ABSTRACT   Nursing Professional Practice is an advanced level for nursing bachelor students. When undergoing the Nurse profession students are required to be able to undergo various tasks given by the institution. Problems experienced by students practicing Nurse professional students in running professional practice activities and must adjust the new environment to be more familiar with the type of personality they have. The purpose of this study is to find a description of personality types in Nurse professional students. The personality has two characteristic, the chatarisic is introvert and ekstrovert. This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive research design, the population was students of Nurse Stikes profession STIKes Hang Tuah Pekanbaru with a sample of 33 people. Sampling uses a total sampling technique.Data collection tools using questionnaire and data analysis is done univariat. The results of the study were obtained that Hang Tuah Pekanbaru nurses professional 22 people (66.7%) had introvert personality type, while those 11 people (33,3%) with extrovert personality type. It can be concluded that the professional students of the Nurses STIKes Hang Tuah Pekanbaru that Introvert more than often Ekstrovert. It is expected that STIKes Hang Tuah Pekanbaru can get to know student personality type.

This study aims to find out how the personality type description of students in State Middle School 01 North Bengkulu Regency. In this study, the analysis was focused more on sanguistic, melancholy, choleric, and pleasing personality. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research, namely research based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine certain populations or samples, collecting data using instruments, analyzing data is quantitative. The sample of this study was 10% of the total number of students in SMP Negeri 01 Bengkulu Utara so the number of samples was 60 students. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study The analysis used in this research is descriptive percentage to process data and describe data using the percentage formula. The findings of this study are that the description of personality types of students varies, this is evidenced by the results of the percentage calculation with Sanguinis personality type by 77%, Melancholic personality type by 2%, Cholesterol personality type by 3%, and Plegmatic personality type by 18%.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of competence and integrity on the performance of the village apparatus of Sawahlunto City. This research used quantitative methods with associative descriptive research. This study consisted of two independent variables namely competency (X1) and integrity (X2) and one dependent variable, namely performance (Y). The population of this study was all village apparatus of Sawahlunto City, amounting to 50 people. The sample was obtained through proportional random sampling, so that the respondents in this study amounted to 45 samples. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression. The data were collected through a questionnaire that had been validated and reliable in advance, both the content and the item empirical test in the field. The results of this study have found that: 1) There was an effect of competence on performance by 15.4% with a significance of 0.002; 2) There was an effect of integrity on performance of 20.5% with a significance of 0.001; and 3) There was an effect of competence and integrity simultaneously on performance by 45% with a significance of 0.000.

The problem in this study is the low ability of students to solve problems. That is because students only refer to the examples of questions given by the teacher so that students have difficulty if given questions that are not the same as the examples given by the teacher. Diverse problem solving solutions are needed because students still find difficult to draw conclusions from the questions they have worked on. The purpose of this study is to describe students' ability to solve trigonometric problems in terms of the personality type of Myer-Briggs, namely ISTJ, ESFJ, ESTP, INFJ, ISTJ, ISTP, ESTJ, INTP and ISFJ. This research is a type of descriptive research using a qualitative approach. Methods of data collection using the MBTI questionnaire, math problem solving ability test questions and interviews. The results showed that the ISTJ personality type fulfilled 4 indicators of problem solving very well, while the personality types of ESFJ, ESTP, INFJ, ISTJ, ISTP, and ESTJ met 4 indicators of problem solving well, and for personality types ENTJ, INTP, and ISFJ were sufficient good by meeting 3 of the 4 indicators of problem solving. The results of the study can be used to improve students' mathematical problem solving abilities by further enhancing the positive characteristics present in students. Can inspire students to better understand the type of personality they have in themselves and hone their abilities to be more improved.

ABSTRACTThis purpose of this study is to examine whether introvert personality types can lead to burnout at nurses who work in RSUD Karanganyar. The subjects of this study involved 84 nurses with the characteristics of the subject being nurses who had worked for at least 1 year. Data collection methods used in this study are introvert personality scale and burnout scale. The results of data analysis show that there is a significant positive relationship between introvert personality types and burnout at nurses who work in RSUD Karanganyar, which is the higher the introvert personality types owned by nurses, the higher the chance of burnout, so the hypothesis of this study is accepted. This indicates that the introvert personality types is determining the chances of burnout appearing at nurses.Keywords: Introvert Personality Type, Burnout, NurseABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah tipe kepribadian introvert dapat mengakibatkan burnout pada perawat yang bekerja di RSUD Karanganyar. Subjek penelitian ini melibatkan perawat sebanyak 84 orang dengan karakteristik subjek adalah perawat yang minimal sudah bekerja selama 1 tahun. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala kepribadian introvert dan skala burnout. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara tipe kepribadian introvert dengan burnout pada perawat RSUD Karanganyar, dimana semakin tinggi tipe kepribadian introvert yang dimiliki oleh perawat, maka semakin tinggi peluang munculnya burnout, sehingga hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima. Hal tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa tipe kepribadian introvert menentukan peluang munculnya burnout pada perawat.Kata kunci: Tipe Kepribadian Introvert, Burnout, Perawat

This research was aimed to determine the understanding concept of students in solving mathematics story problems CRI in terms of personality types. The research method was descriptive qualitative. Subjects in this research ware as many as 4 students, each 2 students with Extrovert personality types and 2 students with introverted personality types. Technique of Data collecting in this research using questionnaire instrument of personality type, about written story and interview. Based on the data analysis, the results of research indicate that: (1) the understanding concept of subject with extrovert personality type is at the level of ability of translation and interpretation. In solving the mathematical story problems, they are able to identify, present and apply the broad concept and circumference of the circle and provide a high CRI scale. Extrovert personality type shows that solving the subject matter is not careful, in a hurry as to dare to take risks from the work, done and to underestimate a thing, and to like the practical things. (2) the understanding concept of subject with introverted personality type is at the level of translation ability. In solving the mathematical story, they are only able to identify and present the concept of circles and provide a low CRI scale. According introverted personality type that shows in solving the subject matter are meticulous, careful, careful in solving the story problem, causing the subject with introverted personality type to be shy and not confident with the answers they write.

This study investigates the relationship between the personality type and cognitive-metacognitive strategies utilized by test-takers in reading comprehension tests. One hundred undergraduate Iranian English Foreign Learning (EFL) students participated in a reading comprehension test followed by a questionnaire and the Myers & Briggs Type Inventory. The questionnaire consisted of 30 cognitive-metacognitive items (Phakiti, 2003). These questions inquired about the thought process that occurred while completing the test. The 93-item Myers-Brigs Type Indicator (MBTI) questionnaire is a tool that provides individuals with a personality type. The study employed a quantitative data analysis where the input data was analyzed in two ways. First, descriptive statistics were used to describe the sample characteristics, and then a two-way ANOVA was calculated to obtain a general view of the relationship between the variables. The data analysis resulted in the identification of 14 personality types along with three groups of readers distinguished by their reading comprehension test scores as highly successful, moderately successful, or unsuccessful. However, the results suggested that there were no significant relationships between personality types of test-takers and the cognitive-metacognitive strategies utilized during a reading comprehension test. Using a 90 percent Confidence Interval (CI), there was meaningful interaction between the personality traits (Extroversion/Introversion and Judging/Perceiving) of Iranian EFL test-takers and their use of cognitive-metacognitive strategies.

This study aims to see differences in volunteer prosocial behavior in terms of extrovert and introvert personality types in the heavenly blessing organization. Field. The sample in this study were 65 volunteers, so the hypothesis proposed in this study is that there are differences in prosocial behavior in terms of extrovert and introvert personality types, assuming extrovert personality types are more prosocial than introverted personality types. This research uses a scale of prosocial behavior which consists of 6 aspects, namely, sharing, cooperation (cooperating), helping, acting honestly (honesty), giving (donating), and paying attention to the welfare of others), and personality type scale. using screening to see personality types in organizational volunteers. Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale. Testing the proposed hypothesis is done using the technical analysis T-Test. Based on the results of the data analysis carried out, it was found that there were differences in prosocial behavior in terms of extrovert and introvert personality types. This result is known by looking at the value of the difference in the T-Test = 6.236 with P = 0.000 <0.05. This means that the hypothesis proposed is accepted with the result that there are differences in prosocial behavior in terms of extrovert and introvert personality types.

This research aims to know the influence of personality types against perception, perception of services marketing mix the marketing mix of services against the intention to buy back products fashions in Rabbani and personality types against the intention to buy back products fashions at Rabbani. The subject of this research is the intention to buy back products fashions at Rabbani. The type of the data being used is the primary data with 149 correspondents. This research method using quantitative methods with technical analysis path. The results showed that the personality types have no effect significantly to perceptions of service marketing mix. However, the perception of service marketing mix positive significant effect against the intention of buying it back. And personality type back has no effect against the intention of buying it back.

This study has the aim of describing the types and factors of student errors in solving Social Arithmetic story problems in terms of Keirsey's personality type based on Polya's error analysis. This research includes qualitative descriptive research. The research instrument was questioned for classifying Keirsey's personality types, questions about Social Arithmetic stories, and interview guidelines. The technical analysis of the data carried out includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that misunderstandings of seven problems were made by Artisan, Rational, and Idealist subjects. Artisan and rational subjects did not write what is known and asked in the problem completely. In the Idealist subject, write down what is asked in the question, but it is not quite right. Planning errors were made by the four personality type subjects, where they were not able to properly arrange the completion steps. Errors in carrying out the plan were made by the four personality type subjects, where the Guardian subject did not complete the completion step and miscalculated. Artisan and Idealist subjects did not write down the solution formula. At the same time, the Rational subject did not write conclusions and formulas in several steps of completion. Re-checking errors were carried out by the four personality type subjects, where the Guardian, Artisan, Rational, and Idealist subjects got the final result but were wrong. Rational subjects also do not perform calculations when checking again. On the other hand, the Idealist subject does not re-examine the solution obtained. Abstrak Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu mendeskripsikan jenis dan faktor kesalahan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita Aritmatika Sosial ditinjau dari tipe kepribadian Keirsey berdasarkan analisis kesalahan Polya. Penelitian1ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Instrumen2penelitian berupa angket penggolongan tipe kepribadian3Keirsey, soal cerita aritmatika sosial dan pedoman wawancara. Teknis analisis2data mencakup pengurangan data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan8bahwa kesalahan memahami7masalah dilakukan oleh subjek Artisan, Rational dan Idealist. Pada subjek Artisan dan rational tidak lengkap saat menuliskan apa yang diketahui dan ditanyakan dalam soal. Sedangkan subjek Idealist menuliskan apa yang ditanyakan dalam soal akan tetapi kurang tepat. Kesalahan menyusun rencana dilakukan keempat subjek tipe kepribadian, dimana mereka tidak mampu menyusun langkah penyelesaian dengan tepat. Kesalahan melaksanakan rencana dilakukan keempat subjek tipe kepribadian, dimana subjek Guardian tidak menyelesaikan langkah penyelesaian dan salah dalam perhitungan. Subjek Artisan dan Idealist tidak menuliskan rumus penyelesaian. Sedangkan subjek Rational tidak menuliskan kesimpulan dan rumus pada beberapa langkah penyelesaian. Kesalahan memeriksa kembali dilakukan keempat subjek tipe kepribadian, dimana subjek Guardian, Artisan, Rational dan Idealist memperoleh hasil akhir akan tetapi salah. Subjek Rational pula tidak melakukan perhitungan disaat memeriksa kembali. Sebaliknya subjek Idealist tidak memeriksa kembali penyelesaian yang diperoleh.
