The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the influence of job work stress, self-efficacy, and creativity on the employee’s performance of the Regional Public Service Agency at RSUD Djasamen Saragih Pematangsiantar. This research is explanatory, namely research that aims to explain the relationship between variables that have been determined as variables to be studied. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used is quantitative descriptive using multiple linear regression. The population in this research was 72 employees. The number of samples in this research was 72 employees with saturated sampling data collection techniques. The result showed that work stress, self-efficacy, and creativity significantly affect the performance of BLUD employees at RSUD Djasamen Saragih Pematangsiantar. The partial test showed that self-efficacy and creativity variable has positive and significant on employee performance of BLUD employees at RSUD Djasamen Saragih Pematangsiantar. In contrast, the work stress variable has negative and significant on employee performance. BLUD employees at RSUD Djasamen Saragih Pematangsiantar. Creativity is a dominant variable influencing employee performance at RSUD Djasamen Saragih Pematangsiantar

This study aims to determine how much the relationship between Organizational Culture and Work Stress on Employee Performance at Pt. Nusantara Bonded Zone (Persero) North Jakarta. The purpose and research is to obtain a systematic description of organizational culture and stress as independent variables and performance as included variables, verificatively aims to test the hypothesis with statistical calculations. In this study using descriptive and verification research methods. The population in this study were employees of PT Kawasan Berikat Nusantara (Persero) which was planned to be 104 people divided into several divisions and positions. The sample used in this study is saturated sample, saturated sample is also often interpreted as the maximum sample, because added no matter how much will not change the population representation. In the research sample, all employees who work at PT Kawasan Berikat Nusantara (Persero). The types of data used by researchers in research on the influence of organizational culture and work stress on performance are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques conducted by researchers are, questionnaire interviews, observation. Berikat Nusantara (Persero). Organizational culture contributes partially by 15.6% to performance. Meanwhile, work stress contributed partially by 9.7% to performance. Because 15.6% is greater than 9.7%, it can be stated that the Organizational Culture variable contributes more to performance than the Work Stress variable. The effect of the simultaneous influence of Organizational Culture and Work Stress on Employee Performance at PT Kawasan Berikat Nusantara (Persero) is 25.3%. The development of world life, in general, encourages people to move towards the era of globalization which increasingly demands an increase in the standard of order in various ways.This research is a descriptive study, with a qualitative approach, the data used are primary and secondary data, with interview, observation, and documentation data collection techniques, while the data analysis method uses descriptive analysis, because in this study the author describes the leadership style and employee performance at College.The results of the study indicate that the leadership style in the economics faculty at a university is a selling leadership style because in the economics faculty the task is very high and the relationship is also very high and the leadership always provides direction and explains the results of decisions. And also the leadership style at the Faculty of Economics because his leadership puts forward good relationships and high examples and very maximum and optimal tasks.Employee performance can be said to qualify as a good employee because the employee has been conducting in the accordance job description of each and they also work following the standards of quality, quantity, and time standards set by the faculty. However, in terms of working time discipline, more serious attention must still be needed. This can be seen in the data obtained by researchers.

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and work discipline on employee performance at Manggarai Station, South Jakarta. The type of research used is probability sampling with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study used a simple random sampling technique. The data obtained are primary data from the results of respondents' answers to questionnaires distributed by 115 respondents and processed using the SPPS (Statistic Product and Service Solution) software program 17. In the f test the variable Job Stress and Work Discipline together (simultaneous) affect the Employee Performance. The results of the study show that in the t test (partial) the Job Stress variable negatively affects Employee Performance and Work Discipline variables have a positive effect on Employee Performance. The objective of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture and commitment to employee performance at the Education Office of Pematangsiantar City. This study used literature and field research designs. The research method used was the causality method with a quantitative approach. The type of data used in this study was qualitative data and quantitative data. The data sources consisted of primary data and secondary data. The population and sample used in this study were 81 permanent employees. The data collection was carried out by questionnaire, interview and documentation. The analysis technique used was qualitative descriptive and quantitative descriptive analysis consisting of multiple linear regression, correlation test and determination and hypothesis tests. The results of this study concluded that the organizational culture, commitment and employee performance were good. Besides, the organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and placement on employee morale and performance of Regional Secretariat of Rokan Hulu Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and placement on morale and performance of Regional Secretariat of Rokan Hulu Regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The data used in this study are primary data by giving questionnaires to all ASN in the Regional Secretariat of Rokan Hulu Regency and secondary data obtained from several literatures, documents, reports and scientific papers as well as other supporting related to this research. Data analysis method used in this study is path analysis to test hypotheses with the help of SPSS For Windows Version 21 software. The results showed that there was a positive and significant direct effect between leadership on morale, leadership on performance, and morale on employee morale on the performance of the Regional Secretariat. While the placement variable on morale and placement on performance there is a positive but not significant direct effect. The indirect effect of leadership on performance through morale is positive and significant, while the placement variable on performance through morale is positive but not significant.

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of encouragement and work atmosphere on employee performance at the Tebing Tinggi City Civil Registry. The independent variable of this study consists of encouragement and work atmosphere, while the dependent variable is employee performance. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The research was conducted on the employees of Tebing Tinggi City Civil Registry. The data used are primary data obtained through questionnaire answers from 27 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that encouragement had a significant impact on employee performance at the Tebing Tinggi City Civil Registry. The work atmosphere was also found to have a significant impact on the employee performance of the Tebing Tinggi City Civil Registry

Background: The STOP stunting program that has been launched by the leadership of Nasyiatul Aisyiyah has not run optimally because there are still obstacles in its implementation. Self-efficacy is one of the internal factors that can shape the attitude of Nasyiatul Aisyiyah cadres in carrying out the STOP stunting program to support the implementation of programs that are not yet running. Objective: To analyze the relationship between self-efficacy and the attitude of Nasyiatul Aisyiyah cadres towards the STOP stunting program in Boyolali Regency. Methods: This research is quantitative observational using aapproach cross sectional which was conducted in December 2020 involving 80 Nasyiatul Aisyiyah cadres. The variables in this study were self-efficacy and cadre attitudes. The primary data was obtained through a questionnaire, while the secondary data was obtained from the Boyolali District Health Office and the Nasyiatul Aisyiyah leadership. The analysis was carried out by univariate and bivariate using test chi square. Results: A total of 51.3% of cadres had low self-efficacy and 47.5% had poor attitudes towards the STOP stunting program and there was a significant relationship between self-efficacy and cadre attitudes (p=0.001). Conclusion: Self-efficacy is closely related to the attitude of Nasyiatul Aisyiyah cadres.

The image of the Yamaha Mio brand is one of the most important factors because the citramerk is very important to sell to prospective consumers, given the competition in the motorcycle business today can be categorized as a battle for the formation and maintenance of product images in the eyes of consumers. The purpose of this research in this thesis is to determine the extent of the influence of citramerk on YamahaMio's furniture decisions in CV. Kabanjahe Yamaha Motorcycle Exchange. This type of research is quantitative descriptive, data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are through questionnaires, interviews and observations. The analytical method used is simple linear regression analysis method. The population in this study are consumers who have bought or used YamahaMio on CV. Kabanjahe Yamaha Motor Exchange, amounting to 290 people / month. The number of respondents to be sampled is 75 people. The results showed that the independent variables influenced furniture decisions. This is indicated by the results of partial testing of the calculated t value of the citramerk variable (X) of 11.284 greater than the t table of 1.982. Adjust R Square of 0.636 which means that the variable citramer has the ability to explain the YamahaMio purchase decision on the CV. The Kabanjahe Yamaha Motor Exchange was 63.6% while the remaining 46.4% was by other factors not examined in this study. The conclusion of this research is that citramerk influences the purchase decision of YamahaMio on CV. Kabanjahe Yamaha Motorcycle Exchange.

The aim of this study was to analize the influence of commitment of leaders and work ethic on theemployee performance of PT. Geraha Kerindo Utama, Jakarta. Secondary data was obtained from PT. Geraha Kerindo Utama, while primary data was obtained from employee of PT. Geraha Kerindo Utama through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. In this study, simple random sampling method was used and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that commitment of leadersand work ethicpositively and significant influenced the employee performance of PT. Geraha Kerindo Utama. The conclution of this study is that commitment of leaderswas dominant than work ethic in influencing the employee performance of PT. Geraha Kerindo Utama.

The success o an organization in achieving its goals is determined by the human resources it has,which plays an important role in helping the achievement of organizational goals and also determine and predict the success or failure of a policy, strategies and steps related to operational activities that are ready to be implemented so as to greatly support the achievement of the organization’s vision and mission to quickly develop rapidly and can anticipate competition. This research was conducted aiming to determine the eect of work stress, compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance at Mojang Nova Bread Factory. The population taken from this study were all employees of the Mojang Nova Bread Factory. This sampling uses a census sample of 50 employees. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The method used in this data collection is primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using quistionnaires and analysis using SPSS 16 software. Instrument testing uses validity and realibity tests, for data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using t test and F test. The results of this study explain that (1) Work Stress has no effect on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0,052 and a significance value of 0,0568. (2) Compensation affects the performance of employees with the results of the regression coefficient of 0,494 and a significance value of 0,002. (3) Job Satisfaction affects employee performance with the results of the regression coefficient of 0,396 and a significance value of 0,004. (4) Work Stress, Compensation and Job Satisfaction simultaneously affect the performance of employees with the results of F value of 6,062 and the significance value of 0.001.
