ABSTRACTThis research aims to identify  he influence of quality of academic service owned by the Prodi Administration Business toward consumer satisfaction batch 2013. This research used quantitative descriptive method. The type of data required for research is the primary data and secondary data. Sampling done by the method of probability sampling type of simple random sampling with 72 responden. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of T test here are two variables that effect i.e. variable Responsivenss (responsiveness) and Tangible (physical evidence), while variable Reliability (reliability), Assurane (Assurance) and Emphaty (empathy) does not affect the satisfaction of the students. The result of this research was based on the F-test is the quality of service which consists of Reliability (reliability), the Responsivenss (responsiveness), Assurane (Assurance), Emphaty (empathy) and Tangible (physical evidence) take effect simultaneously and significantly to student satisfactionKeywords : Service quality, student satisfaction  ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan akademik yang dimiliki oleh Prodi Administrasi Bisnis terhadap kepuasan mahasisiswa angkatan 2013. Penelitian ini mengkaji kualitas pelayanan dengan menggunakan Model SERVQUAL dan IPA (Important Performance Analysis) pada Jurusan Tarbiyah STAIN Gajah Putih. Dimensi pelayanan yang digunakan yaitu : Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Mixed Method dengan Model Sequential Explanatory, jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 1576 mahasiswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Simple Random Sampling menggunakan Rumus Slovin dengan jumlah sampel berjumlah 94 mahasiswa. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan menggunakan Skala Likert. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat tiga atribut layanan yang mempunyai kategori yang harus mendapatkan perhatian khusus, sembilan atribut layanan yang berkategori layanan yang baik tetapi mempunyai tingkat prioritas yang rendah, sepuluh atribut layanan yang berkategori atribut layanan yang mempunyai harapan dan persepsi yang rendah serta empat atribut layanan yang mempunyai kategori kinerja yang baik  dan telah melampui harapan dari para mahasiswa. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, SERVQUAThis study examines the quality of service using the SERVQUAL and IPA Models (Important Performance Analysis) at the STAIN Gajah Putih Tarbiyah Department. The dimensions of the services used are: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy. The research approach used was Mix Method with Model Sequential Explanatory, the number of population in this study amounted to 1576 students with sampling techniques using Simple Random Sampling using Slovin Formula with a total sample of 94 students. The data used are primary data using a Likert Scale. Based on the results of the study there are three service attributes that have special attention categories, nine service categories that are categorized as good but have a low priority level, ten service attribute categories that have low expectations and perceptions and four service attributes has a good performance category and has exceeded the expectations of the students.Keywords : Service Quality, SERVQUAL And IPA

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, service quality, and perceived price and its implication towards student satisfaction in Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang (UMT). This research is quantitative in nature. Both primary and secondary data were obtained from various source such as journals. Primary data were gathered using questionnaire which were distributed to the target respondent. The population consists of active students from Faculty of Engineering and Faculty of Economy actively studying in 2017 using a purposive sampling. Total sample of 100 students were obtained. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 23. The research found that the brand image, service quality and perceived price are affecting students satisfaction of Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang. Researcher suggests UMT to improve their brand image, also to improve administration services and lecturer quality. In addition UMT shall adjust their tuition costing structure to win the competition in pricingPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Citra Merek, Kualitas Layanan dan Persepsi Harga Terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa di Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang (UMT). Penelitian bersifat kuantitatif dan bersifat explanatory, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan kuesioner dan dokumen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa dari fakultas teknik dan fakultas ekonomi yang aktif berkuliah pada tahun 2017. Metode pengambilan sample menggunakan metode probability sampling dan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 10% berjumlah 100 mahasiswa yang diambil sebagai responden. Data yang terkumpul dianalisa menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa Citra Merek, Kualitas Layanan dan Persepsi Harga secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa di UMT. Peneliti menyarankan UMT perlu meningkatkan citra merek, dan juga melakukan peningkatan di kualitas staf administrasi dan pengajar. Selain itu UMT perlu meninjau kembali biaya perkuliahan yang dikenakan ke mahasiswa agar dapat meningkatkan daya saing

This study aims to find out the influence of the quality of services, people, processes and physical evidence on the decision to purchase mining services by PT Berau Coal to PT BUMA. In this study, data collection was carried out through survey methods by distributing questionnaires to respondents within the company organization PT Berau Coal starting from the position of supervisor /engineer to general manager. The number of samples taken in this study was 50 people. Thetechnique sampling used in this study is Simple Random Sampling. Data analysis method uses multiple regression analysis with SPSS 23.0. The results of data processing show that the variable quality of services, people, processes and physical evidence affect the decision to purchase mining services. Parameters for testing the effect of service quality on service purchasing decisions show a t value of 3.191 (sig = 0.003), the influence of people on the decision to purchase services shows a t value of 2.341 (sig = 0.024), the effect of the process on the decision to purchase services shows a t value of 2.400 ( sig = 0.021), and the effect of physical evidence on the decision to purchase services shows a t value of 2.797 (sig = 0.008).

Jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Simple Random Sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan SPSS 23.0. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas layanan, orang, proses dan bukti fisik mempengaruhi keputusan untuk membeli jasa penambangan. Parameter untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas layanan pada keputusan pembelian layanan menunjukkan pada nilai 3,191 (sig = 0,003), pengaruh orang pada keputusan untuk membeli layanan menunjukkan pada nilai 2,331 (sig = 0,024), efek dari proses pada keputusan untuk membeli layanan menunjukkan pada nilai 2.400 (sig = 0,021), dan pengaruh bukti fisik pada keputusan untuk membeli layanan menunjukkan pada nilai 2,797 (sig = 0,008).Keywords : Quality of services, people, processes and physical evidence, service purchasing decisions

Universitas Islam Nusantara (UNINUS) currently manages the Faculty Teacher Training and Education Science (FKIP), with increasing number of  students each year. However, the increase in students has not been fully supported by an increase the quality of learning. This study aims to know about e-learning and quality of learning, and also to analyze was there any influence from e-learning to quality of learning at FKIP UNINUS at Bandung City. The method used is descriptive and verification. The sample was 100 college students of FKIP UNINUS at Bandung City. The sampling technique used simple random sampling (SRS). Analysis using linear regression analysis. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the e-learning is in the high category, while quality of learning is in the medium category. In addition, the obtained findings that e-learning has positive and significant impact on quality of learning at FKIP UNINUS Bandung. Thus, e-learning needs to be improved because it has proven to be able to increase the quality of learning at FKIP UNINUS Bandung.

Abstrak- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: pengaruh bukti fisik terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, pengaruh keandalan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, pengaruh daya tanggap terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, pengaruh jaminan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, pengaruh empati terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, interaksi pengaruh bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 151 responden dari 243 responden siswa, ditentukan oleh rumus Yamane (1967), sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Simple Random Sampling. Uji instrumen pemeriksaan dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan uji hipotesis (uji F dan uji t). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari hasil uji F-test, lima dimensi kualitas yang sama untuk kepuasan mahasiswa di Fakultas Ilmu Komputer (Y). Dari hasil perhitungan t-test terbukti bahwa variabel reliability (X1), responsiveness (X2), asuransi (X3) dan tangible assets (X5) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen (Y), sedangkan variabilitas empati (X4) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen Y). Dari hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square) menghasilkan nilai 0,145, yang berarti bahwa pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat adalah 14,5%, sedangkan sisanya 85,5% dari variabel lain dipengaruhi di luar lima variabel bebas. Kata kunci: Kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan mahasiswa, pendidikan Abstract- This study aims to determine:the influence of physical evidence on student satisfaction, the influence of reliability on student satisfaction, the influence of responsiveness to student satisfaction, influence of guarantee to student satisfaction, student satisfaction, interaction of influence of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy toward student satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research with survey approach. The sample used was 151 respondents from 243 respondents students, determined by the formula Yamane (1967), while the sampling technique using Simple Random Sampling method. Test the examination instrument using validity test, reliability test and classical assumption test. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression with hypothesis test (F test and t test). The results showed that from the F-test results, the same five dimensions of quality for student satisfaction at the Faculty of Computer Science (Y). From t-test result, it is proved that the variable of reliability (X1), responsiveness (X2), insurance (X3) and tangible assets (X5) have significant effect on dependent variable (Y), while empathy variation (X4) has no significant effect on the dependent variable Y). From result of calculation of coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) yield value 0,145, which means that influence of independent variable to dependent variable is 14,5%, while the rest 85,5% from other variable influenced outside five independent variable. This study aims to determine and explain the effects of both the simultaneous and partial quality of tertiary institutions, locations and costs on college decisions at IAIN Surakarta. Type of quantitative research, the source of the data comes from respondents (Primary Data) and from Surakarta IAIN documents (Secondary Data). This study took the population of 2018 semester 2 students of IAIN Surakarta and a sample of 100 people taken randomly from all faculties (Random Sampling). Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the quality of tertiary institutions, location and cost have a simultaneous and significant effect on college decisions at IAIN Surakarta as evidenced by the Sig 0,000 and Fcount of 28,984. In the t test of quality, location and cost have a positive and significant effect on college decisions at IAIN Surakarta with a quality value of Sig 0,000 and tcount of 4,627, location values of Sig 0,001 and tcount of 3,541 and cost of Sig of 0.009 and tcount of 2,667. Based on the coefficient of determination test contributed 45.9% to the decision of college at IAIN Surakarta while the rest are other factors outside this study. In modern era every one in the family exposed to western culture they prefer to order foods from favourite restaurants through online applications like swiggy, Zomato, food panda etc., Generally, people consume food from hotels which takes a lot of time for it delivery. The time factor will be more when people going to restaurants and buy foods and cost will also be more. This study is conducted to study the consumer satisfaction towards online food ordering using online applications, how it bridges the gap between the consumer and the hotels. In this study an attempt has been made to analyse the factors influencing consumers to buy food through food ordering applications and their satisfaction level towards those applications. Sample of 45 has been selected on the basis of simple random sampling. Questionnaire has been used to collect primary data from the respondent. SPSS has been used to test statistical viability of the study.

The management of zakat should apply transparency, accountability and good amil competence in order to gain public trust in zakat management institutions. This study seeks to answer how the effect of transparency, accountability and amil competence on the trust of muzakki in Baitul Mal Aceh as a government agency that manages zakat in Aceh. Data collection using a questionnaire that was distributed to 100 muzakki selected by simple random sampling method. Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted to examine the effect of transparency, accountability and amil competence on muzakki's trust. The results showed that transparency, accountability and amil competence had a positive and significant effect on the level of muzakki's trust in Baitul Mal Aceh, both simultaneously and partially. Baitul Mal Aceh is expected to improve the quality of transparency, accountability and amil competence to maintain the trust of muzakki in order to realize the optimization of the collection of zakat funds in Aceh.

Digital Marketing Mix is one of the elements used as a tool for marketing the products toward consumers with an effort to stimulate interest in each consumer to make a purchase. The research is conducted to determine the effect of the application of digital marketing mix to the purchase intention of train user through KAI ACCESS mobile application. This research method is descriptive quantitative. As for the sampling used is probability sampling with simple random sampling type, which the number taken 100 respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The result of research that is, digital marketing mix variable simultaneously influence the variable of purchase intention. The digital marketing mix is positively influential and significant to the variable of buy interest, where the contribution of 93.32%, the rest of 6.7% is the influence of other factors. The conclusion obtained that the factors that influence the purchase intention of train users from the digital marketing mix are Product, Promotion, Price, Person, Process, and Physical Evidence, while Place is not. The advice given to the company is to maintain the elements of the digital marketing mix considered good by consumers. Keywords: digital marketing mix, purchase intention.
