<p>This study aims to determine the quality of the product in Counter Andris Reload Cellular  Madiun,  to determine  the level  of customer  loyalty  in Counter Andris  Reload Cellular Madiun, and to know is there any effect of product quality on customer loyalty in Counter Andris Reload Cellular Madiun, The samples in this study using saturated sample as many 45 people without regard to existing strata in the population.  Data collection using questionnaires  and documentation. The research design used in this study was a descriptive correlational  design. In the statistical methods used to analyze the data with the regression formula and product moment  correlation. The results showed that the quality of products have influence at the same time a positive relationship to customer loyalty in Counter Andris Reload Cellular Madiun. It is derived from the value  of 0.724 while the value rcount and rtable 0.294 (0.724 &gt; 0.294). By this means Ha acceptable product quality has a relationship with customer loyalty in Counter Andris Reload Cellular Madiun, It also obtained the value of the F test, Fcount at 47,372 while Ftable  of 4.06 (47,372 &gt; 4.06). This means that there is rejection of HO which indicates that there are significant between product quality on customer loyalty in Counter Andris Reload Cellular Madiun. By this Ineans Ha received no difference between the effect of product quality on customer loyalty in Counter Andris Reload Cellular Madiun.</p>

<em>The objective of this is research was conducted to find out how the influence of the price and quality of products against customer loyalty at PT. Alakasa Extrusindo Jakarta. This research was conducted in Alakasa Extrusindo PT by doing data collection, through the primary data and secondary data.  The research results showed that the simultaneous price variables  and product quality  has a positive and significant effect against the variable customer loyalty. partially showed that price variables has a positive and significant influence towards customer loyalty. And partially showed that product quality variables  has a positive and significant influence towards customer loyalty</em>

This study aims to determine the quality of the product at home eating "Lesehan 88" Madiun, to determine customer satisfaction in restaurants "Lesehan 88" Madiun, and to know is there any effect of product quality on customer satisfaction in the eating "Lesehan 88" Madiun.<br />The samples in this study using a quota sample of 100 people, based on the characteristics of customers who have made a purchase at least once. Data collection using questionnaires and documentation. In analyzing the data used statistical method to test the product moment correlation is valid whether or not the instruments used and the method of regression tests for testing the hypothesis put forward in this study.The results showed that the quality of products have an influence a positive relationship to customer satisfaction in the eating "Lesehan 88" Madiun. It is derived from the value of 0.752 while the value rhitung rtabel 0.195 (0.752 ≥ 0.195). On the other hand Sighit value of 0.000 and the value Sigprob at 00:05 (0.000 ≤ 0.05) with the Ha acceptable means quality products have a relationship with customer satisfaction in restaurants "Lesehan 88" Madiun. It also obtained the F test value, while the value Fcount Ftable 3.938 127.623 (127.623 ≥ 3.938). On the other hand Sigprob Sighit of 0.000 and 0.05 (0.05 ≤ 0.000). It means that there is rejection of H0 which indicates that there are significant between product quality to customer satisfaction in the eating "Lesehan 88" Madiun. Also obtained regression coefficients (t test) with tcount 11.297 1.660 while the value ttable (≥ 11.297 1.660). On the other hand sighit value of 0.000 and Sigprob value of 0.05 (0.05 ≤ 0.000). By this means Ha received no difference between the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction in the restaurant "Lesehan 88" Madiun. R2 of 0,566, results showed that 56.6% of customer satisfaction variables quality of the product, while the remaining 43.4% is influenced by other factors not examined.

  The purpose of research is to know the influence of religiality, quality of service, quality of products to customer loyalty savings at PT. Bank Aceh Branch Helper Darussalam. Sample of this research as much as 100 customers using the formula Slovin with a sample technique is purposive sampling. The type of research used in this study is quantitative. The data used is the primary data obtained by using questionnaires. The results of this study showed that religiusity, quality of service, the product quality is the simultaneous effect on customer loyalty savings at PT. Bank Aceh Branch maid Darussalam. A partial factor of religiusity and quality of service, the culinary products to give positive and significant impact on customer loyalty at PT. Bank Aceh, but one of the variables (product culitas) has a level of Lower influence than the variable religiusisity and quality of service.

The quality of the product is a combination of the properties of the product in use in accordance with customer’s expectations and goals. While differentiation is the effort of a company to differentiate its products from competitors' products in a trait that makes it more desirable. In consuming the products customers are often confronted by a variety of brands, the company should be able to create a quality product and has the distinction or differentiation in order to increase customer loyalty. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of products J.CO Donuts & Coffee at the moment. To find product differentiation J.CO Donuts & Coffee at the moment. Determine the effect of product quality J.CO Donuts & Coffee on customer loyalty at this time. Then determine the effect of product differentiation J.CO Donuts & Coffee for the current customer loyalty, and to determine the effect of quality and product differentiation J.CO Donuts & Coffee on customer loyalty at this time. The results showed that the relationship of product quality on customer loyalty is equal to 0.749 and accounts for 56 percent of customer loyalty and product differentiation of the relationship variables on customer loyalty is 0.715 and accounts for 51.1 percent. Analysis of the correlation coefficient on the variable customer loyalty is to have 0.770 showed a strong relationship between the independent factors on customer loyalty, amounting to 77 percent. From this analysis it can be concluded that product quality and product differentiation effect on customer loyalty. <p>This study aims to analyze the influence of price and product quality to customer loyalty; analyze the influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty and analyze the influence of price, product quality to customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at Permata Housing Royal Garden Malang. This research is included in the explanatory research category, i.e to find out whether an associate variable or not with other variables, or whether a variabel is caused or influenced or not by other variables. The population in this study is all users of home buyers and who occupy the house in Permata Royal Garden Malang, amounting to 119 people. The sampling technique used is to use the census, which takes the entire data from users who buy and occupy the house in Permata Housing Royal Garden. After the research, the data collected were 87 respondents, because 32 home users are empty and not occupied. The analysis technique uses path analysis.</p><p>Price and quality of the product can increase customer satisfaction, it indicates that customer satisfaction will be created with reasonable price, affordable, isesuai with its quality, competing price, price discount and good quality of production. In this case if the price of a house in Permata Royal Garden is reasonable and affordable, in accordance with its quality, competitive prices, discounted price and good product qualityof home buyers satisfied The price and quality of products that match the expectations of consumers will give rise to satisfaction for consumers and build customer loyalty levels. The price of the house and the qualification of a good product of the Royal Garden Gem can provoke customer loyalty to say positive things to others. Consumer satisfaction can increase customer loyalty. Level consumers' feelings after comparison of what they accept and their expectations that customer satisfaction will lead to customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction is able to mediate price effects, product quality to customer loyalty, which means that the price, quality of home products in the Courtesy of Royal Garden well-matched and goodwill can increase customer loyalty, when the customer feels satisfied with the home purchased at Permata Royal Garden.</p>

The aim of study is to find empirical proof for significant positive influence perception of price against customer loyalty through the customer satisfaction as an intervening variable Corner on Wifi new city of Yogyakarta and the positive significant influence quality of products against customer loyalty through the customer satisfaction as an intervening variable Corner on Wifi new city of Yogyakarta.Type of this research is quantitative research, the population in this study was 100 people customers wifi corner kotabaru. Samples used are as much as 100 people customers wifi corner kotabaru Yogyakarta motode retrieval the sample uses the accidental sampling with the formula arikunto. Data collection using the questionnaire. The method of analysis used multiple regression is supported by T-test.The results of the analysis show that significant positive effect price Perception towards customer satisfaction matters, product quality significantly positive effect against this thing, customer satisfaction, influence perception rates against customer loyalty is not a positive effect significantly to customer loyalty, The positive effect of product quality significantly to customer loyalty, the positive effect significantly to customer loyalty, perception of price has no effect significant positive toward customer loyalty through the customer satisfaction as an intervening variable, positive significant effect the quality of products against customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable.Key words : Price Perception, Quality Product, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty

AbstractThis study aimed to determine the effect of variable brand image, price, quality of product to decision of purchasing a car LCGC (Low Cost Green Car), either partial or jointly and to find among variables brand image, price, and quality of products which are larger role in influencing purchasing decisions LCGC car. Data collection techniques researchers did by observation and questionnaires directly by visiting the object of the research is to consumers who have made a purchase decision, especially type Agya LCGC car, AYLA, and Karimun Wagon R in Surakarta which would then be sampled. The data have been collected and tabulated and analyzed using multiple regression analysis.The results showed that the variables that significantly affect purchasing decisions is price and quality of products. While the variable Brand Image does not affect significantly. Data yang telah terkumpul kemudian ditabulasi dan diolah dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang mempengaruhi secara signifikan keputusan pembelian adalah harga dan kualitas produk. Sedangkan variabel Brand Image tidak mempengaruhi secara signifikan. In the world, product quality has long been one of the major instruments for ensuring the economic development of companies. Achieving high quality parameters, in turn, is an important part of the economic strategy of any success-oriented business organization. The article is aimed at developing directions for improving products of PJSC «Beer and Non-Alcoholic Plant «Radomyshl». The object of the research is the quality of beer produced by PJSC «Beer and Non-Alcoholic Plant «Radomyshl». The assessment of the quality level of the selected product in accordance with the requirements of DSTU 3888:2015 was carried out using the following groups of indicators: microbiological, organoleptic and physic-chemical. The process of assessing the product quality parameters is presented, which consists of seven consecutive stages and is carried out throughout the product life cycle. The factors under the influence of which the quality of products are formed and which may cause deviation from the specified quality parameters are analyzed and structured. The defects that appear due to these factors have been identified. The basis for improving the quality of products is primarily a thorough study of changes in demand for the business organization products. Three groups of measures are singled out, with the help of which one can achieve the desired level of product quality, namely: technological, organizational and socio-economic. A complex of priority measures to improve the quality of products of PJSC «Beer and Non-Alcoholic Plant «Radomyshl» is proposed. The element of scientific novelty is the development of an algorithm for the implementation of measures to improve the quality of products. During the implementation of measures to improve the quality, it is necessary to carry out systematic monitoring and generate reports on the implementation of the project in order to make possible an adjustment of the final result.

<em>Competitive rivalry between conventional banks and Islamic banks make Islamic banks should be able to compete with conventional banks in providing good quality of service, product quality and customer satisfaction, thereby increasing the number of customers. Quality of service also can affect customer loyalty directly and indirectly. The quality of service and satisfaction to encourage customers to be loyal to a company's products and services that have an impact on the improvement of market share for a product. Quality of service and customer satisfaction, especially in service companies is very important in retaining customers in a long time. Quality of service and customer satisfaction will determine the performance of the company. Factors religiosity in Indonesia also played in determining and pushing for elections on islamic bank customers because the system for different results offered by the system of interest of conventional banks. These results indicate that the quality of service and level of customer satisfaction and religiosity jointly effect on customer loyalty. Quality of service and customer satisfaction levels also have an effect on customer loyalty which variabels most influence on customer loyalty is the degree of religiosity.</em>
