The sequence realizations technological operations of cutting and stamp wood of soft breeds is described. Modes of cutting in technological processes and receptions of increase of their efficiency are given. Processes of spinless division it must be carried out according to strictly regulated rules of the receiving stage quality of the processed surfaces and productivity we will. Offer special method of tension of the cutting disc. The vibration damping pad during the cutting process allows you to improve the quality of surface treatment. In stamping processes, it is invaluable to maintain the set temperature, the holding time under pressure and assign the required value of the contact pressure these external factors were identified experimentally.

Abstract. Vibration during turning is a consequence of premature tool wear and an increase in the roughness of parts. The designs of tool bits that increase their durability, reduce vibrations arising during the cutting process, and improve the quality of processing are of practical and scientific interest. Existing developments of vibration-damping bits with elastic damping inserts of constant rigidity, in which a holder or mandrel with a cut-off insert is installed, do not meet the requirements for the efficiency of vibration reduction due to the impossibility of the necessary vibration damping; the consumption of insert materials is high. Innovative designs of tool bits with inserts formed by semi-inserts with different rigidity are proposed, which allows improving the quality of processing by increasing the efficiency of vibration damping, reducing material consumption, because the length of the semi-inserts is less than half the length of the full insert. The tool bits can be used in the area of cutting materials, mechanical engineering and tool manufacturing.

The title of this study is the Strategy of Increasing Consumer Food Loyalty in CurupCity, Rejang Lebong Regency (Case Study in "Henvian" Typical Food Industry). Thisresearch is based on the importance of strategies in increasing business and consumerloyalty to products sold.Strategies to increase business and consumer loyalty can bedone with a SWOT analysis. Place of this research is the "Henvian" shop that sellstypical Rejang lebong food. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative.Informants in this study were people who were considered to know for certain about theHENVIAN Specialty Food Store in Curup City, Rejang Lebong Regency. The dataanalysis technique used in this study is a SWOT analysis to determine the strengths,weaknesses, opportunities and threats in a typical Rejang Lebong food business.By using SWOT analysis techniques that consist of strengths (weakness), weaknesses(weakness), opportunities (opportnity) and threats (threath). The results of this studycan be concluded that the internal factors that are the strength of the marketing strategyare the quality of the product that is good at a price affordable to the public andtourists, service that is friendly and responsive to consumer needs, as well astechnological advancements that facilitate the promotion of business. Internal factorsthat are a weakness are often lack of stock, there are some products that do not meet thestandard packaging, the product shelf life is short, employees do not use uniforms.External factors that become opportunities are a fairly high economic community,abundant raw materials while external factors that are a threat are the manycompetitors, an unstable economy, the price of basic needs increases. Based on theresults of the SWOT analysis of internal and external factors, the strategy used is toimprove product quality by improving the appearance of packaging and quality ofcontent and quality of service by providing uniforms to employees and providingstandards of service to consumers. .Keywords: Strategy, Consumer Loyalty, SWOT

Huge rectangular ingots becomes crying needs in the condition of lots of heavy plate mills more than 5m have been in operation. In this paper, a special method of wind cooling outside mould has been presented and applied to produce 60t rectangular ingot. Mathematical simulation results tell us that by wind cooling, the solidification time of the 60t ingot can be shortened by 67 minutes, internal soundness can be ensured. The wind cooling process can obviously improve microstructure and preventing skull patch by increasing the thickness of solidified shell. A 60 tons huge rectangular ingot is successfully produced by wind cooling, the surface quality of is very well and the internal soundness should be improved further.

Vacuum diffusion bonding of as-extruded AZ61 magnesium alloy was investigated according to atomic diffusion theory. The effects of the diffusion temperature and holding time on the quality of the bonding joint are investigated by means of microstructure analysis, shearing strength test and microhardness testing. The shearing test results showed that the maximum shearing strength reached 51.95MPa with the temperature of 470°C and the holding time of 90min. And the diffusion temperature and holding time have a great effect on the quality of the bonding joints. The microhardness measurement results showed that the microhardness value at the bonding joint was maximum.

Based on the molecular dynamics (MD) theory, in this article, we made a simulation study on titanium nanometric cutting process at different cutting depths, and analyzed the changes of the cutting depth to the effects on the work piece morphology, system potential energy, cutting force and work piece temperature in this titanium nanometric cutting process. The results show that with the increase of the cutting depth, system potential energy, cutting force and work piece temperature will increase correspondingly while the surface quality of machined work piece will decrease.

In recent decades, the world has undergone a demographic transformation with a rapid growth of the elderly population, resulting in an increased demand for funds to maintain their health and drug consumption. Pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic changes occurring in the elderly can interfere directly in the adverse effects of drugs and increase the risk of intoxication. In addition, there are external factors interfering with the pharmacotherapy of the elderly, such as inappropriate use and the lack of access to information. Many therapeutic classes of drugs should be used with caution or avoided in the elderly population, such as anti-inflammatory and some anti-hypertensive drugs, diuretics and digitalis. If not managed carefully, these medicines can affect the safety and quality of life in the elderly. Thus, the aim of this review was to identify drugs that should be used with caution in elderly patients in order to avoid intoxication and/or adverse drug events.
