In the methodological and theoretical dimension, Gregory Vashchenko built his own unique model of education taking into account the experience of working with children and youth (future teachers), based on deep national traditions, true Christian Orthodox spirituality and the best achievements of domestic and foreign pedagogical science. The aim of the article is to study the methodological and theoretical tools for studying the pedagogical personality on the example of the outstanding Ukrainian teacher of the twentieth century Gregory Vashchenko. The results of scientific research make it possible to state that the study of pedagogical views and ideas, systematization of the concept of spiritual and moral education of youth in the legacy of G. Vashchenko should be based on the use of scientifically grounded methodological tools. The methodological approaches chosen for historical and pedagogicalresearch, which determined the course and strategy of our research (personal-biographical, phenomenological, hermeneutic, synergetic, paradigmatic, axiological) combined with the corresponding principles (principle of objectivity, comprehensive study of pedagogical processes and phenomena, historicism, unity of historical and logical, multifactorial and systematic research) as the fundamental principles of interpretation of personality. Thanks to the selected principles of scientific research, the role and place of G. Vashchenko in the historical and pedagogical process was determined by applying research methods: retrospective, chronological, personal-biographical, search-bibliographic, comparative, constructive-genetic, which allowed to investigate: factors influencing formation of the teacher’s worldview (the role of family, environment, creative and student environment); formation of scientific and pedagogical views, the basis of which was the Ukrainian national idea; development of the Ukrainian educational ideal and creation of the concept of spiritual and moral education of the Ukrainian youth); to single out the main periods, defining stages and directions of scientific-pedagogical and educational-cultural activity of the teacher. Thus, a set of methodological and theoretical means (approaches, principles, methods) of historical and pedagogical research was used to study the pedagogical personality of G. Vashchenko, which allowed determining the general direction, strategy of our work and solving the relevant tasks.

Social geography cannot be confined to a theoretical dimension, however necessary: it is expected to play an active role, to encourage encounters with social actors and stakeholders, to take on a dimension of public engagement. Even in Italy this dimension is increasingly important, as universities are placing a growing value on their so-called third mission. Social geography must then address the fundamental issue of participation and its techniques. In doing so, those who graduate in geography will also be able to claim an essential role in the management of decision-making processes and participatory planning. This paper explores some methods and approaches that younger geographers can use to build the ‘toolbox’ of their future profession, looking at a case study from the city of Palermo.

The paper examines communication and visibility (C&V) aspect in the operations of the EU Delegation in Saudi Arabia and the GFA Consulting Group. The author assumes that properly designed communication using adequate contents may significantly affect the EU external relations. To verify this statement, the twofold approach was used. First, through the lens of Soft Power and EU actorness, it looks into the theoretical dimension of the international relations and its possible links with communication process. Second, drawing on existing internal EU documents (Communication and Visibility in EU-financed External Actions – Requirements for Implementing Partners 2018 by the EU Delegation in Saudi Arabia, and Information and Communication Handbook for EU Delegations in the Third Countries and International Organizations, published in 20122) the paper offers analytical framework to explore the qualitative and quantitative nature of the online communication undertaken in social media platform both by the EU Delegation in Saudi Arabia and the GFA.

The processes of increasing production of inequalities on a global scale allow us to reaffirm that Social Work can contribute to their transformation, as long as it produces professional interventions that do not separate the theoretical dimension from practice, nor knowledge from doing. Within this framework, we propose an updated bibliographical review of the historical and conflictive link between social intervention and scientific research in Social Work. Taking the proposals of a set of diverse authors, we present a State of the Question where all the production collected on the subject is presented grouped according to three axes: the first refers to the productions that focus mainly on the diagnostic elaboration on the historical relationship between research and disciplinary intervention; the second, takes up those productions that propose definitions on the current relationship between both dimensions; the third axis addresses productions that emphasize research, highlighting the uniqueness of scientific research from Social Work, elaborating alternative proposals for its consolidation. Finally, this article concludes by recovering the main aspects that emerged during the study of the aforementioned literature, and proposes a series of reflections that allow us to imagine a different disciplinary task-knowledge.

The article is devoted to the phenomenon of communicative influence, where the main attention is paid to its theoretical consideration in linguistics. The purpose of our article is to consider the linguistic foundations of communicative influence in the theoretical aspect. The aim is to solve the following tasks: to find out the linguistic nature of the impact; outline the influential potential of language; identify the main factors that laid the foundation of the linguistic doctrine of communicative influence, consider the suggestions of language levels. The object of research was the phenomenon of communicative influence, and the subject was the linguistic component of communicative influence. The theoretical value of our intelligence lies in the deepening of knowledge about the features of communicative influence as a complex phenomenon, in particular the systematization of knowledge about the linguistic component. The practical significance lies in the fact that the obtained results can be used in teaching Vyshiv courses in modern Ukrainian (lexicology, morphology, syntax), stylistics, communicative and psycholinguistics, suggestive linguistics, theory of language communication and others. The close connection of all warehouse communicative influences is outlined ‒ physiological, psychological and linguistic, where the latter is the main, leading. Suggestions / suggestogens of language levels are considered and it is proposed to analyze them according to the degree of intensity of actualization of marked saturation. This word has been proven to be a powerful weapon of conscious / unconscious processes, as it has the ability to reflect and shape mental experience. Penetrating to the level of deep structures with the help of certain words, the addressee can detect the hidden mental processes reflected in the speech patterns of the addressee, and influence them. We see the prospects of the research in further in-depth study of the suggestions of each language level in influential discourses.

Licensed warehousing activities in the agricultural sector started with the Agricultural Products Licensed Warehousing Law No. 5300, which was enacted in 2005. It was opened with the support of the state, was developed with the published regulations and started to work under the leadership of the state. The importance of licensed warehouses has increased with the sustainable agriculture approach, which is among Turkey's 2023 Strategic Goals. In Turkey, their number has been increasing in recent years and the licensed warehousing system is of great importance in terms of agricultural products. In this study, the theoretical dimension of the licensed warehousing system and the producers delivering cereals to LİDAŞ operating in Kırşehir Mucur district were evaluated. The sample of the research consists of 70 producers who deliver products to LİDAŞ in the region. When the results obtained are examined, 61.40% of the producers cannot store, 45.70% keep their products at LİDAŞ for an average of 1-3 months, the most important support tool is withholding tax, 80.00% is pricing. It has been determined that LİDAŞ does not have any influence on the cereal planting decision of 60.00%. In addition, other problems of the producers, procedural problems, analysis fees, loading and unloading fees, warehouse rental fees and withholding costs create a negative situation for the producer. The real decline in the amount of support comes to the fore as negative thoughts about working personnel, low capacity in storage facilities and narrow product range to be stored. It can be said that the tendency towards licensed warehousing activities will increase with the solution of these problems.

The contract for the benefit of a third person is that atypical and absolutely impressive legal construction that has struggled to make its place in the laws of many states. The regulation of this type of contract was catalyzed by the practical necessity generated by the jurisprudence. This study represents an exemplary synthesis of the doctrinal-theoretical dimension of the contract issue for the benefit of a third person after the modernization of the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova. The practical aspects of the contract for the benefit of a third person are also approached, and a particularly important aspect is the analysis of the subject approached in the light of the new regulations of the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova.

The main types (subtypes) of the information activity and their results – the derived information products as the phenomena have been characterized. Information activity is represented as the controversial unity of peculiarly information and associate information components. Production, distributing, exchange, and consumer associate information activity, their individual attributes, and also the main types of derived information products as their result have been characterized. Representative, materializing, and processing subtypes are separated in the production associate information activity. The arrangement, functional-specific variation, and development of derived information products have been defined in the last subtype. The ideal and materialized derived information products have been distinguished as the special presentation forms of primary information products. The main types (subtypes) of ideal and materialized information products, in particular syntactic (text, digital, graphic, audial); semantic (signal, report, data, bulletin, announcement); continual-discrete (continual, discrete, continual-discrete) and their interrelations as well have been reviewed. Special features of distributing, exchange, and consumer associate information activity, their interaction with the production activity and with each other have been defined. Considering that and taking into account the place of information activity and its types in public production four forms of information economy (IE) have been defined. IE of the I form is the area of exclusively information activity; IE of the II form includes IE of the I form and the production of the information activity attributes in the other economic sectors; IE of the II form makes IE of the III form together with economic activity which attributes are the information products; in the IE of the IV form along with the IE of the II form all types of the economic activity are featured in which at least one of the information activity attribute is used.

The activity-knowledge noumenons of primary information and information-digital phenomena in the context of the theoretical dimension of information-digital economy in the conditions of modern co-revolution are theoretically considered. The cognitive origins and bases of the specified phenomena are examined. An information phenomenon or product is presented as a sign of a cognitive image of a cognizeable object. The general and special features of knowledge, knowledge-information, knowledge-concept and information products are determined. The main types of cognitive activity (integral-synthetic, cognitive, cognitive-informational, cognitive-conceptual, cognitive-informational, sensory-emotional, empirical-abstract, theoretical-abstract, applied) and their corresponding results (products) are characterized. A system of integral-synthetic as well as integral (sensory-emotional, empirical-abstract, theoretical-abstract, applied) and partial (visual, audible, tactile, olfactory, gustatory, etc.) primary information products as the results of the respective types of information activity is presented. The knowledge-information “chain” consisting of the corresponding knowledge and information products is presented. The basic principles of actual information activity are formulated, in particular: i) completeness of expression of real object in knowledge-information, knowledge-conceptual and information products; ii) the adequacy or conformity of the knowledge product to the real object, the knowledge-information product – the knowledge product, the conceptual and information products––the knowledge-information product; iii) rigid binding: a) to a certain layer of the object (object as a whole) corresponding to a single knowledge product; b) to the latter – the corresponding single conceptual product; c) to this product – the corresponding single information product. Quantitative evaluation of an information product on the basis of definition of degree of completeness of designation by this product (phenomenon) of the corresponding knowledge product (noumenon) is proposed.
