Abstract - Inventory of goods is one of the routine activities carried out at the PT. Akbar Sinar Abadi which reports on goods every year. The problem faced in making this report is the lengthy process of making the report because it is done by recording items that can still be used one by one, incoming goods, damaged goods and items that must be purchased. . The research method used in this study is a research and development method. This study aims to produce an inventory information system at PT. Akbar Sinar Abadi. Akbar Sinar Abadi yang dibuatkan laporan   barang   setiap  tahun. Permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam pembuatan laporan ini adalah lamanya    proses  pembuatan laporan  karena dilakukan dengan mencatat satu persatu barang yang masih bisa  digunakan, barang masuk, barang rusak serta barang yang harus dibeli. . The development of information technology is increasingly rapidly and constantly changing year after year requires us to constantly innovate and make a creative work, as well as Higher Education Prog desperately need information systems that are relevant, accurate, fast, and efficient to support the sustainability of academic activity future. The author conducted research on SIS Information Systems in college Prog. The research method used was observation, library research and documentation. Development method used is the waterfall method. Based on the analysis conducted by the author and the problems encountered in the use of the SIS is still menggukan sweep sweep card card if the card is damaged / lost then the student can not use the SIS, the SIS is still accessing performed locally where the student must come in person to the SIS Box to take care of matters related to the students academic activity and as one of the alternative solutions, then be made to the proposed development of the SIS system itself. SIS+ software is a web-based information systems and made by Yii Framework using the PHP programming language. Database management system (DBMS) used in this software is MySQL. This information system will display the data that include academic values list data, student biographical data form and the form needed by the students, in addition, an information system is also expected to boost the quality and service to students.

Teknologi informasi dapat membuat apa saja menjadi lebih mudah dan efisien. Sebagai contohnya adalah pada perusahaan-perusahaan yang ada saat ini menggunakan sistem informasi pada alat elektroniknya untuk mengefektifkan produk dan hasil karyanya. Pada kajian ini, sistem informasi event organizer pada wahana entertaiment bertugas mengolah data seperti penginputan data pelanggan, data petugas, data peralatan, data paket, data pesanan, pencarian data dan laporan-laporan yang dibutuhkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sebuah sistem informasi event organizer pada Wahana Entertainment. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dan pendekatan grounded research. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sistem informasi yang dapat membantu Wahana Entertainment dalam menerapkan sistem yang yang lebih baik, dapat mempermudah pekerjaan, meningkatkan kelancaran proses pengelolaan event organizer. Information technology can make anything easier and more efficient. For example, companies that exist today use information systems on their electronic devices to streamline their products and work. In this study, the event organizer information system in the entertainment vehicle is tasked with processing data such as inputting customer data, staff data, equipment data, package data, order data, data search and required reports. The purpose of this study was to design an event organizer information system at Wahana Entertainment. The research method used is qualitative research and grounded research approach. The results of this study are in the form of an information system that can help Wahana Entertainment implement a better system, make work easier, and improve the smoothness of the event organizer management process.

Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah Kabupaten Gorontalo sebagai unit pelaksana tugas daerah yang memiliki tugas untuk melakukan pembinaan dan pengembangan usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah di Kabupaten Gorontalo. Dalam melaksanakan tugas tersebut melakukan berbagai kegiatan salah satunya adalah melakukan pendataan usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah serta mensosialisasikan ke masyarakat. Dalam artikel ini, permasalahan yang timbul adalah belum tersedianya sistem informasi yang memadai kepada masyarakat tentang usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah sehingga masyarakat mengalami kesulitan mengetahui lokasi dari usaha kecil dan menengah. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah merancang sistem informasi geografis untuk menentukan lokasi usaha mikro,  kecil dan menengah berbasis android yang dapat diakses oleh masyarakat sehingga dapat memudahkan masyarakat mengetahui lokasi dari usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah yang ada di Kabupaten Gorontalo dan dapat diakses oleh masyarakat yang membutuhkan layanan informsi secara global. Artikel ini menggunakan metode Research and Development atau yang  dikenal dengan metode penelitian dan pengembangan. Hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan test case membuktikan bahwa pengembangan sistem  informasi geografis untuk menentukan lokasi usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah berbasis android ini lebih efektif dan efisien dengan pengujian yaitu V (G)=  14 – 12 + 2 =  4; V (G) =  3 + 1 =  4; dan Cyclomatic Complexity (CC) = R1, R2, R3, R4 = 4.                   Kata Kunci: SIG, UMKM, Android                          The Office of Cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Gorontalo as a regional task implementing unit that has the task of developing and developing micro, small and medium businesses in Gorontalo Regency. In carrying out this task, a number of activities are carried out, one of which is collecting data on micro, small and medium enterprises and to socialize to the community. In this article, the challenge that arises is the unavailability of an adequate information system for the community about micro, small and medium enterprises so that people have difficulty understanding the location of small and medium businesses. The purpose of this article is to discuss geographic information systems to determine the location of android-based micro, small and medium businesses that can be accessed by the community so that it can make it easier for the public to find out the location of micro, small and medium businesses in Gorontalo District and can be accessed by people who need it global information services. This article uses the Research and Development method or what is known as the research and development method. The test results using test cases prove the development of information systems to determine the location of micro, small and medium businesses based on Android is more effective and efficient with testing namely V (G) = 14-12 + 2 = 4; V (G) = 3 + 1 = 4; and cyclomatic complexity (CC) = R1, R2, R3, R4 = 4.     Keywords: GIS, UMKM, Android

The research objective was to evaluate the procedures and internal controls of Human Resource Information System XYZ. To that end, the author conducted the examination, collecting, previews and documenting the evidence that supports the information systems, so that it can find problems that occur in information systems and measure risk on internal controls to produce recommendations that can be considered. To support the research, the research uses a library, where the data obtained by reading a book and browse the website in accordance with the research are discussed. And with a field research method, which was obtained through a check list, interview and observation. Results of evaluation on the current information system, gives the conclusion that the current system has been implemented according to the company the current procedure, but found few risks to the internal controls within them.

Abstrak – Sistem penggajian yang selama ini dikelola oleh bendahara di PT. Akbar Sinar Abadi menggunakan sistem yang konvensional yaitu dengan cara mencatat seluruh data yang berhubungan dnegan gaji karyawan dan menginputnya ke microsoft excel. Kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh bendahara menggunakan sistem ini adalah dalam pembuatan slip gaji dan  laporan penggajian yang buat setiap bulan membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama dan kurang efisien. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini dibuat sebuah sistem informasi penggajian yang dapat membantu bendahara untuk mengelola data gaji dengan output yang di cetak lansung dari sistem berupa slip gaji dan laporan data gaji. Metode Pengembangan sistem yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengahasilkan sistem informasi penggajian yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Program yang dihasilkan berupa sistem informasi yang berbasis desktop. Kata kunci:  Sistem; Sistem Informasi; Sistem Informasi Penggajian;  Abstract - Payroll system that has been managed by the treasurer at PT. Akbar Sinar Abadi uses a conventional system that is by recording all data related to employee salaries and input it into Microsoft Excel. The difficulty faced by the treasurer using this system is in making salary slips and payroll reports that make each month requires quite a long time and less efficient. Therefore in this study a payroll information system was created that could help the treasurer to manage salary data with printed output directly from the system in the form of pay slips and salary data reports. The system development method used in this study is the waterfall method. The purpose of this study is to produce a payroll information system that suits user needs. This Is What Makes SMK Islam Sabilal Muhtadin Also Need A System That Can Manage The Data Contained Therein. This Is What Underlies The Author In Making Java And Mysql-Based Employee Payroll Information Systems. Bina Siswa SMA Plus Cisarua addressing in Jl. colonel canal masturi no. 64. At the time of document making, record-keeping of transaction relating to account real or financial position report account especially, Bina Siswa SMA Plus Cisarua has applied computer that is by using the application of Microsoft Office Word 2007 and Microsoft Excel 2007, in practice of control to relative financial position report account unable to be added with the duration process performed within financial statement making. For the problems then writer takes title: “The Role Of Technology Information Systems And Aplication Of SAK ETAP On Development Model Financial Position Report”. Research type which writer applies is research type academy, data type which writer applies is qualitative data and quantitative data, research design type which writer applies is research design deskriptif-analistis, research method which writer applies is descriptive research method, survey and eksperiment,  data collecting technique which writer applies is field researcher what consisted of interview and observation  library research, system development method which writer applies is methodologies orienting at process, data and output. System development structure applied is Iterasi. Design of information system applied is context diagram, data flow diagram, and flowchart. Design of this financial position report accounting information system according to statement of financial accounting standard SAK ETAP and output  consisted of information of accumulated fixed assets, receivable list, transaction summary of cash, transaction summary of bank and financial position report.

<p><em>This study aims to find out how to design a teaching materials based on local wisdom in jigsaw learning model for description writing skills. The research method used are“The Research and Development Method of Borg &amp; Gall”. The teaching materials develop six learning meetings based on the analysis of elementary school studentsneed in grade IV in Indramayu. The validation of teaching material product design was carried out by four expert teams as validators which produced a score of 86.45% with very good assessment criteria. The readability of the book test results by students obtained a score of 89. The results of the product trials obtained very good criteria, the practicality response of teachers 91.67% and the practicality response of students 86.57%. The conclusion is, the teaching materials based on local wisdom in jigsaw learning model for description writing skills are valid and practical to use.</em></p>

Abstract: Information technology is growing rapidly has an impact on changing paradigms and ways of working that are widely applied by most organizations today. As a company engaged in the plywood industry, PT. Sumalindo Lestari Jaya, Tbk has and employs thousands of employees in it. It has problems related to human resource development, but so far the management is still conventional. The problems that occur start from participant registration, participant selection and monitoring, participant tracking, placement of work positions according to employee competency and expertise, untidy filing systems, activity evaluation, to the distribution of training allocations per section and per employee. This is what makes the researcher interested in doing this study. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) in the form of software design that produces Information Systems as a tool in managing training. The result of this research is a Training Information System software which is used to assist the management of education and training activities starting from participant selection activities, activity scheduling, implementation administrative governance, budget planning and financing, to evaluation and reporting activities. System testing and implementation was carried out on 20 training participants by comparing the results before and after the system was implemented. Based on comparative data on management patterns before and after using the system, it can be concluded that the Training Information System can increase efficiency and effectiveness in managing training activities. Sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industri kayu lapis PT. Sumalindo Lestari Jaya, Tbk. memiliki dan mempekerjakan ribuan karyawan didalamnya memiliki problematika terkait pengembangan sumber daya manusia, namun sejauh ini pengelolaannya masih konvensional. Permasalahan yang terjadi dimulai dari pendaftaran peserta, seleksi dan monitoring peserta, pelacakan peserta, penempatan posisi kerja sesuai bidang kompetensi dan keahlian karyawan, sistem filing yang kurang rapi, evaluasi kegiatan, sampai dengan masalah distribusi alokasi training per bagian dan per karyawan. Hal inilah yang melatar belakangi penelitian ini menarik untuk dilakukan. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dalam bentuk rancangan software yang menghasilkan Sistem Informasi sebagai alat bantu dalam mengelola training. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah perangkat lunak Sistem Informasi Training yang digunakan dalam membantu pengelolaan kegiatan pendidikan dan pelatihan mulai dari kegiatan seleksi calon peserta, penjadwalan kegiatan, tata kelola administrasi pelaksanaan, perencanaan anggaran dan pembiayaan, sampai dengan evaluasi dan kegiatan pelaporan. Uji coba dan implementasi sistem dilakukan pada 20 peserta training dengan membandingkan hasil sebelum dan setelah diterapkan sistem. Berdasarkan data perbandingan pola pengelolaan sebelum dan setelah menggunakan sistem dapat disimpulkan bahwa Sistem Informasi Training dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas dalam mengelola kegiatan training. Learning device has an important role in the learning process for teachers as well as learners, but there are some teachers haven’t optimized the learning device. The purposes of its study are : to determine the needs of the learning device according to teachers and learners; to describe the characteristics of a learning tool; to develop a prototype device which is suitable with the learners need, and to measure the effectiveness of the learning device. The research method used is a research and development method. The results of the study include: the needs of the learning device anecdotal text competence; the characteristics of the learning device anecdotal text competence; a feasibility study based on each device (syllabus, lesson plans, teaching materials and worksheets); the effectiveness of the learning device in producing anecdotes text is shown based on this information; learning without using the learning device obtaining the value of 25 (62.5%), learning with an effective value category and increased by 38 (94.5%) categorized as very effective when learning to use the device. AbstrakPerangkat pembelajaran memiliki peran penting dalam proses pembelajaran namun masih banyak guru belummengoptimalkannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: mengetahui kebutuhan perangkat pembelajaran menurut guru dan peserta didik; menjelaskan karakteristik perangkat pembelajaran; mengembangkan prototipa perangkat pembelajaran yang layak untuk peserta didik; dan menguji keefektifan perangkat pembelajaran. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian dan pengembangan (reasearch and development). Hasil penelitian berupa: kebutuhan perangkat pembelajaran kompetensi teks anekdot; karakteristik perangkat pembelajaran kompetensi teks anekdot; kelayakan perangkat pembelajaran berdasarkan silabus, RPP materi pembelajaran, dan lembar kerja; keefektifan perangkat pembelajaran memproduksi teks anekdot ditunjukkan berdasarkan pembelajaran tanpa menggunakan perangkat pembelajaran memperoleh nilai 25 (62,5%) dengan kategori nilai efektif dan mengalami kenaikan sebesar 38 (94,5%) dengan kategori sangat efektif di saat pembelajaran menggunakan perangkat.
