This study aims to find out how much the influence of Career Development, Communication and Work Stress simultaneously and partially to the employee performance. Methods of data collection through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 80 employees. The analysis method used is correlation and multiple regression analysis.The result of research obtained by Partial Test (t test) is obtained: (a) There is a significant influence between career development on employee performance (b) There is significant influence between communication to employee performance, (c) There is significant influence between stress (d) There is significant influence simultaneously between career development, communication and work stress on employee performance. And based on Determination coefficient test (R2) the value is 0,525. This shows that the percentage contribution of career development, communication and job stress variable to work performance variable is 52.5%, 47.5% is influenced by other variables outside this research.Finally the authors suggest companies should pay attention to career development, communication and stress on employees because it can improve the process in work that can lead to the achievement of results or target companies.

The purpose of this study is 1. To analyze work motivation on employee performance 2. To analyze work performance with employees 3. To analyze employee performance at Pizza Hut Merr Surabaya. This research is quantitative research. The population and samples were distributed by 47 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis used is the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of the study showed the effect of the Intrinsic Motivation Variable (X1) on employee performance (Y) showed a significant amount of 0,000. And Job stress variable (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) shows no significant value of 0.083.The results of this study indicate that compared to work stress, intrinsic motivation has a stronger dancer on employee performance at Pizza Hut Merr Surabaya.

The purpose of this article is to determine work stress, and job satisfaction with the current performance of employees. The results of this article are: (1) Job Stress and job satisfaction directly have a significant effect on employee performance; (2) Job Stress negatively affects employee performance, which means that the higher the level of work stress the employee will have a negative impact in improving employee performance at this time; (3) Job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance meaning that the higher the level of job satisfaction will have a positive impact in improving employee performance. This study aims to determine how much influence job satisfaction, emotional intelligence, and job stress at PT. Padang Broad Bay. The method of collecting data through surveys and distributing questionnaires. The sample was 144 respondents and the analytical method used was regression analysis and correlation analysis. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, the equation Ŷ = 21.790 + 0.256X1 + 0.615X2 - 0.482X3 is obtained. There is a positive and significant effect between job satisfaction (X1) on employee performance (Y), with a tcount of 3.697 or a significantly smaller level than alpha (0,000 <0.05). Then there is a positive and significant effect between emotional intelligence (X2) on employee performance (Y), with a tcount of 8.426 or a significantly smaller level than alpha (0,000 <0.05). Furthermore, there is a negative and significant effect between work stress (X3) on employee performance (Y), with t -3,697 or a significant level smaller than alpha (0,000> 0.05). Finally there is a significant influence between job satisfaction (X1), emotional intelligence (X2) and work stress (X3) together on employee performance (Y) there is also a strong relationship between each of these variables with a fcount of 75,486 or a significantly smaller level from alpha (0,000 <0.05).

This study aims to determine the effect of work conflict, work stress and work motivation on employee performance in advanced Hardware in Madiun. The hypothesis proposed in this study is; (1) It is suspected that Work Conflict has positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in Advanced Hardware Madiun, (2) Suspected Work Stress has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance in Advanced Hardware Madiun, (3) Suspected Work Motivation has positive and significant effect on Employee Performance Advanced Hardware Madiun and (4) Allegedly Work Conflict, Job Stress, Work Motivation have positive and significant influence together on Employee Performance in Advanced Hardware Madiun. The population in this study were 64 employees at the Advanced Hardware Madiun Electronics Section. The sample used is Saturated Sampling means that all members of the population used as samples from this study were all employees of Advanced Hardware Madiun Electronics Section, totaling 64 employees. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results showed that; (1) Work Conflict has a positive effect (2,830) and significant effect on Employee Performance in Advanced Hardware Madiun, (2) Job Stress has a positive effect (2,513) and significant effect on Employee Performance in Advanced Hardware Madiun, (3) Work Motivation has a positive effect (2,152) and significant Employees at Advanced Hardware Madiun, and (4) Work Conflict, Job Stress, and Work Motivation have a positive effect of 5.164 and significant jointly on Employee Performance at Advanced Hardware Madiun.

The study aims to analyze and prove the hypothesis regarding the effect of work discipline and work stress on employee performance through mediating job satisfaction. Case studies were carried out on Indomobil Nissan-Datsun Solobaru employees. Sampling uses census sampling techniques. All respondent populations were sampled with 55 people. Data analysis technique using PLS with WarpPLS 6.0 program. The findings of this study, namely work discipline and work stress have a significant influence on the positive direction of job satisfaction. Job stress and job satisfaction have a significant effect on the positive direction of employee performance. Work discipline does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction is able to be a mediator variable in perfect influence of work discipline on employee performance. Job satisfaction is able to become a variable mediator partially the influence of work stress on employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and work discipline on employee performance at Manggarai Station, South Jakarta. The type of research used is probability sampling with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study used a simple random sampling technique. The data obtained are primary data from the results of respondents' answers to questionnaires distributed by 115 respondents and processed using the SPPS (Statistic Product and Service Solution) software program 17. In the f test the variable Job Stress and Work Discipline together (simultaneous) affect the Employee Performance. The results of the study show that in the t test (partial) the Job Stress variable negatively affects Employee Performance and Work Discipline variables have a positive effect on Employee Performance. The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the influence of job work stress, self-efficacy, and creativity on the employee’s performance of the Regional Public Service Agency at RSUD Djasamen Saragih Pematangsiantar. This research is explanatory, namely research that aims to explain the relationship between variables that have been determined as variables to be studied. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used is quantitative descriptive using multiple linear regression. The population in this research was 72 employees. The number of samples in this research was 72 employees with saturated sampling data collection techniques. The result showed that work stress, self-efficacy, and creativity significantly affect the performance of BLUD employees at RSUD Djasamen Saragih Pematangsiantar. The partial test showed that self-efficacy and creativity variable has positive and significant on employee performance of BLUD employees at RSUD Djasamen Saragih Pematangsiantar. In contrast, the work stress variable has negative and significant on employee performance. BLUD employees at RSUD Djasamen Saragih Pematangsiantar. Creativity is a dominant variable influencing employee performance at RSUD Djasamen Saragih Pematangsiantar

Abstract: This study aims to determine the level and relationship between work stress variable with employee performance at PT. CJ CheilJedang Feed Kalimantan. Sampling using nonprobability sampling technique is by incidental sampling type which means that sampling does not give equal opportunity or opportunity for every member of the population to be selected as sample and sample determination based on chance to meet the researcher with the respondent. And to determine the number of samples using a Slovin formula so as to obtain a minimum number of 90 (ninety) respondents out of 116 (one hundred and sixteen) populations assisted with SPSS computer application program to obtain relevant analysis results. The results of the research analysis showed that the level of job stress on employee performance is low but not very low. And the relation between work stress and employee performance got insignificant result because correlation analysis more than 0,05. Keywords: work Stress, Job Performance, correlation Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat dan hubungan antara variabel stres kerja dengan prestasi kerja karyawan pada PT. CJ CheilJedang Feed Kalimantan.  Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling yaitu dengan jenis incidental sampling yang artinya pengambilan sampel yang tidak memberi peluang atau kesempatan sama bagi setiap anggota populasi untuk dipilih menjadi sampel dan penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan bertemu peneliti dengan responden. Dan untuk menentukan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus dari Slovin sehingga mendapatkan jumlah minimum 90 (sembilan puluh) responden dari 116 (seratus enam belas) populasi dibantu dengan program aplikasi komputer SPSS untuk mendapatkan hasil analisis yang relevan. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat stres kerja terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan tergolong rendah namun tidak sangat rendah. Dan hubungan antara stres kerja dengan prestasi kerja karyawan mendapatkan hasil yang tidak signifikan karena hasil analisis korelasinya lebih dari 0,05. Kata kunci : : Stres Kerja, Prestasi Kerja, hubungan

Job performance is as a result of work has been accomplished person from his behavior in carrying out work activities. There are several factors that affect the achievement of which stress and career development. Stress may contribute incorrectly or damaging the work performance. In simple terms this means that the stress potential to disrupt the implementation of the work. In addition to job stress, career development is also a matter that affects job performance. Career development needsto be done in a planned and sustainable. With the opening of the career opportunities are accompanied by a realistic career goals and reasonable could lead to a satisfactory performance. Both of these need to be considered by PT. Jasa Marga (Persero)Tbk Branch Belmera in terms of improving performance. This study aimed to determine the effect of work stress on work performance, to determine the effect of job stress and career development to job performance. Data collection techniques in this study using a study of documentation, interviews and using a questionnaire.
