The article identifies the most important areas of development of creative marketing, which are the result of creative "imagination" of the marketer. In essence, this is the freedom to make a marketing decision based on market conditions, experience, knowledge, consumer behavior in each market segment. Thus, a great responsibility in this case lies with the marketer, who must have a non-standard thinking, the talent to creatively perceive the situation in the market and use them, as well as be able to choose a non-traditional marketing option that would immediately attract consumers, make them stay longer near this product or its advertising. This is the main difference between creative and traditional marketing - the ability to attract the attention of the buyer, to surprise him. The marketer must have a lateral thinking, which is to shift from traditional thinking, breaking the standard approaches to any particular idea, finding an original way to express it, creating something radically new. The article proposes a synthetic technology of innovation, which includes all components of the socio-economic system: society, economy and society and creates a sequence. It is proved that the use of a creative marketing approach is reflected in the product and its characteristics: novelty of the product, non-standard product, purposefulness in use, development. The article reveals the essence, advantages and disadvantages of implementing creative marketing strategies, including anticipation strategy and reactive strategy. Introduction and use of a creative approach to marketing activities of the enterprise is a key element of modern entrepreneurship, which plays a key role in achieving goals. The right combination of creative approach and pragmatic view is the key to the effective functioning of the enterprise in modern market conditions.

‘Marketing’ is not just an activity. It is a process, a philosophy and a phenomenon. The evolution of marketing has produced tremendous benefits to business and end consumers. The innovation in this field has been steady and yet at high speed. From ‘word of mouth advertising’ which was the only option earlier we are now at the mercy of what consumers are sharing about their experience on the internet. Social Media has become more powerful than what we think and this article shows how we can leverage this to benefit the top-line and customer delight. We dive deep to understand the influence Social Media can create towards purchase of residential property. As much complex it is to make the purchase decision of a property, it is equally difficult for marketers to send the right message to their target audience. Through this article, we are trying to see how marketers have transformed their traditional marketing strategies to address the needs of the millennial population, who are the most potential customers for property purchase.

Összefoglaló. A palliatív ellátások korai bevonása az onkológiai betegek ellátásába előnnyel jár mind a beteg életminősége, mind a kezelés színvonala, mind a költséghatékonyság szempontjából. Orv Hetil. 2021; 162(44): 1769–1775. Summary. Early integration of palliative care into the trajectory of cancer care brings advantages into the patients’ quality of life, the level of care and cost-efficiency, too. On the basis of a predefined model, the right patient may receive the right level of palliative care at the right time. Having defined the advantages, the levels of early integration of palliative care and the concept of special palliative care, we also aim to describe the advantages and disadvantages of the most common referral models on the basis of international literature in this article. The drawback of prognosis-based models to identify patients needing special palliative care is the lack of capacity to provide care for the large number of patients so recognised; therefore they have not become widespread. Needs-based models tend to be complicated and thus rarely applied in everyday clinical practice. On the basis of new researches, simple, pragmatic questionnaires are utilised through which the patients who could benefit from special palliative care interventions are easy to identify. Here we give a detailed report of the Yale University and PALLIA-10 models. On condition that appropriate palliative referral criteria are known and applied by active oncology care providers, patients may receive adequate complex care without the palliative care system being overloaded. Orv Hetil. 2021; 162(44): 1769–1775.
