The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Supervision of Employee Performance at PT. Yusen Logistics Solutions Indonesia, both partially and simultaneously. Data analysis in this study used the SPSS 22 program, namely by using the classic assumption test, simple and multiple regression analysis, simple and multiple correlation analysis, and hypothesis testing and f test. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The results showed a positive and significant effect between standard operating procedures (SOP) on employee performance partially, with a significance value of 0.020 <0.05 and a calculated T value of 2.394> T table 1.676. While supervision of employee performance partially has a significance value of 0.999> 0.05, a significance value of greater than 0.05 and a calculated T value of 0.001 <T table 1.676 so that it does not have a significant effect. From the results of simultaneous calculations (together) between variables Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Supervision of Employee Performance has a value of 0.004 <0.05 and F value of 6.061> F table 3.18 means that the data shows that there is a positive influence and significant .. R Square value of 0.195, this implies that the influence given by the variable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Supervision of Employee Performance by 19.5%.

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is an instrument that contains the processes and procedures of an activity based on a standard that has been standardized. This study determined the effect of the application of standard operating procedures on the effectiveness of financial services, especially at IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo. This research used a quantitative approach, with data collection methods through tests, questionnaires, and interviews. Data analysis was conducted to test the effect of the tested variables, namely the application of SOP (X) to IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo financial services (Y). The results showed that the application of SOP conducted at IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo influenced financial services at IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo. In its implementation, the SOP implemented at IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo has made financial services easier and more directed.

This research is performed using census research method. In this research , the population is all employees of 32 people in the Regional Inspectorate of Padangsidimpuan. The data analysis technique used is descriptive and quantitative analysis. The results show that employees in the Office of the Regional Inspectorate of Padangsidimpuan have direct monitoring by a category quite good. It can also be seen from the quality, quantity, use of worktime and employee cooperationFrom the research that has been conducted at the Regional Inspectorate of Padangsidimpuan, there is a positive relationship between direct monitoring with the employee 's performance. The results of single regression analysis also shows a positive influence of the variable direct monitoring to the employee performance . If an increase in direct monitoring, the employee 's performance will increase as well. It can be concluded that the direct monitoring contributes to employee performance variables in the Regional Inspectorate Padangsidimpuan of 99.36 %.

ABSTRACT The act of catheterization in patients with urinary elimination disorders must be based on science and carried out in accordance with the installation sequence or fixed procedure. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to nurses' compliance in the implementation of standard operating procedures for urethral catheter placement in Ambon Living Resources Hospital. The analytical descriptive design with cross sectional study was used. The population is all nurses who provide nursing services in the Emergency Room and inpatient rooms of Ambon Life Sources Hospital, which number a population of 40 nurses. Sampling using total sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 40 people. There is a correlation between knowledge with nurses 'compliance in the implementation of fixed catheter installation procedures with values (p = 0.013), there is a relationship between attitudes and nurses' compliance in the implementation of fixed catheter installation procedures with a value (p = 0.000), there is a long working relationship with compliance nurses in the implementation of fixed catheter installation procedures with a value (p = 0,000). It is expected that nurses can apply and run in nursing practice regarding compliance with running a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for catheter insertion. Keywords: Knowledge, Attitude, Length of Work, SOP Catheter

The objectives of this research are to know and to analyze about the effect of Continuous Improvement on the performance of employees at PT. Rentang Buana Niagamakmur (PT.RBN) Tasikmalaya. Research method which applied in this research is survey research method, while data collecting technique is done by through questionaire. Sampling technique applies sample is accidental sampling technique and the size sample is 55 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in the study is simple regression technique, analysis of the coefficient of determination  and t test. The results showed that the Continuous Improvement  including both criteria, including employee performance criteria, as well as Continuous Improvement  has a positive influence on employee performance of 76,4% in PT . Rentang Buana Niagamakmur (PT.RBN) Tasikmalaya.

The purpose of this study is to identify and understand the factors that can influence the intention to purchase through trust, price, and service quality on consumers Bhinneka.com. This research uses quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents Bhinneka.com. Data analysis method used in this research is simple and multiple regression analysis. The result shows that the three variables used have a positive influence on intention to purchase variable. The most dominant variables in explaining the variation of intention to purchase are service quality variable of 35.5%, the price of 17.2%, and trust of 24.6%. Providing compensation to employees is important for every company, including PT INTI to retain qualified employees today and in the future. PT INTI is a company whose primary based as telecommunication contractor located in Bandung. This study was conducted to determine the effect between direct financial compensation variables and indirect financial compensation toward employee performance. This research uses the descriptive method and data analysis with the path and regression analysis. The result of this research is a descriptive condition of direct and indirect financial compensation in PT INTI in the reality of 2008 is not good based on continuum line where the average percentage is 30,21% where employee expectation to incentive and celebration of the holiday is large. In addition, the simultaneous test shows that there is no linear relationship between direct compensation and indirect compensation for employee performance at PT INTI. In this study, there are results that contradict the theory which states that the higher the level of training and motivation, the employee's performance should increase.  In this study, training had no effect and motivation had no positive effect. This study aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance in Kopiloka 3.0.  The population in this study were all employees at Kopiloka 3.0, which amounted to 15 people with a sample of 15 people using saturated sampling.  The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS 24 software, which consisted of data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. By using multiple regression analysis, the results of the study show that training has no effect on employee performance.  Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.  Simultaneously (together) the independent variables of training and motivation have an effect on employee performance.

Abstract: Employee performance is very important for an organization to achieve its goals. This study aims to analyze the influence of work culture, on employee performance, leadership on employee performance, work discipline on employee performance, compensation on employee performance and work culture, leadership, work discipline, compensation on employee performance at PT. KAI Daop 5 Purwokerto. The study population is all employees of PT. KAI Daop 5 Purwokerto as many as 623 employees. Determination of sample size with Slovin formula obtained by 86 respondents. The data used is the primary data obtained from the questionnaires distributed to respondents.Tehnik data analysis used is a quantitative approach. The data of the research were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: Work culture affect the performance of employees means that if the work culture increases then the performance of employees will increase. Leadership affects the performance of employees means that if the existing leadership is conducive to work then the performance of employees will increase, work discipline does not affect the performance of employees means employees who discipline work high and employees who work discipline less have the same performance height, Compensation effect on the performance of meaning if the compensation increases then employee performance will increase, work culture, leadership, work discipline and compensation together affect the employee's performance, meaning that if work culture, leadership, work discipline and compensation together increase the employee performance will increase. Keywords: Working Culture, Leadership, Work Discipline, Compensation, Employee Performance. Abstrak: Kinerja pegawai merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi organisasi untuk mencapai tujuannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya kerja, terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dan budaya kerja, kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. KAI Daop 5 Purwokerto. Populasi penelitian adalah semua karyawan PT. KAI Daop 5 Purwokerto sebanyak 623 orang karyawan. Penentuan ukuran sampel dengan rumus Slovin diperoleh sampel sebanyak 86 responden. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada responden.Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Budaya kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai artinya apabila budaya kerja meningkat maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai artinya apabila kepemimpinan yang ada sangat kondusif untuk bekerja maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat, Disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai artinya pegawai yang disiplin kerjanya tinggi dan pegawai yang disiplin kerjanya kurang memiliki kinerja yang sama tingginya, Kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja artinya apabila kompensasi meningkat maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat, Budaya kerja, kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan kompensasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, artinya apabila budaya kerja, kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan kompensasi  secara bersama-sama mengalami peningkatan maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat. Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) The correlation between self esteem and bullying behavior, (2) The correlation between conformity and bullying behavior, (3) The correlation between self esteem and conformity towards bullying behavior. The subjects of this research were 86 students on VIII grade of SMP Barunawati Surabaya, who are selected using population sampling technique. Data were collected using likert scales of self esteem, conformity, and bullying behavior. Data analysis technique of this research using multiple linier regression analysis. Results of this research are: (1) self esteem has a significant correlation towards bullying behavior with a negative correlation, can be seen from the significance value 0,000 and regression coefficientt -0,526, (2) conformity has a significance correlation towards bullying behavior with a positive  correlation that is shown from the significance value 0,003 and regression coefficientt 0,321, (3) Rsquare value 0,301 means that 30,1% variations on bullying behavior is influenced of self esteem and conformity, the other variable that has a value of 69,9% is caused of other variable that is not measured in this research. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan: (1) Hubungan antara harga diri dengan perilaku bullying, (2) Hubungan antara konformitas dengan perilaku bullying, (3) Hubungan antara harga diri dan konformitas dengan perilaku bullying. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Subjek pada penelitian ini ialah 86 siswa kelas VIII SMP Barunawati Surabaya yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik sampel populasi. Data skala harga diri, skala konformitas dan skala perilaku bullying diperoleh menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah uji analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) harga diri memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan perilaku bullying dengan arah hubungan yang negatif, dapat dilihat dari signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dan koefisien regresi -0,526. (2) konformitas memiliki hubungan yang signifiksn dengan perilaku bullying dengan arah hubungan  positif yang dapat dilihat dari signifikansi sebesar 0,003 dan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,321. (3) nilai Rsquare sebesar 0,301 artinya sebesar 30,1% variasi pada perilaku bullying dipengaruhi oleh harga diri dan konformitas, sisanya sebesar 69,9% disebabkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diukur dalam penelitian ini.
