The article reveals the content of conceptual approaches to the training of teachers identified by Ivan Ziaziun during his professional activities as Rector of Pedagogical Institute, the Minister of Education, Director of the Institute of NAPS of Ukraine. They are based on the methodological principles, the continuity and multi- levelness of pedagogical education in Ukraine. The Concept of Teacher Education (1998) and Conceptual Approaches to the Development of Multilevel Pedagogical Education in Ukraine (2011) states that the training of future teachers to educational and pedagogical action is determined by social and educational conditions and changes in the system of teacher education. The tasks of multilevel structure of higher pedagogical education are to meet a variety of cultural, educational, theoretical, practical, scientific, aesthetic, ethical and other demands of an individual and society, raising the general cultural, scientific and vocational training in response to the needs of modern society, and the market of educational work. In the structure of the substantive and content component of the teacher's professional training, ideas of psychological and pedagogical mechanisms of personal development, value content of special subjects and ways of their humanization, strengthening the professional orientation of special disciplines and the integrative function of psychological and pedagogical science as a source of development of new paradigms of psychological and pedagogical thinking in the system of education and upbringing are gaining special significance. A teacher trained to work in a personally developing pedagogical system must have reflexive pedagogical thinking, including a categorical apparatus of self-examination, self-expertise and self-control, the basics of individual style in the future authorial system of pedagogical action, self-developmental settings, dialogue, and perception of the person's world of the pupil. Conceptual approaches identified by Ivan Ziaziun are realities of life experience and have a close connection with life, so they need to be taken into account in the current conditions of reforming the system of vocational teacher training.

A teacher mastering a new paradigm needs professional support. In this case, it is recommended to create collective pedagogical action, in which all reflexive functions are performed by a teacher together with colleagues and educational technicians specialized in activity-based educational methods. The specific task of educational technicians is to follow semantic guidelines and normative frameworks of the above-mentioned pedagogical action. The reflexive position of educational technicians in relation to teaching means is that they should rely on activity-based learning and the corresponding principles of organizing and managing educational processes while supporting teachers. Thus, it is necessary to state that activity-based learning with its foundations, objectives, and methods has not acquired a comprehensive form for its popularization among school teachers. Currently, this paradigm is represented by a set of theoretical constructs from classical Russian psychology and a description of different educational experiments. The prerequisites for the training of educational technicians are associated with the application of the activity-based approach, which is the most developed in general education, for the training of educational technicians specialized in activity-based learning at institutions of higher education, including through the organization of quasi-professional activities. The study aims at considering various aspects of training educational technicians at institutions of higher education, including the specifics of the interim assessment. The authors of the article examine the corresponding literature on activity-based formats of professional training, as well as methods of forming educational events and outlining their content. The results obtained in the course of the study offer possible solutions to creating favorable conditions for the experimental and productive actions of future educational technicians. The novelty of the study is determined by a new approach to the training of educational technicians, which includes educational games having both diagnostic and reflexive potential.

Introduction. Self-isolation, accompanied by intensive inclusion in the digital information environment, has led to a deterioration in students’ psychological well-being and the emergence of information stress. Information stress is associated with the compulsive use of social networks, viewing aggressive news content, disseminating misinformation. The purpose of the study was to study the features of information behavior, psychological stability and ways to cope with information stress for Russian students during the COVID-19 pandemic. Study participants and methods. The sample consisted of 218 students from Moscow and Ivanovo aged 18 to 26 (M=19.5) (33% men, 67% women). A specially developed questionnaire was used to identify the features of students’ information behavior during the COVID-19 pandemic; to assess psychological stability and determine coping strategies in conditions of information stress, the methodology “Questionnaire of Coping Methods” (QCM) was used (R. Lazarus, S. Folkman, in Russian-language adaptation by T.L. Kryukova, E.V. Kuftyak, M.S. Zamyshlyaeva). Results and scientific novelty. The cluster analysis allowed identifying four types of students’ information behavior during the COVID-19 pandemic: phobic (20%), cognitive (45%), nihilistic (20%) and circulating behavior (15%). To a greater extent, in order to cope with information stress during the COVID-19 pandemic, student youth use constructive coping strategies for planning (xave = 58.5±21.7), positive reassessment (xave = 51.9±19.3), self-control (xave = 47.5±17.8), characterized by a purposeful analysis of the situation and possible behavior options, including the determination of personal development directions. Besides, a significant part of students resort to the use of destructive coping strategies of avoidance, confrontation, distancing, caused by negative experiences, leading to the circulation of unofficial information about the pandemic. Half of the respondents need social support. The regression analysis made it possible to identify predictors of psychological resistance (coping strategies) to information stress during the COVID-19 pandemic. Practical significance. The identified types of information behavior can be used in educational work with students and their psychological support in order to personalize the communicative impact, as well as in the monitoring system of students’ psychological state and their perception of risks, the level of awareness and trust in the information received, the adoption of established rules and the willingness to follow them.
