RESUMEN La investigación en el Centro de Educación Básica Fiscomisional “Cristo Rey” de Esmeraldas sobre el “Análisis de la Administración del Talento Humano en el centro de educación básica Fisco misional “Cristo Rey” de la ciudad de Esmeraldas.”, tuvo como objetivo establecer las posibles tendencias para alcanzar altos niveles de calidad, y se propone un Modelo de Administración que organice de mejor manera los procesos, vigile permanentemente el buen desarrollo, donde esté inmerso un Plan de Selección y un Plan Estratégico de Fortalecimiento Institucional, para involucrar a todos los actores y apuntalar al objetivo del Centro Educativo. Con el desarrollo de esta propuesta se beneficiarán la Comunidad Esmeraldeña, los Directivos, personal Docente, Administrativo y de Servicio que laboran en la institución, porque permitirá elevar la calidad de servicio ofertado. La investigación reviste de gran importancia para las administraciones de instituciones educativas tanto en el posible diseño como la divulgación de estas. La investigación bibliográfica realizada reveló la interrelación del talento como también de los recursos humanos donde se genere el conocimiento, la innovación, y la responsabilidad para la integración de factores en la calidad de servicios administrativos. ANALYSIS OF THE ADMINISTRATION OF HUMAN TALENT IN THE FISCO-MISIONAL BASIC EDUCATION CENTER "CRISTO REY" OF THE CITY OF ESMERALDAS ABSTRACT The present project of investigation has been realized in the Center of Basic Education Fiscomisional "Cristo Rey" of Emeralds on the "Analysis of the Administration of the Human Talent in the Center of Basic Education Fiscomisional "Cristo Rey " of the City of Emeralds", developed across the field investigation, applying survey to Family Parents, Executives, Personal Teacher, Administrative officer and of Service, which they work and are linked to the institution. This investigation there demonstrated a model of administration of the Human Talent, obsolete who opposite to the changes and requirements of the current world, is an obstacle to reach quality levels and undertakes the institutional competitiveness. With the aim to reach high quality levels, a Model of Administration proposes to organize of better way the processes and to monitor permanently the good development, where there is immersed a Plan of Selection and a Strategic Plan of Institutional Strengthening, to involve all the actors and to support to the aim of the Educational Center. With the development of this offer they were benefiting the Esmeralda Community, the Executives, personal Teacher, and Administrative officer and of Service, that work in the institution, because it will allow raising the quality of offered service. This research aimed to improve the perception of the quality of service of the Hotel El Libertador by means of sensory marketing elements to improve the tourist experience. The study variables were derived from the visual, auditory and kinesthetic perceptions related to the quality of service. In addition, an analysis was performed with the EEG MindWave Mobile 2 biometric equipment, to understand the levels of attention, meditation and blinking. In terms of visual perception, it was determined that attention should be paid to the clothing of the staff (27.6%) and signage (40.9%). The elements of the auditory perception of the hotel had low ratings because the hotel has not implemented elements of auditory sensory marketing in the facilities. Four of the seven elements of the kinesthetic perceptions were not attended and had a weight between 38.3% and 46.7%. As a result of these analyses, a sensory marketing proposal was suggested, which included visual, auditory and kinesthetic marketing strategies, to provide a solution to the existing problems with the hotel facilities. Based on the biometric equipment results, a proposal was made for sensory marketing strategies with elements of experiential communication to be used in the hotel’s facilities which would also improve the perception of service quality. Resumen La investigación tuvo como objetivo mejorar la percepción en la calidad de servicio del HOTEL EL LIBERTADOR, por medio de elementos de marketing sensorial mejorando la experiencia del turista. La investigación es de tipo correlacional, las variables de estudio se desprenden de la percepción visual, auditiva y kinestésica relacionada con la variable calidad del servicio, además se realizó un análisis con equipo biométrico EEG MindWave Mobile 2 en las instalaciones de la empresa para identificar los niveles de atención, meditación y parpadeo. En los elementos de percepción visual se determinó que se debe prestar atención a la vestimenta del personal que tiene un 27,6% y la señalética 40,9%. Los elementos de la percepción auditiva del hotel tienen una baja calificación porque el hotel no ha implementado elementos de marketing sensorial auditivo en las instalaciones, 4 de los 7 elementos de la percepción kinestésica no han sido atendidos y tienen una ponderación entre 38,3% a 46,7% Por medio de este análisis se planteó una propuesta de marketing sensorial para dar solución a la problemática existente en las instalaciones del hotel, la misma que contiene estrategias de marketing visual, auditivo y kinestésico. Mediante la obtención de resultados y análisis realizados con equipos biométricos, se pudo determinar estrategias de marketing sensorial con elementos de comunicación experiencial en las instalaciones de la empresa hotelera que permita mejorar la percepción de la calidad de servicio. <p>Este artigo pretende analisar a articulação entre avaliação institucional (AVI) e projeto político-pedagógico (PPP), a partir de projeto realizado em um município brasileiro, onde uma amostra de escolas desenvolveu um processo de avaliação institucional com vistas a reelaborar seu PPP. Buscou-se analisar se e como as escolas utilizaram os dados provenientes dessa avaliação para reformular seus projetos pedagógicos. This paper presents a set of arguments claiming that construction of the quarry near Flamborough, Ontario proposed St. Mary’s Cement Inc. should not be permitted. First, the quarry would violate local citizens’ property rights, compromise community health and safety, and incur excessive economic costs. Precautionary measures are insufficient, such that the quarry is expected to irreparably damage drinking water and quality of life. Second, the area proposed for aggregate extraction is mostly undeveloped, containing unique, valuable natural features and ecological linkages. Despite regulation and monitoring according to the provincial Aggregate Resources Act, rehabilitation of the site after aggregate extraction would be inadequate in returning the land to its former condition. This will result in habitat fragmentation and loss of high quality farmland. Furthermore, the construction of the quarry is not permitted under current City of Hamilton zoning regulations; the City of Hamilton, along with the city’s Public Health Services, filed an official objection against construction. Finally, a GIS study has selected a more suitable alternative site for aggregate extraction near Carlisle, which meets the geographic, topographic, and mineral needs of St. Mary’s Cement Group without disturbing habitat or nearby communities.

O Córrego Quatro Vinténs faz parte da bacia hidrográfica do rio Jequitinhonha, localizado no município de Diamantina-MG. Neste trabalho avaliou-se a qualidade ambiental das águas superficiais deste córrego por meio da medição de dois parâmetros físico-químicos cor da água e turbidez. Com o recolhimento de amostras ao longo do canal do córrego foi possível relacionar os impactos aos ambientes naturais e às interferências antropogênicas, englobando as características geoambientais da área. Foram amostrados 12 pontos considerando a variação sazonal em duas campanhas de amostragem (nas estações seca e chuvosa), totalizando 24 amostras de água. As amostras foram analisadas no Laboratório de Geoquímica Ambiental – LGA/UFVJM e os resultados comparados com os valores estabelecidos pela Resolução CONAMA 357/05 e Portaria do Ministério da Saúde N° 2.914/2011. Os valores de turbidez (UNT) e cor da água (mg/L), tanto numa estação quanto noutra se apresentaram elevados, haja vista que a área está totalmente inserida em locais de uso intensivo do solo e áreas urbanas. Palavras-chave: Geoquímica Ambiental; Córrego Quatro Vinténs; Serra do Espinhaço Meridional.   ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY STREAM OF SURFACE WATER IN QUATRO VINTÉNS DIAMANTINA MUNICIPALITY – MG Abstract The Quatro Vintens stream part of the basin of the Jequitinhonha River, which is located in the city of Diamantina. The aim of this work is to evaluate the environmental geochemistry quality of superficial waters of this stream through two measures physical-chemical parameters water color and turbidity. Collecting samples along the stream channel was possible to relate to natural and anthropogenic interference environments, encompassing geo-environmental characteristics of the area. 12 points were sampled considering the seasonal variation in two sampling campaigns (in the dry and rainy seasons), totaling 24 water samples. Water samples were analyzed in the Environmental Geochemistry Laboratory - LGA/UFVJM and the results compared to the values ​​established by CONAMA Resolution 357/05 and Ordinance of the Ministry of Health N°. 2.914/2011. The turbidity values ​​(UNT) and color of the water (mg/L), both at a station in another as the values ​​presented high, given that the area is fully inserted in places of intensive land use and urban areas. En este trabajo se evaluó la calidad ambiental de las aguas superficiales de esta corriente mediante la medición de dos parámetros físico-químicos del color de agua y turbidez. Con la toma de muestras a lo largo del canal de flujo fue posible relacionar los impactos en el medio ambiente natural y la interferencia antropogénica que abarca las características geo-ambientales de la zona. 12 puntos fueron muestreados teniendo en cuenta la variación estacional en dos campañas de muestreo (en las estaciones seca y lluviosa), un total de 24 muestras de agua. Las muestras fueron analizadas en el Laboratorio de Geoquímica Ambiental - LGA/UFVJM y los resultados en comparación con los valores establecidos por la Resolución CONAMA 357/05 y Decreto del Ministerio de Salud N° 2.914/2011. Los valores de turbidez (NTU) y color del agua (mg/L), tanto como una estación en otro presentan alta, teniendo en cuenta que la zona esté completamente insertado en el uso local de la tierra intensivo y áreas urbanas. Local spatial development plans, are one of the most important urban landscaping tools. Their goal is, on the one hand, to protect urban space including, inter alia, prevention of creation of illconsidered developments, that are bad to the urban landscape, the environment or the local communities. For this purpose, there is a number of restrictions introduced into local spatial development plans. On the other hand, the role of local plans is also creating the space, so they should be conducive to projects with high-quality architecture, that are often unconventional and innovative, adding new value to the architectural landscape of the city, which could be blocked by too strict regulations. The trick is to create regulations in a way that can help reconcile that two goals.

Introduction. Regulation of drinking water quality is a very important area of health care and improving the quality of life of the population of the Russian Federation.The aim of this work is the development a model for the assessment of the drinking water quality and calculating the share of the population, including urban, provided with high-quality drinking water from centralized water supply systems, taking into account new methodological approaches to the evaluation of the quality of drinking water using the example of water supply to settlements in the Leningrad Region. Material and methods. The data on the organization of centralized cold water supply systems and monitoring systems for drinking water quality and the results of laboratory studies of drinking water quality in the cities of Volkhov, Svetogorsk, Slantsy, Tosno were studied. Statistical processing of the results was performed, the categories of quality of drinking water supplied to the population were determined, the number of the population provided with high-quality drinking water from the water supply system was calculated in accordance with Guidelines 2.1.4.0143-19.Results. In 2018, 100% of the population was provided with quality drinking water only in the city of Slantsy. In the city of Tosno, this index reached of 83.5%. In the cities of Volkhov and Svetogorsk, drinking water was rated as low-quality. But it is worth noting that in the cities of Volkhov and Slantsy laboratory tests were carried out at 2 points, in the city of Svetogorsk - only at the 1 point, which, given the number of residents, is not enough. For an objective assessment of the state of drinking water and the development of measures aimed at improving its quality, it is necessary to increase the number of monitoring points, as well as to include the results of control and supervision measures and production laboratory control conducted by water supply organizations in the volume of laboratory information.Conclusion. The proposed model allows us to assess the drinking water quality in centralized water supply systems and the proportion of the population, including urban, provided with quality drinking water at the level of the water supply system, settlement, municipal district (urban district), subject of the Russian Federation

<p>Ao considerar os desafios inerentes à educação, a formação docente apresenta-se enquanto tema em constante discussão. Assim sendo, refletir acerca da qualidade dos cursos oferecidos é essencial para a construção sólida das bases formativas dos profissionais atuantes no mercado de trabalho. Nesse contexto, o munícipio de Paço do Lumiar, devido ao desenvolvimento populacional e de infraestrutura, tem apresentado um aumento na demanda de vagas de cursos superiores. Desse modo, esta produção aborda a relação da oferta/demanda de vagas com a qualidade dos cursos voltados à formação docente, no munício luminense. Para tanto, os embasamentos teóricos, a partir da análise de dados e documentos, fixaram-se na legislação, na história da educação superior no Brasil e no panorama atual da educação básica de Paço Lumiar. A presente pesquisa concretizou-se no Instituto Superior Franciscano (IESF), instituição de referência na localidade, junto aos graduandos de pedagogia, a partir de entrevistas e questionários. Destarte, este estudo é oriundo das inquietações dos autores acerca da educação, a qual possui com um de seus pilares a formação de profissionais competentes e qualificados.</p><p><strong>Palavras-Chave</strong>: educação, desenvolvimento social, formação docente, qualidade.</p><p><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p>Considering the challenges of education, teacher training is presented as a subject in constant discussion. Therefore, reflecting on the quality of the courses offered is essential to the solid construction of the training bases of professionals working in the job market. In this context, the city of Paço do Lumiar, due to population development and infrastructure, has shown an increase in demand for higher education places. Thus, this production approaches the relationship of supply / demand for vacancies with the quality of courses focused on teacher training, in this city. Therefore, the theoretical grounds, from the data and document analysis, were fixed in legislation in the history of higher education in Brazil and the current situation of basic education in Paço do Lumiar. This research has been made at the Franciscan Institute (IESF), a reference institution in the town, with pedagogy of graduate students, by interviews and questionnaires. Thus, this study arises from the concerns of the authors about education, which has one of its pillars with the formation of competent and qualified professionals.</p><p><strong>Keywords : </strong>education, social development, teacher training, quality.</p><p> </p>

En Costa Rica se encuentra el colectivo ChepeCletas que ha encauzado sus esfuerzos en mejorar la calidad del ambiente, a través del uso de bicicletas y las caminatas, así como la recuperación de espacios para la intervención pública, con el fn de convertir a la capital en un espacio para todas las personas. Por tanto, este artículo realizó un análisis dentro del colectivo, basado en los marcos de referencia de diagnóstico, pronóstico y motivo, dando como resultado mayor conciencia del impacto ambiental que genera el uso excesivo de vehículos privados, la construcción de un grupo que se siente como familia, incrementando el empoderamiento ciudadano para el cambio social, así como el interés por la ciudad y la necesidad de retomar los espacios que siempre fueron públicos; pero habían sido olvidados. Utilizar los marcos de referencia permite comprender, desde la visión de los integrantes, qué es, qué permite y qué se hace en dicho colectivo. Sumado a esto, se debe recalcar que este artículo aporta nuevos conocimientos respecto del tema, visualiza otra forma de hacer política desde abajo y crea  espacios que integran cada día a más personas. AbstractIn Costa Rica, where the ChepeCletas collective is  to be found, eforts have been channeled to improve the quality of the environment by  using bicycles and walking, as well as the recovery of spaces bound for public intervention to turn the capital into a space for all people. Therefore, this article conducts an analysis within the group based on the diagnostic, prognostic and motive reference frameworks which result in a greater awareness of the environmental impact than the excessive use of private vehicles generates. Additionally, the  onstruction of a group that feels like family increasing citizen empowerment for social change, as well as interest in the city and the need to retake spaces that were always public but had been forgotten. The use of reference frames allows us to understand, from the point of view of the members, it’s nature, what allows it to be and what is done in said group. In addition to this, it should be emphasized that this article provides new knowledge on the subject, visualizes another way of doing politics from below and creates spaces that integrate more people every day. As part of a new harbor development, a new offshore breakwater will be constructed, for which the use of coastal protection plain precast concrete elements (AccropodesTM II) is required. The applicable exposure class is S1 (ACI 318). Over 4'000 elements have been produced. The owner required guarantees on the sulfate resistance of the elements before accepting them for usage in the project. For this, a revision of the documentation available was conducted, complemented by a thorough field investigation, measuring the coefficient of air-permeability kT (Swiss Standard SIA 262/1) of preselected elements (damaged during transportation) and elements representing the 28 weeks of production. The site NDTs confirmed a high quality of the majority of elements that were judged fit for the purpose. However, the NDTs confirmed the questionable quality of those cast during the initial period, requiring further evaluation before acceptance.The paper presents the results of: water aggressiveness, cement chemistry, strength quality control and air-permeability kT, and the criterion used to assess sulfate resistance of the elements.

<p>Pretende-se, neste artigo, estudar a influência das infraestruturas escolares desportivas no cumprimento do currículo de Educação Física, na qualidade do processo de ensino e nas aprendizagens realizadas pelos alunos. Trata-se de um estudo de metodologia investigativa qualitativa que utilizou a entrevista semiestruturada como instrumento de coleta e produção de dados. A pesquisa empírica contemplou entrevistas com os cinco diretores das escolas públicas municipais dos anos finais do ensino fundamental da cidade de Armação dos Búzios-RJ. Os dados obtidos pela análise de conteúdo foram organizados em três categorias, sendo a categoria “Descaso Público” elucidativa e didática. Infere-se que o ambiente de aprendizagem existente (as quadras polidesportivas em praças públicas) e a infraestrutura escolar disponibilizada para as aulas de Educação Física inviabilizam o cumprimento do currículo em sua integralidade, afetam os conteúdos de ensino e, por conseguinte, os objetivos educacionais não são atingidos.</p><p><strong>Palavras-chave</strong>: Infraestrutura Escolar, Educação Física, Ensino Fundamental, Políticas Públicas.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Infraestructura escolar y Educación Física: tensiones y conflictos</strong></p><p>Se preconiza, en este artículo, estudiar la influencia que tienen las infraestructuras deportivas de las escuelas en el cumplimiento de la asignatura de Educación Física, en la calidad del proceso de enseñanza y en el aprendizaje realizado por los estudiantes. Este es un estudio de metodología de investigación cualitativa que utilizó, como instrumento de recolección y producción de datos, la entrevista semiestructurada. La investigación empírica incluyó entrevistas con los cinco directores de las escuelas públicas municipales de los últimos años de la enseñanza primaria en la ciudad de Armação dos Búzios-RJ. El análisis de contenidos nos hizo llegar a tres categorías, siendo la categoría “Desconsideración Pública” esclarecedora y didáctica. Se infiere que el ambiente de aprendizaje (las instalaciones polideportivas en plazas públicas) existente y la infraestructura escolar disponible para las clases de Educación Física, hacen que sea imposible cumplir el plan de actividades en su totalidad, afectan a los contenidos de enseñanza y, por consiguiente, no se logran los objetivos educacionales.</p><p><strong>Palabras clave</strong>: Escuela Infraestructura, Educación Física, Escuela Primaria, Políticas Públicas.</p><p> </p><p><strong>School infrastructure and Physical Education: tensions and conflicts </strong></p><p>It is recommended, in this article, to study the influence that sports school infrastructures have on the fulfillment of the Physical Education curriculum, on the quality of the teaching process and on the learning carried out by the students. This is a qualitative research methodology that used as a data collection and production tool, the semi-structured interview. The empirical research included interviews with the five directors of municipal public schools in the final years of elementary education in the city of Armação dos Búzios-RJ. The content analysis brought us to three categories, being the category “Public Neglect”, elucidative and didactic. It is inferred that the existing learning environment (the multi-sports courts in public squares) and the school infrastructure made available to the Physical Education classes make it impossible to comply with the curriculum in its entirety, affects the contents of teaching and, therefore, the objectives are not reached.</p><p><strong>Keywords</strong>:School Infrastructure, Physical Education, Elementary School, Public Policy.</p><p> </p>
