The importance of entrepreneurship in society is not just to make improvements and changes in quality of life community, but also also proven to play a significant role in realizing the quality of the people and the nation. This study aims to determine the factors that determine the success of entrepreneurs in entrepreneurs in the city of Medan. This study uses quantitative research methods through the provision of questionnaires using predetermined indicator indicators in addition to extracting information through in-depth interviews. The results of the study show that lifestyle variables influence the success of an entrepreneur. In addition, lifestyle variables have a significant effect onsuccess variables entrepreneurial. So, the hypothesis is acceptable, namely the existence of partial lifestyle influences onsuccess intentions entrepreneurial. The results of partial tests explain that psychological capital variables (X2) have a positive effect. In addition, psychological capital variables have a significant effect onsuccess variables entrepreneurship. So, the hypothesis can be accepted, namely the influence of psychological capital partially onsuccess intentions. entrepreneurialThat individual talent variable (X3) has a positive effect and individual talent variables influencesuccess. entrepreneurIndividual talent variables have a significant effect onsuccess variables entrepreneurship. So, hypothesis 3 is acceptable, that is, the influence of individual talents partially on theintention to succeed  entrepreneur's.

Abstrak. Pesatnya pertumbuhan penduduk dan tingginya perkembangan pembangunan, menyebabkan banyaknya kawasan yang beralih fungsi menjadi kawasan yang bukan peruntukan yang sesuai yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah termasuk ruang terbuka hijau (RTH) yang berfungsi untuk menunjang kualitas hidup masyarakat di dalam suatu kota baik dari segi lingkungan maupun kesehatan. Pesatnya perkembangan suatu kota tentu banyak menarik minat masyarakat untuk pindah menuju kota tersebut, semakin meningkatnya jumlah penduduk tentu juga meningkatkan kebutuhan akan oksigen. Untuk itu Kota Bireuen dituntut mampu menyediakan RTH untuk mengimbangi kebutuhan oksigen masyarakat kota itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung ketersediaan RTH yang direncanakan di dalam RDTR Kota Bireuen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada lah metode deskriptif dengan teknik survai. Sedangkan analisis kecukupan RTH menggunakan rumus berdasarkan luas daerah dibagi dengan RTH yang tersedia. Hasil perhitungan analisis RTH di dapat bahwasannya RTH Kota Bireuen sebesar 46,96%.Kata Kunci: Bireuen, RTH, RDTR Abstrack. The rapid growth of population and the high development of the developmental, causing the number of areas that switch functions to areas that are not appropriate designation established by the government including green open space (GOS) that serves to support the quality of life of people in a city both in terms of environment and health . The rapid development of a city would attract many people to move to the city, the increasing number of people of course also increases the need for oxygen. For that Bireuen City is required to provide GOS to compensate for the oxygen needs of the people of the city itself. This study aims to calculate the planned GOS availability in the DSP of Bireuen City. The method used in this research is descriptive method with survey technique. While the analysis of GOS adequacy using the formula based on the area divided by the available GOS. The calculation result of GOS analysis can be that the GOS of Bireuen City is 46.96%.Keyword: Bireuen, GOS, DSP

The progress of this online transportation company certainly depends on the quality of service provided to its customers. Companies engaged in online-based transportation service providers are required to provide good service to their customers in order to satisfy their customers. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in using online taxibike services in Karawang. The research method used is quantitative research methods with non-experimental research design. Sampling in this study was carried out by using a quota sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 384 respondents. The method of data collection was carried out using service quality instruments with 57 valid items and customer satisfaction instruments with 29 valid items. Based on the Cronbach Alpha formula, the reliability coefficient of the service quality instrument is 0.978 and the customer satisfaction instrument is 0.907, which means that these two scales are very reliable. The results of the data analysis show that there is a positive effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in using online taxibike services in Karawang. This means that the better the quality of service provided by online taxibike service providers in Karawang, the higher customer satisfaction. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination show that service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction by 1.7%, while the other 98.3% are influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The suggestions for further research are examining other variables that can affect customer satisfaction, such as service quality and price.Keywords: Service quality, customer satisfaction, online taxibike Kemajuan perusahaan transportasi online ini tentunya bergantung pada kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan untuk para pelanggannya. Perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa penyedia transportasi berbasis online dituntut untuk memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada pelanggannya agar bisa memuaskan pelanggannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dalam menggunakan layanan ojek online di Karawang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian non-eksperimental. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel kuota. Adapun jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 384 responden. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen kualitas pelayanan sebanyak 57 item sahih dan instrumen kepuasan pelanggan sebanyak 29 item sahih. Berdasarkan rumus Alpha Cronbach diperoleh koefisien reliabilitas instrumen kualitas pelayanan sebesar 0,978 dan instrumen kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 0,907, yang berarti kedua skala ini sangat reliabel. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dalam menggunakan layanan ojek online di Karawang. Artinya semakin baik kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan penyedia jasa layanan ojek online di Karawang maka semakin tinggi kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 1,7%, sedangkan 98,3% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Adapun saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya yaitu meneliti variabel-variabel lain yang dapat memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan misalnya kualitas jasa dan harga.Kata Kunci: Kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan pelanggan, ojek online

The City

Well-designed of an urban park is one of the best ways to achieve the city sustainable development and contributes to the quality of life in many ways. Central to this argument is the claim that the variables need to be considered and thus, this research was conducted to assess the quality of urban park by empirically evaluating through behavioral competencies and psychological well-being from the model of Lawton’s Quality of Life. A quantitative research method was employed for the research with 138 respondents in Taman Lembah Bukit SUK, Shah Alam. Results confirm that the urban park provides the potential for psychological well-being, but it often underutilized and attract the aged of 19-50 years old of a user group.

Each person's life pattern depending on the personalities are different from other individuals while life model is characterized by the same criteria: human individuality, human vital activity, an individual's ability to carry out those activities, activities influencing factors (biological, psychological, socio – cultural, environmental, political – economical), the individual's life expectancy. Optimizing the life quality of people with disabilities are three very important indicators which develops others to personal self-awareness, self-development and self-expression: integration into society, socialization and self-realization. Social Care House goal – to ensure the rational and efficient network of services that fully meet the needs of residents and allow full integration into community. Using music therapy techniques can be developed auditory and visual perception, language sharpness, motion flexibility and coordination and body control what can be applied meaningfully and efficiently in everyday life, at the same time as helping for a person to adapt in the environment and facilitating persons near communication. Object of research – individuals with moderate to profound intellectual disability optimization the quality of life through music / art therapy techniques. The quality of life (QOL) is a subjective matter that diversely defined by scholars. Since 1930s researchers from various fields have expressed their interest in the definition of QOL especially on the methods of investigation and measurement of QOL. Over more than four decades, Malaysia has made remarkable achievements regarding its economic growth as well as its socio-economic development. Numerous factors have been identified that may influence the quality of life of the people according to their personal preferences. For example, the perception or the satisfaction on the quality of an engineer may differ from an individual working as a teacher. Hence, how an individual measures their own quality of life can be different between another. The definitions and the method of assessing quality of life among communities are numerous and varied. This article assessed the perception of respondents on the quality of life among communities living in Selangor. The research objectives are to identify the current living condition in Selangor and to assess the level of satisfaction towards the living condition by the respondents living in Selangor. The study used quantitative research method where 500 respondents living in Selangor were surveyed and the questionnaire for the study comprises of questions on the satisfaction of living condition within the respondent areas. The preliminary analysis identified that the perception on the quality of life are significantly influenced by the respondent’s socio-economic background. Recommendation such as improvement in the physical conditions and continuous maintenance of the surrounding area within the neighbourhood were highlighted by the community as methods to improve the current living standard towards a better quality of life of the communities.

<p class="AbstractText">Nowadays, when the fast-paced world is presented almost everyone's life, the role of the rest and the recreation is gettting more emphasized. It becomes more important to the people where, with whom and in what kind of circumstances they are willing to spend their free time, and how much money they are willing to pay for it. They can find recreation in countless type of tourism, depending on they wish to spend their rest actively or passively. The growing demand of tourism infers the growing supply of tourism and diversity too. Parallel to this the needs of the people who want to relax increase. In case of a tourist destination it is more and more determinative how they can offer various types and quality of services for their guests how they can cooperate in the region in the area or in the same settlement with other service-units, who can even be their competitors. Mórahalom in Hungary is a good example for that where the cooperation between the several service-units is exemplary. That is why I choose my research’s topic: analyzing the Thermál Panzió in Mórahalom. The accommodation service is an area where services are used by all age-group regardless of age and gender. Thus, the target group could include almost everybody. The purpose of my work is to examine the importance of the Thermál Panzió, on the other hand, to do the interrelation and relationship testing among the guests of the pension. The latter is done after the results of my quantitative research among the guests in the pension in 2013. My research focuses on three aims</p><p class="AbstractText">A1: To examine the coverage -, the requisition of the offered services-, the price-value ratio of the rooms-, and the family-friendly nature of the Thermál Panzió among the guests.</p><p class="AbstractText">A2: To map the relationship of the pension’s guests and Mórahalom (visiting of the city, knowledge of attractions).</p>A3: Examination of the guests of the Thermál Panzió (with whom, with what, and when they arrived).

Abstract In our paper we deal with both the theoretical and methodological aspects of our research, which focuses on the quality of life in cross-border regions. The aim of the paper is to draw on the methodological system for assessment of the quality of life in those regions, taking into consideration both the objective and subjective dimension. The first part of the paper contains the use of qualitative methods when assessing the quality of life, which, in our understanding, are not sufficiently applied in the process of assessment of quality, not only in the field of Geography. We also focus on the definition of the key terms related to our work, such as ‘quality of life, border and border-region/neighbour’. The main emphasis of our work lies in the formulation of the theoretical and methodological model of the quality of life assessment in the cross-border regions. The methodological outline of researching this issue is presented in the chart. The scale of the region is a key element we take into consideration, since it is significant when choosing the appropriate method of life quality assessment. We also distinguish between the application of both the qualitative and quantitative research methods on various scales. In our opinion, the representation of the qualitative methods in research should increase with the increase in the scale of the area researched. In the conclusion we provide selected outcomes of our research at various scales, which confirm the validity of our theoretical basis, since we came to various findings, depending on the scales researched.

 A presente pesquisa objetivou analisar a percepção dos atletas de esporte paralímpico acerca da influência da prática esportiva para a inclusão social. Para isso, contou-se com a participação de 19 atletas das modalidades Bocha, Basquete em Cadeira de Rodas e Vôlei Sentado da cidade de Maringá-PR/Brasil. Como instrumento de pesquisa, optou-se pela entrevista não estruturada. Os dados coletados foram analisados com base nos pressupostos da análise de conteúdo e organizados com auxílio do software NVivo. Evidenciou-se que o esporte e seus desdobramentos, a partir da visão dos atletas paralímpicos, contribui significativamente com a qualidade de vida e convívio social entre os pares, o que pode gerar alguns indicativos para o processo de inclusão social. Nesse sentido, conclui-se que o envolvimento com o esporte paralímpico não contribui diretamente com a inclusão social dos sujeitos, uma vez que as relações interpessoais em sua maioria ainda permanecem restritas as pessoas com deficiência, porém, destaca-se que tal ação possibilita ganhos pessoais ímpares para a vida dos atletas.  Abstract: The research aimed to analyze the perception of Paralympic sport athletes about the influence of sports practice for social inclusion. For this, 19 athletes from Bocce, Wheelchair Basketball and Sitting Volleyball from the city of Maringá-PR participated. As a research instrument, opted for the unstructured interview, with the data collected and analyzed based on the assumptions of the content analysis and organized with the aid of the N Vivo software. It was Evidenced that the sport and its unfolding contribute to the quality of life and inclusion of the people involved, however, the inclusion is carried out in certain spaces and among people with disabilities. It is concluded with this, that the involvement with the Paralympic sport does not contribute to the social inclusion of the subjects, even contributing to gains for the athletes' lives.  Resumen: El estudio tuvo como obje the Paralympic sport does not contribute to the social inclusion otivo analizar la percepción de las personas con discapacidad involucradas en el deporte paralímpico sobre la influencia del deporte para la inclusión social. Para ello participaron 19 deportistas de Bochas, Baloncesto en Silla de Ruedas y Voleibol Sentado de la ciudad de Maringá-PR. Como instrumento de investigación se optó por la entrevista no estructurada, con los datos recolectados y analizados en base a los supuestos del análisis de contenido y organizados con la ayuda del software N Vivo. Se hizo evidente que el deporte y sus consecuencias contribuyen a la calidad de vida e inclusión de las personas involucradas, sin embargo, la inclusión se realiza en determinados espacios y entre personas con discapacidad. Se concluye con esto, que la implicación con el deporte Paralímpico no contribuye a la inclusión social de los sujetos, contribuyendo incluso a ganancias para la vida de los deportistas.

Electronic waste is growing at an alarming rate in Dhaka City which would be harmful for the environment and the people of the city if it is not properly managed. This study aimed to explore consumers’ knowledge, attitude, and practice towards electronics waste manage facility of Dhaka city. The Present study follows quantitative research methods and collects data in the way of purposive sampling technique. Every city dweller uses electronic equipment in his house or office for daily activities. Although 100% of people are involved in e-waste generation but they (actually 73.5%) have no proper knowledge about the management of electronic wastes. On the other hand, approximately 96.8% citizens believe that there is a lack of proper management of electronic waste in the city. Again, nearly 95.2% would like to be involved in setting up a responsible and safe recycling scheme in the city area to get rid of from the detrimental effects of the electronic wastes. Of them, about 79% consumers are willing to get involved their selves into proper e-waste management facility by setting up a responsible and safe recycling scheme for the betterment of future generations and minimizing present socio-eco-environmental threat.

Objectives: To describe the current situation of health human resources and medical examination and treatment activities of the Central Endocrine Hospital 2015-2020. Research methodology: Cross-sectional descriptive study combining quantitative research methods (secondary data) and qualitative research (in-depth interviews) with 21 employees working at the Central Endocrine Hospital Results: The ratio of medical staff / hospital beds of the hospital is currently 0.95 lacking compared to the regulations # 08; Administrative and managents staff at the time of the study accounted for 23.24% higher than the prescribed rate; The ratio of doctors / other professional titles (nurses, technicians) is 1 / 2.2, lower than the regulation; The ratio of university pharmacists / doctor is 1/10, meeting the standards; The ratio of university pharmacists / secondary pharmacists is 1 / 1.7, lower than prescribed; The rate of female staff is 65.0% higher than that of men, 35%. The number of medical services, inpatient treatments and surgery all tend to increase from 2015 to 2019. Conclusion: The people’s need for medical examination and treatment is increasing, leading to the increasing workload, the hospital is overloaded. Hospitals need to develop a plan to supplement human resources to suit the scale and structure to better serve the health care activities of the people.
