In the methodological and theoretical dimension, Gregory Vashchenko built his own unique model of education taking into account the experience of working with children and youth (future teachers), based on deep national traditions, true Christian Orthodox spirituality and the best achievements of domestic and foreign pedagogical science. The aim of the article is to study the methodological and theoretical tools for studying the pedagogical personality on the example of the outstanding Ukrainian teacher of the twentieth century Gregory Vashchenko. The results of scientific research make it possible to state that the study of pedagogical views and ideas, systematization of the concept of spiritual and moral education of youth in the legacy of G. Vashchenko should be based on the use of scientifically grounded methodological tools. The methodological approaches chosen for historical and pedagogicalresearch, which determined the course and strategy of our research (personal-biographical, phenomenological, hermeneutic, synergetic, paradigmatic, axiological) combined with the corresponding principles (principle of objectivity, comprehensive study of pedagogical processes and phenomena, historicism, unity of historical and logical, multifactorial and systematic research) as the fundamental principles of interpretation of personality.Thanks to the selected principles of scientific research, the role and place of G. Vashchenko in the historical and pedagogical process was determined by applying research methods: retrospective, chronological, personal-biographical, search-bibliographic, comparative, constructive-genetic, which allowed to investigate: factors influencing formation of the teacher’s worldview (the role of family, environment, creative and student environment); formation of scientific and pedagogical views, the basis of which was the Ukrainian national idea; development of the Ukrainian educational ideal and creation of the concept of spiritual and moral education of the Ukrainian youth); to single out the main periods, defining stages and directions of scientific-pedagogical and educational-cultural activity of the teacher.Thus, a set of methodological and theoretical means (approaches, principles, methods) of historical and pedagogical research was used to study the pedagogical personality of G. Vashchenko, which allowed determining the general direction, strategy of our work and solving the relevant tasks.

The family is a group of people or a group of people living in one household because of blood relations, marriage or other bonds, living together in a house headed by a family head and eating in a pot. They interact with each other, have their own roles and create and maintain a culture. The role of the family as the main educator in the family is claimed to work together to educate their children. The main role of the family in educating children is as a foundation for moral education and religious life. The nature and nature of children are largely derived from both parents and from other family members. Family environment is the first educational environment because in this family every individual or a child first get education and guidance. In providing education should pay attention to the development of children. The development of the child is a change in the child where the infinite development of the growing sense of growth, but in it also contains a series of changes that take place continuously and are fixed from the physical and spiritual functions of the individual to the stage of maturity through growth, maturation and learning , there are several periods of development that must be achieved by the child. Therefore the family has a very important influence in the period of child development in order to have a basic knowledge of the ethics and norms that prevail in the community against himself.

The advancement of European dress to the rest of the world was linked to the definition of civilization as “a stage of social development considered to be more advanced” and “polite and good-mannered”. The widespread of their fashion style in the 19th and 20th centuries influenced the way the rest of the world attire. The fashion trend and dressing style thus change the purpose of dressing through time. The dressing style in campuses especially in private institutions of higher learning is under particular scrutiny, as it is often said to be inappropriate for a learning environment. This study looked at the importance of moral education, and its role in implementing the dress code for students among university students especially between two types of university i.e. public university and private university. It looked on the dressing style of students, both male and female, and the factors that lead to their dressing pattern which is common among students. This study also advocated the students’ understanding of the content of dress codes in their learning institution and the role played by moral education in regard to dress code. The overall study highlighted students’ perception towards the implementation of the dress code and punishment in their learning institution. The methodologies used to carry out this study are questionnaires and interviews. This study will therefore ascertain the important of dress code among students at higher learning institution and the role of moral education in cultivating values in order to dress properly or decently. SUMMARY The recent extensive literature on exploration and the resulting scientific advances has failed to highlight the contribution of Austrian enterprise to the study of natural history. The leading role of Joseph II among the neutral powers which assumed the carrying trade of the belligerents during the American War of Independence, furthered the development of collections for the Schönbrunn Park and Gardens which had been set up on scientific principles by his parents. On the conclusion of peace, Joseph entrusted to Professor Maerter a world-encompassing mission in the course of which the Chief Gardener Franz Boos and his assistant Georg Scholl travelled to South Africa to collect plants and animals. Boos pursued the mission to Isle de France and Bourbon (Mauritius and Reunion), conveyed by the then unknown Nicolas Baudin. He worked at the Jardin du Roi, Pamplemousses, with Nicolas Cere, or at Palma with Joseph Francois Charpentier de Cossigny. The linkage of Austrian and French horticultural expertise created a situation fraught with opportunities which were to lead Baudin to the forefront of exploration and scientific research as the century closed in the upheaval of the Revolutionary Wars.

The science of life Ayurveda, not only deals with the prevention of diseases by maintaining health but also with the alleviation of diseases. In this ultra modern era due to change in lifestyles, sedentary works and food habits, people are unable to follow the Dinacharya and Ritucharya as explained in the classics, which may lead to different diseases. Due to improper postural habits, weight bearing and other unwholesome diets and habits there are higher the chances of discomfort and disease pertaining to spinal cord. Manyasthambha is one such condition that disturbs a big population due to today’s alterations in lifestyle. Here an effort is made to study and understand the role of Nasya Karma, Nasaapana and Shamanaushadhi like Vyoshadi Guggulu in the treatment aspect of this disease. Nasya Karma and Nasaapana provided highly significant results in all the symptoms of Manyasthambha. As per the clinical data, ‘Nasaapana is found to be more effective than Nasya Karma’. So it can be concluded that better results can be obtained with Shaddharana Yoga as Amapachana, Nasaapana with Mashabaladi Kwatha followed by Vyoshadi Guggulu as Shamanoushadhi.

This chapter reviews the degree to which empirical evidence demonstrates that families influence youth delinquency. Because they are most likely to be emphasized in life-course theories, this chapter focuses on parenting practices such as parental warmth and involvement, supervision and discipline of children, and child maltreatment. It also summarizes literature examining the role of children's exposure to parental violence, family criminality, and young (teenage) parents in affecting delinquency. Because life-course theories are ideally tested using longitudinal data, which allow examination of, in this case, the impact of parenting practices on children's subsequent behaviors, this chapter focuses on evidence generated from prospective studies conducted in the United States and other countries. It also discusses findings from experimental studies designed to reduce youth substance use and delinquency by improving the family environment.

This study looks at the educational experiences, from the preschool years to advanced professional training in STEM fields, of a targeted sample of 10 (7 male, 3 female) early college entrants in China who later became professors at prestigious USA research universities. The purpose of the study was to find out (1) what some identifiable endogenous factors were about these individuals that facilitated the success of their accelerated learning and development; (2) what kinds of exogenous factors (e.g., environmental opportunities, resources, support) they experienced from childhood to adulthood that enhanced the successful acceleration experience; and (3) how these endogenous and exogenous factors facilitated their developmental transitions every step of the way, especially from the role of a student to that of an aspiring scientist. These questions are addressed in light of evolving complexity theory. Retrospective interviews were used for data collection. Thematic analysis of the codes from interview data yielded a conceptual map. A distinct set of endogenous and exogenous factors at different developmental junctures were identified, and their dynamic interplay was delineated to account for accelerated trajectories toward a scientific research career. The theoretical significance and practical implications of the study for talent development in science are discussed.

AbstractAlbinism is the absence of pigmentation or coloration and is rarely found in nature. In this study we examined photos and videos obtained by cameras traps in the Legado das Águas Reserve. In the images, we identified two albino lowland tapirs. The results highlight the necessity of understanding the genetic diversity of lowland tapir populations and the important role of the professional photography associated with scientific research.

A search of the Cambridge Structural Database was conducted for pyridyl-substituted dithiocarbamate ligands. This entailed molecules containing both an NCS2− residue and pyridyl group(s), in order to study their complexation behavior in their transition metal and main group element crystals, i.e., d- and p-block elements. In all, 73 different structures were identified with 30 distinct dithiocarbamate ligands. As a general observation, the structures of the transition metal dithiocarbamates resembled those of their non-pyridyl derivatives, there being no role for the pyridyl-nitrogen atom in coordination. While the same is true for many main group element dithiocarbamates, a far greater role for coordination of the pyridyl-nitrogen atoms was evident, in particular, for the heavier elements. The participation of pyridyl-nitrogen in coordination often leads to the formation of dimeric aggregates but also one-dimensional chains and two-dimensional arrays. Capricious behaviour in closely related species that adopted very different architectures is noted. Sometimes different molecules comprising the asymmetric-unit of a crystal behave differently. The foregoing suggests this to be an area in early development and is a fertile avenue for systematic research for probing further crystallization outcomes and for the rational generation of supramolecular architectures.
