Digital Marketing Mix is one of the elements used as a tool for marketing the products toward consumers with an effort to stimulate interest in each consumer to make a purchase. The research is conducted to determine the effect of the application of digital marketing mix to the purchase intention of train user through KAI ACCESS mobile application. This research method is descriptive quantitative. As for the sampling used is probability sampling with simple random sampling type, which the number taken 100 respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The result of research that is, digital marketing mix variable simultaneously influence the variable of purchase intention. The digital marketing mix is positively influential and significant to the variable of buy interest, where the contribution of 93.32%, the rest of 6.7% is the influence of other factors. The conclusion obtained that the factors that influence the purchase intention of train users from the digital marketing mix are Product, Promotion, Price, Person, Process, and Physical Evidence, while Place is not. The advice given to the company is to maintain the elements of the digital marketing mix considered good by consumers. Keywords: digital marketing mix, purchase intention.

This study aimed to determine the effect of the marketing mix and social factors on the decision of the students who chose the Faculty of Medicine, University Non-XYZ. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Proportional sampling using stratified random sampling of 250 respondents using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that the variables of product, pricing and social factors positive and significant impact on the decision-making college students of the Faculty of Medicine, University Non-XYZ. Two other variables, location, and promotion of positive and not significant. While physical evidence and no significant negative effect on a student's decision lecture at the University of XYZ.

This research aims to give an overview about administrative reform taxation, taxtation knowledge and compliance taxable enterpreneur for VAT purposes (PKP) descriptively, and whether there is or not an influence of administrative reform taxation and taxtation knowledge towards compliance taxable enterpreneur for VAT Purposes on KPP Pratama Cibeunying Kaler. Data used in this research was primer data collected by using questionnaire which was distributed to respondents. Respondent in this research is PKP listed on KPP Pratama Cibeunying Kaler. Amount of samples obtained as many as 49 PKP taken by method Simple Random Sampling from 96 PKP as a population. As for the research method used was descriptive method and associative. While the data analysis method is in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result of this research shows that tax administrative reform taxtation and taxtation knowledge both partially and simultaneously positive and significant effect to compliance Taxable Enterpreneur for VAT Purposes on KPP Pratama Cibeunying Kaler.

This study aims to analyze the influence of kiai leadership on umana' performance and the effect of salary satisfaction on umana' performance partially, as well as the influence of kiai leadership and salary satisfaction on umana' performance simultaneously. This type of research uses a field research method (Field Research) with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study used the Simple Random Sampling technique to 51 respondents. This study uses statistical analysis consisting of classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the kiai's leadership has a partially significant effect on umana' performance with a sig. t = 0.003 < = 0.1. Salary satisfaction has no partial effect on umana' performance with a sig value. t = 0.762 > = 0.1. The kiai's leadership and salary satisfaction have a simultaneous effect on umana' performance with a sig. f = 0.004 < = 0.1.

<em>This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of PT. Kao Indonesia. The population in this study amounted to 300 employees. By using the Slovin formula a sample of 75 employees was obtained. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach, data for this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out by respondents who had been determined. The data analysis method used is a simple and multiple linear regression analysis method. The research results partially show that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneously leadership variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kao Indonesia.</em>

This study aims to determine the effect of the service marketing mix on consumer decisions to visit the Tanjung Karang coastal tourism object in Donggala Regency. The independent variables used in this study are product / service, price, place, promotion, person, process, and physical evidence. While the dependent variable is the decision to visit (Y). This type of research is quantitative. The research method is descriptive causal. The sample used in this study were 80 respondents with the sampling form using accidental sampling technique. Multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the service marketing mix simultaneously consisting of products, prices, places, promotions, people, processes, and physical evidence has a significant effect on the decision to visit the Tanjung Karang coastal tourism object in Donggala Regency. And partially there is no relationship between product variables, prices, places, promotions, people, processes, and physical evidence. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bauran pemasaran jasa terhadap keputusan konsumen berkunjung pada objek wisata bahari pantai Tanjung Karang Kabupaten Donggala. Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah produk/jasa, harga, tempat, promosi, orang, proses, dan bukti fisik. Sedangkan variabel dependen adalah keputusan berkunjung (Y). Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Metode penelitian adalah deskriptif kausal. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 80 responden dengan bentuk pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Metode analisis regeresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara serempak bauran pemasaran jasa yang terdiri dari produk, harga, tempat, promosi, orang, proses, dan bukti fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung pada objek wisata bahari pantai Tanjung Karang Kabupaten Donggala. Dan secara parsial tidak ada hubungan antara variabel produk, harga, tempat, promosi, orang, proses, dan bukti fisik.

ABSTRACTThis research aims to identify  he influence of quality of academic service owned by the Prodi Administration Business toward consumer satisfaction batch 2013. This research used quantitative descriptive method. The type of data required for research is the primary data and secondary data. Sampling done by the method of probability sampling type of simple random sampling with 72 responden. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of T test here are two variables that effect i.e. variable Responsivenss (responsiveness) and Tangible (physical evidence), while variable Reliability (reliability), Assurane (Assurance) and Emphaty (empathy) does not affect the satisfaction of the students. The puspose of this study to know effect of taxation socialization and tax sanctions on compliance reporting annual taxpayer personal taxpayer. Population in this research is all personal taxpayer registered at KPP Pratama Surakarta amounted 104,192 taxpayer. The sample was taken by using simple random sampling method as much as 100 respondents. The technique of analysis in this study using classical assumption test techniques and using multiple linear regression analysis test. The results of this study indicate that the socialization of taxation and taxation sanctions simultaneously affect taxpayer compliance. Partially taxation and taxation sanctions partially affect the taxpayer compliance of individuals registered at KPP Pratama Surakarta.Keywords: Socialization of taxation, Tax Sanctions, Taxpayer Compliance

There is an indication of the low employee morale as indicated by the increasing of employee absenteeism at PT. Angkasa Pura Support (Logistic Department). The company will always have to keep employee morale high to indirectly achieve the company goals. The population of this research is PT. Angkasa Pura Support employees (Logistic Department). The sample amount of this research is 50 respondents, while research method uses random sampling method. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis to test the effect of salary variable, job condition, job safety and promotion to employee morale at PT. Angkasa Pura Support (Logistic Department) Sultan Hasanuddin Makassar Airport. The test result showed that t test is 2.110 > t table in 95% confidence interval (α = 5%) and DF = 50, which is 2.009. This means that t count > t table, 2.110 > 2.009, shows that the effect of the promotion variable (X4) to the employee moral of PT. Angkasa Pura Support employee (Y) is positive and significant.

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Marketing Mix (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, and Physical Evidence) on the Consumer Purchasing Decisions. The method used in this study is a quantitative method that is done through the stages of data collection, interpretation of data and appearance of results. Data collection techniques in this study are to use questionnaires. The population in this study was all people domiciled in Kupang City who had used online taxi bike of GrabBike. The technique sampling in this study using Non Probability Sampling with the method of Accidental Sampling, the sample used was 100 respondents .This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the Product has a significant influence on the Consumer Purchasing Decisions, the Price has a significant influence on the Consumer Purchasing Decisions, the Place has no influence on the Consumer Purchasing Decisions, the Promotion has no influence on the Consumer Purchasing Decisions, the People has  no influence on the Consumer Purchasing Decisions, the Process has a significant influence on the Consumer Purchasing Decisions, and the Physical Evidence has a significant influence on the Consumer Purchasing Decisions. The simultaneous test results in this study revealed that all Marketing Mix variables affect the Consumer Purchasing Decisions.
