It is known that the number of restaurants in the city of Meulaboh there are 66 restaurants. After observing the eating houses in the town of Meulaboh, can be in the know that sanitation eat less qualified home health such as ownership of the means of waste disposal, garbage disposal facilities, hand-washing facilities, washing facilities appliance. The purpose of this study is the relationship Sanitati:ion Hygiene, sanitation facilities, and action handlers Density With Flies On Eating In the city of Meulaboh. This research is an analytic method with cross sectional design. This research was conducted in the city of Meulaboh implemented Johan Pahlawan sub-district of West Aceh on 7 November to 5 December 2016, with a population of 66 homeowners and their eating of food handlers, the sampling technique is used total sampling method and analyzed by univariate and bivariate using chi-test square.The results showed that there is significant correlation between sanitation hygiene factors (P.Value = 0.006 <α = 0.05), sanitary facilities (P.Value = 0.025 <α = 0.05), action handlers (P.Value = 0.026 <α = 0.05 ) with the density of flies in the restaurant in the city of Meulaboh. It was concluded that there is significant correlation between the factors of hygiene sanitation, sanitation facilities, action handlers with the density of flies in the restaurant in the city of Meulaboh. with the density of flies in the restaurant in the city of Meulaboh to achieve a state of healthy foods that are not exposed to flies and protected from various diseases caused by flies.

<p>Environmental-based diseases (PBL) are a health problem and occur in almost all geographical regions in the world. Every year, environment-based diseases are always found and reported to spread evenly at every Puskesmas in Bandar Lampung City. Settlement sanitation is an important aspect directly related to health and society. "Waterborne Disease" disease is still high, proving that there are still sanitation problems in settlements. The study aims to determine the relationship of settlement sanitation with environmental-based diseases in the city of Bandar Lampung. The study used a cross-sectional design, the population is all households in Bandar Lampung City. The sample was 384 respondents, taken randomly using multistage sampling. The results found 14,3% of respondents had a physical component of an unhealthy house, 45,3% of respondents had an unhealthy sanitation facility, 40,1% of the occupants of the house behaved in an unhealthy manner. The test results statistically concluded that there was a significant relationship between settlement sanitation and the incidence of environmental-based diseases.</p>

The Use of High Heels and Work Fatigue at The Employee Mal. Usage of high heels with standing position continuously over working will have an impact on work fatigue. This study aims to determine the relationship of usage of high heels with fatigue on employee of Mal in Banjarbaru. This study used observational method with cross sectional design. Research instruments used are Questionnaires Measuring Work fatigue Feeling and ruler. Population in this study are 120 people. Sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling technique with total samples are 36 people. Data analysis in this study used correlation test rank spearman. The results of study is The employees used high heels with low altitude are 21 people and very high altitude are 15 people, The employees did not experience fatigue are 9 people, and employees experienced low fatigue are 15 people, and employees experienced middle fatigue are 12 people, and There was no relationship between the height of shoes with fatigue on employees of Mal in Banjarbaru. The employees should use high heels with the altitude have recommended that is maximum of 5 cm, because if >5 cm will be risky to affected a disorder of health.

Objective:  To analyzed the relationship  of nutritional status with the balance of children aged 4-5 years at PG/TK Lumen Christi School SurabayaMethods:  This research design is analytic observational with cross sectional approach.Results:  Involving 22  children aged 4-5 years at PG/TK Lumen Christi School Surabay . Sampling technique using total sampling method. Existing data were analyzed using  Pearson’s Test with significant level of 0.05.  Statistical test results obtained that nutritional status did not had a relationship with balance because p> 0.05Conclusion:   Nutritional status did not related to the balance of children aged 4-5 years

Jaundice is a yellow stain on the skin, sclera, or mucous membranes as a result of excessive accumulation of bilirubin in the tissues. Low birth weight babies (LBW) are defined as birth weight 2,500 grams or less. In infants with low birth weight can experience various complications, one of which is hyperbilirubinemia (jaundice). This study aims to determine the relationship of Low Birth Weight Babies (LBW) with the incidence of jaundice in Bhayangkara Hospital in the city of Kediri. The research design used is correlational analytic research. The method used is a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique was carried out in total sampling as many as 105 samples of infants with LBW. Research data is taken from medical records. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using Spearman's Rho test. The results of the study showed that out of 105 infants with low birth weight who experienced physiological jaundice as many as 75 infants (71.4%) and pathological jaundice as many as 30 infants (28.6%). The results of the Spearman Rh Rho test analysis showed that the p value = 0.067 or less than α = 0.05 (0.067 0.05), which means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a relationship between the incidence of LBW and neonatal jaundice in Bhayangkara Hospital in the City Kediri in 2018. The strength of the relationship is based on the correlation coefficient of 0.196 which means that there is a moderate relationship between the incidence of LBW and jaundice in Bhayangkara Hospital in Kota Kadiri in 2018.

A woman on the gestation period will experience both physical and psychological changes. These changes have  an  impact on the  fulfillment of  basic needs, including sexuality. Changes in pregnant women’s perceived psychology can result in decreased sexual desire of the women. This study aimed to describe the relationship of psychological changes of pregnant women with the husband’s sexual satisfaction level. The study used cross sectional design with a population of third  trimester pregnant women who  did  checkups in  May 2015 as  many as  183 couples. Sampling technique used accidental sampling and sample size was 46 couples. The instrument used was a questionnaire and Psychological Changes Index of Sexual Satisfaction (ISS). Data analysis  used  Chi-square test.  The  results  showed  that  as  many  as  54.3%  of  respondents experienced a positive psychological change.  Conclusion of the study is that the more positive physiological  changes  in  pregnant  women  will  result  in  higher  sexual  satisfaction  of  her husband.

Aging causes a lot of changes in elderly’s physiologic function. It could be physical, mental or functional changes, including cognitive function. Cognitive function needed for performing ADL tend to decrease in elderly. Decreasing in cognitive function will cause disturbance in fulfil daily requirements so that increasing the dependency on others to help performing ADL. This study purpose to analyze relationship between cognitive function and independent level in performing ADL in elderly at panti Darussa’adah and An-Nur lhokseumawe using analytical cross-sectional design with purposive sampling technique. The data was analyzed by chi-square for the statistical test. Population for this study was elderly who lives in panti Darussa’adah and An-Nur by September 2017. Data obtained from 30 participants based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Variables of this study are cognitive function and independent level in performing ADL. The result showed that half participants (50%) had a severe cognitive impairment. Most of them (53,3%) need helps to perform ADL. There is no significant relationship between cognitive function and independent level in performing ADL in elderly at Panti Darussa’adah and An-Nur lhokseumawe (p = 0,209). However, it is suggested that elderly should have a mental activity for maintaining their cognitive function.

Abstract: Hyperemesis gravidarum is a condition of excessive nausea and vomiting duringpregnancy. Thepurpose of this study is to knowsomefactor that associated with the incidenceof Hyperemesis Gravidarum in first trimester pregnant women atPuskesmasBahu Manado,and in this study, three factors were taken,There are age, parity status, and employment.Themethod of this study uses a quantitative method with a cross sectional design. Thesample of this study was amounted to 30 people using total sampling method. The Resultsofthis study, using the chi-square test, obtained the value of Asymp. Sig on the age variable is0.964; on the parity variable 0.092; and the employment variable is 0.374. These resultsindicate that this value is> 0.05, which means there is significant relationship between age,parity and employment with the incidence of hyperemesis gravidarum. Conclusion from theresearch conducted based on the relationship of factor related to the incidence ofhyperemesis gravidarum,general,parity,and work there is a meaningful relationship.Keywords: Hyperemesis GravidarumAbstrak: Hyperemesis gravidarum adalah keadaan mual dan muntah berlebihan selama masakehamilan. Tujuan studi untuk melihat faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadianHyperemesis Gravidarum pada ibu hamil trimester I di Puskesmas Bahu Manado, dan dalampenelitian ini, diambil 3 faktor, yaitu umur, status paritas, dan pekerjaan ibu. Metode studi inimenggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel studi ini berjumlah30 orang dengan menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel total sampling.Hasil daripenelitian ini, dengan menggunakan uji chi – square didapatkan bahwa nilai Asymp.Sig padavariabel umur adalah 0,964; pada variabel paritas 0,092; dan pada variabel pekerjaan sebesar0,374. The occurrence of pressure ulcer is directly related to the duration of immobility. If the suppression continues for a long time, small vascular thrombosis and tissue necrosis will occur. In bone protrusions that hold weight are more susceptible to pressure sores and are often found in people with limited movement because they are unable to change positions to remove pressure. Objective is to determine the relationship of mobility ability with the degree of pressure ulcer on inpatients at Wonosari Hospital in Gunungkidul Regency. This research was non-experimental research with cross-sectional design. The samples in this study were patients treated in the surgical, internal and neurological ward of Wonosari Hospital in Gunungkidul Regency. The sampling technique used the simple random sampling technique. While the statistical test used the Pearson test. Results showed that the average scale of mobility ability of inpatients was 3 scale (mean 2,70), while the average value of the degree of pressure ulcer in the inpatient ward of Wonosari Hospital was degree I (mean 1,32). Conclusion of this research was there was a significant correlation between mobility ability and the degree of pressure ulcer of the patient in the inpatient room at Wonosari Hospital in Gunungkidul Regency with a significance value of 0.000 (ρ < 0,05).

Indonesia has experienced 115 extraordinary events (KLB) due to food poisoning. In addition, it is also known that food poisoning in Indonesia is caused by household processed food products amounting to 40.87% and processed food products amounting to 24.35%. The food home industry in West Aceh is as many as 48 businesses while in Johan Pahlawan District there are as many as 40 businesses. This study aims to determine the relationship between entrepreneurial behavior in the application of sanitation hygiene and food management in the home industry in Johanahlawan subdistrict, Aceh Barat district. This research is a descriptive analytic study with a cross sectional design, with a population of 40 with the sample in this study are 40 home industry entrepreneurs in johan Pahlawan district. The sampling technique in this study using the total sampling method. Based on the research results, it shows that the independent variables (attitude and action) have a relationship with food management where Pvalue <α (0.05) while Knowledge has no relationship where Pvalue> α (0.05).To related agencies, to further improve counseling, supervision and monitoring of household Home Industry and to household Home Industry entrepreneurs to further increase their awareness of the importance of managing food well.

Introduction: students are vulnerable to anxiety due to various demands, especially in facing the exam of a proposal or a final assignment at a college. The motivation and family support are the factors that affect students' anxiety in facing the exam proposal or final project. The purpose of this study is to know the relationship between motivation and family support with the anxiety of third-grade students in facing the exam proposal in Nursing Program Study of Waingapu. Methods: This study was a pre-experimental study with the cross-sectional design. The sample was 44 respondents with a sampling technique using consecutive sampling method. Instruments used in the form of questionnaires and research variables consisted of motivation, family support and anxiety using Spearman's rho analysis technique. Result: the research conducted on 44 respondents shows that there is no correlation between motivation (P= 0,254) and family support (P= 0,674) with student level anxiety in facing exams of the proposal of Nursing Program Study of Waingapu. Conclusion: The researcher concludes that there is no correlation between motivation and family support with students' anxiety level III in facing the exam proposal in Nursing Program Study of Waingapu.
