógica de los autores. Toma como notas teóricas estudios como los de Ferreira, D'Ambrosio, Barbin, Jankivist y Vianna sobre los argumentos, implicaciones y sugerencias dirigidas al uso didáctico de la historia de las matemáticas. Los fundamentos de los autores se basan en un diálogo con la etnomatemática, entendiendo así las matemáticas escolares o las matemáticas, vistas en una forma occidental dominante, como una entre otras posibilidades de hacer y pensar matemáticamente. A lo largo del texto, la historia se destaca como un subsidio para la creación, tanto individual como colectiva, de explicaciones, relaciones de significados, objetos y significados que no se constituyeron hasta entonces. La creatividad, desde la perspectiva de Karwowski, Jankovska y Szwajkowski, y la investigación, en la línea de Ponte, se presentan como elementos relevantes en el proceso de enseñanza para estimular en cada estudiante una relación de construcción y apropiación del conocimiento matemático escolar de manera participativa. , interrogador y productor de nuevos conocimientos. Como resultado, señalamos: ser capaces de unir teorías e ideas científicas al analizar el potencial y las contribuciones de la Historia de las Matemáticas en las prácticas de enseñanza de la enseñanza de las matemáticas en la escuela, involucrando investigación y creatividad en metodologías y contextos híbridos de diferentes culturas.Palabras clave: Historia de las matemáticas. It takes as theoretical notes studies like those of Ferreira, D'Ambrosio, Barbin, Jankivist and Vianna about the arguments, implications and suggestions directed to the didactic use of the history of mathematics. The authors' foundations are based on a dialogue with Ethnomathematics, thus understanding school mathematics or mathematics - seen in a dominant Western way - as one among other possibilities of doing and thinking mathematically. Throughout the text, history stands out as a subsidy for the creation, both individual and collective, of explanations, relations of meanings, objects and meanings that were not constituted until then. Creativity, from the perspective of Karwowski, Jankovska and Szwajkowski, and research, in the Ponte line, are presented as relevant elements in the teaching process in order to stimulate in each student a relationship of construction and appropriation of school mathematical knowledge in a participatory way, questioner and producer of new knowledge. The three local languages mentioned in the National Language Policy formulated in the Language Politics seminar organized by the Language Center (now the Agency for Language Development and Development) in 1999 function as a language symbols including a symbol of regional identity, and a symbol of regional pride; a mean of communication in the family and local communities, and a mean of supporting regional culture and as a supporter of regional literature and Indonesian literature. As a means of supporting the Indonesian language, regional languages have a dominant role in enriching the Indonesian vocabulary. This paper will describe the cultural vocabulary in the tradition of capturing the koteklema in Lamalera in the novel of "Suara Samudra, Catatan dari Lamalera", as one of the alternative of Indonesian vocabulary enrichment. The novel of "Suara Samudra, Catatan dari Lamalera", by Maria Matildis Banda, reveals a cliché theme often appears and is raised in Indonesian novels about the relationship of two lovers due to social status differences. The novel is interesting as it is written in a traditional village setting, tradition and culture of fishing and whaling in Lamalera. This novel is an ethnographic novel that presents the traditions and culture of Lamalera through the physical and cultural background of fishermen in Lamalera. Maria Matildis Banda conveys local color through literature. His language, diction, and power of speaking in a local dialect enrich the literary treasures of Indonesia. This condition is one of the reasons for the importance of 'adopting' the registers in the novel into the Indonesian vocabulary, so that Indonesian language can further develop itself in order to play a maximum role as a means of communication in various domains of the usage, as well as play an increasingly steady role as a language amplifier for an identity and character of the nation.

В статье изучаются научные идеи, изложенные доктором юридических наук, профессором В. Е. Эминовым в его научной и учебной литературе, в том числе в работах, написанных им совместно с другими авторами, в период с 2005 по 2008 г. Рассматривается исследование ученым института декриминализации тех или иных деяний, вопросов организации мониторинга применения статей Особенной части УК РФ. Важное место в научной работе В. Е. Эминова в этот период занимает криминологическая классификация и характеристика преступлений, а также создание концепции борьбы с организованной преступностью, что также рассмотрено в данной статье. Таким образом, в изучаемый период в научном творчестве В. Е. Эминова преобладают криминологические исследования, но их цель - способствовать дальнейшей систематизации и гуманизации системы наказаний, а их содержание - изучение и последующее реформирование законодательной основы исполнения наказаний. Исследуя научную работу об указанной выше концепции, автор статьи прослеживает взаимосвязь научных исследований в области криминологии, уголовного и уголовно-исполнительного права. В статье автор не только приводит цитаты из работ исследуемого ученого, но и комментирует их. В процессе комментирования описаний и выводов, сделанных В. Е. Эминовым и его соавторами, описываемые явления и процессы не только поясняются, но и актуализируются, в том числе путем приведения примеров обсуждения проектов реформ правоохранительных органов. Тем самым обращено внимание на необходимость воплощения некоторых высказанных ученым идей. При написании статьи применен преимущественно метод исторического и логического анализа. The article examines the scientific ideas presented by doctor of law, Professor V. E. Eminov in his scientific and educational literature, including works written by him together with other authors, in the period from 2005 to 2008. The study by scientists of the institute of decriminalization of certain acts, the organization of monitoring the application of articles of the Special Part of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is considered. An important place in the scientific work of V. E. Eminov during this period is occupied with criminological classification and characteristics of crimes, as well as the creation of the concept of combating organized crime, which is also discussed in this article. Thus, during the period under study in the scientific work of V. E. Eminov is dominated by criminological studies, but their goal is to promote further systematization and humanization of the punishment system, and their content is the study and subsequent reform of the legislative framework for the execution of punishments. Studying the scientific work on the above concept, the author of the article traces the relationship of scientific research in the field of criminology, criminal and penal law. In the article, the author not only quotes from the works of the researched scientist, but also comments on them. In the process of commenting on the descriptions and conclusions made by V. E. Eminov and his co-authors, the described phenomena and processes are not only explained, but also updated, including by giving examples of discussing projects of reforms of low enforcement agencies. Thus, attention is drawn to the need to implement some of the ideas expressed by the scientist. In the article the method of historical and logical analysis is mainly used.

The article discusses the main directions and problems in the study of the friend or foe dichotomy, the relationship of its subjects, and the special locus of the definition “other” in a social context. The article highlights the basic foundations of this dichotomy and the discourses of its existence. Attention is drawn to the philosophical, scientific ideas and conclusions of Russia and foreign authors, which should be used to more adequately describe the nature of the processes that characterize the interaction of diverse individual and group actors of the opposition. The study represents the author’s vision of the features of real and virtual relations of subjects, key points and possible results of their interaction when referring to them in various worldview systems is proposed.

Introduction. The article proposes supplementing the system of principles of family law with a new doctrinal principle – the principle of responsibility for violations of family law. Theoretical analysis. The article explores scientific ideas about the system of principles of family law, the features of family legal responsibility, the relationship of protection measures and liability measures in family law. Result. The article concludes that only the sanctions of the moral nature should be attributed to the family-legal sanctions. Property sanctions (compensation for non-pecuniary damage, disinheritance, recovery of losses) are of a civil nature, although they reflect the specifics of family relations. In addition to specific sanctions, the essence of family law liability lies in the special composition of the subjects of these sanctions, as well as the special procedures under which they are subject to application.

Both the institutionalization of regions theory and the conceptualization of regional identity by Anssi Paasi are highly cited. However, various authors work with Paasi’s classification of regional identity and meanings of its dimensions differently. This is closely related to an insufficient discussion of the existence of region as a social fact. This article discusses social constructionism and the relationship of individual dimensions of regional identity. Crucial to the existence of region are the subjective images of region that can be identified with perceptual regions. Region as a social fact exists only in the knowledge/consciousness of people. In addition to perceptual regions, “objective” regions – homogeneous/formal and functional regions – are part of the identity of region. The identity of region (perceptual regions, specifically) is a condition for the regional consciousness of people which is a mere “superstructure” of region.

On the basis of an interdisciplinary synthesis of historiography and semiotics, the article proposes a new way of analysing the conceptions of historians, who studied the war between the Moscow state and the Commonwealth in the middle of the XVII century. The attention is paid not to the search for genetic links and biographical pages in the writings of researchers working in the same era. But discovery is presented of the speech units that affect the production of discourses that add up specific narratives. The author seeks to trace the processes of convergence or estrangement of scientific ideas with/from the state request, which was delivered after the January uprising of 1863–1864 in the provinces of the Kingdom of Poland (Congress Poland) and the Northwest Krai. Therefore, the aim of the study is to verify the author's vision of the usefulness and complementarity of the semiotic understanding of the interaction of the text and its creator with the history of ideas. Such understanding is a significant part of the process of historiographic accumulation of information. Concretely, the author applies this synthesis to the micro level, i. e., to the stage of specific historical research.
