The main objective of this study is to answer the following questions. Is there a relationship between the principal's perception of the use of liquor by students with sports teams, school drama / music groups, and band / choir groups based on PISA 2018. The research method used is quantitative method. The data in this study uses PISA 2018 data that has been released to the public and has been permitted to be used for research development purposes. The population of this study were principals in schools where 15-year-old students were studying in 2018, while the sample was principals in schools where 15-year-old students took PISA tests in 80 countries. The reason for choosing the sample was the principal in the school where the student was taking the 2018 PISA test. The data in this study were in the form of a questionnaire that was answered by principals in 80 countries, namely 20811 principals from 80 countries. Based on the results of the multiple regression analysis, the results show that there is a relationship between the principal's perception of the use of alcohol by students with sports teams, school drama / music groups, and band / choir groups based on PISA 2018 (P <0.000). The reliability of the instrument is 1.00 higher than the reliability of the person = 0.04. The conclusion is that statistically there is a relationship between the principal's perception of the use of alcohol by students with sports teams, school drama / music groups, and band / choir groups based on PISA 2018. These results indicate that the lower the use of alcohol and drugs in students at school, the more successful the school sports team, school drama/music group, and school band/choir group or vice versa.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Mudharabah Financing, Murabahah Financing and Mudharabah Savings on Return On Assets (ROA) of Indonesian Sharia People's Financing Banks for the 2015-2020 period. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. The data used is secondary data. In this study, the analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the analysis of this study, it can be seen that partially Mudharabah Financing has a negative and significant effect on Return On Assets, Murabaha financing has a positive and significant effect on Return On Assets and Mudharabah Savings has a positive and significant effect on Return On Assets at Indonesian Islamic People's Financing Bank for the 2015 period. -2020 and simultaneously Mudharabah Financing, Murabahah Financing and Mudharabah Savings have a significant effect on the Return On Assets (ROA) of Indonesian Sharia Rural Banks for the 2015-2020 period. It is expected that the Indonesian Islamic People's Financing Bank will further improve its performance by minimizing financing risk and increasing the amount of third party funds so that its profitability growth is maximized.

The present study investigated the practice of school-based sport in private schools in Curitiba-PR, between 1980 and 1990, by means of interviews with technicians, athletes and sports managers who experienced the phenomenon during this period were interviewed. The research is qualitative in nature and the research method used was true Oral History. From the analysis it was noticed that a good part of the schools of Curitiba of the time maintained sports teams of income; the context of the Curitiba school sport was a kind of metaphor of professional sport; there was a hegemony of collective sports; the feminine sport sedimented in the memory of the interviewees was gymnastics; the teams were highly valued within the colleges; school teams participated in national and international championships; despite the character of income, there was already a difference of the sport practiced in clubs; some educational institutions were partnering with sports clubs.

Traffic Police Polresta Banjarmasin improves the public services. The public services improvement depend on The Performance. The performance is influenced by traning, competency, compensation, and work motivation. To analyzing and to know the influence  of those variables to the performance need the research in police lalu lintas Polresta Banjarmasin.  Quantitative method is used in the research. The population is all members of the police. They are 90 persons. Technique of sampling is census. This research sample  63 person. The data collection technique is questioner. Data is analyzed by linier regression analysis.    The results of this research shows that traning, competency, compensation, and work motivation have influence significantly to the performance partially. Traning, competency, compensation, and work motivation are need to improve because these variables have influence significantly to the performance improvemet

The purpose of the study was to determine the influence in public perception, brand image and quality services to buying interest at PT. Asuransi Raksa Pratikara Jakarta. The research method is descriptive qualitative research method, data collection is done by using a questionnaire to respondents insurance customers Raksa Pratikara. Hipotesis used are H0 1 Hyphotesis allegedly there is influence between the public perception of the insurance buying interest. H0 2 Hyphotesis, allegedly there is influence of brand image with the insurance buying interest. H0 3 Hyphotesis, allegedly there is influence between service with the insurance buying interest raksa. Model of analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis by SPSS-17 approach in processing the data. From these result it can be concluded that partial public perception, brand image and services positive and significant impact on the insurance buying interest Raksa Pratikara. R square value of 0.65 which means that the influence of variable public perception, brand image and service affect the insurance buying interest by 65 percent and the remaining 35 percent influenced by other factors. In partial assay result t1 count is greater than t table which means that people’s perceptions significantly influence buying interest insurance, text result t2 count is greater than t table which means the brand image significantly influence buying interest insurance Raksa Pratikara and t3 count is greater than t table service which means a significantly effect on the insurance buying interest Raksa Pratikara

This research was conducted at PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera with the formulation of the problem in this study is whether work experience affects employee performance, whether career development affects employee performance, and whether work experience and career development affect employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method with a sample of 32 people who are employees of PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera and the data collection technique used is questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are multiple regression analysis. The result of the regression that works experience influenced employee performance and career development influenced employee performance. The main purpose of this study is to find out  the perceptions about Mathematics that confuse and anxious 2015 TIMSS participants in Australia, Indonesia, and Singapre. The data in this study is the 2015 TIMSS data that has been released to the public and has available  for development purpose research. The research method used is quantitative method. The population of this study is students' perceptions of Mathematics subject that confuse and worry students aged 15 years in three countries who are studying in 2015, while the sample is 15-year-old students’ perceptions  in these countries. The data in this study were in the form of questionnaires which were answered by 16599 students from these three countries. Based on the results of the analysis of variance, there is a significant difference (P <0,000) on students' perceptions about mathematics subject that confuse and worry students in these three countries (Sig. 0,000). The reliability of students' abilities is the same, Australia = 0.74, Indonesia = 0.75; and Singpura = 0.75. The conclusion is most students in these three countries stated "disagree a lot" about mathematics make students confuse and worry.

Researchers took and used all populations to be sampled using the method of multiple linear regression analysis and simple. The results showed that 1). Together leadership and communication greatly affect the performance of employees at PT. DKI Jakarta Regional Office BPJS Employment,      2). That leadership influences employee performance at PT. DKI Jakarta Regional Office BPJS Employment. 3). The results showed that communication affects the performance of employees at PT. DKI Jakarta Regional Office BPJS Employment.</span></em>

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect the sharia banking in channeling funds in the period January 2012 to December 2016, both partially and simultaneously. The data used are secondary data, with four independent variables namely DPK, SBIS Return, PUAS, and Inflation Rate which were obtained from official website of Bank Indonesia and OJK, as well as financing data of shariah bank as dependent variable obtained from the official web of Bank Indonesia. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method by using multiple linier regression analysis technique. The result of the research shows that the four factors in this study, namely DPK, SBIS Return, PUAS, and Inflation Rate, partially as well as simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the channeling of Islamic bank funds.

This study aims to determine the influence of Leadership and Innovativeness on Business Performance at PT. Bahtera Bestari Shipping. This research method using quantitative method. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to 100 employees of PT. Bahtera Bestari Shipping Shipping then data processed with SPSS program, after which the data is analyzed by using regression analysis. The results showed that there was an influence between Inovativeness and business performance of 69.2%. For the Leadership variable itself does not have an impact on business performance due to a decrease in the variables. The results of the analysis show that the influence between leadership and innovation variables on business performance where the company must develop innovation to develop the company's performance in order to maintain the company in the era of globalization competition in the world of shipping so that the company is able to diversify at international level.

This research aims to find out The Influence of Gender, Financial Award, and Professional Recognition toward Career Selection as an Accountant on Accounting Students in the College of Gorontalo Province. The research method is a quantitative method. The samples are 74 students of department of accounting in the final year of study. The sampling technique is a simple random sampling. The technique of data analysis uses multiple regression analysis. The findings show that partially variable of gender influences negatively and not significantly on career selection as an accountant, variable of financial award influences positively and significantly on career selection as an accountant, and variable of professional recognition influences positively but not significanlty on career selection as an accountant. Meanwhile, simultaneously variable of gender, financial award, and professional recognition influences positively and significantly on career selection as an accountant. Variable of gender, financial award, and professional recognition are able to explain career selection as an accountant on accounting students as much as 53,5%. While the rest of 46,5% is able to be explained by other variables exclude from this research.
