ABSTRAK Salah satu implementasi Program Upaya Khusus (UPSUS) Peningkatan Produksi Padi Jagung Kedelai (Pajale) untuk mencapai swasembada pangan yaitu melalui pemberian bantuan alat dan mesin pertanian (alsintan) yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produksi, produktivitas, dan Indeks Pertanaman (IP) padi. Bantuan alsintan pada program UPSUS diberikan berdasarkan atas asas pemerataan. Penggunaan alsintan pada berbagai agroekosistem memiliki dampak hasil yang berbeda. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan dampak penggunaan alat dan mesin pertanian program UPSUS terhadap produksi, produktivitas, dan indeks pertanaman padi di agroekosistem dataran rendah dan dataran tinggi di Kabupaten Tegal. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survei dan penarikan sampel dilakukan teknik stratified random sampling. Pemilihan lokasi secara purposive. Lokasi pengambilan sampel yaitu Kecamatan Warureja untuk mewakili dataran rendah dan Kecamatan Bojong untuk mewakili dataran tinggi. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Uji Kruskal Wallis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan alsintan telah meningkatkan produksi, produktivitas dan IP padi pada agroekosistem dataran rendah dan dataran tinggi di Kabupaten Tegal. Tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan dalam peningkatan produksi dan produktivitas padi di dataran rendah dan dataran tinggi. Perbedaan yang signifikan dari penggunaan alsintan bantuan ditemukan pada peningkatan IP padi yang hanya di daerah dataran tinggi. Secara umum penggunaan alsintan bantuan berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan produksi, produktivitas, dan IP padi di Kabupaten Tegal. kata kunci: alsintan, produksi, produktivitas, indeks pertanaman, program UPSUS. ABSTRACT One of the Special Effort Program (UPSUS) is to increase rice, corn, and soybeans (Pajale) to achieve food self-sufficiency, namely agricultural equipment and machinery assistance is expected to increase production, productivity, and rice planting indexes.  Agricultural equipment and machinery assistance in the special effort program is provided based on the principle of equity. The use of agricultural equipment and machinery in different agroecosystems has different yield impacts. This study is aimed to analyze the differences in the impact of the utilization of agricultural equipment and machinery in  the great Effort Program on production, productivity, and rice planting index in lowland and upland agroecosystems in Tegal Regency. This research method used survey methods, and sampling was done by using the stratified random sampling technique. The research location was selected purposively. The sampling locations were Warureja Sub District to represent the lowlands and Bojong Sub District to represent the highlands. The data were  using the Kruskal Wallis Test. The analysis results showed that the utilization of agricultural tools and machinery hadincreased the production, productivity, and planting index between lowland and upland agroecosystems in Tegal Regency. There are no significant differences in rice production and productivity after the utilization of agricultural equipment and machinery in the lowland and highland areas. A significant difference in the use of assisted agricultural equipment and machinery was n the increase in the rice planting index, which only occurred in upland areas.  In general, the use of assisted agricultural equipment and machinery has a positive impact on increasing rice production, productivity, and the rice planting index in Tegal Regency. keywords: agricultural equipment and machinery, production, productivity, planting index, great effort programs.

An important element of human resources, compensation is an effective tool to attract and retain skilled employees. Despite its crucial importance the literature concerning executive compensation in the hotel industry is very few especially those focusing on fringe benefits. To fill the gap in the hotel human resources literature, this study assessed the level of fringe benefits provided to executives in the hotel industry. The purpose of this empirical study was to gain information regarding executives’ compensation in the industry. Stratified random sampling technique was used to ensure that the findings represented hotels of various star-ratings. A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed to the ratio of 6:3:4 to three-, four- and five-star hotels and 104 were returned. The findings revealed that there is a statistically significant difference in the fringe benefits given between three -, four - and five-star hotels, and the star rating of hotels positively correlates with the level of fringe benefits provided to hotel executives.

Maternal and neonatal services have not escaped the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic. It can indirectly increase the return of mortality and morbidity to both mother and baby. This study aims to assess the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic on the compliance of pregnant women to revisit antenatal care. The sampling technique used in this study was stratified random sampling, using the Lemeshow formula with a sample count of 126 people with the inclusion criteria set by the researcher. The design of this study was analytic observational. Data collection was carried out through observation questionnaire sheets that were collected offline and online (Google Form). The test used in this study was Mann Whitney. The results of the analysis show that the significance value is 0.003 at the 2nd-trimester pregnancy visit and 0.001 at the 3rd-trimester pregnancy visit, therefore, statistically p <0.05 there is a relationship between the impact of the pandemic and the 2nd and 3rd-trimester pregnancy visits. Mann Whitney with a higher ranking ratio (mean) between the affected groups (66.92) and those not affected (41.59). Thus, s who were affected by the pandemic were economically more likely to not attend pregnancy visits compared to those who were not economically affected by the pandemic. The results of the study show that there is a relationship between the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the unity of mothers carrying out pregnancy visits during the pandemic, this is due to government policies to limit and also anxiety of pregnant women.

Impact of Work Discipline on the Performance Capability of the Nagari Apparatus in Managing Financial Nagari in Banuhampu and Sungai Pua Districts. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of work discipline on the performance capabilities of the nagari apparatus in nagari financial management in Banuhampu and Sungai Pua Districts. The population used in this study were all nagari apparatus in Banuhampu and Sungai Pua Subdistricts of 80 people, while the samples used as many as 75 respondents were determined by the Slovin formula using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data collection in this study was conducted using a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the work discipline of the nagari apparatus is relatively high while the performance of the nagari apparatus is still low and the results of the regression test explain that work discipline has an impact on the performance capabilities of the nagari apparatus in nagari financial management in Banuhampu and Sungai Pua Districts.

This experimental research aimed at finding out the impact of video recorded feedback on and motivation to the learning achiement in microteaching. The research was conducted at Teachers Education Faculty of Prof. Dr. Hamka in Jakarta. The research samples were selected ny apllying two stage cluster random sampling technique to obtain 60 students from two classes. The results of the research approved the hypotheis that the video taped feedback and motivation had positive impact to the learning achievement in microteaching.

This article examined the impact of Organization Justice on employees’ performance in cantonment board Peshawar. The study was conducted using 150 employees as a sample and applied stratified random sampling technique. Statistical techniques i.e reliability analysis, Factor analysis, correlation and Regression applied. The results were obtained using correlation regression to know the direction, association and impact of variables and the effects organization justice on employee’s performance. The results found that Organization Justice affects the employee’s performance positively Therefore it is suggested that CBP should exercise such justice in the organization which will inculcate more confidence in the employees. All the hypotheses developed for this study has been proved through the analysis of this research study

Bandung is one of the main destinations as shopping malls tourism, such as Cihampelas Walk and Paris Van Java Mall. Cihampelas walk and Paris Van Java are not only providing places for family to do shopping, playing and culinary area. The presence of Cihampelas Walk and Paris Van Java Mall is expected to increase interest in visitors to visit the shopping malls in Bandung. But the lack of visitor’s interest to visit shopping malls in Bandung reflects a problem in shopping malls in Bandung so it needs some programs to increase visitor’s interest to visit by maximize the shopping destination strategy. This research objectives are to find out about the implemented shopping destination strategy, decision to visit, and the impact of shopping destination strategy to decision to visit and the difference of the implementation of shopping destination strategy to decision to visit in Cihampelas Walk and Paris Van Java Mall. The theory of shopping destination strategy is from Kotler and Armstrong. The research object is the visitors of Cihampelas Walk and Paris Van Java Mall. This research is using descriptive, comparative and verification research. The method is explanatory survey with stratified random sampling as sampling technique, 400 respondents (160 respondents in Cihampelas Walk and 240 respondents in Paris Van Java Mall). The data analysis technique is path analysis with SPSS 18 as the computer software. The data collection techniques are interviews, and questionnaire distribution. The finding of this research is there an impact of shopping destination strategy which consists of location, shopping venue design display layout on decision to visit. The dimension of shopping destination strategy which has the highest influence is shopping venue design and the one with the lowest influence is display layout. While the most appealing factor of decision to visit is the brand. Suggestion to these companies is to maximize its shopping destination strategy in order to increase the interest to visit shopping malls in Bandung.

This research aims to determine the impact of visionary leadership, learning organization, and innovative behavior on the performance of Functional Officers of Customs and Excise Inspectors at Tanjung Priok Customs and Excise Main Service Office. The research was conducted at Tanjung Priok Customs and Excise Service Office using the number of samples of 78 Functional Officers of Customs and Excise Inspectors. The sample was selected using simple random sampling technique. Data collection was done by using questionnaire and data analysis using path analysis. The results showed that 1) visionary leadership, learning organization and innovative behavior have a direct and positive impact on performance, 2) visionary leadership, and learning organization have a direct and positive impact on innovative behavior and 3) visionary leadership have a direct and positive impact on learning organization. This study aims to analyze employee empowerment in Central Sulawesi Provincial Government. This research is designed descriptively. The location of this research is at work unit of local government area of Central Sulawesi Province by taking employee as population. The number of research samples 308 respondents were determined by stratified random sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study consist of observation, questionnaires and documentation. The result of the research shows the whole dimension under study, the most powerful dimension in forming employee empowerment in Central Sulawesi Provincial Government is the impact dimension (85,6%) because in that dimension state that decision and action of employee have influence in organization, while the low dimension is dimension meaning (84.9%) because the dimension states that employees are less empowered and trusted in the job. The results can also be interpreted that with the empowerment of employees, the result of empowerment makes the decisions and actions of employees to be influential in the organization, but overall employees tend to be less empowered and trusted in carrying out their work. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemberdayaan pegawai di Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Penelitian ini didesain secara deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian ini di satuan kerja perangkat daerah Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah dengan mengambil pegawai sebagai populasi. Jumlah sampel penelitian 308 responden yang ditentukan dengan teknik stratified random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keseluruhan dimensi yang diteliti, dimensi yang paling kuat dalam membentuk pemberdayaan pegawai di Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah adalah dimensi impact (85,6%) karena pada dimensi tersebut menyatakan bahwa keputusan dan tindakan pegawai berpengaruh dalam organisasi, sedangkan dimensi yang rendah adalah dimensi meaning (84,9%) karena dimensi tersebut menyatakan bahwa pegawai kurang diberdayakan dan dipercaya dalam pekerjaan. Hasil tersebut juga dapat dimaknai bahwa dengan adanya pemberdayaan pegawai maka hasil dari pemberdayaan tersebut membuat keputusan dan tindakan pegawai menjadi berpengaruh dalam organisasi, namun secara keseluruhan pegawai cenderung kurang diberdayakan dan dipercaya dalam menjalankan pekerjaannya.
