The main reasons of this observations is to know how much satisfied beef goat farmers can got about combined farmer groups agricultural aspect that their settle on to fulfil their needed. This observations did on Ponggok Sub-District. Selecting the responden using surfeited sampling. Analysis method using method called IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) cartesius diagram and scoring system using likert scale method, and using index calculating or interval scoring from likert method to put final category in the end of analysis The answer from satisfied agricultural aspect analysis using likert method and IPA method cartesius diagram is. Using index calculating Ponggok Sub-District got 379 Point which means got standart high category. IPA method Ponggok Sub-District got 1 variable to work with that is affiliations mediators in farming service with outside group authority and 6 other variable can be increased or just stay still. The conclusions from the observations is, Ponggok Sub-District got standart high category and needed to increasing the affiliations in farming service with outside group authority variables

The population in this research were the group of Ngudi Rukun with the number of 32 farmers, the method sampling of this research  used census. Analysis method which used in this research was descriptive quantitative, it aimed to know the level of farmers’ motivation by using the technique of determining likert, while to know the factors of influenced with the level of farmers’ motivation in managing forest community used ordinal regression test. Based on the research’s’ result, it can be known that farmers’ motivation are in high category (53,15%). The factors which influenced farmers’ motivation were age, revenue, farm experience, education, and the activities of farmer groups, extension activities and access of the information.Key words: private forest management, farmer motivation

There are many understanding of society, that cash waqf it should not be legal. So is the trust factor of people's money management institutions waqf (Nazhir) is still a constraint. Research conducted in Tabung Wakaf Indonesia (TWI) and Wakaf Al Azhar this analysis method, namely the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG). Here researchers using purposive sampling, followed by giving a score using the Likert Scale. To determine whether the data obtained in the field is valid or not, the researchers used a method tri angular source. The results of the assessment of GCG in TWI and Wakaf Al-Azhar obtain a total score of at Tabung Wakaf Indonesia amounting to 3.15. Then the bias is said that the implementation of GCG at TWI and Wakaf Al-Azhar declared "GOOD ENOUGH". While the results of the evaluation tri angular mention, that the data obtained from the results of research in the field both TWI and in Wakaf Al-Azhar, when compared with the corporate governance principles can be declared invalid according to the KNKG.

The Tax Payer obidience in fulfiling their taxation obligation will be influenced a lot by the satisfaction level toward the service fiscus. The aim of this observation is to know the response of Tax Payer toward service quality through importance and performance. The population which become the object of this observation is the personal Tax Payer registered in Bogor Tax Service Office and the number of respondents taken as the sample are 100 respondents with Slovin formula. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis and importance-performance analysis.   The result of this observation will be able to be used as one of the input to Bogor Tax Service Office in improving the quality service and for the following observation, especially those who take the same object as the observation in order to improve the quality service to the Tax Payer based on the service of its working way which is felt less. This study aims to measure the performance of fish auction process in Arumbai Market in Ambon. Primary data were collected from 43 respondents through observation and direct interview based on questionnaire. Data was analysed by qualitative descriptive method, importance performance analysis method (IPA) and gap analysis, and value for money method. The results show that: 1). There are three auction process activities namely pre auction, auction, and post auction; 2). Fisherman's satisfaction level is 67% and merchant satisfaction is 81%; and 3). The auction performance of the economic aspect is less economical, with the final value of 83%, while the fish auction performance from the efficiency aspect is less efficient with the value of 76%. For that, it needs additional officers to manage fish auction place (TPI) in Arumbai Market. In addition, the fish auction facilities (TPI) in Arumbai Market needs to be improved.

This research aims at analyzing (1) the effect of vendor’s ability, benevolence, and integrity variables toward e-commerce customers’ trust in UBM; (2) the effect of vendor’s ability, benevolence, and integrity variables toward the level of e-commerce customers’ participation in Indonesia; and (3) the effect of trust variable toward level of e-commerce customers participation in UBM. This research makes use of UBM e-commerce users as research samples while using Likert scale questionnaire for data collection. Furthermore, the questionnaires are sent to as many as 200 respondents. For data analysis method, Structural Equation Model was used. Out of three predictor variables (ability, benevolence, and integrity), it is only vendor’s integrity that has a positive and significant effect on customers’ trust. On the other hand, it is only vendor’s integrity and customer’s trust that have a positive and significant effect on e-commerce customers’ participation in UBM. Keywords: e-commerce customers’ participation, ability, benevolence, integrity

This article analyses and identifies the extent to which the different pre- and post-independence typologies of governance in Benin have facilitated the promotion of lifelong learning as instrument for development. Relying on the thematic content analysis method, the article identifies three themes and three main typologies of governance spanning the independence preparation period and post-independence era. Of the three styles of governance, only the Marxist–Leninist government succeeded in promoting lifelong learning by default. Lifelong learning being one type of learning that promotes the re-engineering of society through the constant dissemination of knowledge, information and know-how and through the constant retooling of the citizenry for purpose of investment of their talents in ever renewable ways, Benin is called upon to prioritise the promotion of lifelong learning soon. Specifically, Benin has been advised to restructure her national educational sector by bringing the whole sector under one Minister of Education with a view to enabling a seamless interaction across all sections of the national education. This restructuring as described in Figure 1 within the article, would facilitate timeous access to knowledge, information and skills that would enable individuals to participate in different sectors of the economy and thereby advance rapid national socio-economic development.

This paper proposes a rapid dynamic analysis method for microgyroscope using system vibration modes to solve the problems concerning to the computing time in the performance analysis of microgyroscope. The results of eigenvalue solution are employed to construct the state space model. The response of the microgyros cope can be reconstructed as a response superposition of the vibration modes, and then the system equation is decoupled into an uncoupled equation. The dynamic response of the microgyroscope can be calculated by a simple superposition.
