The noise caused by rail corrugation seriously affects the operation quality of metro vehicles. In this work, the rail corrugation, interior noise and wheel–rail noise of a metro line were tested, and the test results were compared with those after two kinds of treatments. The results show that rail corrugation is the main cause of the abnormal interior noise. The interior noise in many sections exceeds the limit, where clear rail corrugations from 31.5~63 mm are found. When the train passes through the rail corrugation section, the interior noise shows a clear increase, and the maximum increase is higher than 25 dB(A). After increasing the lateral stiffness of the track and rail grinding, the interior noise is reduced by 11.4 dB(A). After a long renovation time, the interior noise is effectively equal to that when the renovation was completed. The research results of this work can provide a reference for rail corrugation treatment and noise control.

In modern conditions the competitiveness of organizations is provided by rational management decisions, which are taken depending on various factors and their impact on the cash flows of the organization. The theme of the study of factors and control measures influencing cash flow management for reducing the risk of bankruptcy is in all respects one of the most controversial and much cited. In the course of study the authors have summarized the approaches of Russian and foreign authors towards the concept "cash flow", revealed certain problems in the quality of decisions, arranged the factors increasing the degree of their effectiveness and directly affecting the financial performance of the organization. Application in the work of the organization of individual elements ("morale") of the group of environmental factors and standards of internal reporting will improve the efficiency of managerial decision-making in part of cash flows from different activities.

Background: Dairy safety has caused widespread concern in society. Unsafe dairy products have threatened people's health and lives. In order to improve the safety of dairy products and effectively prevent the occurrence of dairy insecurity, countries have established different prevention and control measures and safety warnings. Objective: The purpose of this study is to establish a dairy safety prediction model based on machine learning to determine whether the dairy products are qualified. Methods: The 34 common items in the dairy sampling inspection were used as features in this study. Feature selection was performed on the data to obtain a better subset of features, and different algorithms were applied to construct the classification model. Results: The results show that the prediction model constructed by using a subset of features including “total plate”, “water” and “nitrate” is superior. The SN, SP and ACC of the model were 62.50%, 91.67% and 72.22%, respectively. It was found that the accuracy of the model established by the integrated algorithm is higher than that by the non-integrated algorithm. Conclusion: This study provides a new method for assessing dairy safety. It helps to improve the quality of dairy products, ensure the safety of dairy products, and reduce the risk of dairy safety.

Abstract Severe rail roughness leads to a series of problems in metro systems, particularly the vehicle noise problem. To ensure a better acoustic environment, rail roughness control is therefore one of the main concerns for the metro operators. But the existing roughness acceptance criteria are not suitable for metro interior noise control. It is an appropriate method to determine the rail roughness limit based on interior noise. A rail roughness acceptance criterion based on metro interior noise is accordingly proposed in this paper. The relationship between rail roughness and interior noise can be derived with wheel–rail noise as link. With this objective, a combined test and simulation method is adopted. A validated wheel–rail noise prediction model is thus established to determine the relationship between rail roughness and wheel–rail noise. Moreover, the transfer function of wheel–rail noise to interior noise is developed based on extensive field test. Using this method, the noise sensitivity to roughness wavelength and acceptance criteria at different speeds and track structures are investigated. Finally, an eclectic rail corrugation acceptance criterion on curved track is suggested in consideration of practical application.
